       *Powers:*
       Dhampir Physiology:
       ~User with this ability either is or can transform into a
       dhampir, a vampire/human hybrid, which in most cases has all the
       strengths that a normal vampire has without any of the
       weaknesses. Blood is still a factor in most cases, either they
       need to feed because they will die or they simply are weakened
       when they don't feed. Some dhampirs can subsist on either blood
       or human food. Whatever the case, just like with vampires, the
       quantity of blood a dhampir needs will vary greatly.
       Physically dhampirs are in top form, having the strengths of a
       vampire they are very strong, most do not age and others age
       very slowly. There are far less variations in appearance when it
       comes to dhampirs because of their human side. Most dhampirs
       will look like normal humans, some will be extremely attractive
       but there are not many non-humanoid dhampirs out there.
       Blood Manipulation:
       ~The power to manipulate blood, whether it's from oneself,
       others or free-flowing. Willow can control her own blood and
       'free' blood (blood no longer "in" another creature). Willow
       cannot control others blood, unless it becomes 'free' blood e.g.
       blood spattered on the ground after injury.
       Blood Consumption:
       ~The power to gain power from blood and bodily fluids usually by
       ingestion. Drăculești vampires cannot only gain
       strength in all of her physical qualities from ingesting blood
       but she can also permanently gain two powers from an opponent.
       Blood Absorption:
       ~The power to absorb blood and utilize it in some way. This
       works the same way as Drăculești vampires' blood
       consumption except the blood is absorbed through the skin.
       Vampirization:
       ~The power to transform people into vampires.
       Drăculești vampires can turn others into vampires if
       she chooses with her bite and blood.
       Immortality:
       ~The power to never age and recover from almost any injury.
       *Immortality Types: Regeneration:* High level regeneration of
       body that heals any injuries, even fatal ones, preventing one
       from dying. Cannot age once reaching a certain point. Immune to
       diseases, toxins and drugs. Wounds, even crippling or fatal
       ones, heal near instantly. *Weaknesses:* Time-manipulating
       powers can erase the user's existence, as opposed to
       biologically killing them. Immortality power may be removed,
       rendering the user mortal once again
       *Drăculești Vampire Powers:*
       Hell Hound Summoner:
       ~When a vampire uses this power, their body becomes a shapeless
       form that can then produce a hell hound from within it. The
       vampire can then blend his/her own body shape with that of the
       hell hound making them quite the formidable team. This power
       must be honed under the watchful eyes of the Elder clan members.
       Shape Shifting:
       ~Because of the Hellsing clan’s deep connection to the demonic,
       it is possible of them to change their form into a completely
       different humanoid. Older, stronger generations can even change
       their scent as part of the shape shifting in order to fool a
       smell sensitive enemy.
       Intangibility:
       ~With a deep connection to their demonic nature, Hellsing
       vampires can become intangible allowing solid objects to pass
       through harmlessly. This has become a useful technique in this
       clan’s pursuit to preserve the secret of the Masquerade and
       uphold the traditions of the Camarilla. This technique allows
       the vampire to pass through walls and doors as if they were a
       ghost in the night and allows for a quieter way of sneaking up
       on intended victims.
       Attach Item to Self:
       ~This simple power allows the vampire to attach an important
       item to him/herself. This is most commonly used to attach a
       favorite weapon to themselves. By attaching a weapon to
       him/herself, the vampire increases their accuracy, chances of a
       kill shot, and defense. This is because the weapon is literally
       an extension of the vampire’s own body to the point where they
       are one.
       Transform into Creatures:
       ~This advance form of shape shifting allows the vampire to
       transform into multiple smaller creatures such as bats and then
       maintain control to reform in a different location. Willow can
       transform into a bat, a wolf (of varying sizes), a snake, a
       raven or mist/fog (partially or fully) at will, all while
       retaining her intelligence. Willow can also summon such
       creatures at will.
       Demonic Mist:
       ~Another advance form of shape shifting, the elders who possess
       this power can turn their body into living mist. They can spread
       wide or condense down to a more dense state.
       Demonic Wave:
       ~This is an advance summoning perfected by the father and clan
       leader of the Hellsing clan vampires, Alucard. Elders who
       possess this power must shape shift into a different form than
       their normal form. This form can be anything, but it will be
       weaker as this power can use up one’s strength. This tidal wave
       of blood and demons rushes through and consumes everything in
       its path. This power absorbs victims like the Absorb Dead power
       but on a larger scale. Once the caster is satisfied, he/she can
       then recall the tidal wave of blood back into their body.
       Demonic Summoning:
       ~This lesser form of Demonic Wave allows the demonic vampire to
       summon demons to their aide. They can summon one to a small army
       depending on their strength (Generation).
       Demon’s Gate:
       ~This advance form of teleportation is quicker but tends to
       leave the Hellsing clan mark upon any floor’s surface burnt in
       deep by elders who are not careful with the power levels when
       using.
       Demonic Will:
       ~Demonic vampires have amazing clarity and willpower. With this
       power, the vampire enhances their immunity to most forms of
       Domination (Blood Doll ritual is the only exception). This power
       also gives them incredible focus which increases their ability
       to aim and rationalize. This is always active once gained.
       Demon’s Health:
       ~Hellsing vampires have been blessed with a strong regeneration
       ability and durability thanks to their demonic side. Some elders
       with this power are so strong that an attacker can cut off the
       vampire’s head and stab him through the heart, but he’ll just
       pull the object in his chest out and put his head back on. This
       power allows the Hellsing vampires to be able to call on their
       demon side to regenerate any wound or missing limb or even
       organs (with elders).
       Advance Telekinesis:
       ~A much more powerful version of common telekinesis. Clan
       members with this power can handle and move far heavier objects
       with their minds than the ordinary telekinetic such as a cargo
       plane for example.
       Mind Reading:
       ~Vampires with ability are able to listen to what others are
       thinking of.
       Telepathy:
       ~The power send and receive messages mentally. Willow can
       manipulate the minds of others, and command animals to her will,
       such as rodents, bats, and wolves. With limited exceptions, she
       may control other vampires. She has the ability to temporarily
       mentally control victims she has bitten, and can temporarily
       hypnotize anyone with her gaze. Willow can also induce fear in
       those who she either bites or catches in her sights. This forces
       an overwhelming urge to flee in the weaker willed.
       Infinite Blood Supply:
       ~Like her father, Willow has an infinite amount of blood within
       her body thanks to her regeneration.
       Darkness Manipulation:
       ~User can create, shape and manipulate darkness and shadows. By
       itself, darkness is mostly used to cloud everything into total
       darkness, but by accessing a dimension of dark energy it can be
       channeled to a variety of effects, both as an absence of light
       and a solid substance: one can also control and manipulate the
       beings that exist there, create and dispel shields and areas of
       total darkness, create constructs and weapons, teleport one's
       self through massive distances via shadows, etc.
       Immunity to Vampiric Weaknesses:
       ~Her abilities and health are not in any way compromised by such
       things as sunlight or silver. In fact, it appears that the only
       weapons capable of harming her to any real extent are the most
       holy of Christian artifacts.
       Flower of Death:
       ~How much more deadly, then, is a vampire with the ability to
       utilize his preternatural speed to the utmost in combat? Flower
       of Death allows a vampire to take his Celerity and apply it in
       full to each hand-to-hand or melee attack he makes.
       Zephyr:
       ~Zephyr produces an effect vaguely similar to one of the
       legendary comic book-style uses of enhanced speed, allowing its
       practitioner to run so fast he can run across water.
       Particularly successful applications of Zephyr allow a vampire
       to go so far as to run up walls and, in at least one recorded
       instance, across a ceiling.
       Projectile:
       ~Projectile enables a vampire to take his preternatural speed
       and transfer it into something he has thrown, fired, or
       launched.
       Dread Gaze:
       ~While all Kindred can frighten others by physically revealing
       their true vampiric natures -- baring claws and fangs, glaring
       with malevolence, hissing loudly with malice -- this power
       focuses these elements to insanely terrifying levels. Dread Gaze
       engenders unbearable terror in its victim, stupefying him into
       madness, immobility, or reckless flight. Even the most stalwart
       individual will fall back from the vampire's horrific visage.
       Imprint:
       ~A vampire with extensive knowledge of Potence can squeeze very,
       very hard. As a matter of fact, she can squeeze (or press, or
       push) so hard that she can leave an imprint of her fingers or
       hand in any hard surface up to and including solid steel. A use
       of Imprint can simply serve as a threat, or it can be used, for
       example, to dig handholds into sheer surfaces for purposes of
       climbing.
       Flick:
       ~It is a truism that "the great ones always make it look easy."
       In the case of Flick, that saying stops being a truism and
       becomes literal truth. With this power, a master of Potence can
       make the slightest gesture -- a wave, a snap of the fingers, the
       toss of a ball -- and have it unleash the full, devastating
       impact of a deadon strike. The attack can come without warning,
       limiting the target's ability to dodge or anticipate; this makes
       Flick one of the most feared applications of Potence.
       Ice Manipulation:
       ~User can create, shape and manipulate ice, water frozen into a
       solid state and appears naturally in forms of snow, slush, hail,
       icicles, ice spikes and candles, glaciers, pack ice, frost, and
       polar ice caps, and cold by reducing the kinetic energy of atoms
       and thus making things colder, for various effects and
       combinations.
       Ice Generation:
       ~The user can generate and project ice.
       Cold Immunity:
       ~User is immune to cold, being completely invulnerable to direct
       and indirect effects.
       Ice Wave Emission:
       ~User can release waves, spirals, rings, pulse, blasts, balls,
       and bursts of ice/cold and use them to damage, push, bind and/or
       paralyze people. They are able to send ice/cold through any form
       of matter creating ruptures, and create a pulse ice/snow that
       can go through anything, and depending on what the user want it
       can either be harmful or harmless.
       Ice Pillar Projection:
       ~User can shape ice to generate pillars for attacks. They may be
       able to guide the pillars, effective in both offensive,
       defensive and even trapping the targets in combat.
       Cold Empowerment:
       ~User becomes stronger, faster, more durable, etc. when they
       come in contact with cold, possibly unlocking abilities related
       to the cold and enhancing their existing powers. Some users may
       be able draw sustenance from the cold or even slow or stop
       aging.
       Ice Bullet Projection:
       ~User can create/generate and fire bullets of ice.
       Ice Spike Projection:
       ~The user can create and project needles/spikes of ice/cold to
       impale targets. These spikes can be projected in mid-air or
       generated from the ground; potentially creating a trail of
       needles.
       Arctic Adaptation:
       ~User is able to survive and adapt to conditions where the
       climate consists of cold weather, as they possess adjusted
       breathing capacity, as well as high tolerance (even immunity) to
       the cold. This ability may also imply the presence of fur,
       claws, thick skin, blubber and/or sight adapted to see with more
       ease in snowstorms and protected from snow-blindness.
       Elemental Vampire Form:
       ~This technique is similar to the Darkfire clan's ability to
       transform into their full vampire form. Drăculești
       clan members have evolved their own technique based on the
       Darkfire technique that brings out the full power of the
       elements that the vampire has an infinite towards. This enhances
       and increases the strength of the vampire's elements by 5 times
       normal. Unlike the Darkfire technique, this is not a
       Drăculești vampire's true form as they all remain in
       their true forms. This is only an elemental power enhancement
       transformation. *Weakness:* This form is weaker to its opposing
       elements and takes double damage.
       *Unique Powers:*
       Light-Darkness Manipulation:
       ~The user can manipulate light with darkness properties,
       darkness with light properties, or both light and darkness
       simultaneously.
       Light-Shadow Generation:
       ~User can generate light with shadow properties, shadows with
       light properties and/or both light and shadows simultaneously.
       Light-Darkness Magic:
       ~The user is able to perform a form of magic that allows them to
       utilize the light-shadow element (light with shadow properties,
       shadow with light properties or both simultaneously), either
       magically manipulating it or using it to cast spells.
       Light-Darkness Bomb Generation:
       ~The user is able to create bombs made of solidified
       light/darkness, which can have different effects. They can be
       tossed or projected and explode on contact.
       Glyphs:
       ~Glyphs are magical symbols which contain arcane energies
       representative of the energy in all living things. These magic
       seals can be used for many purposes, such as performing magical
       attack spells, summoning creatures to assist in combat,
       materializing weapons, and even transforming the user into a
       variety of creatures.
       Willow can perform various Glyph Unions depending on what glyph
       is equipped on her arms. Willow can attack with two arm glyphs
       alternately; she can either equip the same glyph on both arms,
       or two different glyphs, one on each arm. Each glyph has its own
       attack speed as some can be cast quickly without delay:
       Cubus:
       ~A glyph that creates stones.
       Torpor:
       ~A glyph that incapacitates opponents.
       Lapiste:
       ~Pulverize enemies with giant fists of stone.
       Pneuma:
       ~This glyph creates squalls to sweep enemies away.
       Nitesco:
       ~Concentrate magic energy into a destructive beam.
       Globus:
       ~Unleash an energy sphere.
       Dextro Custos:
       ~Attack with the right head of Cerberus, guardian of Hell.
       Sinestro Custos:
       ~Attack with the left head of Cerberus, guardian of Hell.
       Back Glyphs:
       ~Back Glyphs serve as supportive skills, such as maneuvering
       spells, transformations, summoning creatures, or temporary
       buffs. Most of these are toggled abilities (e.g.: Paries,
       Volaticus, Fidelis Glyphs), although a few require the trigger
       to be held (e.g.: Magnes):
       Magnes:
       ~Create an attractive magnetic field. Willow can propel herself
       with this glyph.
       Paries:
       ~Pass through solid walls.
       Volaticus:
       ~Conjures a pair of wings, allowing the power of flight.
       Fides Fio:
       ~Temporarily increase magic resistance.
       *Skills:*
       Combat Specialist:
       ~The user has an encyclopedic knowledge in hand-to-hand fighting
       styles; therefore understanding and analyzing opponents style of
       combat and flaws in the opponent's attack and defense. He can
       also use attacks that can automatically knock down the opponent
       or use the strength of the opponent to his favor.
       Martial Arts Intuition:
       ~The user can intuitively understand all Martial Arts, using
       them like the user trained them over years.
       Weapon Proficiency:
       ~User with this ability need only to pick up a weapon before
       they instantly become proficient in it. The first time they pick
       up a sword, they can spar with masters, the first time they use
       a bow, they can hit bulls-eyes. Even alien, magical, or other
       weaponry that they should not understand comes naturally to
       them.
       Pressure Point Intuition:
       ~The user possesses immense knowledge of pressure points and
       nerve clusters, and can produce a variety of effects by striking
       said pressure points in just the right way, ranging from
       unconsciousness, paralysis, and even death.
       Stealth Tactics:
       ~The user possesses incredibly extensive knowledge and skill in
       many types and ways of stealth tactics, enabling them to easily
       slip in and out of areas undetected. Their abilities in all
       manners of stealth are so refined they appear as mere illusions
       to those who have been lucky to spot the user. The users of this
       ability can move throughout even the most guarded of areas and
       act in true discretion.
       Stealth Combat:
       ~User can use extraordinary fighting skills in combination with
       superior stealth abilities for particularly lethal effects. It
       allows them to land flurries of critical blows while easily
       escaping their targets' clueless counterattacks, devastating
       opposing forces they couldn't hope to face in normal combat.
       Shapeshifting Combat:
       ~The user is able to utilize shapeshifting with their physical
       combat, changing their form for attack, defense, movement and
       distraction, forming weaponry from their bodies, etc.
       Enhanced Marksmanship:
       ~User can achieve complete and utter accuracy on distant
       targets, with the activity in their brain center for aim,
       accuracy and precision is drastically improved. They need only
       to aim for an instant before they can precisely hit a target
       with a projectile.
       User can judge extremely long distances amazingly accurately,
       gauging the strength needed to launch a projectile, in order to
       hit a target accurately. If a target is moving the user can
       calculate the best method to hit the target. Visual obstructions
       like smoke and vegetation do not hinder their ability to get an
       accurate bead on their target, and their intense focus on
       whatever they're shooting at allows them to shut out outside
       distractions. They can compensate for environmental factors that
       would normally throw off their aim like wind, air resistance,
       gravity, and radiant heat (which distorts the image of the
       target).
       Enhanced Gunmanship:
       ~Users are highly skilled with all types of guns allowing them
       to perform great feats and benefit in a far ranged combat. Users
       are to have excellent bull-eyes aim on their target via bullets.
       Dual Wield:
       ~The user is capable of wielding two different weapons with ease
       in combat. The weapons in question are normally bladed weaponry
       and/or firearms, but it can be virtually any melee and/or ranged
       weapon. Because of this, the user is able to deal twice the
       damage to their opponent quickly, swiftly, and effectively.
       They're also able to hold their own against multiple enemies at
       multiple angles, allowing them to fight and take advantage of
       wide openings.
       However, due to possessing two weapons at the same time, the
       user often bears poor defense skills, so this ability requires
       speed, power, accuracy, and fast reaction time in order to
       maneuver through and counter their enemies' attacks in order to
       make up for the lack of defense.
       Magic Intuition:
       ~The user has great, if not innate, understanding of magic,
       knowing intuitively/instantly how to perform all forms of magic
       and spells through an innate talent to assimilate extraordinary
       powers or through supernatural means.
       Enhanced Thievery:
       ~Masters of this skill are more elusive than the average thief.
       They are able to blend in with the shadows, slip into tight
       spaces, avoid detection from guards, and escape without leaving
       behind any evidence.
       Enhanced Tracking:
       ~The user can track others down easily via various means,
       ranging from scents to footprints. With enough experience, the
       user can follow tracks that are days or even weeks old. Some
       users may be able to reconstruct what has happened by sniffing
       around the area they are searching.
       *Transformation(s):*
       Feral State:
       ~No matter how much control a vampire may have, all can succumb
       to blood-lust and lose control of themselves. Willow, even as a
       dhampir, is no exception. When losing control, after she has
       become starved of blood for long enough, she loses all restraint
       and becomes more like a wild beast, with only murder and death
       at mind. Unable to tell friend from foe, she will attack and
       destroy anything within reach, only settling down and regaining
       control when she has satisfied her blood-lust of has been forced
       back. With outside help, Willow can also force control back over
       herself. Her feral state can also be triggered by extreme anger
       or stress, and can even be intentionally triggered if desperate
       times call for it. When Willow is in her feral state, her hair
       turns completely white, her fangs are at full length, her nails
       are black and her eyes red with slit pupils.
       Darkness-Light Ice Form:
       ~This special transformation is similar to a death wraith's true
       form but is Willow's elemental vampire form. This shadowy death
       wraith like form enhances and increases the strength and power
       of darkness, light and ice manipulation powers. This also
       enhances Willow's glyphs as well to triple it's strength.
       *Weaknesses:*
       Their clan weakness is disorganization. These vampires can
       become over focused at times and then loose focus on the bigger
       picture causing disorganization among them when trying to follow
       through with a plan. These vampires still have a demonic side
       and tend to have an extremely violent side when provoked hard
       enough. When pissed off, these vampires can turn any victim into
       a gory mess of blood and body parts. Users of Bloodlessness are
       immune to Blood Manipulation. Some materials and ward spell
       effects are impassable by Intangibility. Willow's ice powers are
       weak to fire and magma powers. Hell gate pieces can badly affect
       affect her glyphs along with weapons that can harm magic users.
       Vanarium can harm her regeneration.
       Sunlight does not harm Willow as it does with vampires, but it
       can cause mild discomfort if she is not covered up enough.
       Willows hyper-sensitive senses can be turned against her by
       those with the intelligence to do so. Bright lights to extremely
       sensitive eyes is incredibly painful, and the same applies to
       loud/high pitched noises to sensitive ears. Willow can be
       distracted by blood, as with all vampires. Willow's feral state
       is more likely to attack the weak, helpless and injured more
       than the strong or healthy, due to her instinctive
       defensiveness. Only if she has no need to feed yet has been
       called upon will she attack the stronger. This means that
       running through crowds of humans could throw her off the chase,
       but does end in the deaths of the humans. Her light and darkness
       powers can be overwhelmed by one of the forces overpowering the
       combined powers.
       *Weapons:*
       The Void Sword:
       ~A sword crafted from an unknown metal, and infused with Willows
       power over ice and darkness. It carries with it, in each swing,
       a chilling blast of biting cold, and can freeze any water with
       nothing but a solid touch. It's edge is perfectly sharp, and
       immune to any powers that might seek to harm it. The darkness in
       the blade prevents anyone from attempting to control any ice it
       has created, and it can rob any water or ice user of their
       advantage by doing so. Due to it's connection with Willow, it
       cannot be wielded by anyone else. Anyone attempting to wield or
       even touch the sword would suffer greatly (so basically, a soul
       bound weapon).
       Shadesoul:
       ~A name given to a shapeshifting weapon crafted by Willow
       herself. When summoned from the darkness, it can take three
       forms: a blunt staff which can focus Willow dark powers in high
       powered blasts, A double bladed spear which can both pierce most
       objects and focus Willow power into high powered arcs, and a
       scythe which uses Willow power to increase it's cutting edge so
       that it can slice clean through more or less anything.
       Claws and fangs, talons and beak, fangs and venom (feral state,
       wolf form, snake form):
       ~Sometimes there comes a time when Willow is unable to use her
       blade...either she has no hands to grasp the hilt, or feels that
       there is no need for it. It is at times like these that Willows
       claws and fangs come into play. In her wolf form, Willow long
       fangs and sturdy claws can tear though enemies. In her raven
       form, her talons are sharp and can cause a good amount of damage
       if need be. In snake form, Willow combines her speed with the
       striking speed of a snake, and substitutes her powers for a
       potent and deadly venom. In her feral state, Willow will tear
       through anything with her bare hands...
       Weapon Glyphs:
       ~These glyphs are form on her arms. These glyphs physically
       affect her enemies like how weapons would do, meaning that they
       harm nearly any creature both mundane and supernatural. She has
       many weapons that she can use by using her glyphs:
       Rapier
       Sword
       Lance
       Bow (obviously fires arrows)
       Axe
       Sickle
       Knives
       Shield
       *Personality:*
       Willow is a calm, quiet and generally happy individual. Her love
       for helping others have made her a mother like figure to those
       like her younger brother, Roxas and her friends. Despite her
       vampiric nature, she takes no joy in having to survive off the
       lives of others, and focuses her thirst on criminals and other
       such people.
       She can often seem cold and stern in her ways, and is very much
       both a peace keeper and a law enforcer in the world. She is on
       good terms with most others, and is a well known ally of some of
       the Van Helsing family. Her calm nature help her in battle too,
       allowing her to skillfully asses situations. In battle, she
       prefers not to shed blood unless necessary, and focuses on
       ending battles fast to prevent serious injury or death.
       In her feral state, Willow could not be further from her true
       self. Gone goes the calm, quiet and soft-spoken nature. In this
       state, Willow becomes like a beast, who's sole purpose seems to
       be the complete destruction of anything around her. She becomes
       loud, rude and brutish, threatening anyone an anything in her
       path. Willow's feral side seems to have a penchant for torture
       and slow, agonizing deaths..much like a wolf playing with it's
       prey, she will toy around with whatever the focus of her attack
       are until it either dies or gives up. Though this state if often
       short lived, it is a terrifying sight to behold...
       Overall, Willow could be described as an anti hero with a heart
       of gold: a peace keeper and protector figure who must constantly
       fight her own dark side in order to keep others safe. A true
       hero on the edge if ever there was one, Willow would willingly
       put her life on the line for those she cares about.
