Nightbane was caught off guard, and gets hugged. While he
doesn't get knocked over, he does flinch a little bit when he
gets hugged Nightbane: Um... You're welcome? He says, somewhat
confused and not knowing how to respond.
Kindron just laughs to himself at the exchange, seeing Tara hug
Nightbane.

Tara notices how Nightbane flinches a bit and hears the confused
tone in his which makes her blush a bit in embarrassment for
getting too happy. She lets go of Nightbane from her and gets an
apologetic smile. Tara: I'm sorry if I threw you off with the
hug. I'm still getting use to physical interactions and get a
bit excited, but you also look like you could use the hug so I
was hoping to make you smile too. She says with a bit of
embarrassment in her voice. Tara: Being an energy being whose
true form is pure temporal energy had learning certain social
interactions lacking until recently.
The chair Tomasic has been sitting on disappears as he stands up
and steps next to Kindron. He leans in a bit and speaks softly.
Tomasic: Looks like Nightbane may have a new friend whether he
wanted one or not. It might do him some good to have someone
that happy and innocent to be around though. Might give him a
reason to see good in the universe.

Nightbane: I understand. It was just a little surprising. He
says to Tara.
Kindron: Hopefully. He says in response to Tomasic. I've been
hoping since I saw him again that he'd start hanging around
someone who might help him find a better outlook on things.

Tara's smile brightens up with Nightbane's words. Tara: Well I
hope that it was a bit of a good surprise, but I promise try to
not surprise you like that too often. I also hope we'll be
friends since you'll be hanging around. I get so bored when
Zelpharia and Kindron get so focused on a project. It'll be nice
to have someone new to talk to.
Tomasic: Then Tara might be that someone, but we'll see. Tomasic
says as he watches Tara and Nightbane. He then thinks of
something. Tara is usually already part of social and
investigative conversations but just showed up a moment. He
knows she usually only disappears and appears when deep in
research. He also knows that Tara wasn't around when he
connected to the holographic system. Tomasic: Kin, did Zephy
have Tara do some kind of research to help figure out what is
going with you?

Nightbane: I can't guarantee I'll be around forever. I'm just
hanging around with Kindron temporarily until I can go back into
the forest. I'm not good around people anymore. He explains to
Tara.
Kindron: Oh yeah... Tara did a scan on me and was analyzing the
results last I knew. He says, also remembering that Tara
probably had a purpose in reappearing.

Tara gives Nightbane an understanding look. Tara: I fully
understand, but at least we'll still get to hang out and maybe
I'll even get you to smile.
Tomasic: I see. Of course technology would catch up but with an
easily distracted energy being at the helm this time. He says to
Kindron. Tomasic then looks to Tara. Tomasic: Tara my dear..
please bring up the research. Zelpharia just entered the armory,
and I want a peek before she picks me up.
Tara: Oh yes! Thank you for reminding me, Tomasic. She says to
Tomasic. A holographic timeline then appears dating Kindron's
soul to just after the beginning of time. Pictures of Kindron's
past incarnations with incarnation name, birth date in both star
date and Earth calendar, death date, and current incarnation
name for identification purposes. His incarnation as Zelpharia's
husband, Mar'kin Vamnos, shows a date of just over 6.2 billion
years ago for birth and death, total lifespan of 155 years. More
encounters between the two are recorded prior. There's also
several lives shared with Nightbane starting around 150,000
years ago. Zelpharia and Nightbane aren't always their same
gender in all their past lives but Kindron has only changed
races and faces. Kindron's first incarnation brother's timeline
is odd almost blurry after his first incarnation and pictured as
if a malevolent human shadowy spirit called a shade. Tara:
Kindron's brother really threw me off and is hard to read. I
found the best image and way to display what I am finding.

Nightbane stays silent and goes back to drinking.
Kindron: That doesn't surprise me you can't figure much out
about Kelgris... If I'm right, I think his reincarnation curse
works differently from mine. I am 90% sure that he's keeping his
memories from life to life. Kindron takes a moment, quickly
looking over the timeline. That looks about right based on what
I can remember. He then turns to Tara. Do you have information
on how my brother died in our first life? I don't know what
happened after he killed me. If he's getting reincarnated, then
I assume he had to have died at some point. He says, not knowing
that his brother was killed by the three guardians almost
immediately after his death.

Tomasic studies the timeline quickly. Tomasic: The only real
curse on you is that you never change genders, past
incarnations' memory flashes past age 10, and reincarnate sooner
than normal. Most souls remain in the Afterlife for between 500
to 2,000 due to the limited number of souls allotted to each
universe. Soul memory is always blocked when one is
reincarnated. He speaks as fast as he can but then his
holographic image freezes and disappears as Zelpharia picks him
up.
Tara: Someone got picked up... She says about Tomasic who was
trying to say more as an expert on the continuous cycle of life,
death, and rebirth. Tara then smiles to Kindron. Tara:
According to the archives, Kelgris was killed by the three
Guardians within days of your murder. Tara then gets a more
confused look. Tara: Why is it always power, lust, and/or
jealousy that drives one to kill another especially their own
brother?

Kindron looks over the timeline again. Kindron: I am pretty sure
that Kelgris and I are both cursed beyond just not changing
genders. I am pretty sure part of my curse is that I reincarnate
almost immediately after death. Because a lot of my lives are
too close together to be hundreds of years apart. He then looks,
realizing Tomasic was gone at some point during his explanation.
Oh... He's gone. I guess that means Zeph grabbed him from the
armory. He then turns to Tara. People have the capacity for good
or evil. It's all about choice. For Kelgris... He always wanted
to be the guardian of the land I come from. He hated that I was
chosen as the Great Guardian and got the attention from our
family because he always felt he was stronger. He hated the
compassion I had for helping others and thought it was a
weakness. But everyone around us saw it as a strength, and he
hated it. I think that just drove him past the edge at some
point.
Nightbane looks at his alcohol for a moment after Kindron's
explanation about Kelgris. Nightbane: It's a tale as old as
time. Nothing drives up an inferiority complex like a brother
who got all the attention and got everything while the other
brother gets shafted.

Tara frowns a Kindron and Nightbane say their explanations.
Tara: I guess that makes sense, but it is still sad. I
understand individual choice between good and evil. My people
have good and evil, but jealousy isn't very well known. I guess
that happens when your a race without parents, grandparents, or
siblings. She then smiles a bit. Tara: Perhaps you'll either be
able to change your brother's heart or defeat him. I surmise
that the reincarnation rate has something to with a Samsara
Goddess most likely to help you achieve a particular goal. I am
not finding a curse that creates such quick reincarnation, but
did find something called the Blessing of the Phoenix Fire. I'm
still running checks though just in case I missed anything.
