As Harry listens to them talk about sparring matches, he goes
into the case and pulls out a pair of gauntlets. Harry: Well,
you're both probably going to be using new weapons so I doubt
much will change. He says, giving the gauntlets he pulled out to
Maya. These are my own design, and one I'm pretty proud of. The
staff was more Cisco's idea, but these were my idea. I call them
the Shock Gauntlets. These gauntlets draw on your own magnetic
field. By using your lightning powers to change or amplify your
magnetic field, you can adjust the power of the gauntlets that
they absorb from your magnetic field. They work by shifting
electromagnetic energy into kinetic energy you can fire at
enemies like a-
Cisco: Shockwave. He says, cutting off Harry, looking to Maya.
Yeah... There's the name. He says proudly having come up with a
hero type name for Maya.
Harry sighs at Cisco. Harry: Anyway... The waves can be fired at
enemies, or you can focus the two gauntlets together to create a
360 degree shockwave to affect everything around you. You can
also amplify your magnetic field with your ki to have the
gauntlets focus ki-amplified magnetic energy to create
ki-amplified kinetic energy. He then looks to Maya again. You do
have to be careful though... Too much power and it won't just be
your enemies knocked on their a*s. You'll find there's a kick to
using these, so you need to adjust your power accordingly. Find
a balance between ki amplification and your lightning. And...
You can also focus other types of lightning into your magnetic
field to give the kinetic shockwaves special properties, like
holy lightning for a holy blast shockwave, and stuff like that.

Sam: Shockwave... I like it. Sounds like a kickass superhero.
Sam says to Maya about her new name as Maya checks out the new
gauntlets.

Harry: Well... Hopefully these will be the first of many. Now
for the last one. He says, mostly to Maxine, who he has to pull
out the other case. He pulls out a strange looking sword and
sheath, which both appeared to be made out of special materials.
I didn't make this one other than putting a few finishing
touches on it. This one was one of the Russian Special Forces
doctors. He says as he hands puts the blade on the table. The
first ever Drakotanium blade. Apparently this was designed with
dragon hunters in mind. It's a modified version of Draconium,
which is what we, in my universe, call what you in this world
call "dragon hunter metal" or something. Drakotanium has been
designed to counter higher level dragons. He calls Kuya over,
who walks over. Put some lightning into the sword. He says to
Kuya, who nods and starts focusing his lightning into the blade.
As he does, the blade starts to glow, and starts turning
slightly red. Once Harry waves his hand to have Kuya stop, he
holds the blade up. The metal gets stronger as it absorbs
elemental energy. As it get stronger, it more easily cuts
through dragon skin and dragon power. Apparently it was designed
to fight some dragon king that your people were supposed to
fight at some point? He says, not knowing much about the Onaga
prophecy that Onaga would rise again. Anyway... The blade is
designed to absorb elemental energy, and once it reaches a
certain point, it is theorized that it will even be able to cut
through this dragon king's skin which some dragons seem to think
is nearly indestructible. However, there is a problem with this
blade. He says as he grabs the sheathe. That's where this comes
in. He puts the blade into the sheathe, and pulls it out, with
the blade having returned to normal. He then holds up the
sheathe. The sheathe is made of uridium... A new material
designed to negate elemental energies. It was designed as a way
to counter the blade from getting too much elemental energy.
Because if the blade absorbs too much energy, the blade will
actually melt if the elemental energy overwhelms the blade. At
some point, the blade will glow a hot red, and once it reaches
that heated state, it will start to melt. The uridium sheath is
designed to counter that. So you can put the blade away before
it gets to that point and draw it again if you need to. But...
The sheath does negate elemental power completely, which means
against elemental enemies, you can use it defensively. Other
than that, the blade is has special ki based runs to work with
your mystic ki. If you use it, you can also use that to
strengthen the blade and focus stronger dragon hunter energy. He
explains as he hands the sword and the sheath to Maxine.

With a small smile, Maxine takes the dragon sword and examine
it.
Maxine: If what the girls told me about that Onaga bastard is
true, then I can't wait to test this out on that bastard once he
shows his ugly face.
Alisa: Okay, that makes me a bit jealous.
Maya: Don't you have tiger energy powers or something?
Alisa: I do. Which reminds me, I still need to go back to my
master (teacher). That fight with Balor left me with a few
reality checks.

for you too. I just have to figure out your powers and come up
with some ideas. He says to Alisa.

Alisa: Well, if it helps I have spirit powers and I'm a Sniper
Specialist. One of the top best in Russia. My spirit animal
power is a tiger which was granted to me by a spirit user
master.
