(Elseworlds Story: The Dark Tyrant)
Prologue:
Prologue Theme: Bass Ending (

This story takes place in an alternate timeline to Olympus. This
story today is around another version of Kindron Darkfire, son
of Hades. In this timeline, Kindron Darkfire took an alternate
path during his final confrontation with Balor Bemneich. Instead
of allowing his friends to hold off Balor while he attacked
those trying to bring back Malice, Kindron instead opted to face
Balor first, knowing that he likely wouldn't stop Malice's
release. The battle was fierce, and Kindron managed to kill
Balor, with his friends surviving the battle. Afterward, Kindron
and the group went after Malice, however, after Malice's
release, they were unable to stop Tara from succumbing to
Malice's presence. While Kindron and his friends did manage to
beat Malice, Tara paid a heavy price and fell apart as Malice's
presence drove them to kill each other in the most brutal civil
war that was never recorded in history. Even though the world
itself was saved, Tara fell and Kindron would fade into
obscurity for years.
Many events would change due to this difference. Kindron would
go on to fight secretly, protecting the world from threats as
they arose, with the world never really knowing about his
existence. In the current age however, Kindron would be unable
to stop Hyperion from coming into power, which had been made of
remnants of Malice's followers long ago. With help from the
president, George Sears (as in this universe Thomas Whitmore
never won the US presidential election over previous president
George Sears) would lead the US in battle against Hyperion over
the years after Hyperion went to war against the countries who
rejected their influence. After years of struggle, Kindron would
stop Malice's resurrection and defeat a Malician Balor Bemneich
who had been revived to fight Kindron. After Kindron defeated
Balor again, Hyperion would scatter as attempts to regroup would
be mostly unsuccessful.
It is unknown the events that happened in between this time
period and the time when Kindron would next appear. However, the
next time Kindron would appear would be with a new group called
Black Sun which had begun to influence the world from the
shadows, similar to how Hyperion had tried to take over the
world's governments. However, Kindron Darkfire had started out
trying to build a shadow government that would rule over the
governments, at least until the group's intentions were revealed
by Vendetta and Vinette Zolernowich. Along with Kindron as their
leader, the generals of Black Sun would include Black Adam of
Kahndaaq, Drakath of the Wolf Wraiths, Arthur Gikari of the
Stormbreakers, Vobu the dark voodoo magic god, Demiurge the
Greek Demon, Tier Halibel the lord of Hueco Mundo, and King
Satan.
Kindron would become known as the Dark Tyrant, after he had
started using Black Sun to try and conquer the US and fight off
the US's allies. After attacks on the US, Kindron had become
known as a tyrant trying to take over the world by the rest of
the world. Many had come to see Black Sun as the Hyperion War
part two since Black Sun's goals seemed very similar to
Hyperion's goals. Alongside his two seconds in command, Sasuke
Uchiha the exiled ninja of the Uchiha Clan, and Jack "Raiden,"
the war against the US would be a long one, as the US and their
allies would hold of Black Sun's attempts to take over the US.
Special Forces of the US and Russia worked together, as did
Wakanda, England's British Men of Letters, and even Ragnorok.
United under George Sears, the forces would fight off Black Sun
as they sought to take over the east coast of the US. Both the
US and their allies, and Black Sun had been worn down by war,
and this would be the final battle as George Sears and Kindron
Darkfire would meet in battle for what would likely be either
Black Sun's or the US's final battle.
Prelude
Gateway Kindron: Dammit... This wasn't it either! He says as he
throws his staff across the void of the Gateway in frustration.
After a moment, he calms down and summons it back.
From next to him, Ciriel walks up in a burst of ice energy.
Ciriel: What is it you're looking for? She asks curiously.
Gateway Kindron: I was hoping that I could find the timeline
that dark spirit Kindron came from.
Ciriel: You're letting Byeketh get in your head. Don't focus on
what he said. He says a lot of things.
Gateway Kindron: Turns to Ciriel. That wasn't the face of a
liar... He was definitely telling the truth. He gets up, using
his staff for support.
Ciriel: Why do you care so much about this, Kindron? It's over.
V killed the other dark spirit Kindron. You don't have to worry
about it.
Gateway Kindron: He hesitates for a moment. I need to know... If
there was something I could have done. Some way I could have
stopped him, maybe gotten through to him. There was no reason...
NO reason V should have had to suffer that. Byeketh said he took
that Kindron from another timeline. And I need to find which
one. I need to understand... Why he did what he did.
From the side, Valia appears, walking up to the group as she was
waiting the void for V's mission against Saskia's resurrection
to conclude. Vahlia: How do you know it wasn't this one? Kindron
does disappear.
Gateway Kindron: No he doesn't... He reappears in the timeline.
Watch for yourself. He says as he pushes the orb showing the
timeline to Vahlia. Vahlia starts watching as the timeline plays
out...

Kindron: Is everything ready?
Sasuke checks their overhead display. Sasuke: Yes... It seems
so. The US is retaliating to your invasion as you predicted.
George Sears is heading the assault. He reports.
Kindron: Of course they would... George Sears may be smart, but
he's not that hard to figure out once you learn how he thinks. I
can't believe I finally got him to leave his little bunker... He
grabs his sword and puts on his combat jacket, getting ready. I
suppose I should go meet our dear commander in battle?
As he gets ready to walk out, Goten Uchiha stands at the door,
his knife out. His usual calm and collected eyes filled with
anger. His eyes were no longer silver like normal, but had
returned to the normal red due to his anger and hatred running
through his mind.
Goten: I finally found you. I'm going to kill you.
Kindron sighs. Kindron: You again... Sasuke. I don't have time
for this. He says as he starts walking out of the room.
Goten: This will be the day... I will avenge V and Vin! I will
never forgive you for killing them! He says through gritted
teeth.
Kindron: I'm not going to explain it to you again... It's
obvious you won't accept my words anymore. He says as he walks
out. As Goten attacks, he's stopped by Sasuke, who had drawn his
sword to counter Goten's attempt to stab Kindron.
Goten: Get out of my way, Sasuke!
Sasuke: You don't even understand what's going on around you.
We're trying to save this world.
Goten: Yeah... By becoming the new tyrants of the world! He says
angrily to Sasuke, his Sharingan was starting to become a
crimson red. You've only ever cared about destroying anyone in
your way of your goals.
Sasuke: Unless you calm down and regain those silver eyes of
yours... You're not going to defeat me, let alone defeat
Kindron. You used to see with those silver eyes, but now you've
gone blind in your anger. He says as the two start clashing
blades as they start their fight.
Kindron, looking at Goten and Sasuke starting their battle for a
moment, then walks out and looks to Jack as he walks through the
halls, who walks with Kindron.
Kindron: By now, the US knows where our base is if Goten Uchiha
is here... This wasn't part of the plan. He says with a sigh.
Jack: You're going to need me.
Kindron: Probably... But you're needed here. Once Special Forces
organizes, they're going to attack this base. Start the
evacuation. I'll buy as much time with Sears as I can. He says
to Jack.
Jack: If you lose this battle... You know what will happen
right? He says to Kindron.
Kindron: I won't lose. He says, determined. After his death, his
forces will be disorganized and scattered enough that we can
take them down. He turns to Jack. Remember, no innocents are to
be harmed in this battle.
Jack looks to Kindron, a bit insulted. Jack: I'm far better than
that. Just don't underestimate Sears... He may be human, but
he's skilled. Just remember... His death may mean we will beat
his forces, but if he kills you, then his forces will beat us.
Without you, our forces will be lost and easy to take down while
we're disorganized. He says as a warning to Kindron.
Kindron: Trust me. I know that. No matter who wins... One side
falls today. As he gets outside of the building he was in, he
looks to Jack. You have command until I get back.
Jack just nods, watching nervously as Kindron summons his
demonic wings and flies off to the battle.
Jack: Good luck... And don't die. We didn't come this far to
fail now. He says quietly as he goes back into the building.
Kindron flies to the battlefield. Once he falls to the ground
near Sears, he takes out his sword and gets ready. He releases
his aura as much as he could, releasing two of his restraints as
he hoped it would be enough to keep anyone from interfering as
Kindron's spirit pressure seemed to amplify the gravity in the
area.
However, Sears appears unaffected, which doesn't seem to
surprise Kindron, even though Kindron was hoping Sears wouldn't
figure out a way to resist his aura.
Sears was wearing a specially made battle suit, designed with
special energy blasting weapons put into mechanical tendrils
based on Sears' own design. Sears also had a sword of his own.
Sears: So... We meet on the field of battle. He says, giving
Kindron a serious look.
Kindron: I'm here to kill you. He says, holding his sword ready
as he didn't seem to be care much for Sears' words.
Sears: We shall see. He says as he goes to attack Kindron.
Despite Sears being human, he moves with incredible speed, with
Kindron and Sears clashing blades within seconds. Sears was able
to move fast enough that he left a trail of fire behind him,
while Kindron's trail was that of black flames as he also moved
almost as fast.
Kindron attacks Sears, but Sears blocks his attacks and manages
to grab Kindron with one of his mechanical tendrils, throwing
him into the air. Sears then attempts to blast Kindron with the
tendril's energy weapons, shooting at Kindron.
Kindron recovers quickly and uses his demonic wings to avoid the
shots and lands nearby Sears.
Kindron closes the distance quickly, using Sonido to avoid
Sears' mechanical tendrils, and the two clash blades again. To
the outside observers, nothing could be seen as Sears and
Kindron just moved too fast. Each clash of their sword was
creating sonic booms as the two moved faster than sound. Not
only where their swords clashing multiple times a second, but
the waves from their attacks were strong enough that they could
be felt almost a mile away through the shockwaves.
Kindron manages to get a few hits in on Sears' battle suit, but
doesn't manage to cut it. Given that Sears had an eyepatch, and
couldn't see out of one of his eyes, Kindron sought to stay in
his blind spot.
Sears however, didn't seem bothered, and attacks Kindron fairly
easily despite where Kindron was, catching him off guard.
Sears blasts Kindron through the shoulder with the energy blast
from his tendril, sending him skidding back.
Sears: You didn't think I'd come here to fight with such an
obvious weakness did you? He says to Kindron, knowing that
Kindron had tried to take advantage of what he saw as a
weakness. My son took my eye... But Special Forces made a
special device. He says, tapping on the eye path, showing that
it was enhanced with nanomachines. I may only have one real eye,
but this interface still lets me see.
Kindron goes and tries to slice the device, but Sears moves out
of the way, slashing Kindron across the shoulder as he moves by
Kindron. Sears then blasts him with another energy blast,
sending him flying back into a rock.
Kindron gets up silently, getting ready.
Kindron sighs. Kindron: Fine... Full power it is. He says.
Devour... Kuroyami! He says, using his incantation for his
released state.
However, even though Kindron did his release correctly, he
doesn't change, which confuses him for a moment, allowing Sears
to attack him again while he was confused.
Kindron jumps back, trying to regenerate, but thanks to Sears
using a varanium sword, he was having trouble regenerating.
Kindron: Dammit! What happened?! He says bitterly, unable to
figure out why he couldn't change.
Sears: That's simple... Special Forces built my battle suit to
interrupt the flow of energy of those around me. He says,
tapping the chest of his suit. The energy I've been hitting you
with has disrupted your flow of energy. You're losing more and
more vitality each time I blast you.
Kindron scoffs. Kindron: I don't need my powers to kill you. He
says darkly as he attacks again.
As the battle continues for the next few hours, Sears clearly
gets advantages over Kindron with Sears getting more cuts on
Kindron, and blasting him. Kindron barely does any real damage
to Sears, who was covered mostly by the armor. The only relief
Kindron got was when he finally managed to cut down one of the
tendrils, but it only lasted a moment as Sears drops the
tendrils off the suit and moves for one last burst of speed to
attack Kindron.
Sears sword goes through Kindron's chest, piercing his lung.
Kindron coughs up blood as Sears pulls the sword out of
Kindron's chest. Kindron falls the ground, unable to speak as he
just coughs up more blood and watches as his body starts to
burst into dark flames.
Kindron: So... It ends like this? I can't die like this... He
says as he gets up and tries to stab Sears one last time.
However, Sears moves behind him and slashes Kindron across the
back, severing his spine.
Sears: Your time is over, Dark Tyrant... Humanity has stood
together against you.
Kindron grips the ground, trying to get up again, but couldn't
as his arms disintegrate into black flames. Kindron: Dammit...
Sears: Your organization will fall with you. Your legacy of
darkness ends here. He says to Kindron.
Kindron lays on the ground as he was almost finished fading
away. Kindron: This... is not... how it was... supposed to...
end. He says again as he finishes fading away.
After Kindron was gone, Sears picks up Kindron's sword and puts
it in the ground in his remains (which were mostly ash at this
point), out of respect.
Sears walks away from the battle, looking up at the sky. He then
activates his comms. Sears: General Maximoff, General
Zukovsky... The Dark Tyrant has fallen. Begin the raid on Black
Sun headquarters. It's time to end this war. Take them alive if
possible, but if they resist, do what you have to do. He says to
them.
Viktor: Understood. He says simply as his comms go out.
Sears: Our final battle is upon us.
Epilogue
Some time later, somewhere in Falias, the Celtic city of the
Gods.
Epilogue Theme: One more reboot (

When Kindron awoke, he broke out of the large darkness crystal
he was in. As he did, he took a moment, realizing he was in
Falias.
He notices Morrighan and Cichol, both standing in front of him.
Kindron: How am I alive? I was certain I was done. He asks them.
Morrighan: After how many times you saved the world, we thought
it was time someone saved you. She says to Kindron.
Kindron sits down, tears in his eyes as he thinks back. Kindron:
I couldn't save anyone...
Cichol: Are you going to give up? He says to Kindron.
Kindron: Of course not. He says as he stands up. He looks to
Morrighan. Where's Black Sun?
Morrighan: What remains of them have scattered. After your
defeat, the US and their allies took down Black Sun. We sense
that Jack and Sasuke are still alive, but Ragnorok is using
their clone of Jack as a lure for any potential Black Sun
members. Sasuke cannot even come out into the light without
being attacked by Goten Uchiha. As things stand, your forces
cannot regroup without Sears coming for them.
Kindron sighs as he finds a spot to sit down. Kindron: So all
that planning... And Sears won.
Morrighan: Yes. Sears has become the head of the United Nations.
He has eliminated most conflicts in the pantheons. Those
pantheons seeking conflict still are slowly being cutoff from
the real world by Sears propaganda causing humans to turn
against worship of the pantheons that are seen as "interrupting
the world's freedom of choice." The world is at peace, not
knowing the truth of what Sears has done, or what events he was
responsible for. Everyone was just happy he took down "the Dark
Tyrant." Sears has the full support of all the governments now.
There aren't many left who are daring to oppose the UN, for good
reason.
Kindron sighs. Kindron: For the first time... I don't know what
to do.
From behind him, a new presence appears, which caught Kindron
off guard. He jumps up and turns, seeing Maria Blackbeard
standing behind him.
Maria: I can't believe what I'm hearing. You don't look like the
type to get lost and confused. Most would think you'd turn to
hatred or anger. You deserve to after how Sears betrayed you.
Kindron just glares at Maria. Kindron: I made a promise... To
Shamala, Millia and Akule. When Sears murdered them. He says.
Are you here for revenge again, for Harlock? He says to Maria.
Maria: You fell for that? She says with a chuckle. I had to act
tough... But I didn't want revenge. Sears was watching me, so I
had to give him a show. She smiles and shrugs. If I fooled you,
then I guess I fooled him too.
Kindron: What do you mean?
Maria gets a serious look as she turns to Kindron. Maria: You
think I actually believed you killed Harlock? There's a million
signs I saw from the "remains" of the area you two fought, and
it didn't take me and my crew long to find out what really
happened. She then stares down Kindron. Just like I know you had
nothing to do with Vin's murder. And how I had nothing to do
with Raven's murder.
Kindron sighs. Kindron: I dunno. Sears control of information
and that setup even almost had me believing I did it. He says
turning away.
Maria: Vin's murder was to get V to kill you. When she failed,
Harlock was killed so I would go after you. Whoever did commit
those murders... Well, Sears does have some impressive
connections.
Kindron turns to Maria with a suspicious look. Kindron: What is
it you want from me?
Maria: Isn't it obvious? We have to stop Sears. His plans have
come to fruition, and he's taken over the world not through war,
but by peace. He's putting pressure on those that have done
nothing wrong, and no one knows. We start by exposing his
activities to the world. We need to find proof that he was
involved with Vin's and Raven's murders. She then looks to
Kindron again. Tell me... I know you didn't kill Vin, but why
did you kill V when she confronted you?
Kindron: I didn't... She used her life force in an attack to try
and take me out. She sacrificed her life hoping that her revenge
would take me with her to the afterlife. He thinks back to his
fight with V. I hope she hasn't figured out the truth... But
chances are she figured it out when she met Vin in the Hall of
Souls I guess. At least they are able to spend eternity in a
better place.
Maria: I see... Well... If we are going to win against Sears
this time, not only will we have to work together, but you are
going to have get stronger. She says to Kindron.
Kindron turns to Maria curiously. Kindron: How do you propose I
do that?
Maria: Ruairi's black dragon blade. If we recover that, it's
possible that it can grant you the power of the Black Dragon
Knight. Ruairi did put his power into the blade before he died
right? At least, that's what Morrighan told me.
Kindron: That's right. It also has demon power from his last
transformation before I killed him. He says, thinking. I do need
to get stronger.
Maria takes out a new outfit and mask, giving it to Kindron.
Maria; If you get recognized as the Dark Tyrant, Sears will
attack us immediately. We need to fly under the radar as long as
possible this time. Your way didn't work, so this time we do it
my way.
Kindron: I'm not joining your crew. He says, noticing the
Blackbeard symbol on the black cloak.
Maria: Fine... I don't want you to anyway. But for now, just go
with it. You have to sell the facade that you're a new member of
my crew. You should be thankful. Lucy designed that outfit
herself just for you. She says to Kindron. Kindron takes the
outfit and inspects it a moment, and then puts on the cloak.
Kindron: I'll be sure to thank her. I can sense the fabric's
design was specifically designed... It's an impressive piece of
engineering. Dark matter, right?
Maria: And the last of the dark matter we had. So this will be
our last chance. She says to Kindron. You're going to need a new
identity.
Kindron holds the mask for a moment before smiling. He activates
the voice changer as he looks at the mask for a moment.
Kindron: Call me... Wolf Mask. He says as he puts on the mask.
End.
