Theo grabs the seat when the brakes are slammed out of reflex.
He calms down slowly once they arrive to their destination.
Theo: Sweet.

M finds a parking spot thanks to the parking attendants. He had
paid for premium parking so gets a spot close to the main
entrance to the sports park and training fields. He puts the car
in park and reaches into the center console to pull out two box
seat tickets. M: Like Ivan, I got us box seats. Hopefully we'll
find Ivan quickly before his old contacts. M says as he opens
the door and gets out. He'll then hand Theo his ticket when Theo
gets out.

M reaches in the car and pulls out a pair of binoculars. M then
walks to the main entrance at a decent pace. There is a decent
amount of people piling up at the entrance where people are
buying last minute tickets for the expedition game. M: Looks
like a healthy size crowd for a spring training game. Hopefully
Ivan will stand out. I also get to try out my new x-ray vision
binoculars. These should see through the walls of each box booth
to help us locate Ivan.

Theo: Heh. Seems like you made your own tech version of Far
Sight. Let me see if I can find anything else.
Theo quickly use his Far Sight power to see if there's anything
else around besides what M stated already.

Upon first glance, Theo will see Ivan about to head for the
elevator to the box seats after entering the main entrance to
the ball field where the NY Yankees are playing the FL Marlins.
M uses his binoculars and then shakes his head a little bit
before adjusting them. M: Not so much of Far Sight as they are
diagnostic tool because I can also see through flesh with these
things too. I think I need to adjust them a bit more. Do you see
anything?

Theo: Yeah. I see the old man heading for the elevator to the
box seats after he went through the main entrance to the ball
field where the Yankees are playing the Marlins.

M: Excellent! Let's go and catch up. May be we catch before he
enters a booth. M says as he hangs the binoculars around his
neck. M then starts off toward the main gate at a fast pace
walk.

Theo stop using his Far Sight and almost instantly start walking
fast to catch up to M. A huge part of him want to use his powers
to breeze there. But he knows that he needs to be discreet.

It doesn't take too long for M and Theo make it through the
crowds fairly quick though a couple of rude tourists did try to
slow them down. The ticket takers were fairly quick with their
lines in keeping them moving. The one helping M and Theo tells
them that their box seat booth is booth 4. Once pass the
formalities of entering the ballpark, M leads Theo to the
elevators where the box seats are. M: Hopefully we find which
one Ivan is in. These are privacy booths so no windows to the
hallway. Got a power that helps you see through walls? M says to
Theo as he makes some adjustments to the binoculars and then
presses the up button to call the elevator down.
Ivan walks down the box seat booth hallway to booth number 8. He
is being escorted by two beautiful women looking to party with
any wealthy man willing to flaunt the money.
