Nightbane: Aren't curses usually magic based? Could a Celestian
even handle that? He says, knowing that Celestians didn't
       understand magic.
Kindron thinks for a moment. Kindron: Darn... I didn't think
about that. Yeah, I may need another magic user to analyze this
curse. And I do know someone I can call here to help us out.
He's a bit weird, but he's an exorcist and may have the means to
help me break whatever curse is on me. He explains.

Tara listens thoughtfully as the two speak. Tara: Actually
Celestians use to be masters of magic and psionics until
approximately 600,000 years before Zelpharia's birth. That was
when the Celestian God of Magic and Mana had disappeared and
presumed slain though anomalous births happen among Celestians
still. Zelpharia's husband, Mar'kin.. who was named after the
Celestian God of Magic and Mana.. was one such anomalous birth.
He was a master of magic especially of elemental, transmutation,
and conjuring by 11 years old and quite adept in mana
elementals. Both abilities rare in Celestians. Zelpharia's and
Mar'kin's only son is the last known Celestian magic user born
in the last few billion years, but he's pulled a hell of a
disappearing act with his chronomancy magic. She then shakes her
head as she realizes that she's gotten off track. Tara: Getting
back on track. Mar'kin, the Celestian God of Magic and Mana, is
said to be the son of Zelpharia, the Celestian Goddess of life,
death, and rebirth and a high ranked noble.. closest English
word.. Spirit Realm being according to ancient Celestian texts.
Since Mar'kin the Celestian God's birth, Zelpharia the Goddess
has always placed some form of blessing upon the mortal
followers of Orion as well as her own chosen. She then smiles
and blushes in embarrassment. Tara: I'm talking too much and not
searching hard enough. Sorry about that. I should be suggesting
Zelpharia's library where there's ancient books. On the
holographic timeline, the worded description also includes a
position titled "Divine Purpose". Kindron's says "Great
       Guardian". Nightbane's says "Inspiring Intellectual".
Zelpharia's says "Classified by the Librarian". Kelgris's did
say "Unknown" but blurs and changes to "Classified by the
Librarian". Occasionally some information quickly blurs almost
as if someone else is trying to access it. Tara doesn't seem to
notice but is hiding the fact that she's being scolded by
someone else that is somewhere and some time else. Tara is
rather embarrassed that the Librarian is better with computers
       than normal librarians.

Kindron: What's the Librarian? I assume we're not talking about
the Forerunner Librarian? He asks, curiously, some of his
memories going back to one of his previous lives where he came
across Forerunner technology. He then notices Kelgris's status
changes. And wait... Why did Kelgris say Unknown, then he's
       suddenly classified?
Nightbane: I am completely lost. He says simply.

Tara sighs a bit when the affects of her losing battle against
the Librarian is showing through her neatly constructed
timeline. Tara: No, he's not a Forerunner Librarian. He's the
head librarian of the Universal Library and the last of his kind
with what point in time that I am accessing the library. He's
very old, very dedicated to his job, and very grumpy. He's also
trying to lock me out of all historical documents and files
relating to the search which is why your brother's "Divine
Position" changed. The Librarian claims that I hacked the
library's security system, but I didn't. She then gets a deep
frown and obviously upset at the Librarian's words to her as she
looks near tears. It's obvious that she's not use to being
called a liar. Tara: I swear! The library's security system gave
me a weird message that said "Soul Scan Accepted: Classified
Security Access Granted" and opened everything I needed. Honest
to the gods, but he swears that the scan had to be a fake
because he swears it's about 3 years, 6 months, 2 weeks, 9 days,
14 hours, 32 minutes, and 25.4 seconds early.
Meanwhile, Zelpharia makes a detour into her private library.
She's been meaning to show Kindron her library but has been so
busy and absent minded lately. She had hung Tomasic on her belt
on her left hip so decided to grab some of her first husband's
favorite ancient magic tomes. She goes to the in-wall bookshelf
in the north wall and begins to scan to ancient tomes. She finds
the three books that she is looking and carefully pulls them
out, setting them on the small table behind her. She turns back
around and her eyes land on the two magic tomes that were
handwritten by her Mar'kin and fights back the tears as she
decides to grab them two. She then places the two books on top
of the far more ancient books, then carefully picks them up in
her arms, and then walks out of the library and towards the
       command center.

Kindron: Tara. Don't let him get to you. We know you wouldn't
lie. He says to Tara, trying to comfort her.
Nightbane, annoyed, gets up and drinks before walking over.
Nightbane: Tara... I want you to give him a message, and I want
you to give him this message exactly as I tell you, and make
sure he knows this message is from me, not you. He says to Tara,
clearly planning something. Even though he didn't know Tara that
well, Nightbane clearly seemed annoyed that someone had insulted
Tara the way they did. That message is this: "Don't blame your
incompetence on us, a*shole." And then tell him I want to
discuss this with him personally if he's man enough to talk to
me, and not a coward who only wants to make weak people cry...
Not that I'm calling you weak, it's just important for the
message to have him believe that you're weaker than him. Which
isn't true at all. Also, I need you to tell me if this guy has
to answer to anyone, like who's his boss? For the moment,
Nightbane's expression was different, almost looking like a
different person as Nightbane was no longer concentrated on his
own problems, but was focusing his mind on the situation at
hand. While he was still drinking, it was clear this wasn't a
situation where he was drunk and doing something stupid.
Kindron, noticing Nightbane's change in attitude, stays silent.
He was a bit surprised and seemed a bit amused at Nightbane's
response, seeing that Nightbane was about to stick up for Tara
and use his enhanced intelligence to it's fullest extent,
something he hadn't seen Nightbane do in years.

Though still upset, Tara calms down as Nightbane tells her the
message she needs to deliver. She's quick to catch on to what
Nightbane could be planning and a bit nervous but nods in
agreement. Tara: I'll deliver the message exactly how you want
it said. Just be careful when he does respond, which the
Librarian will. He's good at pushing buttons. Tara says to
Nightbane in a calmer voice as she relays his message to the
Librarian. Tara: As for his bosses. The only authorities higher
than him is the Five Guardians of Creation, an avatar of a god
or goddess, or the gods themselves especially the Gods of
Knowledge, Science, and Wisdom. When the Universal Library was
created, it's creators decided that mortals could not be trusted
with overseeing the management of the library as mortals are
prone to bouts of exploitation in having the power to alter the
       truth of universal history.

Nightbane: Well... Luckily, I am too. This guy's clearly a
narcissist who hates losing. And I know that because I'm one
too. He says the last part jokingly with a smile when Tara says
about the Librarian being good at pressing buttons. Okay. I
think I understand. Let's just hope I haven't killed too many of
these brain cells drinking. He says sarcastically as he gets
ready, figuring that his message would probably provoke the
       Librarian.
Kindron finds a spot to sit down, wanting to listen to the
conversation that was about to take place.

Tara calms more as Nightbane speaks. She even smiles a bit at
his little joke. She then gives him a little kiss on his cheek.
Tara: I'm sure you have plenty of brain cells left. Thank you
for standing up for me. Her expression then changes to a bit
worried as the Librarian responds. Tara: In coming temporal
       video transmission.
A holographic image of an old man in his early 80s appears in
front of Nightbane. The old man is wearing an old Victorian
style tweed suit with wing tip shoes, brown suspenders, and
Benjamin Franklin style bifocal glasses with a sonic cane in one
hand. His face is scrunched in a deep, grumpy scowl. Librarian:
Alright, ya winged chihuahua. Ya wanna talk about how ya and
your ship girl has somehow hacked the most sophisticated
computerized system in the universe. Fine, but ya have to come
here if ya want a woodshed whooping again instead, Fluffy.

Nightbane was a little flustered when Tara kissed his cheek, but
regains his composure as the message comes up. He looks to the
holographic image as it comes up. Nightbane: Let's cut the crap,
old man. You know darn well we didn't hack you, and if you don't
know that, then you're REALLY bad at your job. Believe me, if we
had hacked your system, we wouldn't have given up that easily
and I wouldn't be calling you out like this, would I? We can
talk in person if that's what you want, but it won't be us that
get our a*sses beat. He says confidently.
Kindron just stays silent, watching Nightbane.

The Librarian snorts at Nightbane after his comment about who's
@ss would be kicked. Librarian: Can ya begin to fathom how
difficult my job is when the entire library is in chaos from the
21st century until my period? Prove to me that Kindron
Darkfire.. I think that's his name.. provided the scan for
access, Scooby-Doo. He snaps at Nightbane while poking his
holographic cane at Nightbane's chest and not realizing that
       Kindron is sitting behind him.
       Tara remains quiet.
Zelpharia comes back to see Kindron sitting down and the back of
the Librarian who's berating Nightbane. She sighs and carefully,
quietly sits down next to Kindron with Tomasic seat across her
lap and places the books on top. She then she whispers to
Kindron. Zelpharia: Did I miss much?
