Gammon: You're talking about the Arton energy right?
Gallifreyan's use it in our world from dying dwarf stars. But in
our world's Celestian, I developed another power source.
Eventually, Celestians named it Qwaernium. Combined with a form
of fusion, it creates a power core that could make any ship a
titan... He has an idea as he gets an almost sinister smile. Now
there's an idea... I wonder how powerful that stuff could make a
Cyberman space ship... Or how if I could combine it with a power
core for the Cybermen. He then refocuses and goes back to his
explanation. Sorry... Anyway, it's a similar kind of energy, but
artificially created. Unlike the Gallifreyan's in our universe,
and a lot of other universes, almost everything in our Celestian
Time Lord TARDIS's are artificially made, usually able to be
modified uniquely to each time lord. He explains.
Neville: Great... If you'd like, I could show up the prototype
upgrades, and we can see if there's any modifications that need
to be made before we start on the upgrades. He then looks at
Gammon. I get the feeling we may be adding to those upgrades
with some of the ideas that Gammon is coming up with. He says,
noticing Gammon thinking about how to incoporate the Qwaernium
energy into the Cybermen similar to his Cyberservants, and how
to create new ships using the same material his TARDIS is made
of to create new ships for the Cybermen.
Kindron: That would be great. More allies would help us a lot.
He says to Lumic. He then looks at Gammon and Liviana. Yes... I
have noticed it would be a shame to separate them. It seems that
they both have things they can learn from each other. He says.
He saw the obvious attraction, as well as his wolf senses
picking up on it, but wasn't saying anything about it right now.

Livana listens to Gammon with excited interest as he explains
more about his universe's technology. Livana: Artificially
created Arton energy? Now that is as interesting concept. Is it
similar to the tachyon energy created by some other temporal and
dimensional cultures outside of Celestian and Gallifreyan? She
then blushes a bit when she realizes that she has been ignoring
Kindron for Gammon. Of course, hearing both Lumic's and
Kindron's comments about Gammon and herself has helped with that
realization Livana: Or perhaps I should leave my questions for
you until after we're done here? I believe that I'm being
terribly rude.
Lumic: Yes, they do seem to have much they could learn from each
other. They make me wonder exactly what they could accomplish
together. Livana would do far better with Mr. Tepes than how
she's been since perhaps before she arrived here a year ago.
Lumic says to Kindron with a hint of genuine curiosity. He then
addresses Neville. Lumic: The Cyber Mind Network is a psychic
energy based communication network that uses transdimensional
cybernetic transmitters. If you can connect with the network,
then you can transmit all plans to Chief Engineer KD-1 or at
least locate him if you wish to speak to him in person, Neville.
KD-1 is already aware of the situation and awaits further
instructions from yourself or Gammon. Lumic says to Neville as
he also transmit a video brief to his chief engineer Cyber Man.

Kindron: It is fine. You and Gammon can continue to talk. I
think the two of you would work well together. He says to
Liviana.
Gammon had turned to Kindron, but then turns back to Liviana
after Kindron talks. Gammon: Well... Qwaernium is probably more
like Artron energy in terms of how it interacts, it just has no
consciousness to it... It's just an artificial energy. It's like
comparing the Negative speed force in some universes to the
normal speed force. At least... in the universes where the
Negative Speed force is not a natural force, but an artificially
created one.
Kindron: Perhaps this will also help give Gammon something else
to focus on other than trying to hound me for becoming a
Conqueror. He says sarcastically, as Gammon was constantly
trying to get Blackfire to name him as a conqueror so he could
take command of his own group and start conquering worlds on his
own if the Order were to win in London.
Neville: Very well... I will begin the upload then. He says as
he connects to the network. Since he had already connected to
the network once when they arrived, he was able to do it again.
He transmits the plans for the upgrades over the network so that
the Cybermen could check the plans. Included was the network
upgrade to Z-Space communciation, but also the plans included
modified new forms. The new prototype now had a specially
designed Endoskeleton which would have the synthetic components
in the endo-skeleton to allow the Cybermen to continue to
operate. However, the outer shell was made of liquid metal,
which would be poly mimetic in nature. While the default form
was the same as Lumic's Cybermen, the liquid metal would allow
them to take human forms, and the liquid metal would act as a
protective shell around the endoskeleton of the Cybermen. The
same setup was mostly able to be used, with it just being more
confined to the endoskeleton where it could be protected by the
liquid metal outer shell. In addition, there was also specific
design specs on how to have the human mind handle the liquid
metal using the parts of the mind that control the nervous
system, in which the Cybermen would be able to use it similar to
how a normal person would use a limb to allow for normal human
type nervous interactions to control the liquid metal. In
addition, the new power cores were in the shape of artificial
hearts, which would generate energy that would be stored in the
cells of the liquid metal so the Cybermen could store the energy
to use against enemies similar to how a human body would have
energy to call upon. In addition, the Endoskeletons also had
upgraded wrist blasters which could be stored inside the liquid
metal shell of the arm if needed (such as if the Cyberman was
posing as a human form to infiltrate), but could be extended out
whenever needed. The blasters also seemed able to draw on the
energy stored from the power core, and could be used to create
unique shots different supernatural Cybermen could fire, but by
default, the shots were all the same unless the Cyberman wanted
to fire different shots. With this new setup, not only would the
Cybermen be able to condense their design somewhat, but the
liquid metal and the power core would give them new options they
didn't have before. The liquid metal would also allow Cybermen
to hide weapons in the liquid metal, such as a Cyberman could
hide guns or knives in the liquid metal around their wrists.
However, true to Gammon's word, the upgrades could be applied
the same to every Cyberman, and each Cyberman would still be the
same if upgraded, allowing each Cyberman to hide whatever skills
they had since the energy wouldn't interact as different types
of energy until the Cyberman actually called on it (For example,
a magic cyberman wouldn't sense as a magic cyberman unless the
cyberman used magic and drew the energy for magic specifically).
It also still used the same organic components and everything
was controlled by the mortal brains that the Cybermen would use
for their Cybermen.

Livana gives Kindron a smile. Livana: Oh thank you. She then
returns her focus on Gammon and listens intently. Livana: Ah now
I think I understand and actually quite interesting. The lack of
a consciousness within the energy would have advantages such as
pairing. Not saying that my pairing with my TARDIS was
difficult. Such an energy source would also advance many things
for the Cyber Men. She then thinks of the two lead engineer
Cyber Men which she had alien allies perform the upgrades on
with Cyber Man Zelpharia, ZD-1, being in the front most. Livana:
You know. I've been so charmed by you that I did forget to
mention some cybernetic upgrades that my allies among the Splynn
Alliance had assisted with. This universe version of Zelpharia,
or ZD-1, is one such upgrade. Her Cyber Man form was completely
replaced with a sleeker model made from a special metamaterial
metal that absorbs and enhances psychic energy. The specialized
Maltoran cybernetic system is designed to take commands from the
nervous system requiring only the brain and at least the upper
spine for the organics. The metal is incredibly durable ranking
up there with adamantium but with about 50% less weight and more
flexibility. You should see her in action sometime.
Lumic: I can definitely see her giving Gammon something else to
focus on. As affection and love grows so does boldness to make
the other happy and feel safe. Lumic remarks as he remembers
what it had felt like to live once. Lumic: I bet it won't be
too long before Gammon is trying to figure out how to help her
free family that has been imprisoned. Such a move would gain
great favor with her family while potentially gaining you more
diversity among your allies. He says as he looks to Kindron.
In the main engineering command center, Cheif Engineer KD-1 and
Assistant Chief ZD-1 receive and begin reviewing the upgrade
plans they had received from Neville. KD-1: We will need to
upgrade cyberization wings C102 to C113 along with testing
computer analysis of 567 known humanoid species to ensure
compatibility with design. KD-1 communicates with both Neville
and ZD-1.
ZD-1: That will take approximately three months and one week to
complete such upgrades to the system. Will such time frame be
acceptable? And would you like the results species compatibility
testing? ZD-1 follows up behind KD-1's comment to Neville.

Gammon: Oh? He smiles. I might need to take a look then. It
sounds quite interesting. And very useful.
Kindron: He probably would... Gammon seems to enjoy a challenge.
He says in response to Lumic's comment.
Meanwhile, Neville communicates with the network, and responds
to ZD-1 and KD-1. Neville: It should be fine. We're not in a
rush right now. We definitely want to take the time to make sure
the upgrades are properly applied and converted for you. Last
thing we'd want is a malfunction or something because we rushed
things. And yes. We'll use any data you send us to fine-tune the
upgrades as needed. The species compatibility shouldn't be an
issue, but if there is an issue, just let us know and we can
probably fix it. He says over the network to ZD1 and KD1.
Meanwhile, with KD1 and ZD1, Unit BK201 walks over to them.
BK201: Unit BK201 and the Black Reaper Unit volunteer for
upgrade. This unit can supervise combat tests using upgrades for
the BK units, and mission tests to assist compiling
compatibility data. It says, volunteering itself and its unit of
assassin Cybermen for upgrade, knowing that the BK units can
easily be replaced by clones if something goes wrong.

Livana blushes a little bit when Gammon smiles. Livana: Oh it
definitely is very useful and has me experimenting with the
metamaterial to see what else I can use it for. My personal
specialty is biowizardry weapons and devices which basically
turns a magical and psychic beast into power components for the
devices that I build. For example, those two large Cyber Men
guards outside have a hidden chest compartment that contains
three large mystical eyes. The eyes come from a planet sized
magical beast that drifts through space called an Eyelor. They
survive by absorbing physical energies such as magic and psychic
energy along with cosmic energy. It has no mouth nor limbs nor
ears but covered in eyes of all sizes. These eyes can be
harvested and used in a variety of ways because they retain
their mystical and psychic properties. She then blushes a bit
more. She's mentally surprised that a mere smile has her feeling
this awkward. Livana: Please excuse my rambling, but it's been
so long since I talked with someone more on my level of thought.
ZD-1 responds to Neville. ZD-1: Understood and agree with the
logistics of taking the time to prepare and test. We shall keep
you informed during the entire upgrade process and testing phase
along with Cyber Controller in case there is any problems.
KD-1 looks to Unit BK201. KD-1: Very well and expected, BK201.
You will be the first to be upgraded once the upgrades to the
system are complete.

Gammon: Well... Those eyes could be all kinds of useful. I
already have a ton of ideas on how we could use those. He says,
thinking about how best to use the eyes as he already is
filtering out ideas. He then gets back to talking to Liviana.
Yeah, my specialties are my Visionary Eye, and Psychokinetic
Energy Manipulation. But I can copy any psychic ability I absorb
if I have the ability to use the abilities the psychic power
uses as long as I see the ability used.
Neville: Very well. We can also provide you a few of Gammon's
Cyber Servants if needed as well during the process if you need
to test certain upgrade compatibility. We have the cyber
servants we kept in the Cybermen's original design, even if
their shells were altered a bit in appearance to fit Gammon's
own personal taste. He says to ZD-1.
BK201: Understood. This unit will prepare the BK units for
upgrade. It says in response to KD-1.
