Olympus RP Profile: Fomoire
By: Zorbak the Ebil Moglin Date: December 25, 2021, 9:32 pm
---------------------------------------------------------
"I'm but a servant of the former Demon King. I protect that
which mattered most to him." - Argus Akhaime, known as Fomoire
"You can call me, Fomoire, or 'Demon' if that's better. That is
what most people think of me as anyway."
"I'm not scared of you. The weakest warriors are the ones that
never shut up." - Fomoire to an enemy he fought who insulted
him.
"If you think I'm just going to drop dead without a fight...
You're wrong." - Fomoire to an enemy
"Killing isn't something I like to resort to... But I have no
problem killing people who find enjoyment in the death of
others."
"Fighting is a method of bettering yourself. By overcoming an
enemy, you grow both as a warrior and as a person. But killing
is a slippery slope for any warrior, and should not be
underestimated how much blood on one's hands can change them."
"I'm nowhere near as smart and able to plan things out as some
people are. In fact... Everything I've ever done has gone wrong
in some way... So I can't say I'm some master tactician."
"My purpose is to protect that which mattered most to the Demon
King... I protect the legacies he left behind, and the friends
and family he cared about. As far as the world as whole, I don't
personally have any stake in what happens to this world. But I
know that many of the friends and family of the Demon King will
fight to the end to protect this world, so I will lend them my
strength when I feel it is appropriate. I only hope my
involvement doesn't lead to more problems."
"I was ordered to be killed if I posed a threat... I know all
about your orders. I don't blame you for being cautious. I'd
have done the same thing. But now I know what you and your
people really think of me. I'm just a danger to you and your
people, and I realize you will always be trying to find ways to
take my power." - Fomoire when he left the Celtic underworld
when it was under Cichol's rule.
Fomoire saving an ally as an enemy was trying to capture them.
The ally pushes the enemy, knocking him back.
Enemy: Chuckles to himself. Little fight in you. I like that.
Fomoire: Then you're going to love this. He says as he appears
and kicks the enemy through a wall.
During a fight with an enemy.
Enemy: You can't win... You'll die here!
Fomoire: If that's true, I'll drag you to hell with me.
After Daniel made a play out of one of the battles where
Fomoire's alter ego, Fomoire, helped protect the theater that
ended with the hero of the play asking Fomoire to stay with the
heroes in the play and Fomoire becoming friends with the main
heroes, as a means to try and tell Fomoire his people wanted him
to join the Theater since Fomoire always disappeared after a
fight. After the play, Daniel was walking into the back after
the performance to find Fomoire, in his full Fomoire outfit,
sitting in a chair.
Fomoire: Quite the performance. If only things could work out
the way they do in fiction now and then... I wouldn't mind a
happy ending.
Daniel: I believe anyone can find happiness if they choose to
search for it. Even if our lives are short, it is up to us to
find the happiness that makes our lives meaningful.
Fomoire chuckles to himself. Fomoire: I wish I could afford such
happiness. But alas... Life is cruel.
Daniel: Life is but what we make it. But it sounds to me like
you're not living, but running. He says to Fomoire.
Fomoire: Perhaps I am... The only one I've ever met that could
protect me is dead. The last time I tried to find happiness, it
got your brother killed. And I personally suspect him being
involved with me may be why he's dead now. He says as he gets up
and starts walking toward the door. He stops at the door. But if
I could stop running... This would be a place I might consider
staying at. He says before leaving.
During a fight where an ally was imprisoned and Fomoire went to
save them.
Fomoire walks up to his ally's cell, where she was chained to
the wall. He was wearing his mask and full assassin outfit.
Ally: You were the one who encouraged me to fight! And look what
happened! She says angrily when he walks up to her cell as she
notices him.
Fomoire: You're right. I did tell you to fight. So I have to
take responsibility for this outcome. I am sorry things did not
go as I planned... He says as he blasts the cell doors off and
frees his ally. I will handle this. Leave the rest to me.
"I don't know who he is... But I do know he shows up now and
then when the Theater is in trouble. He claims to be a servant
of my father... Or a former servant. People call him 'Black
Demon' and 'Demon Assassin.' He's a bit of a mystery, and as
much as I've tried, he won't open up to me. The only thing I
know for sure about him is that he is running from something,
and I am not sure what. Although... I believe that his chosen
nickname 'Fomoire' may offer some hints about where he's from
and who he really is." - Daniel Darkfire about Fomoire.
" 'Be extremely subtle even to the point of formlessness. Be
extremely mysterious even to the point of soundlessness. Thereby
you can be the director of the opponent's fate.' Master that and
you'll become a powerful warrior. Focus on unbalancing your
opponent, and focus on making sure you opponent cannot learn
your moves or learn how you operate. That will make you
dangerous to any enemy if they don't know what to expect from
you." - Kindron quoting Sun Tzu while training Fomoire back when
he was alive.
Real Name: Argoreth "Argus" Akhaime
Title: Fomoire (Irish for "Demon from Below")
Other Nicknames: Black Demon, Argus the Dark (those that know
his real name), The Demon Assassin, The Shadow of the Demon King
Age: Unknown
Species: Fomor (Celtic Demon) enhanced with Dark Aura and
Fullbringer Power
Gender: Male
Hunter Group/Team: None (Works on his own)
Weapons:
- Fullbring Item: Staff of Darkness: This weapon is one of
Fomoire's fullbring items, which is enhanced thanks to a
blessing on it by Tartarus Kindron's greek demon demi-god power
as half of his Dark and Dark unique Fullbring. This staff is
able to channel Fomoire's darkness, and allows Fomoire to form
the darkness around the staff as he desires. This allows Fomoire
to create different weapons from his staff, such as using the
darkness to form a scythe blade to make the staff more like a
scythe, or he can make the darkness into a blade off the end of
his staff to create a spear, creating a blade to make the staff
into a sword, or even create a circular blade around the staff
so he can throw it like a spinning saw blade. The darkness from
the weapon forms whatever Fomoire wants it to on the staff, and
then solidifies when Fomoire is in battle so that the darkness
cannot be broken by aura breaker weapons since the darkness is
not in energy form. As such, this weapon is designed to be able
to become a variety of weapons using the darkness, and can be
controlled by Fomoire using his fullbring abilities (such as he
can telekinetically control the weapon when he throws it). This
staff utilizes two different kinds of darkness. The first is
Fomoire's own darkness power which utilizes his god-killer
power, and the second is purifying darkness which comes from the
essence Tartarus Kindron put into the staff for Fomoire. This
staff is his main battle weapon, and allows for a versatile
range of ways to attack opponents depending on how he forms the
darkness. Using the god-killer darkness, his darkness can kill
almost any godly being and his purifying darkness can be used
against darkness opponents, light opponents, and against
creatures like dark spirits. The major weakness to this staff is
light energy, though the darkness can also be countered by
corrupted darkness and corrupted light, as well as standard holy
power since this is a demonic power. (More information in
Fomoire's Dark and Dark power about the nature of his darkness
energy when using this power)
- Fullbring Item: Dark Armor Jacket: This jacket is another
fullbring item that Fomoire uses, powered by darkness given by
some of Tartarus Kindron's essence as Kindron was the one that
gave him this jacket originally as the other half of his Dark
and Dark unique Fullbring. This jacket doesn't seem like much at
first, but in reality, the darkness cast from the shadows of
this jacket on Fomoire's body allow the darkness to form around
Fomoire like a suit of armor, and can absorb impacts to a degree
thanks to the almost liquid-like nature of the darkness. Thanks
to its defense, the jacket is able to block bullets as well as
being able to resist physical attacks, and the darkness energy
that makes up the defense also adds some resistance to energy
types. Depending on the darkness type that is used, whether it's
his own unique darkness ability or the purifying darkness
granted by Tartarus Kindron's power, Fomoire is able to use this
to protect himself in different ways using special protection of
the darkness. For example, the purifying darkness grants Fomoire
heavy resistance to dark spirits and hollow power, and his own
darkness grants him resistance to deity power (since his own
darkness is powered by his god-killer energy he possesses). This
jacket is a purely defensive item while his staff is an
offensive item, balancing his attack and defense using fullbring
items. This jacket can also funnel darkness from inside the
jacket where light is cut off and funnel it into Fomoire's
weapon so that he can utilize and generate his own darkness.
However, this item is still great for Fomoire's defense thanks
to how his darkness is used by the jacket. The darkness in the
jacket can also fix the jacket if it is damaged as well. The
only real danger to this is that it doesn't grant complete
immunity to attacks, and can still be pierced if the darkness
power is overpowered by either other energies, physical force,
or by some other means like an aura breaker weapon. It is also
worth noting that light attacks that can pierce darkness can
more easily cut through this jacket as well, specifically
concentrated light. (More information in Fomoire's Dark and Dark
power about the nature of his darkness energy when using this
power)
Celtic Demon Abilities:
- Fomorian Celtic Demon Power: It isn't known where Fomors come
from, but only that they're the Celtic pantheon equivalent of
demons that come from the Celtic underworld. Fomors are not all
that different from demons of the Christian pantheon, and mostly
work the same way except that they are actually not created from
humans or from angels like the demons of the Celtic pantheon.
Fomors are just like demons, coming in every size and shape, and
most having different abilities. For example, Balor the Celtic
Demon king was a very powerful fomor that specialized in
Hellfire and demon knight abilities originally. Typically,
fomors are usually very similar to demons in power, and
specialize in demonic energy. Their demonic energy is very
similar to other demons of pantheons like the Christian
pantheon, with their demonic energy being an unholy element. For
the most part, fomors are their own race, and have somewhat
different physiology than humans do. Since they are demonic
creatures, they do have things like demonic regeneration and
even their own darkness manipulation. Fomors typically sense
similarly to demons, though their darkness tends to be a bit
different due to the fact that their darkness is more like a
darkness-based life essence that is used to power some of their
abilities. Fomors typically have their own demonic natures that
can reflect in certain abilities they have, such as a fomor that
specializes in fire abilities might have a demonic nature that
emits flames similar to hellfire. Strangely, many fomors are
actually able to survive in water quite easily, as it's believed
they may have come from the bottom of the sea. As they are
basically just like demons, they also tend to have the same
weaknesses, such as fomors are weak to holy or positive
powers/items as they purify fomors similar to demons. Unlike
demons however, fomors do die when they are beheaded, as they
cannot regenerate without a head. This means that while a fomor
can regenerate, they are actually somewhat easier to kill than
demons. Fomoire is a darkness type fomor who specializes in dark
energy.
- Unique Celtic Demon Ability: God-Killer: This is Fomoire's own
unique fomor ability, which is part of the reason he's been
hunted down by other Fomors and by mostly anyone that figures
out what he can do. Fomoire's unique ability involves him being
able to use any of his abilities to kill deities, whether they
are demonic or divine in nature. Fomoire is able to kill almost
any god using his energies, in which his body generates power
that can kill almost any god. Fomoire's power not only can kill
a god if he deals a fatal blow (stabbing through the heart,
brain, or beheading the deity), but he can bypass anything
needed to hurt the deity (in which he can kill deities that
would normally need specific items in order to kill them).
However, this doesn't just bypass the regeneration and
immortality of gods, but also seems to work on any being if he
deals a fatal blow. For example, he could behead a demon and
kill it using this power, or he could also kill things that
aren't considered deities as well. This is a passive powerup
that is typically applied to Fomoire's abilities, and applies to
any of his abilities (most often applying to his supernatural
energies like his Fullbring and his fomor demonic energy). This
skill is a very basic skill, but when used, it makes Fomoire
extremely dangerous, as there are few beings that Fomoire cannot
kill with this skill. Because this skill works on almost any
being (Save ones like Death, Toranoraos, Phantom and Xeles),
Fomoire has been able to take on enemies that he really
shouldn't be able to kill under normal circumstances. The only
way for Fomoire to not use this is for him to suppress this
power specifically, which he can do with concentration (though
this doesn't last forever depending on his concentration).
Typically, Fomoire does have to be careful when using this, as
the wrong people finding out about this power can lead to him
being hunted by those that have hunted him in the past. It is
also worth noting that this power requires physical contact to
do the damage, and avoiding attacks from Fomoire will ensure an
opponent won't be affected by this. And any power or attack this
is applied to still works just like normal, with the exception
that fatal blows can kill all but multi-dimensional entities.
- Fomor Demonic Energy Manipulation: Most demons are familiar
with demonic energy, with demonic energy being the basic unholy
energy that fuels almost every kind of demonic power generated
by demonic entities. For fomors, demonic energy is fairly basic
for most fomors, being an unholy energy that can be used to
attack opponents or be used with certain powers in order to
create new variations of abilities. This energy is pretty basic,
and the opposite of positive or holy energy. Unlike holy energy
though, typically demonic energy is more about power than
anything, whereas holy power is about purification. While the
two still counter each other just the same, most know how
demonic energies are all about raw power. And at the top of the
more powerful energies fomors can wield, higher level fomors may
learn unique demonic energies they create from their power, or
some have even taken lessons from Christian demons and created
their own version of demonic aura. A fomor's energy is unholy
and demonic in nature, being very similar to that of Christan
demons. There is also an amplification effect demonic energy can
be used to amp those of unholy nature, which is easier to use
when using demonic aura, as it is a more natural amplifier to
fomors and other unholy creatures than normal demon energy. As
many know, normal demonic energy doesn't do as much damage as
demon aura or higher level demonic energy skills, but costs less
power to use while demon aura and more advanced demonic energy
skills do more damage but costs more power. And these energies
can of course be countered by their holy counterparts. This also
doesn't cover things like demonic spirit energy which is more
powerful than most other types of spirit energy (in which fomors
have demonic spirit energy very similar to Christian demons), or
many other demonic powers and energies that exist among more
unique kinds of demons. Just like there being many kinds of holy
energy, there are many kinds of unholy energy as well. Of
course, just the same, demonic energies are countered by their
holy energy counterparts, with there being a holy counterpart
for almost any kind of demonic energy/power.
- Celtic Demon Dorcha Manipulation: Just like demons, fomors
have a natural darkness inside them, that is referred to as
dorcha. Unlike demons who use darkness as its own power, fomors
typically use dorcha to power certain abilities, or they may use
it to feed certain familiars or other demonic creatures that may
inhabit their bodies (as some do have demonic type familiars or
creatures that amplify their abilities). Typically, this acts
like fuel, generated alongside a fomor's demonic energy. Dorcha
has a negative energy component to it, despite not being a
demonic energy, in which it senses as an evil energy type
darkness type darkness. This darkness can be used a variety of
ways, with it's main use still being able to be used like normal
darkness manipulation. When used though, this darkness also does
evil energy damage, and can be used to fuel certain demonic arts
that use darkness similar to dark arts. Among some examples are
the fomor/human hybrid who used dorcha to power certain chain
blade skills that were used to fight enemies. Depending on the
fomor, there are many ways to use this, where some have arts
that use this, or some may even use this darkness as a catalyst
to summon familiars and summonable companions to help them in
battle. For the most part, this darkness is generated in a fomor
just like demonic energy and powers certain abilities. However,
this is used mostly like normal darkness energy aside from it's
more unique abilities, and it does have the same weaknesses as a
result. For example, strong enough light can be used to counter
this darkness as well as opponents can use holy energy to
counter this as well. Unlike normal darkness, this is more like
an energy generated in the body, so once it is used up, the user
cannot use it again until they recover their energy (similar to
other energies generated in the body). This means that if a user
runs out of dorcha, they cannot use any of their abilities that
run on dorcha energy. And even when used in unique abilities,
each ability may still have weaknesses (such as dorcha based
element manipulation is countered by other elemental
manipulations or by holy energy). For Fomoire, this power fuels
his unique Fullbring Dark and Dark (though in the form of
becoming purifying darkness rather than being evil darkness like
normal), but it's mostly not used for much else other than
elemental manipulation.
- Unclean Water Manipulation: Unlike demons who usually default
to hellfire (though there are some fomors that use hellfire like
demons though), many fomors default to water manipulation as
their main element possibly due to the fact that they are
believed to have come from under the ocean. While it is possible
for fomors to gain other elemental powers based on their
natures, their default is usually water that is corrupted by
their dorcha manipulation. This came to be known as the "unclean
water," which is used by Fomors in battle. Similar to how demons
use hellfire, fomors use water in combat, being able to
manipulate their unclean water the same way other water
manipulators use their water manipulation. Among common uses of
their water are using water to create pressurized water blasts,
using water's ability to absorb kinetic energy to dampen
attacks, or even creating boiling or freezing water for more
damage. Advanced users can even change the acidity or base form
of water, in which they can make the water strong enough to eat
away almost anything. Those that know how acid works, and how
bases work when they have the right pH level, this can be very
dangerous as it can melt the skin off someone's bones if used
properly no matter what side of the pH scale one uses (though
some situations one may work better than another for certain pH
abilities). For the most part, this water manipulation also does
damage using the dorcha that is infused in a fomor's water
manipulation, in which enemies are usually affected by the
darkness energy. Most commonly, the darkness energy in the water
lowers the temperature, making it more easily frozen, so some
opponents may find this water freezing around them if the
darkness power is used properly. However, with the evil energy,
the evil energy in the dorcha also burns the skin, making this a
type of water that can both freeze and burn at the same time. Of
course, this can still be countered like any water manipulation,
such as using lightning to dispel the water. This can also be
countered by holy power to counter the evil darkness energy. It
is worth noting that light doesn't really work on dispelling the
darkness in the water of this technique, and the water just
blots out light, though one can evaporate this water and
darkness with hot enough temperatures (which turns it into vapor
and burns away the darkness energy). Fomoire uses this instead
of hellfire, despite wanting to learn hellfire. Fomoire doesn't
use his water manipulation much, but he does utilize it if he
has to. Fomoire was taught by Tartarus Kindron to use his
abilities as creatively as he can, so Fomoire is very skilled at
even advanced water user skills, like using pH levels of water,
and even the properties of boiling and freezing water that many
overlook.
- Fomorian Sea Monster Presence: Almost all fomors have some
sort of unholy presence. When a fomor is present, most have some
way that it shows when they are around. This is different
depending on the fomor and their abilities. Those with stronger
auras may have enhanced aura or some may have more subtle
presences. Usually, anytime a fomor is present, most will notice
the smell of seawater that is generated from the water
manipulation of most fomors (though some may have demonic sulfur
presence if they use hellfire instead). All fomors have some
sort of presence that they give off depending on their natures.
This is usually related to whatever element they give off, where
many have a presence that reflects whatever element they use.
This particular presence type is around fomors that are monsters
of the sea specifically. For fomors that use water, their
presence leaves a presence of seawater around them. Where people
can find traces of sulfur around demons (and fomors that use
hellfire), fomors that use water give off more of a sea creature
presence, where they sense more like sea water demons. Fomors
usually leave the smell of seawater wherever they go, due to how
their water power is generated, and this is detectable in places
they go just like sulfur is for Christian demons. While this is
harder to use in battle since fomors generate water manipulation
and don't need their presence to do it, there are some that
might use the aspects of their presence to their advantage,
where one tried to poison someone with their sea water type
presence by affecting people they were in contact with and using
the salt content of their presence to burn opponents. Typically,
this only covers normal fomors that default to water, and
doesn't cover fomors that use hellfire, as their presence is
more like Christian demons. This particular presence can be
useful, but depending on how its used, it can betray a fomor and
reveal what they are if they don't suppress it (or can't). And
unlike demonic presences, this isn't something that does as much
damage to others or can be used as effectively in battle (as
unless one can use the salt content of sea water for combat
uses). Fomoire typically has this kind of presence as well,
where his presence smells like sea water.
- Demon Telekinesis/Shockwaves: Most demons have some form of
demonic telekinesis that they gain which includes fomors, in
which they can grab, throw or hold things. This is useful for
dealing with opponents, in which most fomors, like demons can
telekinetically throw or hold opponents depending on how their
telekinesis manifests. Some can also use this to throw objects
or grab objects with a hold and move it to them, which is a
typical ability. This telekinesis can also be focused by some
fomors into shockwave techniques where they are able to fire
telekinetic shockwaves at opponents to do concussive damage,
with some being able to only use this in shockwaves, and some
are only able to grab things with their telekinesis. Some who
are more powerful can also do things to affect people, such as
using this on their voice box to silence them, or using this on
certain objects to crush them in a telekinetic hold. Some more
advanced fomors can even do things like heating up objects with
their telekinesis, or even generating electrical power depending
on how they use it. Depending on the technique and skill of the
fomor, almost all fomors have to concentrate to use this, in
which opponents can break free by breaking their concentration.
Usually the best way to break a fomor's concentration is to
attack them, in which they are forced to focus on the
telekinesis or the attack. This power can be resisted against by
stronger opponents, as some can slightly overcome the
telekinetic hold. It's also possible to move fast enough to
avoid getting grabbed by telekinesis if one simply moves faster
than the telekinetic grab can grab them, which requires immense
speed to be able to move completely out of an area within one
fourth of a second (roughly). This can also be countered with
other telekinetic style abilities. Fomoire isn't too skilled
with this, mostly relying on it only when he has time to
concentrate.
- Dorcha Demon Corruption: Unlike demons who possess humans,
fomors don't need to possess humans. Instead, the demons possess
people with dorcha, where they use dorcha to corrupt people.
When used on others, a demon infects someone with their dorcha
manipulation, usually as a means to corrupt them with their
power. This can corrupt someone, with the darkness feeding them
evil suggestions to help push them in a certain direction. Some
who have been infected by this may even become servants to the
fomor who infected them. This power is not a possession, per se,
but slowly corrupts the person's mind using dorcha. And as a
person is more influenced by dorcha, they may even gain new
abilities from the dorcha manipulation, such as gaining their
own demonic abilities, or some even gain some fomor darkness
energy powers. However, there are a few downsides to this power.
The first is that stronger minds might be harder to corrupt,
which can make corruption difficult since stronger minds may
resist the corruption and some can even overcome it. The second
is that if a user figures out what this energy is doing to them,
they can purify it out of themselves, which is actually easy
enough to do as long as one has some sort of holy purification.
While this is undetectable by most, there are some that might
detect this if it gets into their system, and can purify it out.
While some can gain new powers from it, once one gets past a
certain point, it becomes harder and harder to control this
power, so those infected with this must be careful. And if a
person infected is purified, no matter how long they've had the
power, they can be returned to normal (meaning this can be
broken with holy purification if the person is purified of the
presence causing the corruption and this never becomes
completely permanent unless the person affected wants to be
permanently affected). Fomoire almost never uses this, because
he hates corrupting others and he hates those that do.
- Fomorian Demonic Shapeshift: Similar to demons who shapeshift,
fomors are able to do this as well. Unlike demons, fomors are
typically more of a solid normal state, and they use this
usually as a means to take human form. Thanks to this, this
provides them a way to manifest themselves in the real world
without drawing attention to themselves. This is usually made
even more effective by more unique fomors who might use this to
grant themselves unique traits, such as a bird-type fomor
manifesting bird wings to fly, or a wolf fomor having claws.
This mostly depends on the fomor, as there are a lot of fomors
that can use this in different ways depending on the fomor. Just
like demons, fomors can even have unique demonic arts that they
can use to utilize this, such as Balor Bemneich was able to use
this in order to shapeshift into his demon knight form and make
it his normal form. This depends entirely on the fomor and how
creative they can get with this power, since it just requires
them knowing what form and presence they want to take (allowing
them to blend in with many types of groups. However, just like
demons, their mass stays the same no matter what form they turn
into, so turning into a larger creature won't make them a larger
being, and turning into something like a dragon might actually
make them weaker because they'd be easier to cut through thanks
to having less mass (though larger fomors may have the opposite
problem where they have to shapeshift into smaller forms that
may cause problems due to their large form weighing so much, a
problem many with concentrated mass face). Usually, any fomor
can still be hurt no matter what form they are in, and fomors
can still be killed by beheading or by negating their
regeneration and landing a fatal blow to them. And this ability
cannot grant new powers unless the user has demon arts that
allow it to use this in special ways (Such as a fomor couldn't
use this to gain the powers of a dragon unless they have some
sort of dragon power already). This is mostly for disguising
their presence, mostly so they can hide among humans or even use
it to interact with humans (which some fomors do interact with
humans). For Fomoire, he rarely uses this, except to disguise
his presence so that others don't sense his godkiller energy
many will hunt him down for.
- Fomor Ally Healing and Corruption: Similar to demons, fomors
don't need to "purify" unholy power. Instead, they fight holy
power by using the power of corruption. If one of their allies
is hurt, a fomor is able to fix their allies with their demonic
power, and can fix damage done to other beings allied with them.
This power works similar for fomors how a demon's healing and
corruption power works for them, where they use this to fix each
other, and heal those afflicted with holy afflictions. Because
they are purely unholy in nature, fomors get rid of holy effects
using this method, by using their power of corruption to remove
holy afflictions that might affect them and their demonic
allies. They are also able to heal others, similar to an angel,
by removing injuries and some illnesses, in which this power
works similar to creatures like angels and demons where a fomor
can use similar healing abilities. Fomors typically don't use
this power unless they are healing another fomor, or helping an
ally. They also rely on this partially to break holy wards, by
using their corruption to slowly break a holy ward. This means
that some Celtic wards can be broken using this power, but this
might take a while depending on the fomor and how powerful their
abilities are (and depending on the wards as some wards are much
harder to break. They do also have restoration powers to a
degree, where they are able to fix objects that are damaged or
broken, which is another power that they rarely ever use.
Typically, their powers of healing and restoration are similar
to that of a angel's restoration, except for their corruption to
remove holy afflictions being different from purification for
the obvious reasons of this being made to counter holy power
rather than use it. Stronger fomors have stronger abilities to
do this, and some may have special abilities using this.
However, depending on the ward, wards against Fomors can be
harder to break, and some things like statues of the Celtic
Goddess Morrighan may be near impossible for a fomor to break
alone (as there are some spots using statues to keep fomors from
escaping into the real world from other realms connected to the
Celtic underworld).
- Fomor Demonic Resurrection: Just like demons, a fomor is able
to bring someone back to life. Demonic resurrection is able to
bring the dead back to life, which is easier for fomors than
some beings who have to do things like using dark arts. Thanks
to their abilities, they are usually able to resurrect anyone
they desire to, as long as certain conditions are met. However,
there are some things to note with this. The first is that they
must have the body and the soul of the person they are trying to
bring back. They can bring someone back with just the body of
the person who died, but that can be a double edged sword since
bringing someone back without a soul can leave them in a state
of being unable to feel emotions, and it could become a problem
later. Usually, they can bring souls from the Celtic underworld
fairly easily, but taking souls from outside of their pantheon,
or those going to other afterlives in the Celtic pantheon (other
than the Underworld) can be very difficult, since fomors don't
have any ability to claim some souls in other areas outside of
the Celtic underworld, which can be a chore to convince other
groups to let them bring someone back if they cannot call the
soul back. For the most part, this is only done in rare
circumstances, usually requiring a decree in the Celtic
pantheon, or requiring the permission of either Death or
Toranoraos (usually both) before most fomor will even attempt to
bring someone back, or for someone they are willing to risk
conflict (such as the first time Fomors reincarnated Balor
Beimnech in Olympus). This also takes a great amount of energy
from a fomor, and even a high level fomor can use up a lot of
power to do this. The other downside is that demonic
resurrections usually require a price, usually a life for a
life, as that is the price of bringing someone back. Fomor
resurrections are usually more ritualistic, where they bring
people back through special Celtic pantheon rituals and
sacrifices (usually sacrificing people in exchange for who they
want to bring back, which may be different from person to
person).
- Fomor Demonic Ally Amplification: Fomors, like demons, are
able to amplify those that ally with them, in which they are
able to strengthen their allies in other beings (typically
empowering each other). The most common use of this is when an
fomor empowers another fomor, and the fomor becomes much harder
to damage, and does more damage to opponents. Some fomors have
been able to also grant specific other defenses to others, such
as some fomors granting defense against certain abilities, like
using this power to help protect them from specific elements or
specific powers that the individual fomor has resistance to.
This usually depends on the fomor and their abilities, as every
fomor typically has some unique way to amplify someone, whether
it's granting them temporary immunity to an element, granting
them regenerative abilities, or even some who can make someone's
skin hard enough to resist bullets. This amplification works on
fomors as well as other supernaturals who are considered allies
(in which fomors can empower any allies, not limited to their
own race), and typically works best when they are allied
alongside others who are working with them amping the fomor as
well. There are also fomorian demon arts that work around
amplifying opponents, whree some can use demon magic to amplify
people, or use other demon arts training depending on their
skillset. Unlike demonic enhancement, this enhancement has far
less risk despite how powerful it can be than normal demonic
enhancement that the Christian demons use. As such, fomors have
more dependable amplification power that isn't quite as
dangerous to the body. Of course, this does still have the same
weaknesses as normal amplification abilities, where other
amplification abilities may counter this, or this can also be
countered by certain debuff skills that counter amplification
skills. And typically, specific amplifications may result in the
fomor or supernatural amplified gaining enhanced weaknesses as
well, such as a resistance to water might gain a weakness to
lightning.
- Fomorian Demonic Gaelic Warding: Fomors are able to wards on
people and places, with this being another power that lets them
counter certain supernaturals by burning demonic runes on
surfaces that are usually Gaelic in origin. Usually, when fomors
do this, they are able to use their power to burn wards and
sigils on surfaces in order to ward them against a number of
creatures, but mostly they do this to keep the Celtic deities
away from them. They are able to do things like warding against
Celtic deities, in which they would be able to use this to keep
Celtic deities from entering an area they don't want the Celtic
deities to enter in, or they could use this to even ward against
other races like Christian demons and angels if using specific
types of warding. When used on people, fomors can do this a few
different ways, with them mostly being used the same way. Like
demons, fomor wards are all about either casting out their
enemies, or keeping their enemies out of areas important to the
fomors, though they can also use this to help ward their
followers against tracking and godly sight abilities used by the
Celtic deities. Usually, fomors can do this by either burning
the demonic runes onto a person's skin, or they can burn these
into someone's bones outside of physical view. These wards are
pretty useful, and only those that know Gaelic or Celtic
languages can use counter sigils or spells to remove these, and
some other races that can remove these have to know they're
there and where they are on the body. Typically, this is a much
more advanced type of warding than typical warding, and use
special Gaelic runes to create powerful wards against a
multitude of threats (Though Celtic deities typically are the
major things fomors are concerned about). However, strong enough
counters can counter these, like a powerful enough counter force
could break a warding on an area, or warding against possession
might not work in certain circumstances if the opponent is
stronger than the ward. This also typically only works on
specific circumstances, such as deity wards only working against
deities, and other wards only working against the race they were
designed for. Fomoire is able to cast his Dark and Dark darkness
energy on areas that can create these words if he needs wards.
And since Fomoire has a number of races he's learned to ward
against, he is not just limited to fighting Celtic deities with
these wards, but things like demons, Greek deities and other
creatures.
- Fomorian Gaelic Exorcisms: Just as the Celtic deities learned
to exorcise fomors using demonic exorcisms and taught humans,
fomors learned to cast Celtic demons out of areas with
exorcisms. And just like demonic exorcisms, fomors have a number
of exorcism abilities available. Instead of trying to kill the
Celtic deities many couldn't overpower, fomors developed spoken
exorcisms that they could use to send Celtic deities back to
Falia (The Celtic city of the gods), or use special sigils and
spells to cast certain types of creatures out of an area. While
fomors these days can kill deities and other enemies they
couldn't long ago (if they have the weapons for it), they still
learn this ability as a good way to cast out many kinds of
enemies. Fomors have to main sets of exorcism type spells. The
first is for Celtic deities, where they have developed major
exorcisms for casting Celtic deities back to Falias, and the
second is a list of exorcisms for other creatures to cast them
out of an area (and will send them to a random area on earth).
This doesn't keep enemies away forever, but does keep them from
coming back for a while (usually depending on the power of the
enemy they cast out and how strong the exorcism is, usually
enough time for a fomor to have relocated. Fomors can cast
spoken exorcisms, but also have special exorcism rituals that
can use demon arts to cast creatures out (such as a Gaelic spell
circle that can cast Christian demons and angels out of an
area). Typically this this is used by fomors as an accessory
skill that helps them against stronger enemies, where they can
use this to cast out any creature they have the right exorcisms
for (and the fomor does have to have specific exorcisms for
specific creatures, such as a Celtic deity exorcism would only
work on a Celtic deity). Almost every creature has unique
exorcisms that have to be done, and the fomor does have to not
only know the exorcism spoken spell or the ritual spell to be
done, but they also have to perform it in order to use it. If
interrupted, this can prevent the exorcism, and this also only
works on the creatures the exorcism is meant for. And some
stronger creatures may have some resistance to these if they are
strong enough.
- Fomorian Mind Manipulation: Like Christan demons and angels,
fomors have the ability to manipulate minds of people, usually
planting suggestions or orders into their minds that they
developed in response to Christian demons and angels versions of
the power. Similar to the sleeping touch power of angels, this
is done with fomors through physical touch, in which the fomor
touches the forehead and then implants any orders or
manipulation using this power. Unlike angels who typically do
this to avoid fighting, fomors use this in order to manipulate
humans and other beings they want to use, with most of them
being able to use this on anyone who is able to be manipulated
depending on what they want to do. While this doesn't work well
against those that can resist or are immune to mind
manipulation, this is often a good way for fomors to use people
to get information, or to use other creatures to do work for
them in secret. They are also able to manipulate memories, just
like angels and demons are able to with their sleeping touch.
This works much the same way, where fomors simply have to figure
out what they want to remove or change or how they want to
influence the person they are interacting with. However, if a
fomor tries to remove a memory, they have to be careful, because
if they don't replace the memory, then a blank spot will appear
in the victim's mind and could cause the victim's mind to fill
the blank spot with unconscious memories (sometimes of the fomor
manipulating their mind). Most fomors use this to influence
humans to do what they want, such as a Celtic fomorian succubus
will have specific arts for this that allow them to more easily
influence the minds of men, or some fomors may specialize in
certain kinds of creatures (such as one who could only influence
sea life). Depending on the fomor, this is mostly countered the
same way as a Christian demon or angel's use of this power, such
as those with strong enough wills can fight the manipulation.
Typically, the stronger the influence, the more the mind may
resist, but simple enough commands that aren't out of character
may be easier to put into the minds of mortals. Usually, it is
also worth noting that strong hits to the head may also cancel
out the effects of this power, since a strong enough hit to the
head can reset the mind in some ways and cause this power to
wear off if a user suffers a hard enough hit.
- Fomor Teleportation/Space and Time Travel: This ability is one
that most many supernatural creatures share in different
capacities, in that many supernaturals can teleport in some
fashion. This also applies to fomors as well. Not only can they
teleport around, but they are able to teleport to other realms
as well, such as going back and forth from the Celtic underworld
(usually through the Tech Duinn realm), and even going to the
Veil where dead spirits reside. This is most often used to
travel back and forth between Earth and Hell. Some fomors are
even skilled enough that they can bend time and travel through
time either by themselves or with others (though this takes a
lot of energy). Due to this, most fomors are able to travel in
some way, and some fomor types may even have unique
teleportation arts depending on the demon arts they might
possess. While traveling to certain places, like traveling time,
takes a lot of energy, most fomors can use basic teleportation
to travel around as they desire. Some fomors even teleport
differently and change how they teleport, such as some might
disappear in a burst of hellfire or seawater (depending on the
skills of the fomor), or some might just vanish instead of
normal teleportation, or some even use spells or other energy to
teleport. However, in order to use this, fomors do have to know
where they're going, which usually means that either they must
know where in space and time the place is they want to go to, or
they have to have been there before (which is the best way for a
fomor to know where they're going). Also, many fomors have to be
careful while using this, as if they don't know where they're
going, they could end up somewhere random, or they could end up
inside of solid objects if they end up in certain random
locations which causes other problems. And changing one's
teleportation style often takes time and training, which usually
has to be done outside of battle. The only thing that most
fomors choose when choosing a method of teleport is usually how
best to utilize their power. For example, some elemental
teleportations or spell circle teleportations may not take as
much energy, making them more efficient. There are also some
fomors who use their auras to teleport, in which their auras
radiating fomor demon energy can be used as their element for
teleportation. However, no matter the teleportation, it does
take energy to teleport, and a user does have to know where
they're going no matter the teleportation.
- Fomorian Demon Astral Projection/Dream-walking: Ever since
ancient times, demons have been able to use their spiritual like
being to go back and forth from manifesting as spirits just like
angels, and fomors have learned how to do this as well (though
usually mostly only certain fomors do this). The main use of
this was to be able to appear in dreams, a power that some
fomorians can learn to use to their advantage. Unlike most
beings who separate their spirit, a fomor is able to project
their mind through fomor spells, in which they can enter the
astral plane and react with not only dreams, but can also
interact with dead spirits, and some intelligent spirits that
are not dead spirits (usually through astral projection or
through spells that allow them to project their consciousness).
Fomors are able to go to the Veil where dead spirits are usually
found, or the fomor can attempt to go to the Spirit Realm, which
is a realm where natural spirits reside, if they are able to
perceive the spirits (Though most fomors are not welcome in the
spirit realm, so doing so is risky unless they have special
permission to do so). There are a few ways fomors can use this,
where some will use this to manipulate humans, or some might use
this to influence humans into certain emotions the fomor can
feed on (if they feed on emotions). This also lets users commune
with the dead, and with spirits that can be perceived when this
art is used. Of course, the biggest use for this is to interact
with spirits, but also if one is trying to interact with a dead
spirit, it is much easier to do so in astral projection than in
physical form. The other main use of this is going back and
forth from dreams, in which fomors can project their minds into
the dream realm, though usually in a limited fashion where they
can only interact in dreams and cannot access the full dream
realm or create dreams in the real world like many dream demons
can. For the most part, fomors usually have specific powers they
use depending on the type of fomor, such as fomors that feed on
sinful desires might use this to go into dreams and manipulate
the dream. However, the same thing about normal astral
projection still applies, where fomors will be vulnerable when
using this, since they have to project either their spirit or
consciousness to do this, which leaves them completely
vulnerable if an enemy attacks them while they are using this
ability.
Fullbring Abilities:
- Fullbringer Amplified Power Manifestation: When it comes to
those known as Fullbringers, they do not have the same hollow
power as vizoreds and partial hollows. Unlike partial hollows,
Fullbringers are actually much more human and have much less
hollow power inside them. Fullbringers manifest their hollow
power very differently than vizoreds and partial hollows, as
their method of using the power of a hollow involves using it
uniquely in a way that won't corrupt them. As such, Fullbring is
perhaps the safest way to utilize hollow power, where there is
almost no risk (even in death or life or death situations) of a
Fullbringer losing control of their hollow because they just
don't have enough hollow power. Instead, Fullbringers focus on
technique and training in order to utilize their power uniquely.
Even though they aren't as powerful as vizoreds and partial
hollows in terms of raw power, Fullbringers are much more
skilled in the focus and combat training they use to hone their
abilities. The Fullbring powers are based more around amplifying
mortals up rather than using corruption, so Fullbring is very
rarely about corrupted power and more about amplifying their
spirit power using the Fullbring power. As such, this power
works radically differently than other hollow abilities and is
much more of a unique skillset than just a copy of the partial
hollow powers. While partial hollows tend to be more hollow than
mortal, this skillset is for those that are more mortal than
hollow and overcome what little corruption they have to gain
this power instead of normal hollow abilities. There are no
"conquered" or "combined" subsections with the Fullbringers, as
the Fullbringers all fall into the single category of just being
fullbringers (as anything else would fit more into the partial
hollow category. Fullbringers have not only applied the hollow
power, but some of them have also added certain spirit user
abilities in order to replicate certain abilities they can't use
(Such as using blasts of spirit energy using the spirit user
technique Spirit Gun rather than firing ceros as Fullbringers
cannot use ceros). As such, this power doesn't have the
weaknesses of spirit purification, and instead is more just an
extra skillset with slight power amplification. As such, while
this is a great skillset with little risk of losing control, it
also isn't nearly as strong due to how little hollow power is in
the body of Fullbringers (as they have minimal spirit power).
This means that it is very rare for a Fullbringer to become a
hollow or gain hollowfication without just becoming a partial
hollow and losing their Fullbring abilities except in very rare
circumstances. And since Fullbringers discard any hollow power
they don't need to use their Fullbring power, they usually don't
have enough to go into full hollow power (though there are some
that do gain some hollowfication abilities in rare cases).
Fomoire gained Fullbring empowerment and learned this from his
empowerment by Kindron Darkfire (The Tartarus version), and has
been using this power for years.
- Fullbringer Ability: Spirit Power Calling: Unlike vizoreds who
need to have a way to manifest their hollow power, Fullbringers
are more like partial hollows in that they do not require any
external abilities to call on their Fullbring abilities.
Fullbringers, much like partial hollows, gain enhancements to
their base state that reflect their Fullbring nature. As such,
this releases an increased spirit pressure that powers a
Fullbringer's abilities. But unlike partial hollows or vizoreds,
this power is not dark and twisted, and is more just like
amplified normal mortal spirit energy (This is most common in
humans, but other races can become fullbringers). This is
similar to the normal release of spirit pressure, except that a
Fullbringer has enhanced spirit without needing to do anything
like activate hollow power. Thanks to this amplification, the
Fullbringer is easily able to call on their abilities by
utilizing their spirit energy, which powers their abilities. As
such, a Fullbringer becomes more about how to learn to tap into
their spirit energy, which gains a modified nature (more in next
base ability). There is no "supressing" or "teaming up with" a
hollow, and instead this is more about a mortal using their own
spirit energy with a slightly amplified nature. Fullbringers
learn to utilize their Fullbring abilities by learning to tap
into their spirit energy, which they must learn in order to
power their abilities. Unlike normal hollow powers, a
Fullbringer doesn't have the same instinct as partial hollows or
vizoreds to access the powers of a hollow, and they must learn
on their own (or with help from other Fullbringers) to learn how
to utilize this power. However, this is the most dependable
version of hollow power, because there is almost no risk of
losing control of it, and is more just an amplification of a
mortal's abilities along with adding another set of skills a
user can call on. While some can learn to take hollow forms (in
rare cases), it is uncommon for Fullbringers to have any other
way to call their power. As their power runs on spirit energy
and this ability to call on their abilities uses spirit energy
to power their abilities, a user can only use their Fullbring
abilities as long as they have the spirit energy to, and once
they run out, they will have to rest and regain their spirit
energy before they can use their Fullbring power again.
- Fullbringer Base Ability: Amplified Spirit Nature: For humans
or other mortals with Fullbring power, the first thing to note
when they gain awaken this power is that they gain an amplified
mortal spirit nature reflecting whatever race they are. While
they retain their normal soul, their spirit becomes a type of
amplified spirit. In this nature, the hollow power only works to
amplify the spirit (not corrupt it), and their spirit energy
remains that of their normal mortal state. This nature becomes a
permanent slight modification in their spirit, where their
Fullbringer powers will manifest thanks to this amplified
nature. For mortals, they will learn how to use this nature in a
few ways. This nature is what grants their Fullbringer
abilities, and the amplified nature of their spirit applies to
their spirit passively after being awakened. Unlike vizoreds and
partial hollows, there is no "inner hollow" for this power, and
the user simply gains the powers and learns to utilize them as
they train their spirit energy. In this spirit nature,
Fullbringers simply gain this amplified spirit nature with no
need to fight an "inner hollow". For the most part, this
amplified nature grants all of the Fullbring abilities, and this
nature is usually able to be sensed by others unless one knows
how to suppress this nature (which many do learn to suppress
their amplified natures). However, with any strength comes
weaknesses as well. Unlike partial hollows and vizoreds, spirit
purification doesn't do anything to Fullbringers (since they
don't have corrupted spirit energy), though spirit destruction
still works on them as it does with any other being with a
spirit/soul. Another thing to note is that Fullbringers don't
gain as much off an amplified nature as partial hollows and
vizoreds, to which some think it is the price paid for having
power that has little to no risk of corrupting them.
Fullbringers have to train their spirit, unlike hollows who use
their power instinctively. As such, Fullbringers are slower to
grow than hollows in power, because Fullbringers can only get
stronger by training themselves up and learning how to utilize
their abilities effectively. Their spirit energy can also be
countered just like any normal spirit energy (meaning that
normal spirit energy counters work against Fullbringers).
- Fullbringer Base Ability: Limelight Spirit Energy
Manipulation: Just as their spirit becomes a permanent amplified
nature, as does the Fullbringer's spirit energy, in which their
spirit energy gains enhanced ability. Thanks to this, their
spirit energy can still be used as normal, and works like any
mortal spirit energy except that this energy is a green hue that
includes their Bringer Light which is a light emited from their
spirit energy. For example, some Fullbringers may still learn
things like using spirit user abilities, but the arts would also
have an amplified energy affect on others. Not only is this
spirit energy amplified in nature, but this can also be used to
defend against those that eat souls, including being able to try
to poison soul eaters with their Bringer Light. This also works
on those that absorb soul energy, where the green spirit energy
does internal damage to any spirit energy absorber who tries to
absorb this energy, unless they have a skill that literally lets
them resist this spirit energy (which rare soul eaters may
have). And not only do mortals with this power also have
stronger spirit, but they also gain other abilities thanks to
this power (more later). When used, most Fullbringers have
enhanced spirit energy, and use it against enemies. Their
Bringer Light infused into their spirit energy does extra
damage, even though it doesn't quite have the same effects as
normal light (as in it cannot be used for things like
flashbangs, though it can be used for concentrated light attacks
when users concentrate and condense their spirit energy). It is
common for those with Fullbring power to have enhanced spirit
pressure coming from them even if it's not as powerful as normal
hollows or even partial hollows or vizoreds. Fullbringers have
the weakest spirit energy out of any of the other races that
gain hollow powers, and only make up for it with their unique
abilities and their focus and training. Of course, as one might
expect, this spirit energy is still countered like normal spirit
energy, as long as someone doesn't try to counter it by
absorbing it, and the Bringer Light part of the energy can be
countered with other energies (just basic energy is enough if
one is strong enough to overpower their spirit energy and
doesn't require any real complicated techniques to counter like
focusing darkness into a black hole).
- Fullbringer Base Ability: Suppressed Power Mortal
Presence:When using Fullbringer power, the Fullbringer power is
manifested as spirit pressure, exerted on the spirit energy of
the world around them. For stronger presences, their spirit
pressure is strong enough that it can release intense gravity on
others (if their spirit energy is strong, but this requires a
very strong spiritual presence only present in those with more
raw spirit power). For Fullbringers, they sense as normal human
souls/spirits, and have a suppressed presence (that many learn
in order to suppress their spirit pressure. In the case of
Fullbringers, many are unable to differentiate Fullbringers from
normal mortal beings, since Fullbringers usually suppress their
power to that of a normal human level when they're not using it
as a means to hide among crowds without standing out. This makes
it hard for other beings to sense what they are, unless the
Fullbringer is using their Fullbring power. For the most part,
unlike partial hollows and vizoreds, Fullbringers are much more
suppressed and subdued in power than other hollow races, and
only show their spirit energy when they are fighting (as they do
have to stop suppressing their power in order use their
Fullbring abilities). When the Fullbringer is using their power
actively, one can sense their amplified spirit pressure just as
one would expect, where others are able to sense the Fullbringer
power in the user. This means that Fullbringers have two states:
One where they stay suppressed and don't sense as anything other
than a normal mortal of whatever race they are, and their
amplified spiritual state that is released when they utilize
their Fullbringer powers (they don't sense as twisted, but more
as just amplified spirits of whatever they are). For the most
part, this only really covers how a Fullbringer's aura senses to
others, and doesn't really have much in terms of battle
abilities, other than strong enough spirit pressure can create
intense gravity in an area when a strong enough presence exerts
itself on an area (though with Fullbringers this is more rare
than other races since Fullbringers are not about raw power).
However, this can be resisted with force of will, or by others
with spirit powers similar in level to the pressure being
exerted (user doesn't have to be a corrupted spirit to counter
this).
- Fullbringer Main Ability: Fullbring Item Soul Manipulation:
This is the main power of the Fullbringers, for which they were
named. Unlike partial hollows who have unique hollow abilities,
Fullbringers don't utilize their own spirits, but focus on
utilizing another source of spirit power. Fullbring is all about
manipulating the spirits of objects (yes, objects do have their
own spirits), and Fullbringers have used this art in place of
things like zanpakutos, soul swords or even unique hollow
abilities. When used, this power allows a Fullbringer to
manipulate the soul of an object for a variety of uses, and
forms the backbone of a lot of abilities the user can utilize.
Unlike normal souls, the spirits in objects are not living
spirits, but more passive spirits. When manipulated, most
confuse this for telekinesis used on objects, but this power
goes beyond just manipulating objects. For example, a user might
manipulate a boulder by manipulating the spirit inside of it,
and throwing it at an opponent by manipulating the spirit of the
object. Some users can even utilize the spirits of armors and
weapons to strengthen them with their Fullbring power, such as
one armor user that was able to focus his fullbring power to
have the spirit energy of his armor harden around his armor like
a protective shield. There are many ways to use this power, and
unlike soul eaters, there is little to no risk in using this
power (perhaps a major reason Fullbringers took to using it).
When used, a Fullbringer can utilize this to control almost any
item as long as they are strong enough to influence it, such as
a Fullbringer may or may not be able to influence a concrete
wall, but may influence a portion of the wall. This can not only
manipulate objects, but may change the form of them using the
spirit energy of the item, such as a user might be able to turn
water into ice (though this may require unique skills to do so).
For the most part, this power is not for making one stronger,
but instead used for manipulating items in battle. This cannot
be used on organic beings or anything with a normal soul (Such
as this cannot be used on weapons with their own spirit, and
cannot be used on any organic being since their souls work
different from that of objects).
- Fullbringer Ability: Unique Fullbring Item/Items: All
Fullbringers gain at least one item that gains unique abilities.
Since Fullbringers don't usually have soul swords or zanpakutos
like death wraiths and soul reapers, they instead have unique
items in their Fullbring abilities. Typically, this power
manifests itself in objects close to the heart of the
Fullbringer, where items they feel the most strongly towards
(For better or worse) will usually get empowered by this power.
Many Fullbringers get one item to use as their unique item, but
some can gain multiple items. These items grant special
abilities when used, and some can even be used to transform a
user into a more powerful Fullbring state similar to an
arrancar's release state (But using normal spirit power and not
using hollow power). When unique Fullbring items are empowered,
Fullbring items are usually activated in battle to use against
enemies, or for users to transform into Fullbring states. There
are a number of ways one can attain such a power, such as one
had the ability to get stronger as they took damage. This
depends on the person, and the ability gained is usually
connected to the person's power in some form. For example,
Olympus universe Fomoire's Fullbring, Dark and Dark, reflects
his darkness abilities in his ability of two of his most
treasured items to utilize darkness in unique ways. There are
many examples of items and powers that one could gain, so it is
impossible to list them all, but mostly it just depends on how
the power manifests. To some extent, the skill of the user at
using their power and how they manifest other powers also seems
to reflect how they use Fullbring, in which Fullbring can
manifest similar to other abilities. For example, of a person's
specialty is summoning abilities, their Fullbring item may most
likely grant them the ability to summon something (though what
it would summon is dependent on the user, the item and just how
the power decides to manifest). This is hard to predict for each
person, and each person usually doesn't have beyond 2-3 unique
items. Each of these items will have strengths and weaknesses
which have to be listed by the player since each one is
different.
- Unique Fullbring Ability/Item: Dark and Dark: Dark and Dark is
Fomoire's unique Fullbring skill. This is centered around his
own Fullbring items, which are his staff and his jacket. These
items become powerful darkness items that can utilize the power
of darkness in unique ways. This Fullbring has two parts. The
first of Fomoire's items is his staff, which harnesses the more
solid form of darkness, and the second his is jacket which
harnesses a more liquid form of darkness. With Fomoire's
weapons, he is not only able to manipulate the darkness and have
passive darkness generation from these items, but he can
manipulate the darkness nature between normal darkness, his
fomor darkness power (dorcha), his purifying darkness, and his
godkiller darkness. Fomoire's darkness is able to be generated
by both items, and each one works with the other to balance
offense and defense using darkness. For his staff, his staff is
offensive, able to use the solidified darkness to more easily
attack enemies, while his jacket uses liquid darkness under the
cloth to protect him defensively. His staff can use darkness to
form different shapes, such as creating a scythe blade to make
his staff more like a scythe, or creating a blade on the end
like a spear. His jacket mostly uses darkness formed under the
cloth to coat the area between the jacket and Fomoire's body,
and creates an almost liquid-like defense that not only dampens
attacks, but can also release darkness out of the jacket when
damaged to passively attack without Fomoire having to do
anything (such as if a person spears through his jacket, the
jacket will automatmically retaliate by trying to spear someone
with its darkness. These two items are Fomoire's unique items,
and can be called to Fomoire if separated from him. As one might
expect, the best counter to this is light energy, in which
things like concentrated light are still fairly effective
against his darkness (even solidifed darkness since concentrated
light beams can pierce through solid objects). It is also
possible to counter the normal darkness types with counter
skills (Such as countering purifying darkness with corrupted
darkness).
- Forbidden Fullbringer Art: Soul Reading/ Fullbringer/Hollow
Power Absorption: This is an ability that Fullbringers can use,
though it is often considered a forbidden ability. When a
Fullbringer encounters a hollow or another Fullbringer, the
Fullbringer has the ability to steal the unique Fullbring or
hollow abilities of another hollow or Fullbringer, essentially
taking their power for themselves. This power is quite similar
to the soul stealing power of hollows, except that this is
specifically geared towards hollows and Fullbringers. Not only
are Fullbringers able to steal these powers, they also have the
ability to read souls of people who might have powers they can
take, where they can interact with souls. Even though
Fullbringers don't really interact with souls that much (as they
interact more with the spirits of objects than focusing on
spirits/souls), they can interact with souls, and can tell when
a soul or spirit has powers that they can take. This is not a
soul steal ability, but more of just a special ability steal.
When used, Fullbringers can take all of a hollow's power, or all
of a Fullbringer's power which will not kill the Fullbringer or
hollow, but will leave them with little to no power they can
access. This power only requires physical touch, and a
Fullbringer can use this to take any powers they are able to
take. For example, one Fullbringer stole the abilities of
another Fullbringer in order to power up his Fullbring and gain
new techniques (which he did until he was defeated). This power
is extremely useful, but is seen as a way to shortcut getting
stronger through training, which some Fullbringers have been
guilty of. However, there is also another use for this, and that
is among allies. If an ally is going to die, they can pass on
their Fullbring power to another, in which some allies give
their power to allies if they are convinced they are going to
die. This power does require physical contact, and a Fullbringer
has to know that the user has powers they can take. Depending on
the user, some may have a harder time taking power forcefully,
and may have to keep contact with the person until their power
is fully drained. Unlike some other power absorptions, this is
an all or nothing power absorption (in which either all the
power has to be absorbed to gain the power or none if it sticks
to the user who is trying to take the power). And Fullbringers
can always try to gain their power back by reabsorbing it using
this art (as other Fullbringers can still try to take their
power back. This also only works on hollow or Fullbring power,
and doesn't work on any other powers.
- Fullbringer Art: Limelight Regeneration: Those that know
anything about hollows know just how dangerous their
regeneration is. Like hollows, Fullbringers are able to
regeneration, where they use their spirit energy to regenerate
in a burst of Bringer Light often referred to as Limelight
Regeneration (due to the green light the spirit energy gives
off). Fullbringers regeneration similar to hollows, and
regenerate extremely fast. This is a passive skill used by
Fullbringers, where they are able to regenerate passively.
However, if a Fullbringer does need to regenerate faster, they
can focus on their regeneration if they have a chance to
concentrate and regenerate faster as a result. This power is
able to be used by almost every Fullbringer in some form.
Typically, Fullbringers, like hollows are able to regenerate any
body part aside from being able to regenerate their head and
their vital organs. Fullbringers have been able to regenerate
limbs, regenerate some organs, and many can even regenerate
their Fullbring items (as long the item isn't destroyed). For
the most part, Fullbringers don't have special arts for
regeneration, but some do have special arts that take advantage
of their regeneration. This power works much like normal
regeneration except that this power doesn't run on energy, but
instead seems to work instinctively. Unlike hollows,
Fullbringers don't have unlimited regeneration, and their
regeneration stops working if they run out of spirit energy
since their regeneration works on spirit energy. Among other
ways the regeneration will stop working is if a vital is
destroyed (that cannot be fixed), or something that negates the
Fullbringer's regeneration is used. For the most part, any
regeneration negation usually works, as long as the user doesn't
have an immunity to it. Fullbringers can use this as long as
they have the energy to do so, but if they run out of spirit
energy, they will have to wait till they recover before this
skill can be used again. And as mentioned, they cannot
regenerate certain parts of the body.
- Fullbringer Art: Bringer Light Spirit User Techniques: This
training is designed to make up for the lack of ability for
Fullbringers to fire ceros. Instead of using ceros like hollows
(since Fullbringers lack the ability), Fullbringers instead
borrow techniques from the Spirit User race, where they learn to
utilize spirit techniques using their spirit energy. Because
Fullbringers are a bit unique in how they use spirit energy,
they have amplified spirit energy with Bringer Light that can be
used for stronger spirit techniques. Among such examples include
beams of spirit energy that act similar to ki beams (and can be
used similarly to a hollow's cero). Another skill often used is
the Spirit Gun, where a user focuses their spirit into a
concentrated blast that can be used to blast enemies. There are
a number of Spirit User techniques and skills, and some
Fullbringers may even develop their own skills depending on
their abilities. Depending on the race, it is also possible that
Fullbringers may have other spiritual aspects depending on their
skillsets, such as a demon with Fullbring power would have
demonic spirit energy mixed with Bringer Light. Each race has
different spirit energy, but one constant among Fullbringers is
that all their spirit energy contains Bringer Light in some
form, which is a unique aspect of the Fullbringer's spirit. This
can be combined with other spirit energy abilities for unique
skills, such as a demon's fullbring could involve their spirit
energy being far more potent like a demon's but also contain the
amplified Bringer Light spirit of a Fullbring power. Users that
learn enough about spirit user skills may even become spirit
users as a result of their training in copying spirit user
techniques, which will often result in some Fullbringers
learning to focus their spirit energy further. For the most
part, most of these arts have their own strengths and
weaknesses, such as spirit gun can be dodged or blocked by
strong enough defenses. Each art used should be listed for
strengths and weaknesses (players can use the upcoming spirit
user update for spirit technique ideas or make up their own).
- Fullbringer Art: Bringer Light Teleportation: Because
Fullbringers don't have the ability to access the Garganta (as
they don't have enough hollow power to be able to open up the
realm), they instead developed a teleportation technique to get
around using their spirit energy's Bringer Light. When used, a
Fullbringer can teleport almost anywhere they want to go, and
can even move between realms by using their spirit energy to
open up ways to other realms. By releasing a bit of spirit
energy, a Fullbringer is able to teleport almost anywhere
similar to a hollow. When in using this, a user only needs to
know where they want to go, and they can travel there. This
doesn't require traversing any realms that one doesn't want to
and can be used to go to any realm as long as the user knows how
to access the realm (For example, they could not access a realm
like the Soul Reaper realm unless they knew how to access it
through the Dangai, the gateway between the Soul Society and the
living world). Any Fullbringer can learn this, as well as go
almost anywhere they want to go. The biggest danger though for
Fullbringers is if they go to a realm they don't fully
understand, and if they don't know what they're going to
encounter it can be a bad experience for them (such as one who
went to the shadow realm to meet the death wraiths and ended up
in a dangerous shadow area where shadow beings almost killed
them). As such, this does require a Fullbringer to know where
they want to go, and that they have enough spirit energy to
create the portal to where they want to go (as this requires
spirit energy to go where they want to go). If one wants to
learn to teleport using this method, this takes training and
experience, as it is an art that usually has to be taught by a
Fullbringer in order for them to learn how to access other
realmsAnd those that don't know where they're going can end up
lost, especially if they get lost in between realms, which could
land them in the void between dimensions (which would be bad) if
they're not careful, or somewhere they really don't want to go.
- Fullbringer Ability: Fullbringer Spirit Defense: This
technique is designed for Fullbringers to use in place of the
hollow art Hierro and is a very similar technique. In this art,
a Fullbringer's spirit energy strengthens their skin
considerably, where the Fullbringer gains extremely tough skin
as a result of their spiritual power. This acts like armor on
the Fullbringer, making it harder to damage them. As one might
imagine, this makes attacking a Fullbringer much more difficult,
as their spirit defense can block weaker attacks with some even
being able to stop bladed weapons with a strong enough spirit
energy. When it comes to this art, the more spirit energy a user
has, the stronger their spirit defense is (Making the strength
of the defense usually proportional to the power of the
Fullbringer). However, some Fullbringers have specifically
trained this skill, and honed it through combat training
(usually among higher level users that train their spirit
energy). Typically, Fullbringers with less regeneration ability
have stronger spirit defense than those with stronger
regeneration, though there are certain exceptions to this rule.
Depending on the Fullbringer, some can defend against bladed
weapons, and some can even resist bullets. Depending on the
strength of the defense, there are some Fullbringers that have
skin similar to dragon skin in terms of strength. Typically, in
order to break this, an opponent must either hit the Fullbringer
with stronger attacks, or they must focus their attacks to try
and pierce the defense more effectively (which can be effective
for those with more focused combat styles, as focus has proven
very effective against similar skills in the past). Fullbringers
with this power are dependent on the strength of their spirit
energy, and while stronger spirit energies will usually have
stronger defense, weaker spirit energies will have weaker
defense as well. And when a Fullbringer gains this skill, their
regeneration abilities may increase or decrease to adapt to the
defense's hardness. Those with stronger defense have less
regeneration due to the fact that the defense is harder to
repair if damaged, but weaker defenses have stronger
regeneration since they can use full regeneration without any
issues. For Fullbringers, their spirit defense is active as long
as they have spirit energy, and if they run out, this power will
not be able to be used until the Fullbringer recovers their
spirit energy.
- Fullbringer Ability: Fullbringer Spirit Sense: This is a
unique spirit sense that is specific to Fullbringers. This
allows a fullbringer to sense spirit energy that can read
environments, specifically other sources of spirit energy around
them. This has two major uses. The first is that a user is able
to read people's presence, determining who and what they are
similar to other spirit senses. The second use is for the user
to sense the spirits of objects they can manipulate (using this
to sense the spirits in objects. In the world, everything (even
objects) has spirit energy, so this acts like a sense for almost
everything around the Fullbringer. This is more of a general
sense, and done to allow one to be able to sense people and
objects around a user. However, when used on a person, this does
read a person's spirit energy and allow a user to read how much
spirit energy one has, as well as sense what they are based on
the presence they give off (assuming they are not a creature
that has a suppressed presence). Unlike the hollow Pesquisa,
this is a general sense of spirits, and allows a user to sense
everything around them (unlike Pesuisa, Fullbringers cannot
focus on specific presences, and sense everything in a given
area). Advanced users are even able to focus and sense things
over a wider area, or attempt to focus more to try and find
those that might try to hide from their senses. Unlike some
spirit sense powers, this power takes effort and time to learn,
so Fullbringers cannot just instinctively become advanced users
of this. Users that use this may require time and concentration
when starting out, and even advanced users may have to focus
more to sense around a wider area, which could leave them open
to counterattack by others in the area. And unless one has a
very strong sense of this, this cannot sense those that suppress
their presence. Unlike the hollow Pesquisa, Fullbringers cannot
predict their opponents, and they can only use this to read an
area to see what souls are around them and what objects they can
manipulate. As such, this is different from the Pesquisa of
hollows enough that the Fullbringers do utillize it a bit
differently than hollows use their Pesquisa.
- Fullbringer Ability: Fullbringer Combat: This combat style is
the Fullbringer's method of physical combat. Because the
Fullbringers cannot use the instinctive combat of hollows and
their powers work differently, they had to adapt their own
combat. This style of combat is based around using the souls of
objects around them, in which they use their Fullbring power in
physical combat. This is more of a general style of combat than
a real combat style, and mostly is used on top of whatever
fighting styles a Fullbringer possesses or has trained in. When
using this style, a Fullbringer uses their own martial arts or
combat knowledge, and uses this in conjunction with it. As such,
this is a style of combat that can be added to almost any combat
style. When used, this style allows a Fullbringer to use their
Fullbring to manipulate the souls of objects in combat, such as
many will often start by using the soul of the air around them
and focus it into their attacks to create impact waves and
reduce friction and wind resistance of their attacks. They can
also do things like manipulate the soul of the earth in the
ground to do things like push them up higher (meaning they can
jump higher), or move with the spirit of the earth in the ground
to move in a way that allows them to move faster as they're
boosted by manipulating the ground. While this is far from being
elemental manipulation, this basic combat aspect allows a
Fullbringer a method of boosting themselves in combat, and
amping their strength in speed based on how they interact with
the environment around them. And by manipulating the air around
them, a user can even create shockwaves from their attacks, such
as a punch that can send its forward momentum through the air as
a shockwave to hit opponents not in combat range. Typically,
this style is more about technique than instinct like hollow
power, so this style requires training to use effectively.
Fullbringers who learn this style can still be countered by
other combat styles, and how well they use this depends on their
own training and abilities. As any style, there are always ways
to counter the style, and more experienced or trained opponents
may be able to counter this style.
- Fullbringer Combat Ability: Bringer Light: This is a high
speed movement technique that was created by the Fullbringers.
This was made to be somewhat similar to hollow Sonido, or soul
reaper Flashstep. This technique is designed in the same manner,
where a Fullbringer uses their power to move far faster. This
style is designed to work with a Fullbringer's combat, where a
Fullbringer utilizes their power to accelerate their movement in
a mostly supernatural style. There are a few aspects to this
ability. The first is that the user can manipulate the soul of
the earth under them in order to manipulate its elasticity in
order to accelerate their movements. The second is that users
can use the soul of the air around them to boost their speed,
having the air push them, and even using the air as a stepping
stone. When used, there are a variety of ways to utilize it, but
most of the time, this is used to accelerate one's movement
speed combined with a stepping method that allows one to more
easily move. Similar to techniques like Sonido or Flashstep,
this technique allows one to move at high speeds, and allows one
to almost appear to vanish when in motion. One thing that many
will notice is that instances of this ability being used always
come with the release of the green Bringer Light at the user's
feet, which signals the use of their Fullbring power to utilize
this technique. As one might imagine, this technique can be used
to also use high speed movement to do things like closing
distances between a user and their opponent, or more advanced
users can even leave afterimages similar to that of Sonido or
Flashstep users. When in motion, a user is very hard to track,
and as long as they are in motion, they can move at speeds that
make them almost impossible to see. However, as one might guess,
similar to other styles, there are users that can counter this
with other similar high speed stepping methods, and other faster
opponents may be able to still keep up with this skill. However,
even if one can't keep up with a user, the user will usually
come back into view before they attack, though more advanced
users may attack while in motion. While most have trouble
tracking them, there are those that can keep up with this style
of movement, usually with enhanced senses or being able to see
faster opponent movements. This is comparable to Sonido and
Flashstep, so opponents that can see through those techniques
will also be able to see through this. Also, the release of the
Bringer Light from the feet of the user is usually signals when
they use this technique.
Dark Limelight Aura Skills:
- Dark Limelight Spirit Aura Skills: Thanks to the power that
Kindron gave to Fomoire, Fomoire gained some unique ways to use
the abilities he was given thanks to his Fullbring power and how
he learned Kindron's aura skills. This gave Fomoire a unique
type of power, where he is able to utilize darkness empowered
Limelight spirit energy, and can use this for similar aura
skills to his mentor, Kindron. This energy powers most of his
aura abilities, and generates from his spirit pressure. Thanks
to this energy, Fomoire has aura skills very similar to his
mentor's except that Fomoire uses his own Fullbring limelight
spirit energy which becomes dark green when used. While Fomoire
can't do things like fire ceros or use other hollow abilities,
this does also strengthen his fullbring abilities and helps him
attack enemies. When combined with certain other abilities, this
also grants him special abilities like him being able to use his
godkiller power to be able to attack deities and high level
opponents that normally wouldn't be able to be killed by spirit
energy alone. While far from the strongest person in Olympus,
Fomoire's unique use of his Fullbring spirit energy tends to
make him a bit of a strange opponent, and while he doesn't seem
like much, his ability to kill almost any opponent tends to make
him very dangerous. This spirit energy is counterable by other
energies, and works much the same way as normal spirit energy
when used in special abilities. However, the only real
difference is that his Fullbring energy is much stronger than
normal energy and powers different abilities, and is made even
stronger by powers like his godkiller power. And unlike normal
hollows and vizoreds, Fomoire doesn't have the normal weakness
to spirit purification that most hollow powers would have (Since
Fullbring doesn't have enough hollow power to have that
vulnerabilty. Typically, Fomoire's aura abilities are countered
very similar to his mentor, Kindron's, and those familiar with
his skills may recognize most of the skills Fomoire has (and
know how to counter them if they are familiar enough with how
they work). However one has to take into account the differences
in power that Fomoire has vs what Kindron had. Since Fomoire
also has limelight spirit, there is also a light element to his
spirit energy as well as darkness.
- Purifying Darkness (Basic Darkness Type): It has been
mentioned a few times, but this power covers Fomoire's ability
to use purifying darkness. This is one of Kindron's darkness
types which he empowered Fomoire with, which was gained to allow
Fomoire to use purifying darkness in addition to his normal
dorcha (evil darkness) manipulation. This is a form of darkness
power that purifies presences, and works on those with corrupted
or dark presences similar to how holy power works on unholy
presences. This power was designed specifically to destroy dark
spirits of the shadow realm, in which this power works like a
positive spirit power that is combined with darkness to create a
darkness that can even be used to destroy dark spirits. This
darkness works just like normal darkness, except that it is a
positive nature and a unique form of darkness not many races
other than death races can use unless they have a special
ability that lets them use purifying darkness (in this case,
Fomoire was empowered by Kindron to use this power). Typically,
this darkness is just like normal darkness in both strengths and
weaknesses, in which this can be countered just like normal
darkness as well. While this darkness isn't as strong as
primordial darkness (at least on its own), it can even be used
to purify other darkness users of darkness and hurt those that
use darkness power, making this a dangerous power to use on any
darkness user, which is the reason it works so well on dark
spirits. Light is capable of countering this darkness, and
unholy or corrupted light works best at countering this
darkness. Darkness users are also vulnerable to this, in which
other users can hurt each other with this power, given it's
nature to purify and destroy darkness using darkness power.
However, users can only be hurt with other purifying darkness,
and are not hurt by their own purifying darkness. Things like
corrupted darkness can still hurt them, and counter this power
fairly easily. It is also possibly to counter this power using
powers not vulnerable to purification, such some spirit
energies.
- Dorcha Flames of Death Manipulation: These flames are very
similar to Kindron's black flames of death, which are dark
flames infused with death energy that combines his dorcha (evil
darkness) power with flame energy to create dorcha flames, but
Kindron's death nature also fuses to these flames to create a
death flame as well. Just like Kindron's flames, Fomoire can use
the same black flames of death that his mentor could, with one
major difference. The major difference is that Fomoire's flames
are not just darkness, but the evil darkness of dorcha
manipulation (used by Fomoire's fomor powers). Instead of being
a dark purple flame like typical Darkfire flames, the death
powered flames are completely black and are infused with the
power of death. As a result, the flames are able to use the
power of death energy infused into it to more easily kill
opponents. Since most living things are vulnerable to death
energy, these flames work as an amped version of the normal
Darkfire flames, and can be used the same ways most other types
of flames. However, these flames also have other uses, like
being able to enhance people's powers if they are unholy or
death-based in nature, or they can be used to combat godly power
give the demonic nature of the flames. These flames burn much
hotter than normal flames, and are able to consume normal flames
and convert normal flames to dark flames. These flames are
designed to be able to more easily kill opponents, since they
are death based in nature, and most living things are vulnerable
to death energy. These flames also do extra evil energy damage
to enemies, and can burn people with evil darkness (thus
damaging flame users). However, unlike Kindron before him,
Fomoire doesn't use these flames for much other than elemental
techniques, and doesn't do things like regenerate with flames
like the Darkfires do. While Fomoire did learn these flames, he
didn't learn the Darkfire abilities that go with these dark
flames. These flames are essentially the same as the ones
Kindron used (Except that there's and evil darkness instead of
normal darkness), and can be countered with powerful enough holy
power or ice manipulation, as well as using powerful enough life
energy.
- Aura Art Ultimate Dark Manifestation Genjutsu: This was a
power that Kindron passed to Fomoire alongside his other aura
skills. This lets Fomoire manifest and create solid illusions
using his darkness energy that can take solid form. For Fomoire,
he creates illusions from his darkness, which uses his darkness
power as its base. Typically, these illusions are generated and
solidifed to attack opponents, and these illusions can take any
form Fomoire wants. From dragons to armies of warriors to even
dark mist clouds, Fomoire can create almost anything he wants.
Depending on Fomoire's creativity, this tends to allow him to
make all kinds of things from almost nothing. However, he cannot
overwrite reality, such as he can't erase something already
there (like trying to manifest his shadows in a solid object),
and he has to clearly be able to imagine what he wants to
create. In addition to being able to use darkness to create
these illusions, Fomoire can also dictate what kind of darkness
is used in these illusions, such as using dorcha darkness or
using purifying darkness depenidng on what he wants to do.
Typically, Fomoire takes advantage of this by creating creatures
of darkness, which is more natural to how he uses this ability,
and will often create creatures of darkness that can fight
enemies using darkness abilities. These illusions are created by
his darkness, and if he runs out of power, the darkness in this
power will dispel. It is also worth noting that the larger or
more illusions he makes, the weaker they will be. Typically, the
best way to use this power is to create one or two smaller
illusions as creating too much will weaken Fomoire's
concentration for other attacks, and might leave him open to
attack. While this power is very useful to fight opponents since
it only requires Fomoire's imagination and darkness energy, it
does require some maintenance to keep the illusions going, and
Fomoire does have to be conscious to use this power, or else
this power will dispel if he loses consciousness. After his own
modifications, Fomoire made this technique his own, and put his
own spin on it so it wouldn't be so much like his mentor's
techniques (in that he usually manifests this power using
darkness and creates darkness creatures). However, this does
mean that certain positive and holy abilities also more easily
counter this despite it being more powerful darkness power.
- Aura Skill: Fear Absorption/Ultimate Fear/Controlled Fear:
This power gives Fomoire her mentor's ability to manipulate fear
and absorb that fear for more power. Fomoire can do a few
different things with this, the first is reading people's fears
and being able to sense fear energy when someone is afraid. This
is pretty standard for this power, being the basis of the other
parts of this power. Typically, Fomoire can sense what people
are afraid of, and he can tell when someone is afraid. However,
Fomoire doesn't just read fears, but finds ways to try and
intimidate and make opponents afraid of him specifically. The
second part of this power is where Fomoire uses his genjutsu to
manifest someone's fear into physical form, such as someone
being afraid of spiders and having to fight giant monster
spiders in order to unnerve and destablize his opponents to make
them easier to defeat. This is designed to increase someone's
fear so that Fomoire can absorb more fear as part of the final
part of this ability. The final ability, as mentioned, is
absorbing the fear to restore or temporarily increase his power.
The final stage requires Fomoire absorbing the fear for power so
that he can either replenish or gain power from the fear, which
makes him able to use this to make himself stronger. This power
is essentially broken down into the three stages, with the
second and third stage being able to be in either order
depending on what Fomoire wants to do. However, unlike Kindron
and some other fear demons that have come up in the past,
Fomoire is nowhere near as skilled with this as certain others
that use this power. Compared to those like Kindron or the fear
demon Barbas, Fomoire cannot actually overwhelm people with fear
and kill them with fear, and can only take advantage of fear
energy to a limited degree to absorb it, and he cannot really
manipulate fear energy other than absorbing it. Typically, this
power is more about using one's fear against them. But much like
other fear abilities, enemies can eventually overcome their fear
with enough exposure to it, and in which case, they won't be
affected by this anymore unless Fomoire finds another fear to
manipulate or finds a way to reignite a fear.
- Aura Skill: Fullbring Spirit Necromancy: This ability is one
that Fomoire gained from his mentor's empowerment, which allows
Fomoire to utilize necromancy abilities using his spirit energy
that mixes Kindron's darkness and Fomoire's own limelight
energy. For this, Fomoire can use this necromancy to revive dead
bodies to fight on his behalf, and he can infuse some of his
power into them using his Fullbring power. Unlike normal
necromancy powers, Fomoire's fullbring can control others with
his spirit energy that he has brought back, and Fomoire is able
to empower those that he brings back with his Fullbring. Fomoire
can also use other power to grant his necromancy beings other
abilities, such as using his dorcha or purifying darkness to
grant the undead being special darkness abilities, or he can
give them godkiller energy that can let them use godkiller
energy attacks using any powers they possess. The bodies brought
back have any powers they had in life and with Fomoire's spirit
energy, the undead are also able to release spirit energy
attacks if the particular undead has the ability to use spirit
energy (something normal undead wouldn't be able to do). Unlike
normal undead, Fomoire's undead are not powered by life or
darkness energy, making them resistant to normal weaknesses of
the undead. With spirit energy using Fullbring, the bodies
aren't hurt as much by other energies, with the spirit energy
granting a resistance to other energies (requiring stronger
energy to hurt Fomoire's undead). This ability is very useful to
revive dead opponents, but has some drawbacks, such as the
bodies are typically not quite as durable as they are in life
since they are revived dead bodies (depending on when they
died). While these undead are usually not vulnerable to things
like holy magic or purifying power (since they are not
vulnerable to the same powers based on how they are brought
back), revival spells can still bring back those that have died
and it is possible for those brought back from this necromancy
to retain the limelight spirit power Fomoire used on them.
However, like most undead, enough damage can take them out, or
if one has a way to cancel out the spirit energy used, they can
also dispel the thing animating the dead bodies (Such as energy
negation skills).
- Purifying Darkness Godkiller Hex Bomb: This ability was gained
by Kindron during a fight during his time working for Hades, and
this was yet another ability given to Fomoire as an ability
Kindron empowered him with. When using this, Fomoire utilizes
his purifying darkness energy, and fires it using his purifying
darkness to blast opponents. When hit by this, this is a
darkness that purifies and destroys supernatural darkness, and
it's main power is being used against other darkness users. This
was originally developed by the death wraiths as a method of
fighting dark spirits, so this is also a good way to destroy
dark spirits as well. Typically, this darkness works somewhat
similarly to corrupted darkness, except that this is more of a
type of holy darkness without being holy. The hex bomb is able
to be made to fire bombs of purifying darkness, which then
explode on opponents with purifying darkness. Against darkness
users, this can do severe damage, especially if they try to use
their own darkness to dodge the attack. This works even better
against stronger darkness types like demonic darkness or other
types of darkness stronger than normal. Fomoire's purifying
darkness is even strong enough to purify and destroy primordial
darkness when used alongside his godkiller energy. Thanks to
this power, darkness is very difficult to hurt Fomoire with, and
this makes most darkness pretty much useless on Fomoire since he
not only has this, but dorcha manipulation which uses the other
side of darkness (the evil kind). Typically, these bombs are
best avoided or dodged, since they are basically explosive balls
of purifying darkness. However, light can still destroy these
like normal darkness, and flame attacks can sometimes be used to
burn these away if the fire is hot enough. To an extent, holy
power can also be used to counter this ability, though to a
reduced effect given the purifying nature of the hex bomb's
purifying darkness. This can do damage against light users, but
typically does far less than it does against darkness users.
This also can be countered by certain abilities those like dark
spirits have, since dark spirits can counter this as much as
this can counter them.
- Aura Skill: Limelight Binding Rods: This technique creates 5
rods of spirit energy, in which Fomoire can fire them at an
opponent using his enhanced spirit energy. Typically, this is
designed to be fired at the body, with one rod piercing each
limb and one for the chest. Once they hit, the rods are able to
bind an opponent wherever the rod strikes (IE the arm will be
paralyzed if the rod strikes the arm) with the intent of
completely restraining an opponent if all of the rods hit their
mark. This is a very simple attack designed to restrain an
opponent, that works not only on mortals, but on spirits as well
(a technique originally designed to restrain souls for transport
to the underworld). These rods are designed to use spirit energy
to not only restrain the body, but the energy in the body too,
making both body and energy unusuable while these rods are
impaled in the body. This technique requires concentration to
keep in effect, meaning Fomoire can't use any other technique
while it's in affect, and depending on how many of these rods
hit, the opponent may be able to break out of the technique if
they avoid more at least 3 of the rods (and some might be able
to overpower it if they can overpower the spirit energy used in
this). This technique is designed to restrain opponents, and
this technique doesn't do any physical damage even though it
looks like an opponent would be impaled with these rods (this
technique is more about attacking the spiritual than the
physical, meaning that the physical body is not harmed with this
skill). However, if they are caught in it, breaking out usually
requires a lot of force, depending on how many rods hit with 5
rods hitting being very difficult to break out of (though less
hitting means it would be easier to break out of). This is a
great method of restraining someone, but without physical
damage, this doesn't do much more than just keep someone
restrained as this doesn't do anything else like weakening an
opponent, or doing any kind of real damage. For Fomoire, the
most dangerous thing about his use of this is the speed at which
he fires these, as his limelight spirit energy is more like
light than darkness, and can move extremely fast (not speed of
light but faster than most can keep up with).
- Aura Skill: Dark Limelight Aura Bullets and Aura Spears: Just
like his mentor, Fomoire can fire aura bullets and spears from
spirit aura at opponents, except that Fomoire's uses his
enhanced limelight spirit energy rather than using dark flames
like his mentor's. These are essentially concentrated spirit
aura formed for attacks, which were among Kindron's attacks that
Fomoire uses (albeit he uses them with different power).
However, while Fomoire uses them with spirit energy instead of
darkness power, the power does still work the same way. The aura
bullet technique concentrates Fomoire's limelight aura into
small bullet like projectiles that can be fired with immense
speed and concentrated power, being just like the name suggests.
The bullets are designed to take down an opponent or group
depending on how many aura bullets are fired, and the size can
be modified as needed, though larger bullets tend to be slower
but more powerful, while smaller bullets are usually faster and
sometimes with more piercing ability. Though this is meant more
to take out unarmored enemies, as even though they are bullets,
they can't pierce armor. For piercing armor, that would fall on
the aura spears, which concentrate spirit aura into larger
projectiles designed to spear opponents. While they are still
fast enough to hit with incredible speed, they are designed
solely for piercing and the larger projectiles are not as fast
as the aura bullets. Typically however, while these are more
powerful and designed to pierce shields and armor, they also
cost more power to use. The aura bullets can be blocked, though
the aura spears are best dodged rather than blocked since they
are designed to pierce most abilities that would block them.
These can also be destroyed by strong enough counters to spirit
energy abilities, and opponents may be able to counter these
with energy negation techniques. Some can even overpower these
abilities if they have strong enough physical ability (with some
stronger opponents not being as affected by them).
- Aura Skill: Spirit Arm Blade and Spirit Aura Blade: This is
another duo of techniques that Kindron taught to Fomoire, where
Fomoire learned to use these with his dark limelight spirit
energy. The first is the spirit arm blade, which ignites spirit
aura from the hand, creating a limelight spirit energy blade out
Fomoire's hand using his enhanced Fullbring spirit energy. This
technique is designed to be used to attack opponents with the
blade, usually being just a simple spirit energy spear. However,
the spirit arm blade does have a unique skill in that it is able
to negate regeneration in which the technique can interrupt
supernatural regeneration by using the energy in the blade to
interrupt the flow of energy to the wound caused by the blade.
The darkness aura blade is very similar, in that it also uses
the hand to concentrate darkness aura to generate a strong
spirit energy blade using Fullbring spirit energy. However, the
aura blade concentrates immense spirit aura, creating a much
stronger blade that can cut through heavier defenses, like being
able to more easily cut through dragon skin and armors, though
Fomoire's spirit aura blade negates regeneration in a different
way. Instead of interrupting the flow of energy to the wound,
this technique instead infects the wound with spirit energy that
prevents the wound from being closed correctly. The good thing
about both of these techniques is that Fomoire can use them not
only on supernatural regeneration but artificial regeneration as
well. Both of these techniques can also use the sword to fire
spirit blasts and/or spirit energy slashing waves, concentrating
spirit energy from Fomoire's spiritual aura to essentially allow
him to fire projectile attacks from the blades. Both are
powerful spirit energy blades, and can be countered with any
counters to spirit or using some sort of energy to block the
attack, though one can also dodge the attack as well if they are
fast enough. Typically, the regeneration negation only works as
long as the spirit energy can do its job (which is different
depending on the technique), and if it can be interrupted or
dispelled, then the technique's regeneraiton negation will end.
- Aura Skill: Spirit Cutter Wave: This is a limelight spirit
technique that Fomoire based on Kindron's dark wave technique
(in which Fomoire uses limelight spirit energy instead of
darkness, and Fomoire renamed it to avoid confusion with the
spirit user ability Spirit Wave). This concentrates his spirit
aura into a wave he can fire at opponent. The spirit wave
consists of a wave of slashing waves of limelight spirit energy
which are designed to be fired at an opponent or group. These
wave is incredibly strong, being amped by however much limelight
spirit aura is put into the attack. With Fomoire, he is able to
utilize this and fire it much faster than the original
technique, with the spirit energy also being able to attack the
spirit rather than just attacking the body. This technique is
designed to be released as a wave, and Fomoire is able to
release this power depending on how much spirit energy he puts
into it (with more spirit energy creating a larger and stronger
wave). However, this technique also has a much stronger mode,
where the user can put some of their life force into it to fire
a wave which does far more damage and moves far faster, being
able to hit opponents far easier, and do far more damage against
stronger opponents. The advanced skill can also be fired
multiple times, using life force energy to pin opponents down
while they are affected by the wave. Though while effective, the
advanced technique requires life force energy to use, and while
it can be used to keep an opponent pinned down with enough
force, which can eventually kill the user if they use this too
much. Though the initial technique is still just as useful, both
versions of the technique can be dodged, and the first version
can be blocked by shields or strong enough defenses. Though the
second one is best dodged, as blocking can still keep someone
pinned down. This can also be more easily blocked or countered
with a holy power equivalent if one can account for the
increased power of this technique. Energy negation also works to
counter this. And like many spirit energy abilities, some
physically stronger opponents may be able to resist the spirit
energy of this if they are strong enough to resist the energy.
- Aura Skill: Doppelganger: This power allows the user to create
multiple clones of themselves to fight opponents. This is
similar to skills like the shadow clone technique, or certain
elemental clone techniques where the user is able to create
powerful clones. Unlike most cloning, this has a set number of
clones that can be made, which is only two clones. The user take
no power reduction in making the two clones, and the clones are
at around 50% of the user's original power, effectively using
the doppelgangers to double his fighting power and tripling what
the opponent has to fight. Normally, this would mean that the
user would have reduced power while using the clones, but that
is not the case when using this technique. When used properly, a
user can turn the tides of a fight, especially 1 on 1 fights if
they utilize this power properly. While the clones aren't as
strong and aren't as durable, they are still useful for fighting
opponents and have all the powers of the user. These clones
possess all the same abilities as the original user but can't
use as much power due to only being able to access 50% of the
power of the user. These clones dispel when they've taken enough
damage, or are destroyed by some form of power that can destroy
them. They also have all the same weaknesses of the original
user, as well as the strengths. Typically, this works similar to
other cloning techniques, and these clones will dispel if the
original user's life is in danger or the user doesn't have the
power to maintain these clones. This art is very useful, but
some stronger users can counter the clones more easily since the
clones are weaker than the original, and the user typically has
to fight alongside the clones to make this power effective in a
fight. The clones can also be hurt more easily by any weaknesses
of the original, as being weaker means certain weaknesses also
do more damage. Fomoire is able to use this skill as well,
though his other copies he makes are usually just distractions
more than anything.
- Aura Skill: Dark Heart (Unmastered): This is another of
Kindron's techniques that Fomoire inherited from Kindron's aura
enhancement, in which allows Fomoire to manifest the darker side
of someone's persona by reaching into them and pulling out their
suppressed personalities. This technique works on anyone, even
those who have conquered their darker sides in the past, granted
the user can do the technique on someone through physical
contact. This requires reaching into someone's spirit, usually
through an intangible reach into the soul, and then grasping the
suppressed persona that exists in the soul. Once removed, the
persona manifests itself as a blackened version of the person
they represent, and will attempt to kill the person they came
from in order to replace them. The darkened persona has all the
same abilities as the person they were spawned from, and can
fight with the same strength and abilities. Due to the darkness
manifestations, they often are stronger, due to the fact that
the darkened version of the opponents never feel the need to
hold back and often fight far more brutally than their
counterparts do. These manifestations often try to confuse and
disorient their other half with harsh words or painful memories,
due to the fact that these manifestations can get stronger if
the other half denies them. However, the downside to this is
that the self drawn out is rarely ever loyal to anyone but
itself, meaning that they fight by their own rules and won't
even listen to the one who pulls them out. Usually, the best way
to defeat these personas is to fight them the same way, but
instead of trying to frighten or make them reject the better
half, the opponent has to accept and defeat the other half in
battle until the other half acknowledges the opponent as the
stronger side, which usually happens once the dark half realizes
it cannot win. This art can also only be done through physical
contact and ripping out the other half, which this art can be
avoided completely if one doesn't fall prey to this technique in
the first place. This technique also does no damage when ripping
out the other part of the soul, and the only damage this does is
that the other half can hurt the opponent. For Fomoire, he is
unable to do this all the time, and doesn't use it too much
since he cannot always pull the dark side of someone out
(usually not being able to pull out stronger dark sides).
- Aura Skill: Black Coffin (Unmastered): This was Kindron's
second strongest darkness attack, which Fomoire learned. This
technique creates a large box around an opponent made of pure
darkness energy. When the box is closed and the darkness
solidified, it creates a space in the box compressed by darkness
so strong that it manipulates time and space and can crush most
opponents to near death. This is one of the strongest darkness
techniques out there, which can do severe damage to someone
caught inside it as they are crushed by darkness and
gravitational force generated by the darkness in the box. The
best way to not take damage is to not be in the box when it
fully forms, as not being in the box means one won't have to
break out or worry about what goes on inside the box. However,
should one be trapped inside, the best way to break out is with
immense physical force, or by destroying the box with strong
enough powers that don't rely on light, as the gravitational
effects of the darkness inside the box make light next to
useless. Those who are in it often don't die, but come out with
heavy darkness and gravitational damage if they let themselves
get caught in this as they will be crushed to the point that
most of their bones and muscles will have taken heavy gravity
damage. The best method for avoiding this is just to avoid the
box entirely and not get trapped in it before it fully forms, as
there is time before the box fully forms to escape. This is
based on the soul reaper technique, Kurohitsugi, which is
essentially the same technique that uses darkness instead of
soul energy to summon darkness. This can only be used a few
times before one runs out of power, since it uses such strong
power, being a final technique. And while using gravity and
darkness to damage someone may sound incredibly powerful,
opponents can still survive this if they are strong enough to
withstand it even if they may end up incredibly damaged from the
effects. Fomoire is able to use this, but his use of this is the
weaker incomplete version of this technique, and is nowhere near
as strong (meaning its easier to break out of by opponents).
However, the advantage is that Fomoire can utilize this in
combination with his Limelight spirit power to strengthen the
box when its created, still allowing it to do a lot of damage if
used correctly. However, since it isn't as strong, it can't hold
high level opponents in it since high level opponents can more
easily break out of it.
- Aura Skill: Spirit Lance (Unmastered): (
HTML https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iRml9CIRkTU
) This is Kindron's
most powerful darkness technique, which Fomoire replicated and
focused using spirit energy instead of darkness. This creates a
powerful lance of spirit energy, created from his supply of dark
limelight spirit energy. This power uses intense spirit energy,
compressed into a small lance type weapon. This power release is
great, making it a great weapon to throw at an opponent, or
Fomoire can use this at close range like a spear to attack
opponents if he is forced to. However, this technique is not
meant to be used at close range, being a very dangerous
technique that is meant to explode and destroy an opponent. This
technique is designed to be thrown at an opponent like a spear,
and then the spear explodes when it hits the opponent or hits
nearby the opponent in a massive blast of energy. This technique
is far stronger than even the Kurohitsugi as it can explode and
destroy an entire city block, but this technique also drains a
lot of power as a result. This technique can only be used up to
two times before Fomoire runs out of darkness power to power
this technique. And since this technique only runs on spirit
power, Fomoire can't use this technique without it (meaning he
cannot use this unless he has the spirit energy power to do so).
This technique cannot be blocked unless by an aura breaker
weapon/energy negation type power that can dispel it, or a
person with strong enough energy can overpower the energy of
this attack and destroy it (which is difficult with how powerful
this attack is). The power release from this is very strong, and
the condensed spirit in the explosion of this is usually enough
to do severe damage to opponents caught in it, as the condensed
spirit power can crush almost anyone inside it and even
incinerate weaker opponents. However, the best way to avoid this
is to dodge, using high speed manuevers to avoid the attack
altogether, as blocking usually isn't the best thing to do since
this technique explodes on impact (unless being used as a spear
in battle). The main problem with using this though is that if
Fomoire is too close, she can get caught in it and be damaged by
the force of it as well. While he doesn't take damage from the
limelight spirit, he does take damage from the physical force of
this technique. Also, Fomoire's use of this is not as powerful
as Kindron's use of it, and Fomoire's power is more refined so
the area of effect is smaller too. Ironically, Fomoire's use of
this looks more like a smaller explosion version of the
technique Kindron based it on, which the cero users based Cero
Lanza on). This is another unmastered technique that cannot be
used too much, and Fomoire rarely uses it because not only does
it take more energy to use, but the damage Fomoire can put into
it isn't usually enough to make the technique worth it.
- Aura Skill: Dark (Also called Soul Eater): This power is the
most powerful form of darkness that isn't really a normal
darkness technique, as it's an advanced dark art that utilizes
one's life force. It sacrifices some of the user's own life
force in order to forcibly bring an opponent to near death. This
technique is based on a dark magic spell which is designed to
drain an opponent's power almost completely. This technique is
fired like a wave of darkness, but instead of doing physical
damage when it it hits an opponent, the technique drains the
life force of an opponent to a very low level. If hit by this,
the spell leaves the opponent in a near death state, often
leaving them in a state to be unable to fight. However, this is
a very costly spell, as in order to use it, the user has to
manifest their own life force into darkness in order to allow it
to drain the life force of the opponent. So when used, the user
also risks leaving themselves near death, due to the technique
having almost as much of a toll on the user as the opponent. If
the technique misses, the life force can return to the user, but
if it is absorbed by any living person or the technique hits the
opponent, this technique takes it's hold and the energy cannot
be recovered. This technique cannot kill anyone, and if the
opponent is already near death, this technique does nothing to
them. This is a very effective spell, but only really useful in
the most desperate situations where the user has nothing left to
lose, or the opponent is just too strong for them to defeat.
This usually leaves both the opponent and user at near death, so
most fights that utilize this to end it will end a stalemate
with neither fighter being able to continue, as even the
strongest users will be reduced as much as their opponent no
matter how much stronger they are or how much stronger the
opponent is. Fomoire can use this against stronger enemies
effectively, but he suffers the same effects any other user does
where he is near death just as his enemy would be. Fomoire only
ever relies on this if it's a fight he can't escape, and one he
knows he cannot win (as he'd only use it as a means to sacrifice
his life to defeat a strong enough enemy). Fomoire would only
ever use this as a last resort.
Combat Abilities:
- Darkfire Combat Style: Darkfire Kenpo: This is a variation of
Chinese Kenpo, utilized mostly by the Darkfire family as they
modified the style to fit their own combat style. It still has
the same substyles (and a few other substyles thanks to the
Darkfires modifying the style), but has been modified so that
the Darkfires can better focus their combat talents through this
style. This style has many substyles, allowing for many
different options in terms of how the Darkfires want to train.
There are styles based in defense, some based in raw offensive
power, and some that are more balanced. There is even a few
unique substyles based around the Darkfires using elemental
power in their combat, such as the Leijiquan substyle that uses
lightning in combination with physical combat for techniques
like a lightning punch that can strike the opponent on impact.
The Darkfires allowed slight modification of this style (usually
more modification is done around the unique elemental
substyles), where each Darkfire is able to modify it based on
the substyle they use and combine different substyles together
for different types of combat (such as some that might combine
Ranshohan (fire style) with the Piquaquan substyle to create
rotating force that explodes when the user hits an object or
opponent). Those that use more defensive substyles can focus on
defense, or those that want to focus on power can focus on
overwhelming opponents with a powerful offensive. This is mostly
dependent on the individual Darkfire's fighting style, and this
is the Darkfire family's choice style of combat. Since it is
quite a versatile style that can be adapted to many different
styles, this style is very useful to help the Darkfires hone
their combat talent. Usually, this style is like most styles
where no matter what substyles are used, how it is used is
dependent on the person using the style. Almost every style has
strengths and weaknesses, such as one focused in offensive power
will not have much defense, or elemental styles can be countered
by counter elements. And despite how good the Darkfires are at
fighting, there are opponents out there that can still outclass
them even though the Darkfires are a clan that is very good at
combat. It is also worth nothing that using more substyles makes
this style harder to master, and may not be as effective against
those that limit and master fewer substyles even if having more
substyles means more versatile combat (so using less or more
both have advantages and disadvantages).
- Darkfire Kenpo Substyle: Tai Chi/Taijiquan (Shadow Boxing):
Developed as a martial arts style, Tai Chi is often known by
many as more of an exercise regiment than a fighting style. This
style focuses on meditation, movement, and focus. While many
recognize Tai Chi for slow movements, there are also faster
paced forms that are taught for combat. This style uses
coordination and relaxation to increase the body's
effectiveness, rather than using muscle tension like many other
styles. This is often more of a defensive style, in which a user
focuses more on neutralizing or redirecting attacks, and usually
doesn't focus on attack. This style is known for it's health
benefits, as users of this style often use things like
meditation to relieve stress in the body, and using movements to
strengthen the body. Users of this style not only benefit from
it in combat, but their training can also improve their daily
life style, in which users of this style are less susceptible to
stress and body tension, allowing their bodies to stay in peak
physical shape longer. When in combat, the focus of this style
is response to changes in outside forces, in which the body is
trained to respond to different aspects based on how the person
uses the style. In this style, the focus is not on opposing
force to meet attacks, but is on redirecting and yielding to
attacks. Users of this style learn flexibility and agility, so
that they can more easily avoid attacks from opponents. However,
just because this style is more defensive doesn't mean users
don't have means to attack. This style focuses on throws,
grapples and other methods to redirect opponents, in which users
of this style take advantage of an opponent's momentum. For
example, when an opponent throws a punch, the user may use a
technique to duck under the punch and then throw them while
their momentum is carrying the opponent forward. Because the
body is trained to react to certain forces, this style tends to
focus on honing the body to react instinctively, and allows
users to train themselves defensively. Because of how this style
is, this style is not a powerhouse style, but does work well
against powerhouse styles as this style can redirect stronger
opponents and sometimes counter faster opponents. This style is
more about avoiding fights rather than engaging, meaning this
style is not usually for those seeking fights, but more for
those seeking to avoid fights. The major weakness of this style
is that it relies on relaxation and coordination, so opponents
who let anger or other stress causing emotions into their life
will often be hindered in this style. And like any style, this
style may be countered depending on the user, experience and the
techniques an opponent might have.
- Darkfire Kenpo Substyle: Baguazhang (Eight Palms): This
sub-style is known for it's use of circular movement as well as
it's coiled and uncoiling actions. This style is based around a
more balanced style, using similar techniques to the Tai Chi
style. This style is more about open palm strikes, known for
it's flexibility and body alignment. Users learn a lot of low
stances, staying low to the ground, and striking opponents
vitals through proper striking techniques, throws and precise
footwork. This style is a very balanced style, allowing a user
to build their stats up more evenly than some other styles. This
is a very simple style to learn, as it is pretty simple to train
and learn, but it is still a very skilled style to those that
would take the time to master it in its entirety. While this
technique isn't about overwhelming power or about pure defense
like some styles, users of this style can still keep up with
many other focused styles, as this style has some useful
techniques like how to break one's defense with an open palm
strike or using certain close combat grappling and joint locks
to disable others. By using this style, users have more of a
circular movement around their opponents, and focuses on
patience rather than rushing in. Those that practice this must
have the patience to keep calm and watch their opponents,
waiting for openings or waiting for opponents to make their
moves in order to counter-attack. This style may seem simple,
but it's training allows for more focus and control, and is a
great style for those that want to learn to focus and learn
patience since the style teaches focus and patience to help
focus the mind. This, similar to Tai Chi, is a style that not
only trains the body, but also trains the mind as well by
training reflexes, reactions and even helping improve thought
when in stressful situations. Though simple, this style is not
to be underestimated, as masters of this style are very good at
countering other styles. Though, as one might expect, opponents
can outclass this style with certain more focused styles (like
pure power styles or pure speed styles might outclass this since
this doesn't focus on specific stats). When facing a style, it
is not just the style itself, but mastery, experience and
technique that often determine who will win using certain
styles.
- Darkfire Kenpo Unique Substyle: Shalu Wusheng (Silent Killer
Style): This was an unfinished style Kindron made using his
assassin skills. The first aspect to this style is that a user
can move completely silently when using this style by using
minimal movement. Fomoire took this a step further, and
developed what is often known as the Nukaishi (Trackless Step).
By focusing every aspect of his movement which includes his
breathing, Fomoire learned to not only silently attack
opponents, but also learned to utilize this art to trick
opponents brains into not recognizing Fomoire as a threat. In or
out of battle, people don't perceive small details or irrelevant
information except in their subconscious or the brain would be
overwhelmed by information. Because of this, irrelevant or small
detail information is filtered into the subconscious and the
conscious mind isn't aware of it. In Fomoire's unique substyle,
this aspect is taken advantage of where his movement is filtered
out as irrelevant information by opponents minds, due to the way
he controls his movement. When used properly, this style tricks
opponents into thinking their opponent disappeared when in
motion, but simply their minds don't process their movement when
they move using this style. To the untrained eye, a user using
this style would appear to disappear when in motion and reappear
when stopped. In the second aspect of this style, Fomoire uses
combat to release shockwaves through the body using physical
attacks, in which the shockwaves have a chance to generate air
bubbles in the blood, which is a very bad thing for those that
know what that can cause. Most of the time, air bubbles forming
in the blood can air embolism which can lead to a heart attack,
stroke or respiratory failure. Combined with silent movement,
this particular style is a very deadly style, designed
specifically for killing opponents stealthfully just as Fomoire
was taught to do by his mentor, Kindron. However, there are
counters to this style. For example, while a user is not seen as
relevant information by the conscious brain, the mind will
always recognize the user again the moment they make their
attack, and they will become visible again moments before the
attack as the opponent will recognize a threat when the user is
going for the attack. This means that there is a window for
anyone to dodge attacks if they are fast enough, even without
proper training in how to avoid this technique (meaning anyone
with the speed to dodge the attacks can probably dodge them even
without knowledge of this attack). However, those that use their
subconscious more in fights (for example, styles that rely more
on instinct to dodge attacks) are able to still recognize the
user while using this style. It is also possible that those
highly trained enough may recognize this and be able to counter
it if they can train their conscious mind to recognize the user
as a threat during a fight. As for the silent combat and the
deadly grapples and holds, these are countered just like any
other style, and as long as the user keeps the user in sight,
the silent movement won't be too much of an issue as long as the
user keeps in mind the other aspects of this style. This is also
a very difficult style to use, because it requires controlling
the body completely, including breathing which makes this style
difficult to master without absolutely precise movement.
- Darkfire Kenpo Stepping Method: Sonido: This stepping method
is the other stepping method used across the Darkfire Kenpo
style, and seems to be based on hollow Sonido or hollow Sonido
was based on the Darkfire's art (as it's similar in nature and
both styles are similar enough to believe that one may have been
copied from the other, but no one knows which came first in a
chicken or the egg type situation). This is a supernatural style
training in movement, in which users are able to move at high
speeds, replicating certain supernatural beings movements using
amplified physical stats and techniques. This style of movement
uses supernatural movement styles in order to utilize their
speed to the utmost ability. In the case of the Darkfires, they
use their magic amplification of their bodies to power the speed
boost in this style. When used, this is designed to allow users
to move at high speeds, covering distances between then or an
opponent or even traveling at high speeds when needed. This
style produces an audible boom or static when used, which led to
it's name which literally translates to "Sound Step." Advanced
users of this style are fast enough to leave afterimages, and
some have even figured out how to use certain steps in order to
leave behind essence that creates an almost solid afterimage.
While not fully there, the image has some substance to it in
which a user can do damage with this, or use it to fool
opponents while they move behind them. This style is extremely
fast, and when in motion, the user will often disappear from
view because they move faster than the eyes can track. By using
this, the Darkfires incorporated this into their combat styles,
alongside the Kouho Haiho. While the Kouho Haiho is used at
close range, this is used at mid range or long range in order to
cover distances, but can also be used in close combat due to it
allowing fast movement even if one needs to move around an
obstacle. Some elemental style users have even combined this
with certain elemental styles to grant them certain effects,
such as those with lightning may boost their Sonido to enhance
their movement speed by using lightning amplification to
increase the movement and power of their body. Both stepping
methods are essential for any Darkfire Kenpo user as the style
uses Sonido and Kouho Haiho as a backbone of the Darkfire Kenpo
style since the legs are usually the foundation of most combat
styles. This is only a movement method though, and not a combat
style unto itself, so using it on it's own is not always as
effective. However, if one wants to counter this, they can
usually know when someone uses it by the sound the user makes
when they go into it. If one wants to counter it, there are
plenty of high speed movement options and other movement styles
that can counter this depending on the skill of the user. As
with any style, the user can be overcome when using this
depending on the opponent's style, skill, experience and
techniques they may have.
- Fomor Demonic Fighting Styles/Combat Training: Having lived
longer than man-kind, most fomors have a multitude of combat
experience. Some have learned basic combat training, though most
usually have styles they have learned from their time among
humans or styles developed by fomors, and depending on the fomor
and where they spend their time, many have learned different
styles of combat. Depending on the fomor, some may even have
multiple fighting styles they've learned over the years. Many
fomors tend to be very skilled in combat, having had a very long
time to learn and even master combat styles. Depending on the
fomor, they could have any style they've picked up from ancient
martial arts to modern martial arts, to ancient soldier training
and modern military combat training. There are also fomor
specific combat styles that they have developed, usually
utilizing demon arts in combination with their physical combat
to allow fomors different styles based on their abilities.
Depending on where they've been and what they've learned, there
are many styles out there to choose from, with most fomors
usually having a unique mix of skills, and some even having
their own combat styles. Fomors typically also pick up fighting
styles from vessels they've had, as they are able to learn
through others minds they've connected to. However, each style
usually has it's own weaknesses and strengths with some focusing
on certain techniques and some focusing on certain stats and
abilities. This not only includes combat styles, but also might
include weapon styles for those that use specific weapons. For
Fomoire, he typically has focused on his Darkfire kenpo skills
he learned from Kindron, but he has trained and learned
different styles of weapon combat, specifically so he could use
different weapon fighting styles when needed (Such as his staff
normally, but also using his Fullbring to change the staff to
appear like a different weapon and allow Fomoire to change his
weapon style as a result). For example, he uses a staff style
normally, but he could create a scythe blade on his staff to
make it like a scythe and use a scythe combat style. Thanks to
this, Fomoire has a lot of different skills he has available.
- Unique Spirit Combat Knowledge: Because Fomoire has had to
learn to fight spiritual opponents (due to him having to fight
hollows that might come after him as a fullbringer with enhanced
spirit), Fomoire typically has a huge knowledge of how to fight
spiritual opponents. This isn't just about blasting opponents,
but Fomoire has combat knowledge of how to attack spiritual
opponents by using their spirit energy in physical combat as
well as weapon combat. While the techniques of using spirit
techniques to attack spirits may work well, there are times
where a user may want to attack spiritual opponents using
physical attacks. As such, Fomoire learned a spirit user trick,
in which he has become extremely skilled at combating spiritual
type opponents, and can apply this aspect of their combat to any
part of his combat. There are usually two aspects to this style.
The first is one may learn to utilize spirit techniques into
their physical combat. Among more popular methods of using this
are spirit amplification of physical stats using the physical
amplification technique, or some users may learn to release
blasts of spirit energy from their physical attacks. This can be
used a variety of ways, as it mostly just depends on the user,
the techniques and abilities they have, and how creative they
get with their attacks. The second aspect of this style is
applying spirit power to physical attacks, whether they are
physical combat or weapon combat techniques. While most spirit
users do have spirit energy combat styles, most are able to also
apply their spirit knowledge to their physical combat in order
to not have to waste power on techniques all the time. For
example, a spirit user could apply this to a martial arts style
and they could use physical attacks on a spirit while still
doing damage to the spirit. This applies as well to weapons,
where users can apply spirit combat to weapons in order to
attack spiritual enemies. This is a basic aspect of combat that
all spirit users learn, and depending on how it's used, users
can still be countered like normal combat styles. Aside from the
spirit component of this aspect of combat, an opponent can still
counter, and some opponents may counter this more easily (such
as hollows and dark spirits may have their own ways to counter
this even if this is still very effective on them as well).
While Fomoire isn't a spirit user, he does use this similarly to
spirit users in order to combat them since he has to learn how
to fight spiritual as well as physical opponents.
- Unique Training: Dark Spirit Combat/Corrupted Spirit
Knowledge: Because of spirit users often attracting dark spirits
that usually want to steal their spirits, spirit users have
become experts in dark spirits and other evil spirit entities
from Xeles's side of the Shadow Realm, something Fomoire has
learned as well. The biggest one is dark spirits, in which many
spirit users have been fighting dark spirits as one of their
primary enemies for a long time. They are an expert in almost
every dark spirit that they know of, and an expert on how to
deal with other evil spirits like hollows and high level lost
souls that might escape the death wraiths and soul reapers.
Thanks to their spirit power and some who even develop skills to
fight them, there aren't many dark spirits or evil spirits that
usually escape higher level spirit users, as they usually end up
fighting dark spirits and corrupted spirits. They are experts of
almost every kind of dark spirit known, aside from more unique
ones like certain combinations of dark spirit powers (such as
London Kuroshi who is a mix of multiple dark spirit types to
create his own new dark spirit type). Overall, spirit users are
knowledgeable about much of dark spirits and how they operate,
such as things like dark spirit rebirths (which many don't fully
understand), dark spirit rituals and even how to counter dark
spirits that are immune to spirit purification (which are rare,
but some are immune to normal spirit purification). Because dark
spirits are more attracted to spirit users, they have to
constantly fight these spirits, even more so than fighting other
physical enemies they might have. However, there are some dark
spirits that spirit users don't know how to destroy, or how to
overcome, with the two major ones they can't beat being Xeles
and Phantom (almost all every spirit user knows to avoid these
two at all costs, and know not to deal with them). Among others
might be dark spirits like those from the Dark Multiverse, as
few people ever come from the Dark Multiverse to the point that
no one really knows much about them. While not a spirit user,
Fomoire has learned this combat training so he can fight
spiritual opponents, since not all of his normal opponents are
physical opponents.
- Supernatural Strengths and Weaknesses Expert: Since
supernaturals often have to fight other supernaturals as much as
anyone else does. So, like so many, supernaturals have to learn
to defend themselves from supernatural creatures. Depending on
their training, most supernaturals have to learn how to fight
all types of creatures whether they want to or not as most as
most supernaturals will either have some kind of race as a
rival, or they will find themselves targets of some kind of
supernatural in their lifetime. Depending on the supernatural,
some are able to learn as much as they can about supernaturals
from the human world, or some may learn about supernaturals from
others, or some may even learn from firsthand experience in
combat. As such, they know the strengths and weaknesses of many
races depending on their training, including spells, exorcisms
and traps used against many manners of supernaturals depending
on their research and how much they've learned about races.
Depending on the age and experience of the supernatural, most
learn as much about killing supernaturals as they can, as the
more they know about fighting supernaturals, the higher their
chance of survival in a world that will usually have some that
will hunt them. For example, those with knowledge of weaknesses
might know that a human form dragon's elemental breath can be
disrupted with a good punch to the throat, and that is just one
example of weaknesses one can learn with enough focus and
research. While most focus on specific types of opponents, many
will also have to learn about other supernaturals they may
encoutner, with each race having different enemies and different
training. Because of this, supernaturals must learn to fight a
variety of enemies that they may face. Thankfully, with all the
knowledge available in the world, many supernaturals can find
information on many different races, with the only limits to
their knowledge being if they can find information or learn
through firsthand experience with supernaturals. In Fomoire's
case, most of his experience has come firsthand, and through
some research he's done over the years.
- Supernatural Hunting and Tracking: Whether someone is a
supernatural hunter or a supernatural, most supernaturals learn
a lot of the tricks supernatural hunters use through research
into supernatural hunting techniques, and picked up a lot of
tricks to track people down whether it is through fighting
supernatural hunters or being supernatural hunters themselves
(there are supernaturals on both ends of the spectrum). This
leaves a supernatural with not only a great sense for hunting
down opponents they need to hunt down, but also left them with
an innate ability to track opponents. Supernaturals are able to
learn to do very subtle things, like tell whether a foot print
is their target or not by things like the shape of the boot and
how deep the boot-print is, as well as also being able to tell
where their opponents go thanks to circumstances like walking on
plants, and animals that are unusually silent being signs of
predators in an area. They usually have a sense of when
opponents are near, as well as usually knowing which way an
opponent is going. And if a supernatural has supernatural senses
as well as normal senses, many spirit users can develop a great
sense of where things are around them. This is especially true
of some supernaturals if they learn to sense presences, due to
the fact that this can also help track others or tell if people
are tracking them by what presences are around them. For the
most part, there are supernaturals who become supernatural
hunters, while there are also supernaturals that may use this to
track other supernaturals or learn how supernatural hunters
might track a supernatural (since there are such a wide range of
reasons one might want to learn this kind of training). This
skill is something that not only requires knowledge of tracking,
and using the environment, but also requires knowledge of
supernaturals as well. For example, some werecreatures actually
jump through trees in the forest rather than walk on the ground,
in which supernaturals or supernatural hunters have to
understand that and use that knowledge to their advantage. Many
supernaturals usually develop a sense of when creatures are
around them, and most are trained specifically to track
supernatural creatures for their own survival (and that is to
say nothing of avoiding certain dangerous presences). Most have
come up with many ways to track supernaturals, as the tactics of
supernaturals are always rapidly changing as supernaturals come
to learn supernatural hunter tricks for hunting. Even among
human supernaturals, most learn these tricks without any special
senses or abilities, as they just rely on the environment or on
what they learn about how to track creatures.
- Supernatural Training: Exorcism, Weakness and Trap Knowledge:
Most supernaturals are trained or learn how to use exorcisms and
traps for a multitude of creatures and mythologies in some
fasion, due to exorcisms and traps being very useful in their
own survival. Supernaturals typically use exorcisms and traps in
order to take advantage of other races weaknesses, and typically
use this on other creatures that are vulnerable to exorcisms and
traps. For example, some supernaturals know that holy oil works
well for trapping angels, and may even know demonic exorcisms to
exorcise angels back to Heaven due to the occasional angel or
demon who might try to recruit or hunt them depending on their
intentions. For the most part, they also know how most
supernaturals operate, in case they should find themselves up
against other supernaturals. Most supernaturals seek as many
ways to exorcise and trap beings as possible, specifically for
finding ways to trap stronger enemies they may have to run away
from or fight. As such, many supernaturals that have been alive
a long time have had the time to build up their knowledge. This
can also help some supernaturals learn to avoid certain
weaknesses of their race depending on the user (such as one
supernatural a werewolf might use this training to learn to
avoid certain tricks supernatural hunters use to fight
werewolves). Most supernaturals learn this in order to survive
if they are on the wrong side of supernatural hunters or other
supernaturals, and learn as much as they can with what they
have. Typically, things like exorcisms and traps can easily save
a supernatural's life in dangerous situations, and some
supernaturals have learned a lot about these not just through
books, but by watching others who use these kinds of skills.
Supernaturals also have the advantage of making certain items to
help with this, such as they might have certain supernatural
items made that might be useful for handling certain kinds of
supernaturals if they have time to prepare for battling a
supernatural.
- Supernatural Hunter Extermination Experts: Some supernaturals
become experts in supernatural hunting techniques, besides just
using them to fight other supernaturals, is so that the
supernatural can learn how to fight against other creatures that
hunt them, since supernatural based beings are usually hunted
whether it's by other supernaturals or supernatural hunters.
Most supernaturals will learn how supernatural hunters operate,
whether the hunters are human, werewolf, vampire or even demon
or angel. In order to survive, supernaturals learn everything
they can about how supernatural hunters operate, and how to
avoid most supernatural hunter traps. This is another aspect
that makes supernaturals especially dangerous, as many
supernaturals learn ways to counter supernatural hunter traps
and learn quickly the tricks supernatural hunters used to take
them out. Because supernaturals do encounter hunters from time
to time that will try to kill them (depending on the
supernatural), they will often not only learn through books and
training, but most end up having to fight to survive against all
manners of creatures (not just one type of creature). Usually,
hunters will hunt down supernaturals just like most other
supernaturals, as many hunters will see many supernaturals as
enemies if they don't know enough about the particular
supernatural (and some supernaturals may do things that get them
unwanted attention from supernatural hunters). Because of this,
supernaturals learn quickly about how to avoid, counter and kill
almost any manner of supernatural hunters (though many only kill
supernatural hunters when necessary since killing one may draw
the attention of more, though the less moral supernaturals will
hunt down and kill supernatural hunters of all kinds to protect
themselves). Most supernatural hunters have to be very creative
about how they lure out many supernaturals, because of the fact
that most learn over time how supernatural hunters work, just
like other races typically do.
- Supernatural Presence Suppression/Crowd Blending: Most
supernaturals have to learn how to blend into crowds and learn
to avoid suspicion, usually as a way to avoid dark spirits and
some other supernaturals whether they are supernaturals or
supernatural hunters. While most normal people don't give some
more human-like supernaturals a second glance, many still learn
to blend into crowds and learn to avoid suspicion from anyone
that might find them suspicious. And because many supernaturals
also live in the open by learning to blend into crowds, this
even more important to avoid dangerous supernaturals who might
try to take them out if they are discovered. As such, the
ability to blend into a crowd is still just as important as it
is for other supernaturals and even supernatural hunters. For
the most part, supernaturals often learn the best ways to avoid
drawing attention to themselves in crowds, learning methods to
keep suspicion off them. For example, some will have ways to
hide their weapons when out in public, often wearing casual
clothes or clothes to fit whatever area they're in (such as
wearing clothes common to the area they're in to avoid looking
out of place) that can allow them to not show their weapons they
may carry with them. Thankfully, there are a number of skills
supernaturals can learn to suppress their presence, or they can
learn to hide using other methods such as using items to
suppress their supernatural presence. For example, if being
hunted by a werewolf, a supernatural might use different
colognes to confuse a werewolf's sense of smell. Crowds can be
very useful, as crowds can mask someone's presence, due to so
many people often being in one area that many aspects are
impossible to differentiate, and hiding in crowds can make one
hard to find if they blend in to the crowd well enough. This
allows supernaturals to either hide from supernatural hunters
and other supernaturals, or may help them understand how other
enemies may blend into crowds. For the most part, this is
something sueprnaturals learn depending on what they are, and
how they choose to hide, so how this is used is different
depending on the supernatural, human or other creature.
- Murderous Intent Sense: This lets those with this sense when
an attack is coming, usually by being able to tell when someone
has the intent to kill. This is a skill most warriors get by
fighting constantly for many years, learning how to sense
someone's murderous intent usually through encountering it
first-hand enough that they start to develop a strange sense
that lets them read people and be able to tell when someone has
the intention to kill. This lets the user read their environment
as well as the people around them in order to see what attacks
might be coming their way by reading an opponent's body language
and the "sense" of people around them. This gives them a passive
sense of reading people who might try to hurt them, as they can
sense when someone is ready to attack, and most people can
usually sense when that murderous intent is aimed at them. Some
can sense this literally as an aura through things like ki
sense, but most sense it in an instinctive way once their
instincts have been developed through constant fighting and
battles. This gives the user time to predict an attack, and to
some extent, helps the person predict what opponents will do in
a fight by reading their murderous intent. For example, by
reading an opponent's body language, such as how they move or
how tense they might be, a user of this can read opponents
movements in order to predict how they will fight or attack, as
some have developed entire fighting styles predicting people
through this method, such as the Hiten Mitsurugi sword style
that uses this to predict opponents. However, this sense is not
perfect, and some opponents can't be read if they can disguise
their murderous intent or they learn skills that can trick
people with this sense. Those who have no ability to feel
emotions also don't give off this murderous intent, as those who
don't have emotions don't feel the intent to kill. This sense is
usually pretty reliable unless one can suppress their murderous
intent, and is usually instinctive among people who have seen a
lot of battle and those that have fought for their lives
multiple times. The only real way to develop this is experience,
as no amount of training can truly grasp how this sense truly
works as it is only a passive ability that one can pick up by
experiencing murderous intent firsthand from enough people that
they learn to recognize the murderous intent in the feelings
they get from people.
Passive Abilities:
- Fomor Regeneration: Just like demons, fomors also have
powerful passive regeneration that they can use to regenerate
attacks. Depending on the level of fomor, most fomors have some
form of regeneration, combined with fomor demonic hardskin
defense to allow fomors to fix their defense and regeneration
where they choose, similar to how demons do. Fomors, like
demons, are extremely difficult to kill, and can regenerate
damage done to them. Almost all fomors have varying levels of
regeneration, with higher ranked fomors having stronger
regeneration if they are more powerful demonic creatures (like
demon lord fomors having stronger regeneration than normal
fomors). While fomors are still able to be killed, it is much
harder to kill them than most other beings, and most fomors can
regenerate almost any damage to a certain degree. Depending on
the level of fomor, some may have faster regeneration than
others, or some may even have regeneration arts depending on the
fomor. However, it is worth noting that the more injuries they
suffer and the worse the injuries, the longer it might take them
to regenerate. The other problem with their regeneration is that
some enemies have learned that fomors are easier to kill than
Christian demons as fomors do die if they are beheaded (meaning
that cutting off their head can kill them despite how demons
would survive that kind of attack. Fomors also still take damage
like normal beings, with the only real difference between them
and other supernatural beings being the fact that fomors can
regenerate things like their heart, brain and internal organs,
whereas many other races cannot. However, while a fomor can
regenerate their brain, they cannot regenerate if they are
beheaded, which can also work if one destroys their head
entirely.
- Fomor Demonic Hardskin Defense: Like demons, fomors also have
developed a type of defense using their unholy auras, in which
some fomors have developed a harder skin using their demonic
auras, and have made their skin much harder to pierce in combat
in response to demonic hardskin defense the Christian demons
use. Typically this comes alongside their regeneration, in which
fomors can focus some of their regenerative power into this to
strengthen their defense. The question mostly becomes which
skill do the fomors want more, as some prefer regeneration, but
some prefer not taking the damage at all. Typically, this
defense, at its fullest, can defend against normal bullets, and
some higher level bullets, with some showing that toughening the
body can be just as useful in a fight as regenerating injuries.
The main issue with this is that, in order to use it, one must
sacrifice some regenerative ability in order to generate the
power form this, since this power has to come from a source.
Typically fomors have a choice of either one or the other, or
weakening both to get a little of both skills. This depends on
the fomor, as some may prefer one over the other. At full
strength, some fomors have often been seen as nearly
indestructible by weaker opponents (even though they are just
harder to damage). Typically, higher level fomors at levels
similar to demon lords or demon princes have more power they can
put into this, but this does still require putting in some of
their regenerative power. When at full strength, fomors are only
able to regenerate basic injuries and cannot regenerate fatal
wounds easily (though they still can). This can, however, be
more easily pierced by holy power, since this power runs on an
demon's unholy presence/aura. Certain weapons can even ignore
this defense entirely, such as angel blades being able to
instantly break this ability, and celestial weapons can more
easily break this skill as well. This mostly has the same
effects, rules and weaknesses as the demonic hardskin defense,
as it's basically the same power used by demons.
- Fomor Demonic Immunity to Demonic Effects: Fomors are
completely immune to the demonic effects of their power and that
of other demonic creatures like the Christian demons. Usually,
most fomors are typically immune to unholy side effects of demon
power, such as demon energy poisoning, or the demonic effects of
corruption to remove holy afflictions placed on them similar to
demons of the Christian pantheon. While they can still take
damage from demonic attacks, such as concussive force or
slashing waves, extra demonic effects don't really hurt them,
and demonic energy isn't as effective against them. The main
thing to note with this though is that it doesn't grant specific
immunities to certain demon elements depending on what the fomor
can do, such as a fire type fomor could still be hurt by demonic
ice, but not take extra damage from the demonic power portion of
the element (only taking damage from the ice element).
Typically, unholy afflicts are more effective on Celtic deities,
while holy afflictions are the main method of hurting a fomor
(similar to demons). While they are mostly immune to demonic
effects, they are not immune to corrupted energy powers, and
they are not immune to a deity's godly, divine or holy power
(which act as the opposite of a fomor's demonic power). However,
like demons, fomors are more varied, and some fomors may take
specific damage from certain other demonic abilities depending
on the ability, such as fomors may take damage from mixed holy
and unholy energy, and may take damage from certain demonic
abilities that might be unique (such as a fomor who might have a
corrupted demonic energy power being able to hurt other demons).
- Fomor Demon Blood Drinking/Demon Blood Enhancement: It is
worth noting that demon blood is demonically charged, in which
fomors can feed on demonic blood just as other demons can. This
is something that can not only have an effect on increasing a
fomor's power passively, but can be strengthened by drinking the
blood of other demonic creatures (whether it's fomors or
Christian demons or even other pantheon demons). If a fomor is
seeking more power, they are able to drink the demonic blood of
others in order to power themselves up, similar to how vampires
can power up using supernatural blood. In addition to gaining
enhanced abilities through demon blood, fomors can also gain new
powers in this way, where fomors can gain new abilities from
other demonic creatures by drinking enough of their blood. This
method is typically taboo among demonic creatures (including
fomors) however, as demonic creatures don't like it when other
demonic creatures turn on their own, but this is a passive
ability that fomors can rely on if they so choose. When used,
fomor or other demonic blood is a good amplifier of power, in
which fomors can gain temporary boosts, and sometimes permanent
boosts to their power the more they drink. However, the main
downside to this is that, like demons, fomors will eventually
get addicted to demon blood after a while, and lose power if
they don't drink demonic blood (sort of like a withdrawal
symptom), and some fomors have actually become cannibals as a
result. It is worth noting that the increase can continually
increase a fomor's power, but as they get stronger, this ability
starts to lose it's effectiveness, similar to how medicines
become less effective over time, and is mostly just for fomors
who want to temporarily increase their power and abilities, or
steal a new skill from another fomor or demonic creature. Using
this can also lead a fomor to gaining the other fomors as
enemies if overused.
- Fomor Demon Mimicry/Mortal Reading: Like demons, fomors have a
natural affinity for mimicking others, in which they can do
things like mimicking someone's actions exactly. Their mimicry
is so complete that they are even able to copy the voices of
others, such as mimicking the voice of someone to lure an enemy
into a trap, or mimicking someone's actions to each muscle
movement. This typically goes along with their ability to read
mortals, in which fomors are able to read a mortal's body
language usually fairly easily. The biggest use for this is that
most fomors can tell when someone is lying, in which they can
tell by reading the person's body whether or not the person
believes they are telling the truth. While this doesn't help
against those that can suppress their unconscious minds signs at
lying (like the Darkfires and Hazeldines can), it does help
demons more easily read almost anyone that they can read. When
combining these two abilities together, it shows that the fomors
have a high ability to read someone, as well as mimic their
movements and can even copy certain combat styles by watching
people fight. Typically, this can help in a fight, since they
can more easily learn how certain combat styles work. Depending
on the fomors, there are some that might even have unique
methods of mimicking others as well. However, some beings might
not be as easy to mimic, specifically those that have specific
powers that prevent themselves from being mimicked, and some
have abilities that prevent them from being read by other
beings. Fomors also can use their shapeshifting to in
combination with this to mimic others, in which they learn to
disguise themselves as mortals, and most never figure out they
are fomors unless the fomor wants them to, or the opponent has a
way to see through a fomor's disguise as a human.
- Multi-Linguist/Language Learning: Most fomors, like demons,
have been around a long time, and know a great many languages
used by people on earth, with most demons knowing most of the
earth's languages depending on how long they've been alive.
Typically, most fomors know almost every language on earth,
including ancient and forgotten languages taught to fomors. The
most common one fomors use is Gaelic, or other Celtic languages,
which is something that fomors have to learn to understand
certain Gaelic wards and spells, as well as interact with the
people in the Celtic pantheon where most fomors are usually
found. However, fomors are also able to speak other languages,
with other specialties might include Arabic, Biblical Hebrew and
other ancient languages that were used to write the bible, which
fomors are just as familiar with the Christian bible as demons
are. However, they are not limited to these languages, as they
can speak almost any modern language, such as English, French,
Spanish, and many other languages depending on what they need to
learn to interact with whoever they might need to interact with.
Because many fomors have been around since the creation of
humanity, they have mostly been exposed to most languages in
some form, and know almost every language there is to know since
they also knew each language before the languages all split off
and eventually became different languages, something that older
fomors teach to younger fomors in order to educate them on other
languages they may encounter. Due to this, they have no need to
learn new languages, as they automatically gain this through
their training with other fomors and through their experience
with humans.
- Fomor Demonic Supernatural Life Span: Fomors, like demons,
have an indefinite lifespan. Thanks in part to their
supernatural regeneration, and their design in being a type of
creature that doesn't get old (Since fomors are very similar to
demons in nature), fomors don't age beyond a certain point
(which may be different for different fomors), and no known
fomor has died of old age that hadn't given up their power to
become mortal or been killed by other opponents. While a fomor
can still be killed in battle, or killed in a few different
ways, they cannot die of old age, because their demonic
regeneration and their design has been set up so that they do
not grow old. Most fomors have a human form and a fomorian form,
which they can switch between at will. For the most part, it's
not known if fomors will eventually die of old age and just
haven't yet, since it's not known if older fomor's regeneration
can break down over time, which often causes many regenerative
types to age once they get old enough they start losing their
regenerative abilities. Since no fomor (including the the very
first fomors) has reached that point, it is believed that they
have an indefinite life span, and since it's believed that
fomors are built the same as demons, fomors are believed to
never have to worry about dying of old age as well unless they
choose to by giving up their power and living a human life
(which some have done). Since the life span is indefinite, no
one knows if fomors can die of old age. It's not said by those
like the Celtic deities or the demon gods that have come up
(like Balor or Cichol), so it's believed that they have an
indefinite life span unless something in them is changed that
removes this. However, this doesn't mean they can't be killed in
battle, as they can still be killed just like normal, with the
best way to kill them being a simple beheading.
- Supernatural Telepathy: This ability lets a supernatural
creature communicate telepathically with anyone they can connect
to. Typically this power uses their supernatural power, in which
they use it to tune to a person if they know where they are in
order to communicate with them. This lets them communicate with
other people without having to speak, with them being able to
share thoughts directly with others when the creature isn't
speaking out loud. However, usually the creature has to know
where the person is to use this basic telepathy since they have
to know where to send their thoughts and communication. However,
this doesn't apply to those who establish permanent connections
(as this allows those with permanent connections to always be
able to communicate with someone they have this permanent
connection with), such as connecting to other family members and
close friends. This lets creatures not only communicate with
those they have a permanent connect with, but can also tell them
where they are at any time should they require to find them or
need to be summoned to them (which some supernaturals can learn
to summon those that they have special connections with). Those
who are set up with permanent connections have to accept the
connection, and even then, they can sever it if they choose to.
However, there are ways to block telepathic communications, such
as certain frequencies that may confuse the mind's ability to
process telepathy, or certain wards that might prevent
telepathy. There are also certain types of opponents who can
listen in on communication done telepathically (it is rare, but
sometimes it does happen sometimes with certain psychic
opponents). For spirit users, they are also able to learn this,
but their method is slightly different. For spirit users, they
use their spirits to communicate with others, rather than their
minds. this works the same in operation, but is more just a
unique way of using this skill.
- Fomor Demonic Weapon Teleport/Connection: Like demons, Fomors
typically rely on connecting their weapons to themselves, and
being able to teleport their weapon to them at any time, similar
to certain supernaturals who developed the ability to attach
items to themselves (a power that was based on the demonic use
of this power). Thanks to this originally being a demon ability,
fomors are also able to do this, and some types of fomors may
even have specific abilities using this (such as demon knight
types may have special abilities to use this). There are a few
different ways to do this, such as storing a weapon in one's
soul, in which the weapon becomes a part of them permanently,
allowing them to summon and desummon their weapon at will, and
even control it. There is also those that have a special
connection with their weapons, where they simply just develop a
connection and then are able to summon that weapon at any time
to them, using that connections. Some arts even allow stat
boosts for a fomor and their weapon when used together, which
works even better with intelligent weapons. Typically, fomors
mostly just focus on making sure their weapon can be summoned to
them at any time, and make it so that they don't need to keep
the weapon with them as they can summon it no matter where it is
if they are connected to it. However, there are some spiritual
weapons some fomors might have that they might be able to use if
they are able to use certain spiritual weapons that can be
stored in their soul. This has its uses compared to the other
methods like intangible weapon techniques used by Christian
angels. However, there are some dangers to storing weapons
elsewhere, such as one being able to get a hold of the weapon if
it's kept somewhere, but most fomors can still summon the weapon
even if it's stolen from them if they are connected to it.
However, most fomors cannot use this on a large number of
weapons, and can only use this on a limited number of weapons
depending on their ability and power.
- Fomor Demonic Enhanced Senses: Depending on the fomor, most
fomors have highly enhanced senses. Most are able to do things
like seeing things from very far away, or hearing a conversation
going on a block away. They also have a strong enough sense of
smell that they can tell who people are just by the scent they
give off, and can even smell someone's DNA through scent alone.
Thanks to this, fomors have very strong senses, and are on par
with almost any supernatural's senses. Each fomor has their own
balance of senses, with some having lesser senses and other
stronger senses, usually depending on the fomor and what type of
fomor they are. Typically, most fomors do have very strong
senses, which can also be a weakness to a degree, since enhanced
senses can be taken advantage of, such as taking advantage of a
strong sense of smell by using a strong smell to overwhelm them.
This does depend on the fomor, as some don't have as enhanced
senses, but those that do can be very difficult to avoid. Some
can even gain unique senses, such as fire users gaining a
thermal sense, or a lightning user being able to sense
electrical signals around them, mostly depending on the skills
and how a user uses them. Some even gain animal-like senses,
such as bat type fomors who gain a sonar sense.
- Fomor Demonic Sixth Sense: Much like vampires and other
supernaturals, fomors can sense the presence of other beings,
and sensing who and what they are. This can sense not only one's
presence, but their levels of energy and how tough they are,
allowing the user to gauge how they stand against them, as well
as often being able to tell what they are by their presence if
the user recognizes what kind of presence it is. However, this
can be deceived by skilled opponents, sometimes not appearing
correctly if the user can't sense the opponent's full power or
use powers that fool this sense. There are also skills that hide
one's presence so those with this sense can't sense them, or
some opponents can suppress their presence so they're not fully
able to be sensed. While this isn't always the best judge of
someone's abilities, it can provide a slight insight to help the
user as to what they face or what's around them. Most beings can
be sensed, and to an extent, even the world around them can be
sensed, such as objects and other life around them like plants
and animals. Depending on the senses, this might also tune into
other senses, such as ki users being able to sense ki all around
them (though most demons just have a basic sixth sense.)
- Demonic Will: All demons have a resistance to mind alterations
and other powers that influence the mind thanks to them being a
type of creature that is similar to demons. When the demons were
"born", they had more unique minds than many other creatures (as
other creatures like Christian angels came "preprogrammed" by
God). As such, fomors have resistance to powers that might
intefere with their minds after learning to focus their minds
and prevent opponents from influencing them since most fomors
have to learn this in order to be able to manipulate other
minds. As a result, most abilities that affect the mind don't
work well on demonic creatures (which includes fomors), though
some stronger abilities do still work but to a reduced effect.
Fomors have even gotten good at rewritting their own minds
through suggestion, so that they can more effectively avoid
things like psychics and control their minds like certain other
supernaturals like the Darkfires and Hazeldines. Fomors are
typically immune to most forms of mind manipulation, and can
even shut down certain aspects of their mind when needed in
order to keep certain things from affecting them.
- Fomor Enhanced and Combat Trained Physical Stats: All fomors,
no matter the type, are all trained and are highly enhanced
warriors who learn to fight. For the most part, all fomors have
highly enhanced physical stats in some way. Each fomor typically
has different abilities, with each fomor being different in
their physical combat depending on how they train and what kind
of fomor they are, such as wolf type fomors being more agile and
speedy than strength-based. This depends not only on the fomor
specifically, but also depends on their training and how they
train their physical stats. Some may focus on strength, some on
defense, or some on speed. This is usually specific to each
fomor, with higher level fomors usually even having higher
physical stats than normal demons due to being among the tougher
members of hell. Fomors are usually very tough opponents, and
most typically have stats that let them compete with a lot of
higher level supernaturals, whether they are normal fomor, or a
higher level fomor. As such, it's hard to predict the individual
stats of every fomor, but one typical rule is that fomors
usually either focus one to three stats specifically, or they
may focus all their stats evenly. If they focus one to three
stats specifically, other stats not trained are typically not as
high with certain exceptions. And when a fomor focuses all their
stats evenly, they typically have lesser stats, but all their
stats are usually fairly even. Again, this does depend on the
fomor and their own preferences, as well as the type of fomor
since natural ability of different fomors factors in as well.
Fomoire is a skilled and pretty balanced warrior, with most of
his stats being trained evenly. Fomoire is a pretty balanced
fighter, though he does tend to focus more on speed and agility,
while letting his aura skills and Fullbring skills make up for
any lack of power he might have.
Transformations:
- None
Fomorian and Fullbringer Weaknesses:
- Just as holy opponents take more damage from demonic energy,
so too do all fomors take increased damage from holy, divine or
godly abilities (unless they have specific specific resistances
to these abilities which must be specifically stated). For the
most part, fomors are able to be killed depending on their
demonic regeneration, with demon killer weapons being able to
bypass their regeneration and halt their demonic regeneration
for a short time. The two main things are demon killer knives,
which are made with special runes (though demon killer knives
don't permanently kill demon princes and hell knights), and
angel blades, which are designed to kill demons (These also may
not kill hell knights or demon princes on their own). Other
demon killing weapons exist, with many having their own methods
for killing demons. Other things like death scythes, varanium
weapons, or other weapons designed for killing a variety of
creatures often also work if they are also tuned to killing
demons. Though weapons like death scythes or varanium weapons
don't have to be tuned since they work on most supernatural
creatures. Typically, holy weapons are the most effect items to
use on demons since demons typically take more damage from holy
abilities. However, anyone can kill a fomor simply by cutting
its head off, so while holy weapons make it easier, they are not
always necessary. There are few fomors that have ever been able
to survive having their head cut off, so usually it is a pretty
dependable way to take them out.
- Burning holy oil, holy water and salt works against fomors as
well, doing extra damage just as it does to demons. Burning holy
oil does extra damage to them just as it does Christian angels
and demons, though it doesn't have the same casting effect it
does on Christian angels when they are engulfed in it. Instead,
the burning holy oil just does heavy holy damage to their
bodies, even if they are fire users due to the immense holy
power of holy oil that can even stop even angels in their
tracks. Some weaker fomors can even be completely incinerated by
burning holy oil if they are not careful (especially if it
destroys their head). Holy water also works, with it being
something that can stop or slow a fomor pretty effectively
(though not as effective as holy oil). Holy water does extra
damage, and weapons coated in holy water can stun a fomor if
they are hit with it. Salt also works, in which high amounts of
pure salt can prove just as poisonous to them as it does to
demons. Usually, salt works the same way as holy water, where
weapons coated in it or salt itself can do extra damage to a
fomor, or even stun it (though salt isn't quite as effective as
holy oil or holy water). Blessed salt works even better and does
more damage if one has it, but normal pure salt will work as
well. Some fomors can even be trapped in a salt ring if it makes
a ring around them.
- Demonic wards, and demonic traps (both in Gaelic) are specific
abilities designed to counter fomors just as Christian demon
wards counter demons. Gaelic Demonic wards are able to keep
fomors out of an area until they find a way to break the wards,
often allowing time to prepare a counter attack. Wards can also
be used to cast out fomors, such as paper wards that can send a
fomor somewhere random or back to the Celtic underworld. There
are also demonic traps, which need only be drawn on the ground
in order to trap a fomor once they step into the circle. As long
as the fomor doesn't break out of (with destroying the ground
usually being a good way to get out of this) the spell circle
will hold until the fomor finds a way to get rid of the trap
circle. These trap circles have to maintain their shape and form
though, as the circle won't be effective once it is broken. In
addition to this there are other wards and traps that can be
used depending on the lore or origin, as many have contended
with fomors over the years and developed their own methods.
However, it is important that people don't confuse Christian
demon wards with Gaelic wards against fomors. As they are
similar, they are not interchangable, and Christian demon
warding won't protect against fomors, just as Gaelic warding
won't protect against Christian demons.
- Another way to counter fomors are Gaelic chants and exorcism
spells. There are a number of Gaelic chants and spells that can
send a fomor back to the Celtic underworld for a time, usually
for up to a week before they are able to return. These chants
are all based on the spoken words, which exorcise the fomor,
being able to cast them out of an area. These exorcisms work
fairly well, with the only real downside being that the fomor is
easily able to return to the living world after a time usually
up to a week. Usually this is best used for those that defy the
rulers of the Celtic underworld to send them back, usually for
punishment. However it is also useful against fomors people just
want to escape from, as if they can pull this off, it is very
effective. These exorcisms also work better when accompanied by
salt or holy water, which weaken the fomor's resistance to the
chant. However, some spoken exorcisms are quite lengthy, and if
the fomor realizes what's going on, the fomor needs only keep
someone from talking to prevent the chant since this doesn't
interrupt their powers. However, just like warding, one needs to
remember the difference between fomors and Christian demons, as
Christian demon exorcism chants don't work on fomors, and it has
to be Gaelic exorcism chants designed specifically for fomors
that must be used on fomors. Despite being the same kind of
demonic nature, fomors and Christian demons do have to be
handled slightly differently (even if the methods look similar).
- Whether one is a partial hollow, a vizored, or even a
Fullbringer, all those with hollow power that aren't hollows are
still vulnerable to any other race weaknesses that might apply
to them. In the case of vizoreds, these are always either soul
reapers or death wraiths, and as such, they will have the
weaknesses of whatever race they are. Soul reapers are
vulnerable to other spirit powers, where they can be killed with
things like spirit destruction, or soul reapers can be killed by
creatures like hollows that have skills that can specifically
kill soul reapers. For death wraiths, they are still vulnerable
to things like blessed sea salt and iron (which also works extra
well on death wraith vizoreds). For partial hollows and
Fullbringers, they have the same weaknesses as whatever mortal
race they are (IE humans still have human weaknesses). While
hollow powers do overcome some weaknesses (such as humans can
use hollow power to regenerate limbs if they can't regenerate
normally), the mortal races with hollow power are still
countered the same way if one just accounts for the stronger
spirit power they give off when using hollow power. For the most
part, the biggest difference between a partial hollow or
Fullbringer and a normal mortal (besides the enhanced physical
and supernatural abilities) is the fact that they usually just
have modified souls that may be countered like other hollows.
The only thing to note is that Fullbringers don't have the same
weaknesses as hollows due to them not having enough hollow power
to suffer those weaknesses, though Fullbringers do still have
weaknesses such as their Fullbringer light spirit energy can
still be countered by things like darkness abilities. Every race
still has their weaknesses, and can usually be killed the same
way as they normally would (with exception to races that might
lose certain weaknesses with hollow power like regeneration).
While Fomoire doesn't have normal hollow weaknesses due to being
a Fullbringer, he does still have fomor weaknesses.
- For Fullbringers specifically, Fullbringers rarely ever have
the same raw power that normal hollows have. For Fullbringers,
they lack raw power due to the fact that they do not have enough
hollow power to utilize the same enhancements that hollows do.
Instead, the Fullbringers are more about focus and training than
being about the normal instinctive power of hollows.
Fullbringers have to train their skills up in order to fight
opponents, which can be a problem against stronger opponents.
While Fullbringers don't have to worry about losing control of
their hollow like others (Unless they somehow gain enough hollow
power to become a partial hollow which would replace their
Fullbring powers), they still have this one major downside in
using their power. As such, Fullbringers have to be more
creative about how they use their power, and train harder in
order to take on some opponents. And some more powerful
opponents they may not be able to overpower no matter how strong
they are. Typically, this is why Fullbringers tend to try and
focus their spirit energy more careful, so that they can use
more focused attacks that might be able to overcome certain
enemies stronger than them. For example, a Fullbringer's spirit
blasts usually are not enough to defeat ceros, and a Fullbringer
usually has to find a way to use more focused attacks to either
block or defend themselves against ceros, especially against the
more powerful ceros like gran rey or cero oscuras. And when it
comes to things like regeneration, Fullbringers usually can't
match hollows in some other abilities either. While Fullbringers
abilities are still very useful and work well against opponents,
they don't always compare to the extent of hollow abilities.
Fullbringers usually have to overcome this problem in their own
way, with some even focusing down the path of spirit users to
try and build up their spirit more through spirit user training.
- Fullbring is an ability that requires the manipulation of
object souls. While there aren't many immunities to this kind of
power (as most people don't even know objects have souls), there
are some limitations to the ability. The major one is that while
Fullbringers can manipulate souls of objects, they cannot
manipulate mortal souls or other spirits unless they have a
specific ability that lets them do so (which would likely make
them more hollow if they started trying to manipulate mortal
souls). When one talks about the "souls of objects", they are
not souls in the traditional sense, and while one might assume
that they are the same as souls of mortals or as spirits, it is
nowhere near the same. This means that Fullbringers cannot
manipulate or absorb souls of people or other mortal beings, due
to them not being able to manipulate living souls. However, this
also applies to spirits, such as spirits of the world, or more
specifically, weapon spirits. While weapons may be "objects",
some weapons that do have weapon spirits in them are immune to
Fullbring manipulation. If there is a spirit already inhabiting
a weapon, then Fullbring does not work to manipulate the weapon.
When it comes to Fullbring power, there is also a certain
distance one must not exceed to be able to manipulate object
souls (with exception of their unique Fullbring items), as
trying to use Fullbring on an object too far away may not work
if the user cannot extend their senses to that point. This means
that Fullbring typically has a max distance it can be used, and
anything outside of that distance cannot be manipulated. Another
thing that counters manipulation of objects is other telekinetic
or elemental powers, which can be used to counter this power.
While users can do things like manipulate the soul of air or the
earth beneath them, elemental manipulation can be used to
counter this, or other telekinesis might counter this as well.
Of course, this can also be countered by those with strong
enough energy since energy can be used in some fashion to
counter many supernatural abilities depending on how creative
the user gets with how they use their energy.
Personality: Fomoire is a very mysterious person that is very
difficult to read. Fomoire seems like he's afraid of getting
close to people, as he isn't afraid to mention that the wrong
people who find out about him may put people close to him in
danger. Fomoire is very protective of those he was charged to
protect by the Tartarus version of Kindron, who Fomoire sees as
his mentor and one of the few people he respected. Fomoire is
the type who tries not to reveal himself to anyone, and is the
type that disappears as quickly as he appears. Fomoire's only
real purpose for living at this point is to protect those that
were close to Kindron Darkfire, as he feels it is his personal
mission that Kindron charged him with. This includes protecting
Kindron's family, as well as protecting those that were close to
Kindron like V. Fomoire is not usually one that cares much for
the world, or the people that die in it, but he does take his
job protecting those close to Kindron very seriously. For the
most part, Fomoire tries not to get too close to anyone, to the
point that he rarely ever takes off his mask in public or when
he thinks others might be watching since there are eyes and ears
almost everywhere. Fomoire typically tries to avoid direct
contact with people, and usually just shows up to do what he
needs to do, and then leaves. In battle, Fomoire is a tactician,
being someone who doesn't like to take any chances and takes
advantage of any weakpoint he sees in an opponent. Fomoire is
not above dirty tricks if it means protecting those he wants to
protect, as he doesn't care as much about other people as most
people think.
Bio: Most of Fomoire's past is unknown. The only thing that is
known is that he is trying to avoid the Celtic pantheon for his
own reasons, and opts not to reveal himself to others. Another
major aspect of his past that is known is that he is connected
to Kindron Darkfire (the Tartarus version) somehow, as Fomoire
isn't shy about mentioning that he's as servant of the Demon
King (Kindron's title as the former lord of Tartarus), and that
he tends to protect people who were close to Kindron as his
alter ego, Fomoire. By keeping his identity secret, Fomoire
fights to protect the people close to Kindron, and protect
Kindron's legacy in the world. Fomoire, for the most part, only
goes out into the world as his alter ego Fomoire, and doesn't
really go out as himself. It doesn't take long for some who know
the demons of the Celtic pantheon to figure out that Fomoire is
a fomor, one of the celtic demons. Some hints have also included
that an incident with Fomoire might have resulted in the
incident that "killed" Lelouch, Kindron's son. Argus, as
Fomoire, has been seen protecting the Vampire Theater from time
to time, as well as fighting off threats to other people who
have been close to Kindron in the past. And though people like V
haven't seen Fomoire much and probably don't know who he is,
Fomoire has also been secretly fighting off certain threats that
might go after those like V who were close to Kindron before he
died so that they don't find themselves overwhelmed, but doesn't
get too involved that he does everything for them. Usually, he
tries to be as secretive as possible, disappearing as swiftly as
he appears, and almost never shows his face to others as it
becomes obvious that he feels those who know who he is would
become targets for something, as it's obvious that Fomoire is
clearly being hunted by something or someone.
