Pilgrim: Well if it helps, then I can give you the name of two
out five scientist work with Wilcox. One goes by Dr. Nathaniel
Essex and was recruited by the United States during Project
Paperclip towards the end of World War II.. He then intelligibly
mumbles. Pilgrim: .. damn Nazi piece of sh*t bastard. He then
clears his throat. Pilgrim: The other is Dr. Sophia Deimos who
just so happens to be married to one of my team commanders.
Essex is one tough S.O.B. to get near though and sets off my
psychic senses every time I get near him though he seems to pull
off normal human well. Dr. Deimos would be an easier person to
get to as she also works at the United Nations as a lead
geneticist and advisor on mutant and supernatural DNA. She is
fascinated with every new superpowered being she meets too. Gets
very scientific level of curiosity which could be used to your
advantage. Pilgrim speaks as he picks up his briefcase off the
table, glad to be rid of the teslium bar. Pilgrim: Just be
careful not to try anything with General Deimos around.
Alessandro is a highly trained supernatural hunter since he
first started with me back in 1994 with S.H.I.E.L.D.

Kendrix: My family is used to supernatural hunters wanting our
heads. It's just another Tuesday for us. He says with a shrug.

Pilgrim: That may be, but a heads up is always a good thing. He
gives Kendrix a confident smile and a chuckle. Pilgrim: I'm
basically warning because Soph has a habit of asking people like
you and I to show her the strongest moves we got and has set off
her husband's combat instincts several times in the past.
Pilgrim says with a bit of a look of remembrance as his memories
recall the day Sophia first met him and Sander's reaction to
Pilgrim's fire bomb maneuver. Pilgrim: When I say that Dr.
Deimos is fascinated by people with superpowers, I mean that she
doesn't show an ounce of fear of what that person can do. She
only shows complete scientific fascination and has been since
her boy developed mutant powers by the age of two. Pilgrim says
with a smile as he turns towards the door. and begins walking
towards it. Pilgrim: That's why I recommend talking to her if
you can get either close enough to talk to her or make an
appointment with her office near Langley. He pauses a moment and
then looks back to Kendrix with a sly, almost goading smile.
Pilgrim: I'm sure that between your youthful looks yet more
mature personality and what tricks you have that you could pull
off a fairly spectacular meeting with the good doctor.

Kendrix thinks for a moment. Kendrix: That's useful
information... I might be able to peak her interest then.
Everyone always seems interested in my anatomy with so many
races mixed into one thanks to my modified anatomy. If she's
interested in abilities, I could probably use that to negotiate
with her. He shrugs. Even I don't fully understand why I'm able
to take so many races abilities sometimes.

Pilgrim: Well then. Sophia will definitely try to help you
figure out how you can take on so many races' abilities so you
may have more than one reason to speak with her. He says with a
mischievous grin to Kendrix. Pilgrim: May be you'll even talk
her into doing the right thing. He then gets more serious.
Pilgrim: And before I forget. Try to stay away from Dr. Essex if
you can help it. He's a metahuman with powerful psychic powers
on top of being a scientist and definitely shouldn't be trusted.
He's up to something and using the DoD as his cover to do it,
and I don't like it. If you want to research him, then UNIT has
his entire file on our system which you'll have access to, but
fair warning, his Nazi scientist record isn't pretty and makes
Josef Mengele's work for the Nazis look humane.

Kendrix: I'll keep it in mind. He then sighs at the mention of
Nazis. I swear... I can't believe how much the Nazis got around
in the last 40 years. It feels like they were everywhere. He
says sarcastically.

Pilgrim: You're not kidding there. It doesn't help that some
were given amnesty by certain governments just for their
knowledge. Pilgrim shakes his head a bit. He then turns again
and walks for the door. Pilgrim: Well I better get back on the
grid before my second in command decides to send Hawkeye to find
me. I'll talk to you later, Ken. Pilgrim then opens the door and
walks out, leaving Kendrix in the workshop alone.
