Pilgrim: UNIT will definitely be interested in any advancements
of the alloy that you can do. So we've managed for projectiles
to gather electromagnetic energy while moving in the air and
release upon striking a target causing an electromagnetic pulse
and electrical bolts. I would be careful when combining with
other metals though. This alloy is classified as a metamaterial.
It's a precise blend of depleted uranium, vibranium, and quartz.
Neither Jax nor I are sure what will happen if that blend is
changed, and Jax is the only one who actually knows the exact
ratio of each material needed in the smelting process. Pilgrim
says as he watches Kendrix look the blade over. Pilgrim: Though
once the contract is signed, then I'm sure that Jax will not
only supply you the material but might be willing to share the
smelting process too. UNIT could also use another contractor and
consultant than just M. He's been building his civilian
operations so not as available as he once was. Of course,
Pilgrim is neglecting to mention the fact that M and him don't
have the best of relationships.

Kendrix: It's cool. I understand. I'm sure I'll figure it out.
Varanium is not an easy material to make either, at least
without the Scarlet Mist mutating things in the natural world.
Making it in this time period is extremely difficult, but
doable. He shrugs. Great thing about knowing so many time
travelers, is I have access to some future knowledge of stuff
like varanium and stilled silver.

Pilgrim: Perhaps you should talk to Old Jax about making
vibranium. He's got machines that may be able to figure out the
exact anomaly exists in the material in order to possibly make
it easier to produce. He's basically the Albert Einstein of
metalwork and material creation but with the personality of a
cactus. He doesn't mind any projects that keep him away from his
wife as he would put it. Pilgrim says with a grin. Pilgrim: He's
got a shop down near the Port of New Orleans. I'll give you his
address when we sit down with the paperwork if you want. Pilgrim
pats the briefcase in his hand which is getting a bit heavy with
the lump of unworked teslium inside.

Kendrix: Hey, whatever works... Actually... He remembers back to
a fight he had. I may need some vibranium. Adamantium too if you
have it. I have a few tech ideas I'm gonna need it for.

Pilgrim: Oh we definitely have both vibranium and adamantium in
supply and can ship you what you need for your ideas. Pilgrim
says as he shifts his briefcase to his other hand. Pilgrim: UNIT
has a big need of some new technology which I've heard some good
things about your work. One such need is a redesign and upgrade
to our sky carrier command base. Think that you can handle such
a task?

Kendrix: Actually... We just got our own air fortress, the Black
Dragon off the ground not too long ago and have been trying to
finish the interior stuff. Stealth camo, a fully armed squadron
of special fighters, and even some heavy duty firepower designed
to shoot into space at those bastard Wraith guys. He says.
Though he probably shouldn't reveal one of Black Sun's grand
projects, he figured it would be something he could probably
sell the designs at some point to allies. So, I doubt upgraded
your own sky base won't be too hard. We might just have to
coordinate so we don't fly into each other in stealth mode by
accident. He says jokingly.

Pilgrim: Actually we might just have to do such, but that won't
be hard with UNIT's newest toys in space. Pilgrim realizes that
Kendrix made a joke but actually remembers a few past accidents
involving stealth technology and floating aircrafts. The worse
was the Nazi stealth zeppelins which used highly flammable
hydrogen for floating.Pilgrim switches his briefcase from one
hand to the other as the hunk of alloy inside gets heavy for the
other arm. Pilgrim: Now I'll be honest. I have a hunk of
unworked teslium inside my briefcase for you, and it is starting
to get heavy. Perhaps we can go to a desk or a workshop table to
finish our business so I get some weight off my hands.

Kendrix: Right... We can stop here. He says, leading Pilgrim
into a workshop for testing weapons and equipment. Black Sun has
been working on some new toys as well. I'm even working on some
possible space fighters that I think would benefit from UNIT's
involvement.

Pilgrim follows Kendrix into the workshop and looks around a
bit. Pilgrim: That won't be too much of a problem. I think
you've met Agent M before, and I'm positive that he wouldn't
mind working with you on projects if it means not having to deal
with me. Zelpharia is another one who has done some fighter jet
designs and modifications for UNIT as well that you know quite
well. He then sees a table that he can put his briefcase down on
and walks over to it. Pilgrim: My last designer though might
have a problem with working along side of M as they have a
strained relationship as cousins.. which I can understand with
how arrogant Mr. Stark tends to be. A reason why I also don't
like working with him too often as well. M is much easier to
work with between the two.

Many of the things that were in this area were only half
constructed, but there were some things in chests that were
being stored nearby that could be brought out for testing at any
moment. For the most part, the area was mostly an area for
working on weapons, specifically different guns and swords that
could be created, and then tested on dark magic enchanted
dummies designed to take hits and reconstitute themselves if
they were destroyed, simulating different kinds of opponents, as
they not only had human dummies, but vampire, werewolves, and
even some larger creatures including a large dummy of Grave.
Kendrix: I don't know much about M honestly... But that
Blademaster Raven guy that showed up with Crow Mercenaries never
shuts up about how his M organized his group after they nearly
died, and how great his M's sacrifice was and all. He shrugs. I
mean, I get it, but still, it gets old hearing about someone you
don't know that well being this great hero.
