RP: The Return of John Wong

A few days ago.
Ever since Zenrael and Kuroshi got beat by Kendrix and Donny,
Phantom had been on cleanup with what was left of his London
branch of his bar. In addition to venting his...
disappointment... in them, he was also looking for extra help.
So far, Silvio had kept everyone together and kept the group
organized, but Phantom was looking for a better solution than
"just getting by." Phantom sits down in his office, creating a
small portal to the void.
Phantom: Malice... Sorry to call out of the blue.
Malice: No problem at all, my brother. He says cheerfully.
Always nice to hear from you.
Phantom: Well... I'm in need of some extra help. You see... Our
Nightshade is in need of new leadership, and I decided it might
be a good time to get back their original leader. But I also
need someone who isn't going to be afraid to take on Kendrix
Darkfire and the death wraith boy hanging out with him... I
can't interfere with them without getting Death involved, but
your people can.
Malice thinks for a moment. Malice: Who is this death wraith
boy? I recognize the name Kendrix Darkfire... Assuming he's like
some universes, he'll be annoying.
Phantom: Indeed... The death wraith boy is Donovan Shadow-Rowe.
He's the son of Anna Shadow. The death wraiths related to Anna
Shadow are becoming an increasing pain in the ass it seems.
Malice: Oh? Well... That's going to be fun He says with a laugh.
I have just the person for you. He says to Phantom. Only thing
is... He's got a bit of a temper. So warn your people not to
call him a kid, or they may lose their literal head.
Phantom: I'll make a note of it.
Malice: The person I have in mind should also keep the Shadows
on their toes... They'll hesitate to attack when they see him.
He says with a smile, which wasn't visible since the portal
didn't show Malice's face.
Phantom: Well... I also need someone who can free John Wong from
hell. No seals, but I don't want to lose a bunch of people
trying to infiltrate hell if I can help it.
Malice: Lucky you... My guy can also handle that on his own. He
says with a chuckle. I'll send him your way.
Phantom: Thank you, brother. I knew I could count on you. He
says with a smile as he closes the portal and goes back to his
paperwork.
Current day.
Silvio was at Nightshade headquarters, having taken command with
Kuroshi and Zenrael still being in recovery after their fight
with Kendrix, Donny and the rest of Black Sun. He had his people
from the US helping out, and had slowly been buying out law
enforcement and government officials since arriving in London to
try and get support from the government (or blind eyes).
Silvio got a surprise when Alternate Kierran teleported in with
John Wong, having returned from hell. Alternate Kierran walks
over and sits down, dusting the ashes off his clothes from while
he was in hell. Kierran: I made a mess out of my suit. He says
with a sigh as he brushes off the ashes.
Silvio: You must be the ones I was told to expect. A pleasure to
meet you. He says to John Wong and Kierran. I'm sure the Witches
leader should be here in a little while too.
However, with them, a cloaked figure walks in, holding a sword
that he puts in the ground, putting the rest of the group on
edge.
Kierran gets up and ignites his energy blade from his hand,
ready to attack. Kierran: Who are you?!
The figure removes his cloak, with a laugh. Figure: Behold... It
is I! He says, revealing himself to be Zedd, Nightshade and The
Witches of Salem ally who was thought to have been killed out in
space after rumors of his empire being taken over had made it to
earth.
Kierran deactivates his blade. Kierran: Oh... Lord Zedd right? I
was told you died.
Zedd chuckles. Zedd: I nearly was... But thankfully, I survived.
And now I'm back, better than ever! He says confidently.

John Wong remains quiet as Keirran and Silvio speak. His suit is
neat and clean, but that's an advantage to being a demon. John
was about to speak when Silvio finished until Zedd comes in.
John remains calm instead of arming himself or charging up his
infernal powers and turns to look at Zedd with a tranquil look
of amused interest. Of course, John knows that Keirran helped
get more than just him out of the Forbidden Zone of Hell. They
brought his ally as well but had made a stop so she could
stretch and flex her darkness abilities.. plus John knows she
has a thing about dramatic entrances. John raises an eyebrow a
bit as he speaks to Zedd when he's done talking. John: And what
brings you strutting in here like the c*ck of the walk and
putting my comrades on edge, Zedd? He places one hand in his
pocket where he's keeping a special carved stone that manages
his control over Odeala's power level. John: Please make it a
good reason too since I don't like to have my time wasted
especially when it's my first day back from Hell.
Odeala stalks the group from just the edge of the Shadow Realm.
She listens and watches from each shadow in the room with
anticipation of what fun might happen.

Zedd just chuckles at John Wong's comment. Zedd: I take it no
one told you... I'm one of your organizations allies. It was an
arrangement I made with the organizations a few years ago after
you disappeared. I make this world part of my empire, and in
return you and your friends get to rule this little planet and
depending on how much I like your rule, I may let you have other
planets in my empire as well. He then looks to Kierran. I happen
to be a bit of an admirer of Xeles's darkness, and Malice's
evil. I can't say I've ever met them, but I respect them.
Helping your groups achieve their goal helps me with mine, so
we've been working together... Or at least, we were until
Blackfire tried to have me killed.
Kierran: You weren't here when Zenrael and Kuroshi were running
things I take it?
Zedd: I was not... I am going to say, I was very disappointed in
how things turned out for them. For all their talk about helping
rule the world, he and his group were defeated by CHILDREN! He
says, a bit angry at the thought of how Zenrael and Kuroshi
nearly got killed by Kendrix and Donny as well as the other
Black Sun members.

John takes a brief look at his surroundings and sees a desk. He
walks over to the desk and leans casually leans against the
front of it. He had checked in on Nightshade from time to time
while going through transformation and training and admits that
he's been sorely disappointed in how they've been handling
things. Now that he's back, John intends to change quite a bit
including not tolerating weakness among his ranks. John still
keeps his hand on the stone in his pocket as he listens to Zedd
and Keirran. John: Enough! I know that there has been problems
and disappointments, but frankly, Zedd, you haven't done much
better if the Blackfires got the better of you. The look on
John's face is serious but calm while his voice his firm. John:
Now that I have been brought back to take the reigns again,
things will be changing like our goals. Nightshade will lead the
way to universal conquest and take down all who stand in the way
of the new empire including these interdimensional intruders.
Our allies will share in the gifts of power that will be brought
by those who empower us. He looks at everyone in the room as he
speaks. John: I also no longer tolerate weakness among my ranks.
John's cold, hard eyes then land on Silvio. John: That includes
Zenreal and Kuroshi. As a matter of fact, I don't care if
they're still licking their wounds. I want them front and center
before me now, Silvio.
Odeala smiles wickedly from the darkness and sets her sights on
Zedd. She thinks that he looks like he will be fun in so many
ways.

Zedd: Now listen here. He says, no longer amused as he glares at
Wong. His eye visor starts to glow red in annoyance. If you
think you can do better, let's see YOU try to fight the
Blackfires and his conquerors alone, and if you survive, then
MAYBE I'll let you criticize me. You lost to the weaker version
of Kindron Blackfire from this world so you have no room to talk
about not allowing weakness. He says, taunting Wong.
Silvio: You'll have to take that up with Phantom, I'm afraid.
Phantom has been venting his frustration on them since their
failure and the destruction of the bar here in London. I can
call Phantom if you want, but I can't guarantee Phantom will
want to give up Zenrael and Kuroshi yet. He says to Wong in
response to John Wong's request.

John ignores Zedd's annoyed speech for a moment as Silvio tells
John about how Phantom is handling Zenrael and Kuroshi. John:
No, don't disturb Phantom. If he's handling their punishment,
then let him. It's probably kinder than I would have done
anyways, Silvio. Thank you for informing me. John's voice is
business like polite as he speaks to Silvio, but his demeanor
changes to a more warlord attitude as he returns his attention
to Zedd. John: As for my failure when I was nothing more than a
F.R.E.A.K. chip altered human, that was ordained by my Goddess
before I even went to Hell and was embraced by Tiamat. John
stands straight again off of the desk. He's spent much time in
Hell training and strengthening his new found demon physiology
and powers including how to reveal only parts of his true demon
form through his human disguise. As John stands straight, a
demonic scorpion tail comes out from his back, pushing through
his shirt, and from under his business jacket. John: Where you
survived your near death experience and licked your wounds, I
was with my Goddess in a place where even Lucifer and King Satan
dare not tread. He raises his demonic scorpion tail high in the
air as a drop of primordial ooze drips on the floor from the
stinger where the ooze sizzles and eats away at the floor like
acid before evaporating and leaving a burn hole. John: I was
embraced by her blood and power and reborn as far more than I
once was. I fear no battle with the Blackfires and their
conquerors because of what I am now, but this meeting is not
about who failed worse and one upping others. John says as he
moves towards Zedd a bit. The whole time keeping his left hand
in his pocket and on the stone that controls Odeala. John then
stops a few feet from Zedd. John: This meeting is about
reorganizing, weeding out weakness, and strengthening our
forces... and the primordial Gods and Goddess of Darkness who've
been imprisoned will empower our endeavors in our goal of
universal domination. Imagine how much larger your empire could
be and as a part of a larger universal order of overlords, Zedd.
Together, with powerful allies such as the Ancient Ones, we can
defeat those who would take what is rightfully ours. You could
become so much more powerful with what the Ancient Ones have to
offer.
Odeala gets into a pounce stance in the darkness as she senses
Zedd's annoyance grow and prepares to attack if Zedd should get
so froggy. She does hear John, but she doesn't relax her stances
as she's already excited about possible violence. As if sensing
her intentions, John does rub the control stone in his pocketed
left hand which sends a chill of control over Odeala. No sense
in revealing his partner just yet.. at least not until after
Zedd's full intentions are realized.

Zedd just chuckles at John's comment about being even stronger.
Zedd: You really want to make me stronger? I have no problem
with being stronger, as long as you don't end up regretting it
later. He says somewhat jokingly. He then gets serious for a
moment. I've heard of your ancient gods. Your ancient gods are
my kind of evil, and I have no problem with helping them spread
their evil on the universe. Along with Xeles's allies on our
side and your ancient gods, there will be NO one who can stop
us! He says with an evil laugh. He then has a thought as he
shines with cosmic lightning, holding his hand up with
lightning. This lightning wasn't to attack with, as everyone
would likely be able to sense it was lightning meant to amplify
the darker side of oneself and strengthen allies. Zedd: Perhaps
I can return the favor. I had planned on amplifying you and your
people with my own empowerment brought from the darkness corners
of the universe.
Silvio: Oh of that I can promise. He says in response to John's
comment about Phantom punishing Zenrael and Kuroshi. Phantom was
NOT at all happy with the loss of his London bar.
Kierran turns to look at the shadows for a moment subtly, almost
as though he was analyzing Odeala's response to what was going
on, but then turns back to John. Kierran: Well... Reorganizing
is why I'm here. Phantom and Malice tasked me with helping you
reorganize your resources more efficiently, and building a new
organization to work alongside your current two. I'm also to add
that Malice and Lady Saskia have granted me permission to make
any deals with any of your people wanting power from the void.
So we have plenty of options for power. He says to the group.

John relaxes more and even smiles as he draws his scorpion tail
back within his body as he listens to Zedd, Silvio, and Keirran.
He is impressed by Zedd's display with the cosmic lightning but
is sure that Odeala is glad to be in the shadows. John: Well, I
have to say that it already sounds like this will be a very
beneficial alliance for us all. I am also glad to have Keirran
here as well since there are some others that I wish to retrieve
that can also help us as well from more inaccessible realms such
as Purgatory. Zedd, your talent for rallying like minded people
will also be quite handy when it comes to approaching a
particular individual. He then looks to the shadows behind Zedd
and rubs the stone in the other direction. John: I should also
perhaps introduce everyone to one more associate though before
we continue. Odeala, will you please join us?
This is Odeala's que to calmly walk out of the darkness. She
walks out in her human form and slides a hand along Zedd as
comes to stand next to him. Odeala: If it wasn't for such a
bright light, then I might think he's fairly attractive. She
says with a twisted smile.

Zedd looks to Odeala as she comes out of the shadows,
deactivating his lightning. He chuckles a bit at Odeala's
comment. Zedd: Well... It's been a long time since anyone's
called me that. He says in response. He then turns to John.
Kierran: Well... I will do what I can. It really depends on how
long it takes Death to catch on to us grabbing people from the
afterlife. Only thing on our side so far is that Phantom can
keep him occupied so we can do what we need to do. He says in
response to John.

Odeala then looks to Silvio with interest as she listens to
Zedd. Then she speaks more to herself than Zedd while her eyes
drift along Silvio's form. Odeala: Probably not as long as it's
been since I've seen beings that can be classified as male.
John gives a slight sigh as he rubs the stone in his left hand
clockwise in order to get Odeala a bit under control. John: I
know that it's been a few thousand years since you've been out
of the Pit of Madness, but please, stop acting like a h*rny
teenager, Odeala.
Odeala frowns a bit to John before walking away from Zedd and
over to Keirran. Odeala: Fine. I'll behave.. for now. Odeala has
a hate for death wraiths but instantly knew that Keirran is
different after he got her out of Azathoth's territory. This has
made her not only more comfortable around him but also very
curious about Keirran. She circles around behind Keirran as she
speaks with hand tracing along his back before coming to stand
next to him.
John puts his focus back on the conversation at hand. John:
Sorry about my associate, but Odeala has spent over 10,000 years
in the Pit of Madness. Now as I was saying. I find it odd that
the Blackfires were able to take down someone like yourself,
Zedd. Honestly, I've watched your work when I wasn't training
and impressed with what you've accomplished. You're not an easy
man to get one over on. Have you come to any conclusions or
suspicions?
