Jack: So Dominators sound like about 10% of all known psychic
alien races. Jack sarcastically comments more to himself than
Malcolm as he throws a couple of levers in sequence.
Zelpharia smirks a bit at Jack's comment but responds to
Malcolm's comment about how the Cyber Men's technology could've
gotten a boosted. Zelpharia: Cyber Men getting a hold of more
advance transdimensional travel tech from another multiversal
traveling race is in the top three theories. Regardless of how
they advanced their technology, I'm really starting to consider
going against my typical more peaceful nature and developing a
bomb big enough to wipe out a universe. Then sending it through
the next time the Cyber Men open another dimensional portal and
wiping out at least one of three of their universe. Zelpharia
says as she turns a knob and push a button.

Malcolm: Yeah, they're a real pain in the ass. He says in
response to Jack before turning to Zelpharia. Could we bomb them
without taking out our own? I'd have no problem with that.
Sounds pretty efficient if we can just take them all out at
once. Hell. Give me the bomb and I'll be happy to have it
delivered. I can have Kendrix Darkfire make a robot that can
deliver it with no risk to us. Better than waiting for them to
do whatever they want to us. He says to Zelpharia's suggestion
about bombing the Cyberman's home universe. Unlike most, Malcolm
was never one to shy away from sacrificing others if it meant
survival and protecting his family, even if sometimes he had to
betray those he considers allies.

Zelpharia: With the right delivery system and a properly
constructed antimatter bomb of the correct proportions, then we
could definitely take out their entire universe without a single
sacrifice on our side. The problem is making the bomb itself
because of the type of exotic materials used are highly
volatile. Antimatter and matter reacts violently depending on
type of material used. Celestians have soralium which is a low
radioactive material in both matter form and antimatter form but
creating the antimatter form is dangerous without the right
containment system. Most of those manufacturers were disbanded
and shutdown approximately 4.6 billion years ago after the Great
Revolution of Celestia. What manufacturers still exist only make
enough to make bombs the size of golf balls but with enough
destructive power to level Los Angeles. She says as she and Jack
finish the landing sequence enough for Jack to take over. She
then looks to Malcolm. She normally isn't one for genocidal wars
and attacks except for when protecting the rest of the universe
and her family from races like Cyber Men. Zelpharia: If you
think that Kendrix can help come up with a process to help in
creating and delivering a bomb big enough to wipe out an entire
universe, then I will be more than happy to work with him on
it.. but only on the condition that the technology knowledge is
kept secret. Last thing we need is for Earth governments to
discover a weapon more power than the atomic bomb they already
created. She then begins walking over to a door opposite of the
main entrance.
Jack takes over the command console knowing that Zelpharia is
going to have to grab the small bomb that she is referring to
and Tomasic the Living Sword. Jack: A good reason why Zeph and I
usually reserve using them for occasions like this.

Malcolm: Well, you'll want to talk to him, but I don't see why
Kendrix wouldn't be able to keep it a secret. He says as he
waits till they were ready to walk out before heading to the
door.

Zelpharia: Oh I know he can keep a secret. The whole family is
good at keeping secrets. Should say that I know them for a
while, but I interact with Kindron more often because of my work
with Hellsing. I'll be back. I need to grab the bomb and my
sword. She says as she reaches the door and opens it. She then
walks through.
Jack: I think the only reason why she's never thought about
involving Kendrix is because she knows him and how dangerous the
production of the bombs are. Jack says to Malcolm after
Zelpharia walks through the door as he runs to the other side of
the command console. Jack: I brought up the subject a couple of
times as she worked out ideas and study these damn things in the
lab. Jack then sighs a bit as he pushes a couple of buttons
which engages the defense systems. Jack: Honestly, she'll
probably talk to him now that a second person has brought it up.
Jack then smiles a bit. Jack: Not that she ignores me just she
needs that extra mental coaching so thanks.

Jack: Technically neither of us like doing that either. Just
sometimes you think about the cost of what it takes to defeat
that enemy. That question is it worth the possible sacrifice of
some of those you're trying to protect. Jack says as he throws
the final switches to land the TARDIS. Jack: The difference is
I'm willing to sacrifice some collateral damage even myself for
the survival of Earth and my loved ones whereas Zelpharia tries
to figure out way where there's no possible sacrifice. She
doesn't always understand that sometimes you can't save
everyone. Guess that's why I fell in love with her. He says with
a smile as he looks to Malcolm as the main temporal engine slows
its wheezing to a stop.

Malcolm: I really don't care about humanity as a whole... I only
care about my family, and I will do whatever I have to in order
to protect them. I'd have no problems sacrificing half the
planet if it means my family survives. People call me heartless
for it... But I call myself determined. He says in response to
Jack. Unlike Jack and Zeph, Malcolm could be pretty ruthless, as
he once sided with Damien Dhark when Damien Dhark tried to
destroy the world in exchange for him, his daughter and son
getting a safe place with Damien Dhark's people. And Malcolm
even tried to destroy half of Star City (Back when it was called
Starling City) in order to destroy the corruption in the city
before he was stopped by Oliver Queen.

Jack: That explains where I get some of my more ruthless
personality from. Jack gives Malcolm a bit of a smile. Jack: I
have my moments of choosing family before the many so don't
think because I try to save as many as possible that I'm not
ruthless when doing it. Jack says as he walks forward towards
Malcolm as they wait for Zelpharia. Jack: As a matter of fact,
there's a few people who will tell you that I can be a down
right heartless bastard when I need to be in order to save those
I care about... the rest of the world just gets lucky to be
included. His voice is light-hearted but serious. Jack: I work
with my family everyday at Torchwood. My wife, my son, my
stepkids, my best friends who are like siblings, and my
boyfriend. They make protecting them that much harder and me
that much more heartless about things. So we're not too
different when it comes to loved ones except Zeph is pretty much
one of my main consciences to help make me less of a heartless
@ssh0le.
Zelpharia grabs Tomasic and hooks his sheath to her belt. She
then goes and grabs her last antimatter bomb from the armory.

Malcolm: I can't say I know what it's like to work with the
people you care about... My daughter and son won't work with me
at all because of how "ruthless" they seem to think I am.
