RP: American Special Forces New Base, Courtesy of STAR Labs

Time: A week after V regained Olympus.
Location: Colorado Mountains not far from Stargate Command
It had been a week or so since V had regained Olympus. And while
V's group was rebuilding Olympus, word had come from STAR Labs
that the new American Special Forces base had been finished.
After the old base had been destroyed by Goku Black, President
Whitmore and the government contracted STAR Labs to build a new
base, which had been in the works for years, and had moved the
location to nearby Stargate Command as Colonel O'Neil and Dr.
Daniel Jackson were also being tasked with helping out American
Special Forces.
However, the work was done, and now the new base was ready to be
revealed. Not only had the base been occupied by Military
soldiers, but Cisco Ramon and Harrison "Harry" Wells were
staying with Special Forces to help them get set up, and to help
them with some of the threats they had to deal with.
The first to arrive was Rentaro Satomi, who came along with Dr.
Cossack and Boris. Dr. Cossack and Boris were more curious about
the new base, and wanted to get to know the new base that the
American Special Forces would be using.
Rentaro arrives after Dr. Cossack and Boris, who were already
inside. Rentaro walks up to the base, but is stopped by the
guard.
Guard: I have to see your identification. He says, pulling out a
device.
Rentaro: Right... Here. He says, taking out his ID and holding
it so the guard could see it.
Guard: Thank you, sir... I'll get you authorized to head inside.
He says as he runs a device over Rentaro, making Rentaro
curious.
Rentaro: What the hell is that? That's not a scanner. He says,
looking at it.
Guard: No... It's a special authorization device. It puts
particulates on you that makes the base's scanners recognize you
as one of them. At least... That's how it was explained to me.
STAR Labs explained it to me, but most of the explanation went
right over my head. He says to Rentaro.
Rentaro shrugs. Rentaro: Would have gone over mine too... He
then looks at himself, scanning himself and seeing the remnants
of the energy of the device (even though it wasn't physically
visible under almost any light except X-rays). So what happens
if you enter the base without this "authorization"?
Guard: The alarms would immediately go off once you stepped
through the door, and the base would lock down.
Rentaro: Damn... That's pretty tight security. He says. He then
looks up, seeing giant guns at the four edges of the base. And
big guns. I guess we're gonna need them if Hyperion or Black Sun
invade.
Guard: You don't need to worry, sir... The President ordered
this new base to made a stronghold should a situation require
it. If Hyperion and Black Sun invaded, this place could hold out
for weeks fighting off invasions from all sides if we had to.
Rentaro: Let's hope it doesn't come to that. He says as he walks
inside.
He walks inside, noticing the base seemed to scan him silently.
If it weren't for his mechanical eye's abilities, he wouldn't
even have noticed it. Even though the base seemed ready for
anything, there were still a ton of guards, all having been
trained on the new equipment and the new layout of the base.
Rentaro walked the halls, but got lost along the way. After
about 10 minutes of wandering around, a holographic display
comes up of the AI unit, Butler.
Butler: Hello there, I am AI unit BUTLR... You seem lost.
Anything I can do to help?
Rentaro: Where's the command center? This place is a freaking
maze. He says to the AI.
AI: Of course... I'll be happy to guide you there. He says, his
small form floating along. Even though he was a holographic
projection, there seemed to be no problem with him keeping his
form as they move about the base, and Butler shows Rentaro to
the command center.
Once there, Rentaro goes over to Dr. Cossack and Boris. He looks
at Cisco and Harry. Rentaro: Dude... This place is a maze! What
the hell? You need some signs or something. "Command Center,
this way, idiots" or something. He says sarcastically.
Cisco looks to Harry. Cisco: I KNEW IT! It WASN'T just me! He
says to Harry. I thought every hallway looked the damn same!
Harry sighs and shrugs. Harry: It's a military base. It's not
supposed to have flair. Besides... The design can confuse your
enemies if they end up here. You would have the advantage
because you'll know your way around.
Rentaro: How can I learn my way around if I don't know where I'm
going in the first place?! He says to Harry.
Cisco: THANK you! I said the same thing! He says sarcastically
to Rentaro.
Harry: Fine... we'll put the signs in. Happy now, Cisco? He says
to Cisco.
Cisco: YES. That is LITERALLY what I asked for. He says
sarcastically.
Butler: I would offer to help everyone get around... But I'm not
programmed to be a navigator. He says jokingly.

Since V and the others are busy with Olympus, Sam and Maxine
decide to visit the new American Special Forces base. They
brought along those like Maya and Alisa. The four of them
examine the new American Special Forces base as they enter it.
Max: whistle I knew that we were in for a surprise but this is
one hell of a good one.
Sam: I say this is a real good thing. First V gets back Olympus
and now we have a new base. Things are finally going well for us
good guys.

The guard goes over to Maxine and Sam. Guard: Ma'am... I'm
sorry, but I need to check your identification. He says to
Maxine. Though he seemed to recognize her as a member of Special
Forces, it was obvious that the group were probably being
trained to check anyways in case of shapeshifters.

Maxine: Not a problem.
Maxine, Sam, Maya and Alisa all take out their military ID so
the guard can see it. The four of them completely understand
since Russian Special Forces are more or less doing the same
thing.

The Guard checks their IDs, and then gives it back to them. He
then uses his device to authorize them to go into the base.
Maya's zapper powers would likely detect the device leaving some
kind of energy behind on them. Guard: New security has us using
these. I should inform you that authorization inside the base
requires these particulates. But I believe that STAR Labs has
ways to teleport people here without the need for it, but it
would have to be done from the command center. He explains to
them.

Sam: Better safe than sorry I suppose. It makes sense due to the
psychopaths spawning like crazy.
Maya: So what happens if we don't have these weird energy things
on us?

Guard: Then the base locks down and the anti-Meta human measures
activate, the whole base locks down, and the Power Negation
fields activate around the base. As a means to keep any
meta-humans who attack the base from being able to use their
powers. But anyone with these particulates will still be able to
use their powers with the power negation and teleportation
negation fields.

Maya: Pretty glad to have this on then. Would be pretty bad if
my first visit ends up with me being shot on sight.

Guard: Well... The base is monitored by the AI set up by STAR
labs, and it has been programmed to not authorize the base to
attack an enemy specifically unless the person attacks first.
And from the command center, the AI can override it if there's a
mistake.
