As Alysa returns to normal, she tries to stand on her own but
her body language shows obvious signs of exhaustion. She tries
to speak and even raise one of her hands to her face but
weakness is too great as she finally drifts into exhausted
unconsciousness. Thankfully Zandrick kept his chains in place to
keep her from falling.
Kialo: Yeah, it's over and looks like Alysa is exhausted. She'll
probably be out for a few. Kialo says to Alice. He then looks to
Kindron as Kialo desummons his elemental armor. Kialo: You want
the long story or the Cliff Notes edition, Unc.. I mean..
Kindron? Kialo is trying hard not to call everyone what he
would back home like saying Uncle K. He then walks over to Alysa
and grabs her just right so he can pick her up when Zandrick
drops his chains.
Roxie sits up and then stands up. She decides to get a smartass
verbal jab in for the fun of it. Roxie: Two kids of Kenbo..
points to Kendrix .. and me popped in from another universe and
all hell broke loose literally. At least that's the jist of the
situation that I got from inside Clarice's head. Did I get that
about right, mates?
Anna shakes her head a bit and puts an arm around Donny's
shoulders. Anna: For once this is perhaps the best time for that
tune.
Shadowstalker: "This sucks! I didn't get any playtime! And what
did they do to my boy, Darkcaster? Who's the other kid? Damnit!
I miss everything!"

Kindron: Wow... This is been a weird day... First I nearly get
murdered by an alternate kid of mine, and now this. He says with
a sigh. Just when I thought I'd seen the weirdest things the
multiverse can throw at us.
Zandrick goes over and releases his chains so that he could
carry Alyssa inside on his back. Zandrick: I'm sorry for the
mess... If I could have kept Darkcaster in line, this probably
wouldn't have happened. He says to the group.
Zaz goes over and pats Zandrick on the shoulder. Zaz: It's
alright. It worked out and no one got seriously hurt... I assume
at least. He says looking over to make sure no one was hurt
during the incident.
Once Donny had done his joke with the Final Fantasy victory
tone, he puts his phone away. Donny: I thought so. He says back
to Anna as she mentions it was probably the best time for that
tone.

Kialo stops from going for Alysa and let's Zandrick carry her
inside. He then turns to look to Kindron with a bit of
curiosity. Kialo: You sound like people and creatures just
appearing out of nowhere as unusual. Does this not happen often
in this universe? Just asking in order to gauge how easy it will
be to get back home.
Alysa fell limp against Zandrick's back after he releases and
picks her up. It's obvious that she's unconscious and possibly
exhausted from what had just happened, but there's no outward
signs of injury. Alysa does move just a little though as
Zandrick carries her as she rubs her face against his back a bit
as if she's making herself comfortable as she sleeps.
Though Roxie would normal remain for a couple of drinks, she
could hear Clarice in her mind scolding Roxie about how Clarice
should be checking on Alysa. Clarice: "Roxie, you need to let me
back in control so I can check on the young lady and obtain a
DNA sample so I can make a repressant strong enough to control
her Hyde."
Roxie: "Aw but come on. Just one sparring match or a drink?
Please."
Clarice: "Hei and Kindron are married."
Roxie: "I wasn't thinking abou..."
Clarice: "We share the same mind like all Jekylls and Hydes,
Roxie. Now give me control, or so help me, I WILL find a way to
ask the others to force you. You can only take so much
electrical shocks before retreating."
Roxie: "Fine.. I'll let you have control again, but you owe me a
few drinks at the local "supers" only bar, damnit."
Clarice: "Agreed but after I do what I need to do." Roxie makes
the mental agreement and then begins the transformation back as
Clarice has their body grab her medical bag off the ground and
follow Zandrick inside. It doesn't take long for the
transformation to complete as Clarice returns to normal
completely while catching up with Zandrick. She had heard
Zandrick's comment about Darkcaster and Zaz's response. Clarice:
Luckily I am a medical professional so I'll make sure the young
lady is okay once she is inside and comfortable. Besides, I'll
need a DNA sample in order to make a genetic repressant powerful
enough to control her Hyde since it took five times what is
normally used on myself or my father. She says to Zandrick and
Zaz with a concerned yet calm look. Clarice: As for controlling
your own dark side, perhaps training with someone who has been
suffering from a similar problem for a couple hundred years
might help with that, young man.
Anna smiles a bit to Donny, then pulls out a blunt from her
case, and lights it while taking a hit. Anna: Well, I'm guessing
that training day is done after that excitement. She speaks as
she holds the smoke in a bit while handing the blunt to Donny.
Anna: Looks like now we're at the whole "let's get to know the
newcomers better" part of this chaotic day.
Shadowstalker: "Damnit! I missed all the fun! And you promised I
could get some exercise today!" Shadowstalker shouts at Anna in
her mind which Anna just ignores and thankful that no one else
except for Darkcaster could hear Shadowstalker.

Kindron: We're used to people appearing. It's been happening for
years, even though Kendra said it shouldn't be still happening.
She says its because everyone's still using dimensional
distortion powers and it's bringing our dimension back to square
one with it drawing teleportations in nearby universes. He
explains. I've seen a kid of Hei and Raven, a kid of me and
Zelphari, and even a kid of me and Integra, but it was the first
time one my alternate kids literally tried to murder me. Some of
the alternates we get STILL manage to surprise me now and then.
This has been one of those times.
Zandrick looks to Clarice. Zandrick: I can carry her inside so
she can rest if you want. He then looks away when she mentions
training. Zandrick: I've been trying to train to control
Darkcaster. It just hasn't worked.
Zaz: You know... If your hollow is a problem, you could do what
I did, and simply conquer it. Once you conquer it, you basically
learn to subconsciously completely suppress the hollow and it
isn't a problem unless something really crazy happens. I had to
conquer mine in order to keep it from overtaking my soul and
turning me into a hollow completely. Long story. But for you, it
might help you. You're surrounded by people that are about
working with your inner personalities, but I can actually help
you completely overcome your hollow completely. He says to
Zandrick.
Zandrick thinks for a moment. Zandrick: That is a tempting
offer... But I'll need to give it some thought.
From deep in Zandrick's mind, Darkcaster speaks up, though he
couldn't take through the shadows yet. Darkcaster: You better
not, a*shole! He says to Zandrick.
Donny: So it appears. He looks at Zaz. I'm interested in that
one. I wanna know what the hell is up with him. He says to Anna.

Kialo: Ah.. Not sure who Integra is, but I get the point. You
may have given me a better idea at my chances of getting Alysa
and me home.. Kialo then gets a bit of a sheepish grin. Kialo:
But sis is better at the smart stuff than me. He then gets a bit
more serious. In our universe, people and creatures popping in
from other dimensions is normal especially with how much more
powerful the energy is on our Earth. We even get mystic storms
where you can't use any powers or magic items of any kind
because it attracts the bolts of pure mystic energy which can
have a multitude of random effects. My sister and I ending up
here is one such random effect because I became impatient during
battle. It also sounds like we might have a hell of a time
getting home if distortion energies are causing havoc, but once
again, that's Alysa's area of smarts.
Clarice looks to Zandrick with a smile. Clarice: If you could
please carry her inside, that would be very helpful. She then
looks to Zaz with her more neutral professor look that she
normal gives her students. Clarice: Sometimes conquering that
which is the darkness in us all causes a greater weakness than
one can ever realize until it is too late, young man. My father,
Dr. Henry Jekyll, tried to do such a thing when he began trying
to conquer Edward Hyde, and it nearly got him killed during a
fight against a mutant named Apocalypse who wanted my father's
formula. If he hadn't finally accepted and made peace with his
darker half, then Apocalypse would've killed him and taken the
Hyde formula and research papers for his own nefarious purposes.
Clarice then pulls out a stethoscope from her medical bag and
puts it around her neck. Clarice: Then there is also the fact
that not all cases are the same. Take Anna for example. Her
Shadowstalker is not like any hollow that Edward and Roxie have
been against before. Shadowstalker doesn't need the hollow
transformation to command Anna's body and has all of Anna's
powers plus that of a hollow when in command like that for
example. Something my father thought was only Roxie could do.
One of Clarice's eyes briefly turns from brown to Roxie's cat
yellow then changing back. They also can't be safely separated.
Remove Shadowstalker and Anna will eventually die. She and I
found that out after a grim reaper friend of Anna's attempted it
and had to put Shadowstalker back when Anna went into full
cardiac arrest. She then sighs a bit as Roxie scolds Clarice a
bit for going full university professor on Zaz who Roxie has
respect for being a tough kid. Clarice: Listen to me. I'm
rambling like I'm lecturing my students. Very sorry about that.
My point is that it might be best to explore and think about all
options as there are plenty to teach some form of control.
Alysa sleeps peacefully against Zandrick's back as she softly
nuzzles him a bit again, trying to get more comfortable.
Anna looks to Zaz as Donny points him out. Anna and
Shadowstalker both agree with Donny which doesn't happen too
often.. Anna and Shadowstalker agreeing that is. Anna: That
makes three of us who want to know what the hell is up with him.
May be we should introduce ourselves and be neighborly? She says
as she takes another hit off her blunt.
Shadowstalker: "I don't trust him, Anna. He's dangerous to us."
Anna: "We don't know that for a fact until we get to know who he
is."
Shadowstalker: "He hurt Darkcaster. That's enough to tell me
that he's dangerous to us."
Anna: "And you're just as curious about how he did it as I am."
Shadowstalker: "Only because I want to counter it so I can beat
his ass for hurting my boy."
Anna: "You've really become motherly over Darkcaster since
meeting him.. and that actually scares me for some reason."
Shadowstalker: "Good."

Kindron: That sounds pretty rough. Is there a version of
Zelpharia or the Celestians in your world? They might be able to
come up with defensive measures against stuff like that. But as
for getting home... Our dimension is having a lot of issues and
we have had a lot of trouble getting people home. Right now, my
niece Kendra is the only one that can navigate the distortion to
go to other universes.
Zaz: I know how my mother's hollow works. Trust me, I'm pretty
experienced when it comes to hollow personalities. I've lived
with them all my life not just in myself, but in my mother and
little sister too. I've tried both methods of existing with
hollow power, both trying to live with my hollow, and the
current method I use now. And it's different from just normal
other personalities. In your case, your alternate personality is
a part of you that can't literally eat your soul whether on
purpose or on accident, at least from how I understand it. And
I'm not suggesting he destroy Darkcaster or my mother destroy
her hollow. I couldn't do that safely to mother or probably
Zandrick himself at least without help. Plus, I can only purify
hollows out of people that want to remove their hollows, so it
wouldn't work on Zandrick anyway because he doesn't consciously
want to remove Darkcaster. But the method I'm suggesting
wouldn't destroy Darkcaster or mother's hollow. It would just
put their hollow powers under their control and make it so they
use the hollow power, rather than the hollow using them, and
while suppressed, there's no risk of the hollow taking over.
They'd be able to reawaken it anytime they want if they did it
that way. But that's if they wanted to. Their method can still
work too. It's just a matter of what is better for them. I only
chose this path of conquering my hollow because I had to. If I
had my choice, I'd work with my hollow the way Zandrick and
mother work with theirs. My hollow side was like my brother. I
hated that I had to do what I did, but if I hadn't, neither of
us would exist and we would have just become a mindless hollow.
He says the last part with a sigh.
Zandrick takes Alyssa inside as Zaz talks to Clarice.
Donny: Yeah, I think we should go say hi. He says in response to
Anna's statement as he goes over to Zaz.

Kialo: Our Zeph has been trying to figure out how to slow the
problems back home, but he's come up short since the only real
solutions could actually damage the Earth's natural energy flow
system. Kialo knows who Zelpharia and the Celestians are in his
universe though his Zeph's last regeneration changed Zeph's
gender from a woman to a man. Kialo: Basically, our planet is so
powerful that gods use their full powers without restrictions
due to weak natural energy. I can feel that this world is much
weaker than where we come from and probably can't use some of my
favorite attacks because of that. There's a bit of
disappointment in his voice. Kialo: We've pretty much learned
how to live with it though and have been for the past 1500 years
according to Pappy Qrow. As for getting us home, if it's too
much of a problem right now then Alysa and I will have to wait
until it's easier. As Pappy would say, no sense in taking stupid
risks that could land you in worse trouble. This is one of the
few times Kialo's glad that there's no family around to tease
him about remembering his Qrow's words of wisdom but never
actually observing them often.
Clarice: Your method could quite possibly work well for Zandrick
then, but I have my reservation about how it would work for
Anna. The Anna of this world had an.. encounter with a being
called a daemon lord, but that is a tale for her to tell. I can
just say that she's had two people try to remove Shadowstalker
with one even being a death wraith doctor and both times it
almost killed her. So even with her being consciously willing to
be rid of Shadowstalker, I do not believe even you could safely
remove the entity, and I wouldn't feel comfortable with
recommending your technique of domination to her. She says to
Zaz with a thoughtful look. Clarice then spots a couch inside
and points to it, hoping to distract a bit. Clarice: Let's put
my alternate daughter on that couch. That should be good enough
for me to check vitals and draw some blood for samples.
Anna: That's my boy. Anna smiles as she takes another hit off
her blunt and watches Donny for a moment. She definitely
interested in Zaz and where he came from, but Shadowstalker
gives Anna a bit of resistance in walking forward. Anna: I
swear, Shadowstalker.
Shadowstalker: "Don't care if he's our alternate son, Anna. The
boy is dangerous to us."
Anna: Stop fighting, or so help me.. Shadowstalker stops
fighting and gives Anna her legs back. Anna sighs and then
quickly catches up with Donny.

Hei: We've heard of a few worlds like that where gods aren't
restricted. Though I can't say I've heard of one quite to the
extent of your world. He says in response to Kailo.
Zaz: I think you misunderstand what I'm suggesting... He says to
Clarice. I agree with you, though. There's NO way in hell I
could permanently remove her hollow half on my own. Uncle Tarich
might be able to, but I am nowhere near as skilled as he is with
purifying hollows out of people. Removing her hollow completely
isn't what I'm suggesting. I could demonstrate it for you.
Well... Show you how my hollow power works compared to those
like my mother. If it worked for me, it would definitely work
for mother too. If I can do it, mother could as well since my
hollow power works very similar to hers. He explains to Clarice.
Zandrick does as Clarice says and sets Alysa down on the couch.
Donny goes over to Zaz. Donny: So... You gonna introduce
yourself? He says as he taps Zaz's shoulder. I'm Donny. Donny
Rowe.
Zaz: Oh right... How rude of me. I didn't introduce myself. My
name is Azazel Shadow-Black... But just call me Zaz. That's what
everyone else calls me anyway. He says, introducing himself to
the group.

Kialo: According to what I learned in school, Alysa's and my
Earth is only that way because of an experiment ran by a
civilization called the Atlanteans. History isn't exactly my
strong suit, but I think they accidentally destroyed Purgatory
which somehow released a massive mystic lifeforce blast across
the planet and super charged the ley lines. That's if I remember
9th grade world history class correctly. After that, our planet
became a huge beacon to every powerful transdimensional and
multiverse traveling species out there who thrives on high
amounts of energy. We've even perfected technology that allows
us to be able to track members who are accidentally teleported
by some kind of random mystic eve... A look of dawning crosses
his face as he remembers about the transdimensional locators
both he and Alysa have on themselves. He then begins to pat
himself down to find the device. Kialo: Holy f*ck.. If you guys
are having problems getting people home, then that means there
could be a chance that the distortion would mess with our
transdimensional transport technology. Can't risk more of the
family getting stuck here if they come looking for us. I don't
think I could handle both version of my dad under one roof. He
says as he pulls a small round device from his pocket and checks
to see if it's active.
Clarice: As a woman of science, I can safely say that a
misunderstanding is highly possible. I was never one for
spirituality, but as an eternal student, I would be fascinated
to see such a demonstration. She says briefly to Zaz as she
follows Zandrick to the couch. She then places her medical bag
on the ground next to the couch, opens it, and pulls out a
stethoscope. Clarice: Thank you, young man. Could you stay close
as I will need a bit of assistance with the blood draw? She asks
Zndrick as she puts the stethoscope on and begins checking
Alysa's breathing and heart beat.
Anna takes a hit off her blunt as Donny introduces himself and
then starts choking after Zaz introduces himself. Another
alternate son of hers and Keirran. Anna: Hold on.. Shadow-Black
as in Anna Shadow and Keirran Black? As in an alternate son of
an alternate me?

Kendrix: You know... The Exiles and an alternate of my Uncle
Kindron have told me about a place called the Dark Dimension.
Apparently it's a place where people who are too strong for
individual universes go to live since they can't live in the
universes. You might check it out. I hear you can get there
through the Ley Lines, according to the other version of my
uncle Kindron (Kindron Whitefire). It's supposed to be a great
place to train and learn new skills, as well as meet people from
across the multiverse. You might talk to one of them who know
that place before you go. [/b]He says to Kailo.[/b]
Zandrick: Of course. Anything I can do to help. He says in
response to Clarice.
Zaz: I'd be happy to show you when we have a spare moment. I
still have plenty of time I can use my hollow power. He says
before turning to Donny and Anna. That's right. My universe's
version of you is my mother, and my father is Kierran Black. He
says in response to Anna.
Donny: I KNEW it. I thought that was Dark Daddio's techniques
you were using! Suddenly you completely make sense. He says,
having recognized a few of the techniques Zaz used from training
with Kierran.
Zaz: Yeah. He taught all of his skills. I even have a few of my
own I've developed, like the Black Spirit Canon.
Kindron: Yeah... Sorry. I brought him over here to introduce him
to you guys. But I got a little sidetracked when I got attacked
by an alternate daughter of mine on the way here. And then that
whole craziness when we got here. He says with a shrug.
