Havock close his eyes, enjoying the attention. Though he turns
his head and open his eyes when he notice Wolfgang walking
toward the group with a big grin on his face and a thick book in
his hands. He place the book on the table which makes a small
bang and starts flipping through the pages.
Wolfgang: C'mon, c'mon, here it is! The Parliaments. According
to this, The Parliaments are collective bodies of Totems; the
former avatars and Elementals of their chosen purview. They are
group minds that represent the interests of a particular
elemental force on the planet Earth. There are seven of these
Parliaments in total: Decay, Flames, Limbs, Stones, Trees, Waves
and Worlds. Of course, they also have different names such as
The Clear or the Green.
After he explains this, Wolfgang flip to the Parliament of
Limbs.
Wolfgang: This here is the Parliament of Limbs, also known as
The Red. The Red is a force which connects and pervades all
animal life and micro-organisms in the universe. This perfectly
explains that the Red chose Vixen ever since she was very young
and even when she lost the totem for a moment, the Red still
chose her and she is destined to wear the Totem.

Once Wolfgang came over, Kindron goes over to Wolfgang. He
listens to his explanation. Kindron: Sounds right. Amaya was an
avatar of the Red while she was alive as well. What little I
know about it came from her.

Wolfgang: There is a way to get in contact with them but it
doesn't say precisely how. Guess it's one of those depends on
the avatar type of thing. Okay, so who's next?

Kindron: From what I understand... Only the Parliament forces
themselves can allow people a connection to them. They basically
choose who they want to have it. But they also cannot take it
away once given, which is why those who get fired from being
avatars still have the connection... He then shrugs. At least,
that's what I was told by my uncle who is an avatar of the Gray.

Wolfgang: That is strange. I have heard of The Red taking the
powers of an avatar before as punishment or at least restricted
it. I may have to look into it a bit later.

Wolfgang: Kind of strange due to them being known for being
strict when it comes to choosing avatars. Or maybe it's just me.

Kindron: They are very strict from what I understand, but I have
heard of ex-avatar's keeping their powers. There's an alternate
version of me that is an ex-avatar of the Bright... At least
from what I understand. I have a connection to the Bright and
the Metal, which told me he was an ex-avatar.

or that world is too lenient. Wait, you have two parliaments

Kindron: Yeah... Me and my alternate son are both being eyed by
the Bright and the Metal. We haven't decided yet which, if any,
we plan to join. My uncle did say it was rare for two forces to
want the same person. Though I know if I do become an avatar I
have to choose one or the other.
