Kindron notices Liviana growl at him and then try to cover it up
with a cough. Though if he is bothered by it, he doesn't show
any emotion about it as he then focuses and turns his attention
to Lumic to respond to his statement. Kindron: It is fine... I
foresaw I'd be needed here today, so I made sure I'd be
available. With all the other races I've allied with over the
years, I'm used to these kinds of meetings. I find it good for
the leaders to figure out the details together so that they can
more easily communicate it to everyone. Honestly, I'm rather
glad Gammon brought you to my attention before you ended up
finding Dark Hellsing... I doubt you would have been successful
allying with that Kindron Darkfire or trying to overcome his
organization... He probably would have taken you and your
people, and just taken control of your Cybermen the way he took
control of entire universes of Borg hives. Or dismantled you all
to study you for your technology. There's a reason my group has
a non-aggression pact with them. He says to Lumic.

Lumic: I have learned to be more careful around supernatural
beings thanks to my ally, Ms. Livana Varulv, but am also
grateful that your people were the ones to arrive. Please do not
think though that my children and I could not have at least held
our own especially with the upgrades that Ms. Varulv has made
over the past year. That wasn't gone into much depth with your
representatives before your arrival. Since you have now arrived
perhaps we should go over what my ally has done over the past
year. She may not be an expert in standard cybernetic
technology, but Ms. Varulv has proven that her unique
technological skills are quite useful for enhancements. Lumic
says as he raises his weapon arm in a nonthreatening manner and
presses a button that slides a panel to expose a strange battery
that seems to have a strange worm like creature (pictured below)
built into it as the main power source. The creature is
obviously lobotomized and hooked to special cybernetic circuitry
that allows it to act as the power source in the battery. Lumic:
I believe she calls the technology bio-wizardry if I am correct.
Livana: That is correct. A special supernatural technology field
blending both science and the supernatural. Something I learned
from my family's dear allies, the Splugorth and their Overlords.
She says with a proud smile to Lumic and Kindron. Livana: And it
is far more than just technology as well with another technique
that can be quite gruesome to both donor and receiver but well
worth every second of the process for the rewards.

Kindron: Interesting creature. It truly sounds like a marvel to
behold. He says in response to seeing the creature before
turning to Lumic Perhaps I should be clear though. I mean no
disrespect to you or your people... I am not saying you would
lose to him or a few other threats because you're weak... Far
from it. In fact, some worlds we could not take before, we may
be able to now take with you on our side. No... You would lose
to this Kindron Darkfire only because of what you are. Your
technological nature would be your greatest weakness against
him, whereas most universes, your technology would be your
greatest strength. It's the reason I make sure the Celestian
Warlords and Michael's replicator forces don't go near his
universes with their advanced technology. He specializes in
hacking and stealing technologies, and he is the only person in
the multiverse I've seen that could hack and take control of the
Borg Collective spanning universes... The particular Borg I
refer to are much like you. They converted their universe, and
then moved on to try and convert other universes, but then
Kindron Darkfire hacked their collective. He didn't ally with
them or convince them to join him... He simply hacked their
collective and forced them to submit to him as their new ruler,
to which he then turned the Borg into his own personal army to
convert any resistance when he takes over universes. They
underestimated him and paid the price. I do not wish to see the
same fate befall your people.
Gammon: Yeah... And that's not even talking about the universe
the Exiles call the 3096 universe... Even Dark Hellsing and us
stay away from that universe. He says with a shrug, referring to
the universe led by a God of Destruction V, usually known by
many multiversal travellers as a universe not to mess with as
they had fought other worlds and laid waste to worlds who even
mildly crossed them.

Livana gives Kindron a quick answer about zembahk in Lumic's arm
weapon. Livana: It's called a zembahk which make excellent magic
and psychic energy batteries.
Lumic: I will not underestimate those outside of what I already
control especially after learning that what my universe calls
mythological beings like yourself actually exist in some
universes. The Kindron of my universe was a brilliant human
scientist for his organic days and worked with me in unlocking
how signals in the body are a form of photonic energy. He now
serves as my chief engineer after helping me perfect photonic
cellular reprogramming device. His Time Lord wife, Zelpharia,
was key essential to designing special sensors that turn
electrical impulses from organic tissue into coding that is
readable by inorganic computerized components in order to
operate a computer without need of computer chip implants. Lumic
says to Kindron as he closes the battery compartment access on
his weapon arm and lowers. Lumic: Their assistance help me
create a cyberization process that makes the organic computer
nearly impossible to hack without photonic technology or being a
an exceptionally powerful psychic. Even my Cyber Mind Network is
based on photonic technology with organic central processing
units. An advantage in many ways which Ms. Varulv helped me
advance further with her knowledge not only of the supernatural
but also in theoretical physics, particle science, and
biotechnology. Now your organization offers to further my
technology further which is a good enough reason to heed your
warning especially if this Dark Hellsing could also perhaps have
such technology. Though they would probably rather destroy and
research than take such extensive measures which could prove
interesting if they know nothing of photonic technology,
electromagnetic static transmission technology, and organic
computers.
Livana: Lumic is definitely not a cybernetic being of low
intelligence to go after stronger opponents like this Dark
Hellsing. Not after my arrival. I've been working on shoring up
some of the Cyber Men weaknesses like being prone to powerful
telepaths and mind manipulation magic. She says with a serious,
more scientific tone of voice. Livana: Unfortunately my 10
doctorates doesn't include standard computized cybernetics for
advanced intelligent beings like humans. I was working on that
doctorate just before the arrival of Sir Integroi and his people
in my universe.

Kindron: It sounds like your Kindron and Zelpharia may be a good
counter to the Kindron and Zelpharia I may find myself facing in
the world we're trying to conquer now. That Kindron may very
well be the one who defeats me, so it would be nice to have
someone to counter him. He says in thought. But yes... Dark
Hellsing is a threat. A threat I plan to deal with when I've
strengthened my forces beyond his... He says bitterly, showing
that he didn't enjoy the fact that Dark Hellsing's forces
matched him at every turn and the two groups remained rivals
(hence why they typically stay away from each other and try to
stay on their sides of the multiverse). He then regains his
composure. Once he is out of the way, then our combined reach
will move across the multiverse.
Gammon: Well, lucky I'm here then. He says to Liviana. I can
certainly help with that. Partially thanks to the time period I
came back in time from, and my own universe's technology, I do
have quite a library of different kinds of cybernetics, as well
as organic technology. I'd love to show you our Cyber Servant
tech. You'd love it. I can show you how to make your own Cyber
Servants, and even help you build a new TARDIS using our
Celestial methods.

Livana gives Gammon an eager coy smile. Livana: You are a dream
come true that just keeps getting better. I definitely would
love to see your library and what kind of subjects it contains.
I definitely need help with modifying psychic protections as
magic is a specialty of mine. My psychic skills are good enough
to protect my mind and that's it. As for building another
TARDIS, I'd be afraid of hurting my TARDIS feelings when I do
find away back home, and Brutus has been such a loyal ship. Her
voice and smile turn more flirty. Livana: Besides I think I
rather be cozy with you in your TARDIS.
Lumic: Well I can help you with building sheer number of forces
thanks to my photon clone growth tanks. I can easily program a
fairly large army to follow your every command. Sheer numbers of
great proportions should be able to overwhelm the enemy. Lumic
then points a cybernetic arm at Livana. Lumic: I believe Livana
has some.. unique allies in other universes that she may be able
to convince to align with you and your people as well.

Gammon: Well... I can't promise that once you enter my ship,
you may not want to leave. He says jokingly to Liviana.
Kindron: That should hopefully help. I would like to build more
allies. My chances of winning and losing in the universe I'm in,
despite my best efforts, have remained 50/50 at best no matter
what I've done so far. I would like to build as many allies as I
can.
As everyone talks, Neville Symolus, Gammon's TARDIS AI, appears
in his solidified hologram form, floating with his wings above
everyone. Neville: I do apologize for the wait... I finished
those prototype upgrade schematics that Gammon wanted. I daresay
everything went rather smoothly.

Livana gets closer to Gammon after he makes his joking comment.
Livana: Oh I bet there'll be two of us who won't want me to
leave your ship. She says with a soft wink and coy smile. She
catches a bit of what Lumic and Kindron are talking about and
was going to explain her allies, the Splugorth and their
minions, but becomes far too enamored with Neville when the AI's
holographic image appears. Hers eyes fill with excitement.
Livana: Your AI has a particle solidifier holographic projection
form and you have a portable projector system? I've considered
it with Brutus but never followed through because I never
thought it to be important... and didn't want to hear his
opinions on certain people. She as she admires Neville.
Lumic: Well Livana will definitely be the one to talk to about
more allies. I never considered working with organic beings
until recently which will make your people the third of my
alliances. It sounds as if your current rivals have found a way
to counter your numbers though if you're odds remain the same no
matter what. Perhaps my people along with Livana and her allies
might change those odds towards the better for you. Lumic says
to Kindron as Neville appears. He then looks to Neville and
listens to what the AI has to say. Lumic: It sounds as if Mr.
Tepes' computer assistant has drawn up improvement plans. I must
thank you for sending him, Lord Blackfire. He seems quite eager
to help advance my children and definitely seems like he will
work well with Livana. For this, you have my pledge of alliance
and my army at your request.

Gammon: He actually doesn't need a projector... The AIs of our
TARDIS's have special knowledge that allow them to use some
manipulation of space-time and some other stuff in my
universe... It has to do with a lot of logistics of space-time
manipulation/connections and energy/matter transference, as well
as connections to my own mind as my TARDIS AI. He says, giving
the simple answer to Liviana.
Kindron: Yes. It seems not numbers, but diversity is what I
need. He says before turning to Neville. I was surprised, but
Gammon came up with this idea. I was afraid our goals might not
align enough... But Gammon was confident he could make it work.
I'm rather glad he did. It seems that we both can benefit a lot
from this.
Neville: Well... Keep in mind that these are still prototype
upgrade blueprints. But it should prove easy to update if we
need to change anything. He says to Lumic after Lumic mentioned
the improvement plans.

Livana looks back to Gammon with an impressed look. Livana:
Interesting how your technology works. Does your temporal engine
use a temporal energy entity like the Gallifreyan and Celestian
TARDIS ships of my universe?
Lumic: Very well. I will have my chief engineer begin picking
out the oldest units to test all upgrades on. Lumic says to
Neville. Lumic: Once upgrades are successful, then I would like
to see the process performed on fresh organic components. Thanks
to Livana gaining me the alliance of the Splugorth, I take
advantage of their slave markets for experiments. He then looks
back to Kindron. Lumic: Perhaps an alliance with the Splugorth
could help provide a wider diversity. They have vast network of
alien allies who have similar goals to us as well. Though you
may have to have Gammon accompany Livana to make meeting
arrangements at this point. His last comment is in reference to
how enamored Livana is with Gammon.
