UNIT and DoD Top Secret Meta Material: Teslium

This is a meta material metal which means that it though it
looks and feels like metal a more scientific study will reveal
the crystalline make up in the metal. This alloy was perfected
by Jesse Axel “Jax” James Sr during his time with the Department
of Defense Special Weapons division after General Pilgrim gave
Jax a couple of Nikola Tesla’s trunks which contain research
journals, blueprints, and research ideas. Jax found Tesla’s idea
on an special metal alloy that could produce a release of
electricity and electromagnetic pulse by charging from friction
by air movement. The idea is to develop the alloy for free
electrical energy production but research paperwork said that it
can be used for projectile weapons larger than a bullet such as
arrows and rail gun rounds.
Jax read how the material would need special metals and
quartzite crystals. The longer he read the research and the
description of needed materials that were extremely hard for
Tesla to find during his lifetime the more Jax realized what
materials were needed. Jax figured out that not only did he need
depleted uranium but also vibranium to smelt together with
quartzite crystal dust added at a 75:25 ratio. This exactness of
the smelting mixture is so refined that it is hard for Jax to
teach others. Ability of the alloy is that it charges
electromagnetic and electrical energy as air flows quickly
around the metal. Once the air speed slows to little to no
airflow, the metal discharges built up energy. This discharge
can be harmful to both living and mechanical through electrical
damage and electromagnetic pulse when not set up for mass
electricity production. This has made it useful for arrows,
crossbow bolts, and rail gun rounds. Teslium is nearly as strong
as vibranium which also makes it perfect for armor piercing
metal. The alloy has an odd gun metal gray color with an almost
crystal glitter shine.
Reaction with and use for Electricity/Lightening Manipulation
powers are currently unknown and untested.

Hawkeye: looks at the odd metal arrow “What kind of metal is
this, Jax?”
Jax: “It’s teslium.”
Hawkeye: “What is it made of?”
Jax: “It’s make up is classified.” starting to get grumpy
Hawkeye: “Then what is suppose to do?”
Jax: grumpily taps Hawkeye’s bow “Fire one and find out, lad. Do
I have to explain everything?”
Hawkeye sighs a bit but notches a teslium arrow on his
bowstring. He then draws back and aims at the target about 100
ft away. He releases the arrow which begins to crackle with
electricity halfway to the target. It hits the target and
releases an electromagnetic pulse along with multiple electrical
bolts that struck and burnt the other targets. Hawkeye is
instantly impressed. Hawkeye: “I like it. How many do you have
made already?”
Jax: “I have about 150 right now.”
Hawkeye: “I’ll take them all then. Never know when this will be
useful.”
