Vladimir: Oh you're definitely going to fry me eventually.
Everyone wants to get a shot on me eventually. He says with a
shrug and a nonchalant grin.
Rosetta: That definitely isn't a lie. We've all gotten our shots
in on him in some way. She with a serious tone of voice.
Rosetta: Even Mom has gotten a shot on Vladimir so good luck at
trying not to fry him.

Dufort: Then I won't feel bad about using you as a test subject
for powers I plan to use against Gammon Tepes. You don't have
his energy manipulation psychokinesis I assume, so it will be a
bit more difficult to hold back though. He says to Vladimir.

Vladimir: Energy manipulation psycho-what's it? Never heard of
it but willing to learn a new trick the Tepes way. Vladimir
muses a bit after Dufort speaks. Vladimir: I'll definitely prove
to be a challenge though. I'm every bit as powerful as my
father. The last part is said with a challenge in his eyes.
Rosetta: Now I want to see what a fight between Dufort and
Vladimir will be like.
Zelpharia: Don't encourage them..please.

Dufort demonstrates psychokinesis by absorbing the energy around
him, forming what looked like a multi-colored ball of energy in
his hand that was controlled with his psychokinesis power he
copied from Gammon. The power seemed to be some form of
telekinetic energy control, though Dufort's use of it seemed far
more incomplete than it should have.
Dufort: Unfortunately, my skill using this is very limited. I
can't use the finer points of each energy I control like he can.
He can use all kinds of energy and use the energy amplification
skills that go with them. Mana, psychic, ki, spirit, and other
energies in the air all at once. His psychokinesis manipulates
those energies and he absorbs them to amplify himself multiple
times over. I can only shift them around, because I couldn't
fully copy this skill. This is how he seals away most time lords
he meets because each unique energy has its own sealing
techniques. Even if time lords can defend against one kind of
energy sealing, getting hit with multiple different kinds
usually works. He explains.

Vladimir: Huh? That's actually pretty cool technique that can be
refined with practice. I'll get you into the training room and
we can spar so you can improve. I have plenty of familiars to
let you test and practice on. Vladimir says thoughtfully.
Vladimir: I bet we can get you on par with this Gammon in no
time.
Jack: Sounds like you two are on the right track to working
together. Now if everyone will excuse me. I have a Doctor to
speak with about a possible Weeping Angel problem at the
Vatican. Jack says as he stands up and walks towards his office
door.
Zelpharia: Another day, another headache...
Rosetta: Could be worse, Mom. Could be worse.

Dufort: You misunderstand. This technique is only partially
copied. That means unless I copy the whole technique, I can't
ever use it beyond this level. He explains. To kill him, I'd
have to use other abilities.

Vladimir: Okay, so we take what you have copied and perfect
those powers. We'll also work on your other powers too. He says
to Dufort with a thoughtful look. Vladimir: Maybe you could even
copy my powers for a fastball to throw at Gammon.
Rosetta: Do we need more people with Tepes family powers?
Jack reaches the door. Jack: At least Dufort would be
responsible with those powers unlike Vladimir. He says as he
opens the door and walks through.
Rosetta: That's a good point.

Dufort: If I see them, I can copy them. As long as you don't
have some weird defense against it like Gammon does.

Vladimir: As far as I know, I shouldn't have any defense your
ability to copy my powers. He says with a wry grin. His right
arm then turns as black as the void and red eyes open along it.
His hand then transforms into a hellhound's head with tongue and
everything. Vladimir: Just one of my talents. Let me know if
this is too difficult for you to copy.
Rosetta: I can definitely see Dufort being more responsible with
that power than you. He probably make friends with the
hellhounds summoned.

Dufort: I should mention I can only copy psychic abilities. But
I could create a version of that power since I know how it
works. He says as he uses his vampire shapeshifting and psychic
and magic silver lightning to replicate Vladimir's power.
However, instead of his eyes turning black and red, they instead
turn black with his green pupils remaining green. And instead of
a hound's head shifting from his hand, Dufort creates a
snake-like dragon from the lightning his arm had turned into.
