       Racial Traits:
       Monstrous Humanoid: The Tengu are humanoid, but boast a very
       crowlike appearance.
       Winged Flight: Tengu are winged humanoids that can reach speeds
       of up to 90 mph in straight line of flight and can reach speeds
       of 175 mph in a nose dive.
       Low-Light Vision: Tengu can see up to 4 times as far as humans
       in dim lighting.
       Personal Illusion: Tengu have evolved a natural mana based power
       to help hide their appearance from humans for a limited amount
       of time. They can summon forth mana to create the illusion that
       the Tengu is also human. Only mana users, magic users, and
       psychics can sense the illusion exists. Cast: Instant/Duration:
       6 hours/Uses per day: 3 uses
       Natural Skills: Tengu are natural masters of hiding, camouflage,
       gather information, sense motive, spot checks, and stealth
       Reality Warper Powers:
       Basic Reality Warper Powers:
       Ability Creation: The ability to create supernatural abilities.
       A sub-power of Superpower Manipulation. Users can
       create/manifest/develop virtually any ability, be it existing or
       brand new, and bestow it to others or themselves. Weaknesses:
       Can not bestow/create ultimate abilities, such as Omnipotence,
       Omniscience, Omnipresence, Omnilock, Unity or other Omnipotent
       Powers. Abilities last for only 3 hours. The reality warper may
       only create up to 4 abilities at one time but they do not have
       to go to the same person.
       Alternate Reality Creation: The ability to create an existence
       that is parallel to another, yet different in multiple ways.
       User can create a dimension, reality and/or reality-continuum.
       Everything in this Creation depends of the users choices,
       whether conscious or unconscious. As such, the user is able to
       both consciously and unconsciously create status, expertise and
       abilities for the occupants of the created universe if they deem
       it necessary. Weaknesses This ability depends on and is
       defined/limited completely by the users power-level, will-power
       and imagination. User are limited to relatively small
       pocket-dimension (roughly the size of Earth) with completely
       control. Since all the details depend on the user and not all
       are conscious ones, there is likely to be number of surprises:
       some minor details that are amusing/annoying, others that show a
       bit too much about the users subconsciousness and possibly even
       lethal dangers if the user has self-destructive impulses.
       Omnifarious: The power to shapeshift without limit. User has
       complete and absolute control over their own being, allowing
       them to manipulate their shape, density, size or to be solid,
       liquid, gaseous, or pure energy. They can spread their form into
       smaller segments that keep their ability to transform and
       recombine as they wish. User can take any form that they can
       imagine, independently from the laws of Physics and Logic.
       They aren't immune to external alterations, but can change back
       instantly, rendering such efforts meaningless. Their mind
       remains immune to all external alterations and is as flexible as
       their body while still remaining whole and fully functional even
       if the body is separated in millions of smaller parts acting
       independently. While external/environmental effects can affect
       users, they can simply take a form more adapted to the dangers
       and thus ignore most dangers or simply reform themselves.
       Weaknesses: User cannot bestow themselves abilities but
       limitless Shapeshifting can mimic many such effects. Cannot
       create sentient entities (only one mind).
       Reactive Adaptation: The ability to develop adaptations, powers,
       or skills in response to immediate threats. Users can either
       instantly develop powers or abilities to deal with threats or
       their bodies dynamically learn from experience. Depending on the
       user's control of the power or genetic structure, the reactive
       effects can be permanent or temporary.
       After a certain situation the user's skin may become tougher,
       they may display increased IQ after a difficult test or
       fortified emotions after a personal argument. User may be able
       to read different languages after moments of looking them up or
       be able to withstand a constant bombardment of radiation. Some
       users may develop Enhanced Speed after being shot, or grow
       Dermal Armor, and may have the opposite power of their opponent.
       Weaknesses: Adaptations are temporary and last as long as the
       threat exists. New adaptations may grow naturally or be produced
       as a monstrosity. Dependent upon a direct threat to the person,
       resulting in responsive action. Some adaptations may be in
       conjunction with weaknesses. Some complex reactions have a
       delayed responds. Hidden threats may not be reacted to
       instantly.
       Space Depletion: The ability to deplete space. The user can
       deplete three-dimensional space, controlling the distance
       between two different points of spatial locations. Since space
       basically acts as a boundary of existence for all, if the space
       around any matter or energy is depleted, then the said matter
       would also be erased from existence. Applications are:
       Distance Manipulation by adding or depleting space in between
       two points.
       Remote Teleportation by adding or deleting space in between
       oneself and target.
       Matter Annihilation by erasing any matter or energy alongside a
       region of space.
       Spatial Slicing by erasing a sliver of space and whatever is
       inside it.
       Portal Creation by removing the spatial barrier to create an
       inter-dimensional wormhole.
       Dimensional Travel by removing a section of the space barrier
       that separates different worlds.
       Weaknesses: This power can be countered by those with creation
       powers or the powers to close portals. If a user has a portal
       closed on them before they make it all the way through, then
       they will be thrust back to their starting location.
       Reality Warper Manipulation:
       Superpower Manipulation:
       Power Apex Inducement: The ability to tap into and unlock the
       full and maximum potential of powers, abilities of the mind,
       body, and spiritual power of another individual. The user can
       unlock all the prior restraints, mental blocks, physical
       barriers, and spirituals inhibitors within another individual to
       give them the fullest extent and maximum potential and
       power-level of all of their powers. Weaknesses: This can ONLY be
       used on another individual and not on one's self. This cannot be
       performed during battle as the reality warper needs to meditate
       and concentrate on the individual that they are using this power
       on.
       Power Augmentation: The ability to enhance the powers of oneself
       or others. The user can enhance the powers of themselves or
       others' so that they can reach high level mastery and control
       instantaneously, even reach a level of power that is usually
       beyond their limits alone. Users cannot steal or give power,
       only enhance the ones their targets already have. Weaknesses:
       Reality warpers must touch the one they wish to enhance the
       powers of. If the reality warper holds on to a person for to
       long, then the enhanced powers can do damage to the one being
       enhanced (only should touch intended person for 2 rounds). The
       enhancements only last for 10 rounds.
       Power Erasure: The ability to permanently eliminate the powers
       of others. The user can permanently eliminate the supernatural
       powers of others. Weaknesses: Power Restoration can reverse this
       power's effects. The reality warper must touch the intended
       victim. Reality warpers can only erase 1 power per touch.
       Reality warpers are temporarily infected with the emotions of
       their victim after erasing a power and will be stuck with them
       for 1 hour.
       Power Reflection: The power to reflect powers back against
       users. The user reflect any power that is launched against them
       without being harmed. This serves as a means of self-defense and
       counter-attack. The user can reflect whatever power is projected
       by their target and turn it back on them. Weaknesses: Reality
       warpers cannot reflect magic, mana, or mundane attacks (mundane
       being bullets, blades, etc.)
       Power Replication: The power to copy the powers of others. User
       is able to mimic and copy the powers of others around oneself.
       Unlike Empathic Mimicry this is not empathic, but strictly
       psychic as it simply mimics the psychic energy outputs, genetic
       structure or superhuman physiology that enable abilities in
       other people. User can even stack several powers together, which
       may lead to Power Mixture. Weaknesses: Cannot replicate Omni
       powers. Reality warpers can only replicate two powers at one
       time. Replicated powers are temporary and only last for 6 hours.
       Reality warpers cannot replicate the powers of cyborgs,
       androids, mechas, power suits, or other technology based powers.
       Reality warpers MUST touch the person whose powers they wish to
       replicate. Game Master decides which two powers the reality
       warper replicates.
       Power Restoration: The ability to restore lost powers. The user
       is able to restore the powers of others. This allows them to
       restore the powers they lost due to abilities such as Power
       Erasure and/or Power Absorption. Weaknesses: This cannot be done
       in combat as the reality warper needs quiet in order to meditate
       on lost supernatural powers. Reality warpers must be touching or
       within 2 ft radius of the one having their powers restored.
       Reality warpers can only sense and restore the powers lost to a
       being and not unlock new powers.
       Shaolin Monk Chi Powers:
       Monk Chi Healing: With concentration, a Shaolin monk can summon
       up enough Yang and Hun Chi energies to heal all wounds. Cast: 1
       round/Duration: Until all wounds are healed
       Sense Yin-P'o Chi Aura: The monk can sense anyone of evil or
       demonic nature by the natural flow of their Chi.
       Shaolin Chi Balance: This non-combat Chi ability allows the
       Shaolin monk to balance the Chi energies within himself and
       others by grounding himself and connecting to the Earth's
       natural Chi flow.
       Iron Fist Chi Technique: Monks with this Chi power harness and
       charge their fists up with enough Chi energy where their fists
       are as hard as iron and deal double blunt force damage. Cast:
       Instant/Duration: 10 rounds without recharge
       Strength of the Mountain Technique: Monks with this Chi power
       draw up and can charge themselves with enough Chi power to
       become supernaturally strong and durable making them harder to
       damage while dealing up to 5 times the damage with their
       supernatural strength. Cast: Instant/Duration: 10 rounds without
       recharge
       Change the Undecided Heart: Monks with this Chi power can pump
       enough good or evil Chi energy into a being or creature to
       change their alignment for 48 hours. This gives that being a
       chance to see life from a different point of view and decided
       what path is best for them. Cast: 2 rounds/Range: Touch or 2 ft
       radius/Duration: 48 hours
       Chi Disturbance Meditation Technique: Monks with this Chi
       technique can sense disturbances in the Chi of people and
       creatures moving around them. This is seeing with their third as
       as they can tell where each being or creature is at, how big,
       and whether it is evil or good.
       Combat Skills: Shaolin Kung Fu, Crane style Kung Fu, Tiger Claw
       Kung Fu, Praying Mantis Kung Fu, Snake style Kung Fu
       Weaknesses: Monstrous Humanoid: Their appearance is also a big
       weakness among humans in the human world. Their appearance tends
       to make humans skiddish and even cause them to attack the Tengu
       in question. Shaolin Monk: All Shaolin Monks believe that all
       life is precious and must be guarded from the forces of evil
       that would destroy it, so therefore, NO Shaolin Monk may take
       another's life without being absolutely positive that being or
       creature is completely evil in nature and that it would be best
       for life to extinguish that life force.
       Weapons: Talons, beak, powers, Shaolin Monk blessed ring staff
       (does double damage to all creatures and being of evil intent
       and alignment. Blesses all creatures and beings of good
       alignment and doubles their abilities to dodge, block, heal, and
       attack damage for 6 rounds)
       Personality: He is quiet, thoughtful, friendly, understanding,
       kind, loves and believes that all life must be guarded against
       the forces of evil, believes all have a greater potential that
       can be unlocked through proper training and meditation.
       Predominantly a pacifist and tries not to resort to violence.
       Bio: Huizhong was born in Tibet 150 years ago in a prominent
       Tibetan Shaolin monastery. There he was trained as a highly
       skilled martial artist and Shaolin monk as part of his Tengu
       heritage. He guarded the monastery well until one day his Master
       told him that he was ready to venture out like all young monks
       to see the world and spread the teachings of the protection of
       life. Huizhong's Master had also taught him that he was created
       to defeat and destroy all evil that would threaten life even if
       it meant taking the life of one whose heart could not be
       changed. With this in mind, Huizhong has ventured out into the
       world to spread the teachings that he was taught and to protect
       life where ever evil threatens. He stays at Shaolin temples
       where ever he travels to as Shaolin monks and Tengu have always
       been fast and strong allies in the harsh mountains of the
       Himalayas.
