Barry: Well... I'm not really sure where to start. But the first
thing you need to do is focus. It's different depending on the
force you use. But the first thing you have to do is connect to
your body, and feel everything that's around you.

Raven closes his eyes and tries to sense his own self and the
area around him.
Barry walks over to the group. Barry: Try to clear your minds
while you're focusing. All emotions, try to let go of them while
you are focusing. His fascination with Raven and Miriana as new
avatars of the speed and strength forces respectively seemed to
show as he was curious about the two of them.

It was a bit difficult for Miriana but she manage to slowly
clear her mind.

As Raven focuses, he slowly starts to generate speed force
lightning around him.
As Miriana focuses, she'd likely feel the strength force around
her, which was a force focused around gravity and density where
the speed force would be focused around kinetic movement.

Miriana notice the gravity and density and slowly start to work
on the density part of the power by focusing it on her limbs.

With the strength force, Miriana would be able to strengthen
herself by manipulating the force of gravity and density, and
this would become apparent when her limbs become denser from how
she focuses the force to her limbs.
Meanwhile, Raven starts zipping around with his newly discovered
Speed Force connection, using his speed force to move at fast
speeds. Considering how fast he was before, Raven had to be
careful, as he was even faster than before even without using
Sonido or any combat style movement techniques like his Celerity
training.

Miriana makes a fanged grin as she test out this new ability by
effortlessly lifting up a nearby heavy table with one hand
without even using her werepire passive abilities.
Miriana: Oh, I'm going to enjoy this.

Raven: Yeah. This will definitely be useful... Problem for me is
that I need to adapt to the new speed. If I use Sonido or
Celerity with speed force, I'm gonna pancake myself into a wall
or something. He says sarcastically.
Barry: Well. Like anything, it's gonna take practice and
training.
