Xylo's Release

After the conversation at the Circus, Ringmaster has figured out
that Crowley wouldn't come through in time for neither his nor
Xylo's liking. Instead Ringmaster set up a meeting with an old
friend in Hell's Prison, himself, and Danae. Ringmaster has been
talking with the Warden who's also been trying to get Xylo
pardoned but mostly to keep Xylo from destroying the prison just
by presence. That made setting up this meeting easy. Ringmaster
and Warden had combed every law and bylaw in Hell to find a way
to get Xylo our without breaking him out and making things
worse. They may have found a way but need Danae's help. Now
Ringmaster paces back and forth outside of the Warden's office
as he waits for Danae so he could explain the.idea and get Xylo
out.

Danae appears in a burst of fallen light close by Warden. Her
presence alone shows how much of a bad mood she's in due to her
dealing with Amalia and her coven not to mention another part of
her past crawled to bite her in the ass. Danae tries her best to
calm down but it's difficult due to the amount of stress she's
in.
Danae: I'm here, RM.

Ringmaster gets a big smile of relief as he spins on a heel and
turns to Danae. Ringmaster: Oh good.. oh wonderful. Our time has
grown too short to wait for Crowley and politics. An evil that
has not been seen in a long time has returned sooner than I
expected and may lead to others. We're late already for a very
important date.
Warden had been standing next to his office door. Warden: I'm
not sure what he's going on about, but I want to get this done.
That d@mn demon lord that looks like a hellspawn is about to
bust a cell designed for King Satan just by the demon chi he's
absorbing down here. Follow me to my desk. Warden walks through
the door to his office and straight for his chair behind the
desk.
Ringmaster bows to Danae with his arms held to the side.
Ringmaster: After you.

Danae makes a thank you smile as she walks inside the Warden's
office to his desk. She also doesn't understand what Ring Master
is saying but it couldn't be good.

Warden reaches for a document on his desk and picks it up but
doesn't sit down in his chair. Warden: Now there's basically two
options to release Xylo. One, break him out which I rather not
damage any further than Xylo already has. Two, some form of
pardon. That is the course I rather take. He hands the document
to Danae. It's a Warden's Pardon form with his signature.
Warden: This is a Warden's Pardon form, but for a warrant and
charge leveled by King Satan, it needs a second signature from
King Satan or a higher noble. Since you're technically a
daughter of Lucifer, that makes you a princess of the highest
noble order. He then gives her a wink as he also grabs a pen.
Warden: Plus I'm willing to take the heat if there's
repercussions.
Ringmaster stands from his bow and then walks in last as Warden
talks. From within the prison, a deep rumbling boom shakes the
entire prison. Ringmaster: Prone to earthquakes, are we?

Danae: takes the pen and examines the Warden's Pardon to see if
there's any loopholes So I just sign this and Xylo's out of your
hair, correct? I feel like there's some sort of catch or
something I need to do such as him being kept an eye on once
he's out.

Another concussion blast echoes through the prison just before
the Warden can reply. Stone dust and small broken pieces rain
down on everyone in the room. The Warden sighs with a look on
his face that can only be described as "I'm getting too old for
this sh*t". Warden: If you think that you can keep an eye on a
demon like that, then Lucifer save you. Those last two
concussion blasts were Xylo expelling demonic chi against the
inside of his cell. He does it three times every damn two hours.
We put all kinds of seals and mystic barriers to block him from
gathering more, and he destroys them with some other kind of chi
that I've never seen before. I'm damn near close to throwing him
into the Forbidden Zone just to be rid of him. Warden says with
as even toned of a voice as possible. What he doesn't realize is
that Xylo does have a soft spot for Danae plus Xylo's just been
trying to bust out before his dragon chi weakens too much.
Warden: Honestly though. No extras. A Warden's pardon is a form
of exoneration that basically wipes the slate clean. It just
takes two signatures. If there's a problem later, then I'll take
full blame. Besides I could use a vacation.
Ringmaster: Basically the Warden is our inside man. He says with
a wink and a grin as a tiny green horned Chinese dragon looks
out from under his top hat.

With that, Danae signs her name on the document paper. After she
finish signing it, she puts the pen down on the table and
lightly shake the stone dust out of her hair.
Danae: Okay, let's get him out of here. Don't worry Warden, he's
in good hands.

The Warden gives a sigh of relief and becomes visibly more
relaxed. Warden: Thank, Lucifer! Follow me. He then grabs a ring
of keys off of his desk and walks.. nearly dancing.. out the
door towards the elevator to the different levels of the prison.
A nice addition that Warden is hoping is still functional.
Warden: Perhaps Ringmaster can enlighten us on this ancient evil
that he rambled about earlier on the elevator ride down.
Ringmaster watches Danae sign the pardon while he speaks to the
tiny dragon. Ringmaster: Easy and hold tight, old friend. The
tiny green Chinese dragon then draws himself back under as the
Warden walks by the Ringmaster. Ringmaster: Oh I would be so
delighted to do that! He says as he claps his hands a bit before
bowing to Danae to allow her to go first.

Well, glad that's done. She walks over to the elevator and waits
by the Warden, though couldn't help but sigh about an ancient
evil.
Danae: Don't we have enough ancient asswipes in this world,
already?
