       Willow: ”You know they say every time a child laughs for the
       first time that a fairy is born.”[/I]
       Illias suddenly bursts out in his best attempt at laughter and
       startles the crud out of Theo and Willow.
       Theo: almost shat a brick [I]”D-Did Illy just create an imp
       then?”[/I] He ask sarcastically.
       Willow breaks out into her trademark giggles at the situation.
       Willow wrinkles her nose as Fetu walks into the lounge rec room
       from the gym. She had instantly knew who needed to take a shower
       thanks to her superhuman sense of smell. Willow: [I]”Whew! Fetu,
       have you been eating Polynesian food again?”[/I]
       A sweaty Fetu looks at Willow with a bewildered look. Fetu:
       [I]”Yeah, why?’[/I]
       Willow: [I]”Oh good lord! That’s why I smell rotten fish and
       garlic! Go take the shower you should’ve before leaving the gym,
       dude!”[/I] Everyone else in the room laughs in agreement with
       Willow as Fetu stalks off.

       Abilities:
       Natural Born Witch: The user is born with ability to cast magic
       without aid of rituals and ingredients. All the user needs to do
       is have a focus/intention and find the right words in mind for
       the spell. This is because of their deep spiritual connection to
       the mystic energies of Earth and the weave of magic similar to
       Spellweavers and Ley Line Walkers. Natural Born Witches do write
       down spells they create and will learn how to safely make
       potions and charms.
       Magic: Users are able to utilize magic, the use of rituals,
       symbols, action, gestures, language, etc., to exploit
       supernatural forces to varying degrees, with only their skill,
       personal power-level, imagination/knowledge, and/or morality to
       define the borders. Given the flexibility of magic, its users
       have essentially limitless possibilities for what they can
       accomplish, thus achieving Reality Warping.
       All magic is fueled by magical energies like mana or even
       alternative source that can comes from arcane beings or other
       potential sources, which is the energy that is used to form
       magic into reality, without the necessary energy or source to
       fuel magic into existence it would be simply be powerless
       practices and pure myths.

       Magical Energy Manipulation: User can create, shape, absorb or
       manipulate magical energy to use magic for a variety of effects
       and purposes.
       [I]Genetic Modification Unlocked Abilities:[/I]
       Homo Magi Superius Physiology: The user is a human that
       possesses both superpowers and magic abilities. In regards to
       having powers via genetic engineering, birth, evolution,
       training to gain superpowers and magic, and having bestowed
       powers from supernatural beings, they are still technically
       human without their physiology being or almost altered, much
       like metahumans do. Willow did quickly learn that the DNA of
       Victor “Sabretooth” Creed and Jean “Phoenix” Grey was used in
       the genetic manipulation done on her by Dr. Essex/Mister
       Sinister.

       Regenerative Healing Factor: Like Sabretooth's primary mutant
       power, Willow as an accelerated healing process that enables her
       to regenerate most (if not all) damaged or destroyed areas of
       her anatomy with far greater efficiency than an ordinary human.
       The rate of regeneration is proportional to the damage caused.
       This process is automatic and Willow seems to have no control
       over it. Her healing factor, however, does not seem to stop
       Willow from feeling the pain of her wounds nor the pain of her
       body regenerating itself.
       Contaminant Immunity: Willow's regenerative healing also affords
       her the virtual immunity to poisons, viruses, diseases, and most
       drugs.
       Fatigue Resistance: Willow is partially resistant to fatigue
       poisons produced from physical activity.
       Decelerated Aging: In addition, Willow's healing factor provides
       her with an extended lifespan by slowing the effects of the
       aging process; It is believe that her decelerated aging will
       fully kick between the ages of 20 and 25.
       Superhuman Senses: Like Sabretooth, Willow possess superhuman
       senses including sight, hearing, smell and taste but not known
       if her sense of touch has also been heightened. These senses
       allow her to track prey similar to dogs.
       ~Sight: Willow has enhanced night vision due to containing twice
       the average number of retina in her eyes after the genetic
       manipulation by Essex/Sinister. This also allows her to see in
       the infra-red as well as visible spectrum. Unlike Sabretooth,
       Willow is not partially colorblind.
       ~Hearing: Willow has extraordinarily accurate hearing as she
       could hear light breathing from 200 ft away.
       ~Smell: Like Sabretooth, Willow has a highly developed olfactory
       sense and memory allow her to detect and track a scent over 8
       hours old with a concentration of 20 parts per million.
       ~Taste: Willow can detect 1 part in 10,000 with his sense of
       taste.
       Odin’s Sight (Clairvoyance): Users can acquire information using
       sight outside the normal range of detection about an object,
       person, location, or physical event. Usually, they can also do
       so without the aid of their vision, allowing them to act when
       they are unable to use their eyes.
       Users would be able to detect beings/entities normally
       completely undetectable, like spiritual and psychic beings.
       Additionally, they can perceive sights and visual sensations
       from other dimensions and from past events, future events, or
       locations that are currently outside the range of normal human
       senses or vision. This also means that they can receive
       optical/visual sensations (i.e. itchy eyes, crying/watery eyes,
       rolling eyes, sharper vision, rapid blinking, blurry vision,
       blindness) from things outside the normal range of perception.
       In short, clairvoyance is extrasensory perception based on a
       being's vision and/or eyes.
       Telepathy: Users can mentally interact with the mind,
       consciousness, and thoughts of themselves or others through
       mental power/capacity, thus being able to read/sense another
       person's thoughts, communicate with them mentally, and a
       plethora of other capabilities without the aid of physical
       communication (noise or movement).
       Telepathy has three common categories; Psychic Communication,
       which is the ability to transmit information from one mind to
       another, Psychic Perception, which is the ability to receive
       information with one’s mind, and Mind Manipulation, which is the
       ability to influence the minds of others to varying degrees. The
       most advanced telepaths are not only capable of interacting with
       the minds or spirits of others, but with reality itself in
       various ways, tapping into psychic/astral energies, extending
       their senses/perception and even their very consciousness beyond
       the limits of their bodies, and potentially even projecting
       their power into the physical plane.
       [I]Special Techniques:[/I]
       Come To Me: By using her psychic and magic abilities in
       combination, Willow uses this technique find and magically
       teleport any object or person up to the size of a small ocean
       ship such as those used by US Coast Guard. As she builds up
       magical energy for the teleportation spell, Willow will focus on
       her target and locate the target using her psychic power. She
       then releases the teleportation spell on the target with the
       magic incantation that she created, “Come To Me”. She
       accidentally teleported Theo into the women’s gym locker room at
       Weapon X HQ when she first learned it. Down side is the bigger
       the object or group of people the more worn out she will be
       afterwards when over the weight of a small elephant.
       Sleep Tight: This is a simple area sleep spell where Willow can
       put target opponents in a 100ft radius to sleep for 10 rounds.
       It’s a quick build of energy and then releases with the magic
       words, “Sleep Tight”. Those with sleep magic resistances have a
       high chance of resisting while people immune to any form of
       sleep are immune.
       Weaknesses:  Muramasa Blade: Willow is vulnerable to the
       Muramasa Blade. The sword, which was constructed through some
       means with the use of a piece of Wolverine's own soul, has the
       ability to greatly nullify the efficiency of an accelerated
       healing factor. Carbonadium Poisoning: Willow's healing factor
       can be dramatically slowed if Carbonadium is implanted inside of
       her, such as swallowing something made of Carbonadium or being
       wounded by a bullet composed of it. It causes her healing factor
       to be reduced to a slow crawl, at least in comparison to its
       normal speed, but doesn't fully suppress it. Vulnerable Senses:
       Willow's heightened senses can be taken advantage of. Downing
       can kill her still if not rescued. Decapitation/Severe Spinal
       Damage: Willow can be killed if her head becomes separated from
       her body, causing her brain to be unable to send signals to the
       section(s) of her body that needs healing. [I]Raw Talent:[/I]
       Even though well trained in many regards, Willow is still young
       and hasn’t had much training in the use of her powers save for
       her Heightened Senses and regeneration which Sabretooth trained
       her well in. This means that she can easily be out done by a
       more skilled user.
       Skills & Training:
       Knowledge: Language and Literacy: The ability to speak and read
       one or more languages.
       Language & Literacy known by Willow:
       American English: 100% chance of successful understanding
       Norwegian: 100% chance of successful understanding
       Research: Training in the use of methods, techniques, and means
       of finding information, including public records, libraries,
       interviews, surveys, demographics, trade journals, the computer
       network, and legal searches. This skill is helpful in locating
       information about people, places, and things. The G.M. should
       ultimately the availability of accessible, known information
       regarding a particular subject. Any character can do research
       and ask questions, but the research skill will reduce the amount
       of time by half and the character is trained to notice relevant
       information that an untrained character is liable to overlook.
       Thus, for truly secret or difficult information, you must have
       the character with the research skill try to uncover it.
       Radio: Basic:[/I] The rudimentary knowledge of the operation and
       maintenance of all sorts of radio equipment, including military
       radio systems, field radios and walkie-talkies, audio recording
       devices, wire laying, installation, radio procedure,
       communication security, and Morse code. It does not include the
       ability to make repairs nor operate video equipment.
       Mathematics: [I]Basic:[/I] Knowledge of basic math, including
       the ability to count, addition, subtraction, multiplication,
       division, and fractions.
       Hand to Hand Combat: [I]Basic:[/I] This skill provides
       elementary fighting techniques and methods of attack and
       self-defense as taught in military basic training or in
       self-defense classes.
       Tactical Analysis: The ability to be an extremely skilled
       strategic genius and apply this skill for several objectives.
       The user can create strategies and plans several steps ahead of
       the opponent, seeming like the user can see into the future. The
       user is able to elaborate complex plans and strategies and apply
       them in, not just battle, but any other activity that involves
       cunning intellect, e.g. strategic games. Most of the users of
       this ability are very analytical and can understand or
       anticipate the enemies' moves.
       One-Man Army: The ability to be as deadly as a vastly superior
       force. The user is able to fight against seemingly, overwhelming
       odds with ease. They are a capable warrior on the battlefield,
       decimating the enemy single-handedly and with near supernatural
       finesse that pars with the skill of more experienced fighters.
       This ability can manifest into various ways but is usually the
       result of extreme martial skill. Users of this ability are as
       deadly at long-range combat as they are in close quarter.
       Training Regimen: The circumstance in which one develops
       incredible abilities through extensive training. The user has
       developed abilities near to or actually superhuman simply
       by/through an extensive/excessive training regimen.
       Special Ops Mastery: The ability to innately or through inhuman
       and advanced training have special operations skills and
       maintain them without the need of further training. User is
       almost super-humanly skilled in all forms of special operations
       including but not limited to Mercenary Works,
       Counterintelligence, Black Propaganda, Counter-Terrorism,
       Guerrilla Warfare, Direct Action, Counterinsurgency,
       Assassination, Close Target Reconnaissance, Unconventional
       warfare, etc.
       The ability may be from advanced training, mental programming or
       even supernatural/superhuman powers. Combined with high
       intellect and a high level of physical ability, they can create
       completely new possibly unbeatable methods of special
       operations. Important that comes from special operations are
       such as Reconnaissance and surveillance in hostile environments,
       Training and development of other states' military and security
       forces, Offensive action, Sabotage and demolition and Hostage
       rescue.
       Stealth Tactics: The ability to possess extraordinarily
       expertise in stealth. The user possesses incredibly extensive
       knowledge and skill in many types and ways of stealth tactics,
       enabling them to easily slip in and out of areas undetected.
       Their abilities in all manners of stealth are so refined they
       appear as mere illusions to those who have been lucky to spot
       the user. The users of this ability can move throughout even the
       most guarded of areas and act in true discretion.
       Stealth Combat: The ability to use advanced stealth in direct
       combat. User can use extraordinary fighting skills in
       combination with superior stealth abilities for particularly
       lethal effects. It allows them to land flurries of critical
       blows while easily escaping their targets' clueless
       counterattacks, devastating opposing forces they couldn't hope
       to face in normal combat.
       Enhanced Marksmanship: The ability to achieve complete and utter
       accuracy on distant targets. User can achieve complete and utter
       accuracy on distant targets, with the activity in their brain
       center for aim, accuracy and precision is drastically improved.
       They need only to aim for an instant before they can precisely
       hit a target with a projectile.
       User can judge extremely long distances amazingly accurately,
       gauging the strength needed to launch a projectile, in order to
       hit a target accurately. If a target is moving the user can
       calculate the best method to hit the target. Visual obstructions
       like smoke and vegetation do not hinder their ability to get an
       accurate bead on their target, and their intense focus on
       whatever they're shooting at allows them to shut out outside
       distractions. They can compensate for environmental factors that
       would normally throw off their aim like wind, air resistance,
       gravity, and radiant heat (which distorts the image of the
       target).
       Dual wield: The ability to use two weapons simultaneously. The
       user is capable of wielding two different weapons with ease in
       combat. The weapons in question are normally bladed weaponry
       and/or firearms, but it can be virtually any melee and/or ranged
       weapon. Because of this, the user is able to deal twice the
       damage to their opponent quickly, swiftly, and effectively.
       They're also able to hold their own against multiple enemies at
       multiple angles, allowing them to fight and take advantage of
       wide openings.
       However, due to possessing two weapons at the same time, the
       user often bears poor defense skills, so this ability requires
       speed, power, accuracy, and fast reaction time in order to
       maneuver through and counter their enemies' attacks in order to
       make up for the lack of defense.
       Enhanced Assassination: The power to possess the skills to
       locate and slay targets like an assassin. User can perform the
       art of assassination better than the average killer, they are
       able to dispatch their victims without as so much as a struggle.
       The ways to do this range from something complex and
       high-finesse like mastery in stealth, strategically planned
       scenarios and highly disciplined martial arts to something
       simple-yet-effective like brute strength and raw speed to
       overwhelm the targets.
       Combat Specialist: The ability to be a hand-to-hand combat
       genius. The user has an encyclopedic knowledge in hand-to-hand
       fighting styles; therefore understanding and analyzing opponents
       style of combat and flaws in the opponent's attack and defense.
       He can also use attacks that can automatically knock down the
       opponent or use the strength of the opponent to his favor.
       The user has a vast knowledge of the opponent's body and their
       limitations, have an incredible perception of opponents and the
       users surrounding areas using it to his or her advantage, and
       can copy or mix several types of martial arts and movements and
       understand how a special attack works in matter of minutes. This
       power can be enhanced by the users experience and improvement of
       skill. Masters of this abilities can counter or detect flaws on
       opponents Special Attacks.
       Weapon Proficiency: The ability to understand and use any and
       all weapons with the proficiency of a master. User with this
       ability need only to pick up a weapon before they instantly
       become proficient in it. The first time they pick up a sword,
       they can spar with masters, the first time they use a bow, they
       can hit bulls-eyes. Even alien, magical, or other weaponry that
       they should not understand comes naturally to them.
       Magic Combat: The user is able to infuse magic with physical
       attacks, using magical energies to blast away, hex opponents,
       and strengthen attacks.
       They can infuse their attacks with magic, augment their physical
       capabilities, use magic attacks, etc.

       Social Intuition [I]aka Common Touch:[/I] User intuitively
       determines how to interact with subjects. One with this ability
       could tell exactly what to say to interact with certain people,
       or tell the rank of a person within a group. The user also gains
       a great voice, eloquence, and charisma.
       Lore: [I]Magic:[/I] This area of study does NOT give the
       character any magic abilities, the ability to use techno-wizard
       devices, or the ability to read magic symbols.
       This area of study provides general knowledge, theories and
       historical reference on how magic works, common magical powers
       and spells, their effects, who possesses such magic, notable
       creatures of magic, various types of magic users, places of
       reputed magical significance and power, and myths and legends
       about magic, the most famous magic items, and notorious
       sorcerers. Although the character cannot read runes or mystic
       symbols, he is likely to be able to recognize whether the symbol
       is real magic ward, rune, warning, part of an inscription or
       spell, or a fake.
       Handgun Weapon Proficiency: A familiarity with all types of
       projectile firing handguns including revolvers and pistols.
       Revolvers are the classic cylinder-based “six shooter”. Pistols
       are “automatic” weapons which means gun the keeps firing while
       the trigger is depressed and doesn’t stop until the trigger is
       released or the ammunition is spent.
       Computer Operation: A knowledge of how computers work along with
       the skills to operate peripherals like keyboards, printers,
       modems. The character can follow computer directions, enter and
       retrieve information, install programs, games and software, use
       the web/internet, and similar basic computer operations. Does
       not include Repair, Programming, or Hacking.
       Computer Programming: Advanced computer knowledge that includes
       designing, programming, debugging, and testing computer programs
       and software. Hacking is possible but at a -40% penalty unless
       the character also has the Computer Hacking skill.
       Computer Hacking: This is a computer skill similar to Computer
       Programming skill, however, the emphasis of this skill is
       breaking computer access codes to gain illegal access to other
       computer systems and steal or corrupt the data. The character is
       an expert in tracing computer data, bypassing defense systems,
       and breaking (hacking) codes; +5% bonus to Cryptography,
       Surveillance, and Locksmith (electronic and computer controlled
       locks only) skills if the character is a hacker.
       [I]Requirements:[/I] Literacy, Computer Operation, Computer
       Programming, and at least Basic Math skills.
       [i]Personality: Willow is a happy, bubbly teenager who does know
       how to be serious when needed. She can be fierce fighter but is
       much happier not hurting other people.
