"Civilized people need to follow rules but these are mine. I
don't steal from people who can't afford it and I don't hurt
people who don't deserve it. Most importantly, if you say you'll
do something and you don't, I'll make sure you regret it."
Callum: How did you know that guy's gun wouldn't go off?
Parker: When I broke in the night before, I bent the firing pin
on most of their weapons.
Callum: Most of them?!
Former Ally: I gotta say, Parker, you came as advertised but I'm
gonna need the whole score for this next thing.
Parker: We made a deal.
Former Ally: If you were me, what would you do with a guy like
you?
Parker: I'd kill him while I had a chance.
Gregorio: How do you sleep at night?
Parker: I don't drink coffee after seven.
Gregorio: Huh. Sleeping pills normally works for me.
"If you don't tell me what I need to know, I'm gonna press down
on this chair until it crushes your trachea. Trust me, it's
agonizing. Plus, there's the posthumous humiliation of having
been killed with a chair."
*~Parker when he was torturing a man with a bar stool.*
Parker: *points the gun* Do what I say and you won't get hurt.
Enemy: *tried to take out gun from holster* Mine's bigger than
yours.
Parker: *shoots him in the leg* It's not the size. It's how you
use it.
Callum: Do you ever feel bad about what you did when you were a
thief?
Parker: Everyone steals, kid. Some people admit it to
themselves, some don't. It's what human beings do. That's why we
invented locks.
Gregorio: Hey, Parker. Sorry to bother you but I got a favor to
ask if you're still in England.
Parker: I just got back so you called just in time. What's the
favor?
Gregorio: Remember the files I sent you a few days ago before
you went on vacation?
Parker: How could I forget? You got some special kids working
with you and this Pride guy.
Gregorio: I know. Well, those special kids are in England to
visit family and I need you to keep an eye on them.
Parker: I'm not a babysitter, Tammy.
Gregorio: I know that, it's just... *sighs* Look, due to the
crazy bullshit you told me that's going on over there, I just
had to call you since you're the only one I can trust. I just
need you to help them out when they need it. God forbid
something happens over there like those Weapon Division assholes
attempting to nab Theodore and drag him back into that hellhole
of an organization.
Parker: Damn... Then again, those UNIT soldiers that are still
loyal to that bitch (Kate) may attempt to try to nab the boy
along with his pals for themselves if they found out about them.
I can see why you called me. Okay. I'll keep an eye out for you.
If all hell breaks loose, I'll send them to any of Sir Caanan's
people. Or to him if necessary.
Gregorio: Thank you so much. I owe you one.
"Parker is one of the best agents I have ever met. And one of
the most dangerous ones. He knows how to do his job and he takes
it seriously. If you're his target, you better pray that he's on
your side."

*Organization:*
MI-6
*Rank:*
Freelancer
*Powers/Abilities:*
Military CQC Training:
~Parker learned the military's close quarters combat fighting
style. He was trained heavily in this art, and Parker learned to
defend himself from almost all manners of supernaturals. He is
highly trained, even when he was once a thief. He is at the peak
of human combat ability, and while he's not on par with stronger
supernaturals and high level opponents, he can handle himself in
a fight. This style focuses on attacking pressure points, and
using every advantage one can have, such as attacking joints and
vitals, as well as being good with grapples and using an
opponents momentum against them.
Supernatural Expert:
~Even before he became an agent, Parker studied up on
supernaturals and extra terrestrials ever since his unfortunate
interactions with a terrorist who was possessed by a jinn.
Thanks to his partner, Callum, Parker started to learn
everything he could about the type of things he'd be up against
if he has to face them again. Parker learned as much as he
could, from weaknesses to strengths and the type of opponents
who would be most likely to attack the UK. He even learned
special traps and seals like those used to trap angels and
demons. Though most of what he knows only works temporarily.
Though, he won't be afraid to use torture methods.
Navigation Intuition:
~User has a great sense of navigation, which allows them to know
where areas, people and things are, the distance from where they
are to another location, what routes can be taken, which
direction the desired location is, etc.
Survival Intuition:
~The user has intuitive understanding in survival, allowing them
to actively prepare for emergencies, including possible
disruptions in social or political order, on scales from local
to international. Survivalists often acquire emergency medical
and self-defense training, stockpile food and water, prepare to
become self-sufficient, and build structures (e.g., a survival
retreat or an underground shelter) that may help them survive a
catastrophe.
This also includes clusters of natural disasters, patterns of
apocalyptic planetary crises, or "Earth Changes", anthropogenic
disasters, general collapse of society, financial disruption or
economic collapse, global pandemic, or widespread chaos or some
other unexplained apocalyptic event.
Interrogation Intuition:
~he user is able to extract information from their opponents
through various means, the use of the Bad Cop Technique involves
the means of Intimidation, scaring them, inflicting pain, or
psychically extracting the information.
The user can even use a more subtle way of getting information
from opponents called the Good Cop Techniques where it includes
making them feel comfortable, being friendly with them, or using
reverse psychology to get information.
Expert Gun and Weapons User:
~Being military trained and a former criminal, Parker is
knowledgeable with many guns and weapons. In a fight he can
wield many different types of weapons, as he has training on how
to use almost every type of weapon. He is able to pick up almost
any weapon and use it effectively. Of course, there's a lot of
tech weapons, supernatural weapons and other types of weapons
that Parker doesn't know, so this doesn't mean he can wield
supernatural weapons with ease.
Master Tactician:
~Parker is a pretty smart and strategic fighter when he fights
opponents, always looking for weak spots in someone's abilities.
He is a patient and very careful fighter, usually trying to play
it safe. However, he is also very brutal when he has to, and he
does this with almost every opponent he faces. For the most
part, he is a great tactician, even when he's not fighting
directly.
Enhanced Senses:
~Even though Parker is not a supernatural, he has trained his
senses in combat and in meditation as much as he can. All of his
senses are enhanced, able to take in more information more
quickly than most humans. This mostly applies to his sight, as
his military training and combat experience lets him process
things far more quickly, and lets his eyes keep up with faster
opponents. Though the problem with this is that his eyes can
sometimes be too fast in processing, and sometimes his body
can't keep up with his eyes in a fight. While Parker's senses
aren't on par with a supernatural's superior senses, they are
not enhanced enough that they can't be overwhelmed like many
other supernaturals, which gives him an advantage if one tries
to do so.
Meditative Mind:
~After a human mutant tried to take control of his mind during
his revenge mission, Parker tried to learn how to keep his mind
free from supernatural influence. Through this training and help
from those with special training, Parker learned how to control
his mind, effectively letting him see through illusions and
letting him resist most psychic abilities that try to affect the
brain. This is on par with the Darkfire Clan's disciplined mind
training, though Parker can't go into his own mind like the
Darkfires can. However, this also helps Parker remain
level-headed in tough situations, making his strategic nature
more beneficial in a fight.
Thievery Skills:
~Parker is a master thief. He learned to hide in the shadows,
pick locks, pickpocket without being noticed, and how to flee
the scene when the time is right. This helped him a lot when it
came to performing heists, even with his moral codes.
Enhanced Speed, Strength, Stamina, and Defense:
~Though not a supernatural, Parker is a highly trained human
soldier and is at the peak of human capability in terms of
combat potential. While he doesn't compare to the stronger
supernaturals, he is tough enough in a fight that he doesn't go
down easily. He has enhanced strength and speed, as well as his
combat training granting him higher defense and better stamina
management. Parker is a pretty balanced fighter in terms of
combat ability, though while tough, he's not the toughest
opponent one could face. However, with his weapons and his
combat training, he is not one to underestimate.
*Transformation:*
None
*Weaknesses:*
Parker is still human, so he is still just as vulnerable as any
human is once one gets past his defenses. A fatal wound will
still kill him since he has no supernatural regeneration. Parker
himself has no supernatural abilities, as he is only human.
Without his items and weapons, he is just as easy to kill as any
other human. Parker has high defense, but in terms of actual
strength and speed, he's not a match for supernaturals that can
easily kill him in one blow such as Grave. If it weren't for his
equipment and tech, he wouldn't be able to match most
supernaturals. Half of the time, it's his partner Callum who has
been helping him when it comes to supernatural situations such
as fights. While he can survive almost anything with his shield
unit, intense military combat and survival skills along with
resisting combat abilities with his vibranium enhanced suit, his
offense doesn't have a lot going since he's not really meant to
fight, whenever he likes it or not. And he really doesn't like
it.
*Weapons:*
Custom Pistol with silencer:
~A pistol made by his partner, Callum. When his last one was
broken during his run with a jinn, Parker was able to get a new
gun crafted. Although it looks like any other pistol, the weapon
is made out of vibranium which can carry any ammo he puts in
from bullets to plastic tranquilizers.
Ammo and Items (Case by Case):
~Parker has specialized ammo designed to take on supernaturals
and enhanced humans such as conduits and mutants. He has a few
clips of ammo on him in a fight, some with different types of
ammo. His most used ammo is stilled silver ammo, as well as his
secondary being varanium ammo. He also has other ammo such as
iron, lead and copper ammo which was given to him by Callum.
Parker has access to this ammo on his person at almost all
times. He can switch out cartridges when needed, switching ammo
types. The ammo types don't interfere with the gun's
enchantment, luckily, so Parker doesn't have to worry about what
type of ammo he uses. Parker also have items that can help him
such as pills he can take in case he gets poison.
Energy Dispel Ring:
~This is a unique artifact given to Parker to aid in his defense
against supernaturals who might try to kill him. This
supernatural artifact dispels any energy around Parker, making
energy attacks next to useless when he activates it. He is able
to dispel almost any energy he wants as long as he has this ring
on his finger. This can dispel almost any type of energy attack,
similar to aura breaker weapons. The ring can also dispel aura
if Parker comes into contact with an opponent with a strong
aura. However, Parker has to be careful, because he can still be
hit by energy attacks if he's not careful. This effect is a
conscious effort, so Parker has to know the attack is coming to
negate it. And this doesn't negate physical attacks, only
energy.
Wasp Injection Stilled Mercury/Varanium Knife:
~This weapon is no ordinary knife. The heart of this gruesomely
effective close-in weapon is a CO2 cylinder, which is triggered
to vent out through a hollow channel in the blade and into the
target. When instantly injected with several dozen cubic feet of
CO2, it explodes inside of the victim, doing immense damage,
even killing the victim instantly if it hit the vital organ such
as the heart or brain. This weapon is also immune to magnetism
or earth manipulation powers so it won't be taken out of
Parker's hands.
Vibranium Fabric Suit:
~Despite how his suit looks, it is actually lined with
vibranium, designed to grant him enhanced defense in a fight.
This makes his suit hard to pierce, and allows the vibranium
fabric to absorb some energy and reflect it back. However, this
depends on the intensity of the power, as too much power can
still overwhelm and damage him. However, depending on the
situation, this can also be a disadvantage for Parker, as some
enemies can reabsorb their amplified attacks. Despite the suit
looking constrictive, it is actually made more flexible than it
appears. When in a fight, Parker doesn't lose any mobility, and
thanks to the defense, he is harder to take out. Unlike certain
variations of vibranium fabric, this particular fabric doesn't
have the problem of absorbing and intensifying concussive
damage. However, that also means the fabric isn't as strong
either.
Medallion:
~This Scottish medallion is given to Parker that will hide his
presence, which is useful for things such as assassination.
Callum made sure that no one can take it off except for Parker
himself on his own free will.
*Personality:*
A serious and stern man who has an unique moral code for a
former thief and still has it when he started to work as an
agent. Due to what happened to him, Parker doesn't trust people
easily to the point that he will go all the way as to put
trackers and check for wires until he is sure that they can be
trusted. Parker can be pretty charming and has a caring
personality, to the point that he formed a bond with a young
half breed named Callum. Parker doesn't take betrayal and being
deceived lightly, to the point that he will go to brutal
measures to make that person pay.
*Bio:*
Parker was a thief who has an unusual code: He doesn't steal
from the poor and hurt innocent people. He was asked to join
four other guys on a job that they pulled off flawlessly. They
tell Parker that what they got can help them set up another job
which will net them much more. But Parker doesn't want to join
them and asks for his share. But they need it all so they try to
kill him. They dispose of his body but miraculously survived and
was to the hospital. After recovering he sets out to get back at
the ones who tried to kill him, another one of his codes.
Despite being told that they are working for a known mobster
which he was not aware of, he still wants to go after them. He
learns where they are and poses as a wealthy Texan looking to
buy a house. So he hires a real estate agent to show him around.
He was actually trying to find out where they're holed up. And
when he finds it, he sets out on his plan to get them. But when
they learn he is alive, they contact the mobster to take care of
him. So the mobster sends a killer to take care of him. Thanks
to the help of an FBI agent who was undercover, he managed to
get his revenge but unfortunately learned that monsters are real
once he found out that the mobster boss was a jinn.
Weeks later, Parker was recruited as an MI-6 agent so they can
help him start a new life and hunting down supernaturals. That
was when he met a young Scottish man named Callum. Although the
two were an odd pair, they were a team. One mission, Parker
found out that the boy is a half breed. One soldier thought that
he was a spy but Parker stopped the soldier and told him to give
the boy a chance (after kicking his ass). After some
discussions, heated arguments and paperwork from not only MI-6
but also from UNIT who wanted Callum because Kate seemed
interested in him, Callum remained as Parker's partner... much
to Kate's dislike.
Eight months ago, Parker got a call from his old friend,
Gregorio and asked a favor from him: Keep an eye on Theo and his
friends. After explaining the situation, Parker accepts the
favor. He now keeps an eye on Theo and his friends, making sure
that both mundane and supernatural threats keep their paws off
of Pride's agents and allies.
