Rosetta: "That would work if we can get her to train with
Kindron. We may have to approach her like an intervention though
since apparently Jack and I alone are useless by ourselves. I
may not know everything about what happened in Mom's first
incarnation, but Jack did tell me that if she loses control that
the power will hurt her along with what caused the loss of
control. He even showed me a bit of his memory of one occasion
when Mom did lose control, and it wasn't pretty. All that has me
worried about what would happen if she's pushed to loss of
control. Distortion powers of any kind are dangerous without
training from what Frank has told me. I just don't know how to
convince her without being as blunt and just telling everyone."
She responds to Hei to telepathically. Her concern and worry is
definitely evident in her response to him.
Zelpharia: Good. She says to Kindron with a bit of a smile.
Zelpharia then takes a sip of her drink and tries to calm her
mind a bit more. She's grateful that Kindron isn't pushing the
subject of what had just happened with her PTSD and distortion
lightning.
Laura: Well how about we move away from the dark spirit talk for
now. This is suppose to be a learning day for family, and I
think this subject has been a sore spot for more than just one
person in the bar today. I think we've given Kindron plenty to
consider. She says with a smile to Kindron, Qrow, and Zelpharia.
Laura is still concerned about Zelpharia's little electrical
burst with her PTSD moment but decides it best not to push it if
Zelpharia doesn't wish to talk about it. Laura would put the
focus on Rosetta again but can tell that Rosetta and Hei are
communicating telepathically so decides to put Zelpharia on the
spot. Laura: So what about Rosetta's other brothers, Zelpharia?
Why not tell us a bit about your sons? I mean I'm sure they'll
be wondering more about Qrow and his boys eventually so might as
well tell us about them. Laura says to Zelpharia as a way to
change the subject plus to learn a bit more about Rosetta's
past.
Zelpharia: What can I say about Franklin and Vladimir? Franklin
is basically the human-celestian version of the alternate of
Kendrix from the Exiles while Vladimir is my dhampir son from
Alucard and the one who I could honestly see joining the Order
just to p*ss his father off. She says with a shrug as she's
exactly unsure what to say about her sons. Zelpharia: Frank
joined the Celestian DF military when he was 17 years old and a
special ops agent by 20 with training in assassination. He can
be a bit of a sarcastic ass but fairly down to earth unless you
p*ss him off. Vladimir is just a bastard. I love him. He can do
some very good things, but all in all, he became too consumed by
jealousy for Lucien had and he didn't and turned into an ass.

Hei: Maybe we should tell Kindron and have him talk to her
privately. She seems to respect Kindron enough, and I think that
she won't mind training with him. Those two are pretty good
friends, so I think she might listen to him. Plus, my future
daughter said that the more distortion powers are used, the more
damage it's going to do to our universe. So if we say she has to
in order for our universe to not suffer anymore, I think she
might be more willing to listen to that as well. I'll even call
my future daughter here to talk to her if I have to. She's
starting to get annoyed that no one is listening to her about
not using distortion powers. He says to Rosetta.
Kindron: Yeah... The last thing the Order needs is another child
of Alucard... He says with a shrug. The stories Dufort told me
about the one he's fought have been... worrying. He turns to
Zelpharia. Does Vladimir know about his family on Alucard's
side? I found out recently that Radu's daughter is still alive
and with the British Men of Letters after meeting their leader.
Maybe it would do some good for him to meet her.
Qrow: I've seen that girl... And no. He says to Kindron. It was
more sarcastic than anything. That girl does nothing unless it
is entertaining. If those two meet, it will be like pairing
gasoline with fire. Did you know that Radu's daughter once put a
wasp's nest in Alucard's coffin while he was sleeping, just to
mess with him? Alucard only found out it was her because she
accidentally told him. I don't want to know what kind of things
they'd do if they started hanging out together.

Rosetta: "Hmmm... Kindron seems like the "doesn't want to push"
type, but I'm definitely willing to talk to him to see if he
will help. I'll even show him the memory that Jack shared with
me if I have to. As for your future daughter, she would
definitely be a big help in convincing my Mom. Mom doesn't want
to hurt the universe if that's what distortion powers will do so
if your kid can convince her with the truth then definitely
include her." Rosetta responds to Hei with a more hopeful tone
in her telepathic communication. She and Jack have been trying
for years to get Zelpharia to find someone to train with and
without the help of Vladimir or Franklin. She then thinks about
something. Rosetta: "And your daughter may want to have a long
talk with my brother, Frank, if distortion powers are harming
the universe because that's his main power. Only saying that
because I would find it funny as hell to see someone jump on him
about his power use."
Zelpharia shivers a bit at the thought of what kind of trouble
that Vladimir and Radu's daughter could get into. She does have
to admit though that it sounds like Vladimir would get along
with Radu's daughter. Zelpharia: Vladimir definitely knows about
Alucard's family though he's never really talked to Radu as far
as I know. He's always viewed Alucard's refusal to accept him as
him not being accepted by the family as a whole so has never
tried relating to Radu. Zelpharia says with a thoughtful look
after listening to Kindron and Qrow. Zelpharia: We could
introduce Vladimir to Radu and his cousin though Qrow makes it
sound like the two cousins would be quite the pair of
pranksters. She says with a light laugh towards the end.
Zelpharia: I mean if a wasp's nest in Alucard's coffin while he
was sleeping is the worst the girl has done then there's hope
that she might actually calm Vlad down. What's the worst the two
could get into?

Hei: Then she should talk to him. I'm surprised she wouldn't
have already, but she might not know about him. He says to
Rosetta.
Qrow: That girl... She only cares about her own entertainment.
She doesn't care who gets hurt and who doesn't. I imagine those
two would get into a lot of trouble. The story about the wasp's
nest was the main one I heard about. I'm sure there are plenty
of other stories about her that I just haven't heard about.

Rosetta: "Considering that you guys just met me and that Frank
is a Time Lord who works for the Time Agency, your daughter
probably hasn't found out about him. Luckily, he's stuck in this
century on orders from his boss to help with the big problem
with the universe so easy enough for her to meet him. He's
staying in his TARDIS at my apartment in Cardiff." Rosetta
telepathically says to Hei. She then focuses on Kindron so she
can include him and talk to him about Zelpharia's little
problem. Rosetta: "Kindron, I've been talking to Hei about my
Mom's electrical problem. I could really use your help in
convincing her to train in controlling her distortion lightning.
I've personally never seen how bad it is when it is when she
loses control of it, but I trust what Jack has told me and shown
through memories. Not only is it deadly to others but also
seriously hurts her when it happens, and I'm afraid that it will
kill her one day if she doesn't get help. Hei says that she
respects you so maybe you can convince her."
Zelpharia: My concern would be if the two of them would be a
meance to society or just to Alucard and Lucien. I could handle
it if the two of them cause trouble for Alucard. He deserves
what he gets from Vladimir since Alucard was cold to him for so
long. Society really doesn't deserve headaches though. Zelpharia
responds to Qrow with a bit of a smile. Zelpharia: I really
can't say that Vladimir doesn't cause trouble for entertainment
purposes. After all, he's temporarily canceled Rosetta's psychic
powers just so he can prank her.. or so he could go full force
in a spar and leave her at a disadvantage.

Kindron: I can try, but I can't force her to try and train it.
I'd be happy to help her if there's a good way we can get her to
train. I get the feeling she doesn't want to bring it up, and I
really don't want to force the issue. He says to Hei and
Rosetta.
Hei: I had an idea on that. Kendra said that the more distortion
powers are used, the longer it will take for our universe to
heal. I doubt Zelpharia wants to be the reason our universe's
distortion destroys us all. He says to Kindron.
Qrow: Well... I actually don't know much about her. I haven't
met the British Men of Letters yet, so I have no idea if that
girl only goes to mess with Alucard, or if she'll mess with
anyone. I just know some of the rumors I heard about her since
the British Men of Letters are communicating more with Hellsing
after they became allies thanks to Integra's alternate brother.

Rosetta: "Between you and Hei's daughter, I really think that we
have a chance to convince her, Kindron, but if she refuses then
I won't push it... in front of you." Rosetta says to Kindron
after Hei tells K about his idea to have Future Kendra speak
with Zelpharia.
Zelpharia: Then may be I should listen to Jack and River and
have Vladimir work with Father Hei instead. Zelpharia says with
a thoughtful look and a bit of a joking tone. Zelpharia: I'm
sure that the Men of Letters must be a fine organization if
Akiba was the one who settled the peace between the two, but I
can't risk Vlad teaming up with someone else like him and run
amuck just for laughs. With as much time as Zelpharia has spent
with Hellsing, she knows who Akiba is and what he's done to
expand Hellsing's allies so does trust him. She's also spent
enough time around Qrow, Laura, and the other Darkfires to trust
Qrow's judgement as well though.
Laura remains quiet but does take note of Rosetta, Hei, and now,
Kindron are communicating telepathically with a smile. She
doesn't want to intrude if the three are conversating about each
other. Laura understands that sometimes it's easier for a
psychic to see memories than verbally describing them and
figures that is what Rosetta is doing.

Kindron just nods in response to Rosetta.
Kindron: Actually, that priest version of Hei isn't all that
bad. My only complaint about him is when he goes into his
personality quirk mode and gets a little extreme. But the
Iscariot has changed a lot in recent years it seems like.
They're nowhere near as extreme as they used to be.

Zelpharia: Hmm.. then maybe I really should talk to Father Hei
about possibly giving Vladimir some lessons in how to not be a
bast@rd. Zelpharia gets a bit more thoughtful for a moment.
Zelpharia: Mostly because I'm afraid of what will happen should
he decide to prank Rosetta and Dufort at the same time.
Rosetta smiles to Kindron and then looks to Qrow and Zelpharia
when Zeph mentions being afraid of what would happen if Vladimir
pranked her and Dufort at the same time. Rosetta: You'd get an
electri-fried demonic platypus most likely is what would
happen... or just a Cajun blackened @assh0le from double
lightning strikes. She says with a shrug.

Hei: Well... I usually try to avoid him. It's usually a bit
awkward seeing a holy version of me. He says with a shrug. He
had nothing against Father Hei, but always felt awkward around a
polar opposite of himself as Hei considered himself more demonic
than holy.
Kindron: I can definitely say Dufort would probably charcoal him
by himself. He says in response to Rosetta's comment. Dufort
doesn't really do the whole humor thing very well, so pranks
might very well get Vladimir zapped. He says jokingly. But it
might be good for Vladimir to get zapped a few times. He might
learn eventually not to mess with Dufort.
