Karasu smiles in relief to Qrow that he's letting her go.
Karasu: I promise that I will call immediately if things get to
bad for us to handle. I'll keep an eye on Cinder after Hei calls
her. Karasu says as a way to reassure Qrow. She hasn't spent
much time with Cinder and can't say much herself about her
sister-in-law, but she does trust the judgement of Qrow and
Raven about people.
Victor gives Raven a sideways wry grin when she makes her joke
and hears Hei's growl. Victor: As temptin' as that offer is, I
think Hei might have ways ta hurt me that would be more painful
than molecular bonding adamantium ta my skeleton. He says with a
chuckle as he knew that she was joking. Victor so far likes Hei
and doesn't really want to p*ss off someone that he could come
to call a friend. He also likes Raven and Qrow so far, but
something in Victor's animal instincts and mafia boss brain
tells him that he should remain on guard around Raven. As a
crime lord, Victor knows that all good bosses of organizations
have some certain traits: tenacity, charisma, business savvy,
family honor, and manipulative. He can tell what traits Qrow
has, but Raven is a bit harder to read pass her charisma and
charming personality that she's showing. He returns his
attention to Qrow, Hei, and Raven. Victor: It sounds like y'all
have this hunt party set up, but I'd like ta ask somethin'. Can
Karasu and I get some new clothes 'fore we go bastard huntin'?
He says as he places a hand in an almost ripped pocket of the
ripped and stitched prison pants. Karasu's clothes aren't in
much better shape as they're also cover in stitch and patch
repairs.

Raven smiles and shrugs as she goes back over to Qrow. Raven:
Had to try at least. She says jokingly. Even though her joking
manner made her seem like she wasn't serious, there was a more
sinister side to Raven. It took certain moments to see it, but
at times, it seemed Qrow didn't really lead the Sabbat, but
instead it was actually Raven many times who pulled the strings
behind the scenes. Victor's instincts might be able to notice
Raven's influence over Qrow, and, with Raven, that was a very
dangerous thing for her to have such an influence over the
leader of the Sabbat.
Qrow: I'm not stopping you. Do what you need to do. He says in
response to Victor. Though he didn't seem to care and didn't
seem to really change his attitude, Victor refusing to kill
Cinder since he was choosing loyalty to his possible friendship
with Hei had actually earned some respect from Qrow. While Raven
wasn't specifically testing Victor's loyalty, Qrow managed to
make use of the moment at least to try and understand Victor a
little more.
Hei: I think they like you. He says telepathically to Victor.

Victor's instincts are definitely sharp as he watches Raven walk
over to Qrow. He can tell that she'll be one that he'll have to
keep an eye on. He hears what Qrow says about doing what they
need to get ready and raises an eyebrow. Victor: Y'all know
someone who's got clothes that'll fit me. I think I'm a bit
wider than Hei ta borrow clothes from. Victor can hear Hei and
just simply thinks his response hoping that Hei can hear him
since Victor isn't telepathic. Victor: "That's what I'm aimin'
for, and honestly, I think I like 'em too."
Karasu walks over to Qrow and gives him a quick hug. Karasu:
Thank you for at least understanding, Dad. She says softly to
him. Karasu cares about both Qrow and Raven, but she's always
been more of a daddy's girl growing up and doesn't always defy
him.

Qrow hugs Karasu back when she hugs him.
Hei: I have some clothes made for me by other members of the
Sabbat... They're designed to stretch. I don't like the material
so I don't wear them often. You can use those. They're designed
for people who can change sizes at will and for people who
shapeshift. He explains.

Karasu looks to Raven with a smile. Karasu: And thank you for
being nice to Victor. She says with a bit of a teasing tone as
she steps back from hugging Qrow. Karasu then looks to Victor
and Hei as Hei offers Victor some clothes.
Victor: As long as they'll stretch across my chest, then I
should be good. Ain't like I haven't worn tighter in my
Brotherhood days anyways. He says with a smirk to Hei as he
remembers his old yellow and brown striped costume. These days
he's happy with a pair of jeans, a shirt, and boots, but beggars
can't be choosers. Victor: Anything is better than the jailhouse
escapee look this point so lead on.
Karasu: Since it sounds like you two have Victor's clothing
situation under control, then I'll meet up with you two at Hei's
after I'm done getting changed. She then goes off to get changed
into fresh, undamaged clothes. Victor tries hard not to watch
Karasu walk away out of respect for her family.

Hei: It should work. We have people who shapeshift into pretty
bulky forms. I have an outfit that should fit you. It might seem
small at first, but you'll fit into it. He says before turning
to Karasu as she leaves. Very well. We'll meet back in a bit. He
says as he starts walking, as he expected Victor to follow him
to his room so they could get him an outfit to wear.

Victor follows Hei to his place so Victor can change clothes. He
waits until they're almost to Hei's place before speaking
candidly. Victor: Ya got some interesting folks, Hei. I like
'em. Yer maw has an interesting sense of humor that's not too
different from mine. Victor knows that even if Raven was joking
that he could still hear the innuendos here and there. Something
he uses to signal his right hand man when not wanting to let
others know. He kinda hopes his instincts are wrong though in a
way. Victor: Yer paw seems like a good level-headed man.
Karasu gets to her door, opens it, and walks inside. She sighs
as she closes the door and goes about changing clothes, brushing
her hair, and some other basic grooming.

Hei: They can be reasonable as long as you're respectful, or
your views don't clash with theirs. The old man can be
levelheaded, but he's unnecessarily stubborn about a lot of
things, which is why he never listens to me when I give him a
logical argument. Mother on the other hand... She's one you got
to watch out for, because she will do whatever she has to in
order to get what she wants. It's good they took a liking to
you. I had no doubt they probably would. Just watch out for
mother... She will sometimes try to get some of us to do things
we shouldn't. After the Karasu in our world died, she went back
to her "only the strong survive" mentality, and sometimes she
will step over other family members to do it. It's only the old
man that keeps her from doing some pretty drastic things at
times. He says as he leads Victor to his room. Once inside, he
walks over to his closet and looks at it for a moment. Hmm... It
will be awkward to grab clothes in my wolf form. He says as he
returns to his normal form, which was in his normal black reaper
attire. He looked at himself. He stops and looks at the dried
blood on his clothes, suddenly remembering he needed to change
too since he had killed a bunch of people while trying to track
down Karasu as at one point he shifted into human form to
infiltrate a base. While he did have a trick to get rid of most
of the blood on his clothes with his holy lightning to evaporate
blood, in this case he hadn't gotten all of it. And apparently I
need to change too... I guess I didn't evaporate all the blood
off my outfit like I thought.

He chuckles a bit after Hei transforms back into his human form
and notices that he'll have to change too. Victor: It can happen
ta the best of us. I was washin' blood outta my hair for a day
after Karasu and I got outta that prison. He then gets a bit
more serious but keeps a smile. Victor: As fer yer maw, I had a
gut feeling 'bout 'er but I didn't want to say what that was.
Kinda thought I heard an innuendo or two in her jokes and glad
ta know my old instincts aren't rusty. I'll remember ta keep my
guard up around 'er so thanks fer the heads up. Yer paw might be
stubborn as some old men get, but I can see that he means well
enough. He cares about his family even if ya don't always agree
with him. Victor then thinks about his own father and what drove
the over zealously religious man to torture Victor as a child.
This brings a bit of anger to his face. Victor: At least yer paw
ain't like how mine use ta be. Ain't fun developin' mutant
powers as a kid while bein' called the devil and have yer fangs
and claws ripped out on a regular basis.
Karasu makes sure that she picks out an outfit that she's well
known for wearing in Berlin. Something functional for combat yet
attractive and definitely something to annoy David. If she was
going to help track David, then she was definitely going full
bait ready. Karasu: Red pumps or black ankle boots? She says to
herself.

Hei: Good news for you then... You can use my soap and shampoo.
It's pretty good stuff. I had to get something pretty tough that
could wash not only the blood off, but the smell as well. The
stuff I have specially made will definitely remove that blood
and the scent it leaves behind. Many of us use it. Hei pulls out
a black outfit for Victor. It was a basic black outfit with a
black cloak, which Hei had also modified with dust, which Victor
might be able to tell with his senses that the cloak was not
just cloth, but had an armored interior mixed with dust crystals
sewn into the cloak (modifications made by Hei himself). The
outfit didn't look big enough to fit on Hei, let alone Victor as
he hands it to Victor. Hei: You can wear this. It should stretch
for you to be able to wear. You can use my shower. I'll just use
Natsu's shower in the meantime.
