Illias and Victor had been surrounded by enemy guards and
fighting viciously to clear a way out for the rest of the team.
Victor: Hey, kid! I'm about to go all out wild if this keeps up!
Can ya please turn on your bug zapper for these pests so I don't
get my butt chewed for killing more of our people again?!"
Even among the sounds of guns, metal hitting metal, electrical
snaps, and yelling, Illias heard Victor and obliged by powering
up and releasing his Stun Grenade Blast. As the humans dropped
bloody and unconscious from the blast, Victor let out a roar of
pain as the adamantium intensified the shock and dropped to one
knee. Illias then looked to Victor as he shook off the affects
of Illias' stun blast and slowly stood up. Illias: "Are you
okay, Sabretooth?"
Victor looked to Illias with his predatory grin as he got fully
to his feet. Victor: "Yeah, it's gonna take more than that to
keep this old tiger down, kid." Victor then walked over to
Illias and watched as one guard behind Illias began to stir and
drag himself towards a still loaded gun. Victor: "Nice work, but
ya know what the difference is between you and me?"
Illias made a curious look on his face that would be normal for
a person with a soul and emotions. Illias: "I have enough
training to not kill everyone I come into contact with while you
take some kind of sadistic pleasure in spilling blood." Though a
normal person might have made this sound like guess, Illias said
it as a matter of fact.
As Illias answered, the badly injured guard had finally made it
to the gun and took aim at Illias. Victor pulled out his agency
issued survival knife and threw it into the head of the guard,
the knife just barely skimmed pass an unflinching Illias. The
guard dropped dead. Victor: "Close but wrong, Lightning Bug. I
know how not to let my guard down around other trained killers
playing possum." Victor walked pass Illias, placed a foot on the
dead man, bent over, and then pulled the knife from its resting
spot. Victor: "But you still did a good job." Victor said as he
stood straight and walked back over to Illias while cleaning and
putting the knife away. He then clapped Illias on the shoulder.
Victor: "With enough training, you could be as good as me one
day. Now let's go get the others and Ol' Salty Dog Fetty and get
home so I can get the stench of cheap vodka, other people's
urine, and gun oil off of me."

Homo Sapiens Superior Physiology: The user is a human that has
developed powers and abilities from a variety of
causes/circumstances, such as evolution, genetic experiments,
enchantment, having powers bestowed upon them by other beings or
sources, through unnatural birth causes, and training to obtain
said powers classifying them into superhuman beings. Also,
thanks to still being human, (if the powers are in any relation
to genetics), they can use these abilities without becoming a
monster (i.e. keeping their human physique, sanity, and humanity
without it being altered from possible instability).
Homo Superiors can also be divided into two categories:
Rational[/I]
Metahumans of this category gain their powers by an unusual
evolutionary process by chance in each individual, unnatural
birth causes, genetic engineering, or exposed to radiation or
biohazardous substances, like mutagens, or any other methods in
relation to genetic experimentation in that regard.
In one way or another, certain superhumans that are of this
classification might have minor physical changes without their
humanity being fully or almost slipped away, like their irises
changing to any color like a fiery shade of red, yellow, purple,
etc, retractable claws or spikes, fangs or sharp teeth, the
color of the skin being changed, among others. In fact, these
kinds of superhumans will be able to possess powers without
their physiology being altered and lose their humanity as a
result.

By this category, metahumans gain their powers by having their
abilities bestowed upon them by supernatural beings,
enchantment, certain serums, cybernetic enhancements/implants,
training to self-bestow their powers like telekinesis for
example, being blessed or granted wishes to obtain their powers,
and among many other methods without any scientific
modification. Most of these kinds of superhumans have the
potential to become mystical class superhumans.
Unlike the rational-based types, this category of superhumans
wouldn't have to be able to suffer mutations and instability of
their deoxyribonucleic acid, which can be caused in certain
ways. Unlike the rational based category, these kinds of
superhumans are more likely to maintain their humanity because
they don't share the same genetic unpredictably that
rational-based superhumans are more likely to have.

electricity, a form of energy resulting from the movement of
charged particles (such as electrons or protons), allowing
control over electric fields, all charge carriers (Ions,

eventually grow to manipulate the weather and create
thunderstorms.

Thunder Manipulation: A user of this ability can manipulate the
shockwaves and rumbling crashing noises caused by lightning
strikes due to the expansion of rapidly heated air during a
storm, known as thunder, to deal deadly and possibly concussive
results. They can release thunder energy to make someone deaf by
busting their eardrums, or even make organs burst, killing the
opponent.

Dark Lightning Manipulation: User can create, shape and
manipulate the electricity of a darker, detrimental nature; that
which damages, destroys, and consumes anything/everything they
come across, representing the hazardous destructive side of
electricity, which in turn ignores most of the limitations and
weaknesses of the normal electricity. In essence, this is about
solely controlling the negative powers of electricity.

Pure/White Lightning Manipulation: User can create, shape and
manipulate electricity of beneficial nature; that which
strengthens, enhances and causes anything/everything it comes
across to flourish, representing the sustaining and preserving
side of electricity, which in turn ignores most of the common
limitations and weaknesses of its normal elemental variety. In
essence, this is about solely controlling the positive powers of
electricity.

Electrical Regeneration: The user can use electricity to
regenerate their bodies with the amount of electricity used
defining the speed of healing. This works with all
electrical/lightning types that can be wielded by Illias in any
form.
Inhuman Condition: Users possess all their capabilities,
attributes and aspects at an enhanced level, beyond that of the
peak members of their own species. This means the user’s aspects
(E.g. beauty, charisma, character and physique) attributes (E.g.
physical and mental condition) as well as capabilities (E.g.
potential, feats, skills and abilities, be it natural or
supernatural) would be beyond that of anyone they meet. In human
terms, this entails that an enhanced human would have an
enhanced mental and physical condition, incredible judgement,
knowledge, creativity, imagination and other cognitive and
brain-related abilities as well as being able to lift weights
and output strength even the strongest weightlifters couldn’t
hope to achieve, moving at speeds similar to that of cars to
even subsonic speeds, being immune to nigh-fatal damage and harm
and performing at peak performance without tiring for long
periods. In conclusion, the user is an all-rounder that is
superior overall to practically all other members in their
species and almost all beings in their universe.

Flawless Coordination: The user's physical abilities are
heightened to the point where they can perform any physical act
without difficulty. The user can imagine themselves doing the
act in their mind, then they're able to perform it without any
problem. This could range from free running, to juggling swords,
to doing multiple back-flips.

Soullessness: User possesses no soul or spiritual tether to the
world, essentially making the user emotionless and immortal, as
a person needs a soul to have a degree of mortality in the first
place. A soulless person does not possess emotions or feelings
to cloud their ambition making them excellent killers and
assassins and they cannot be tracked in mystical ways due to a
lack of spiritual essence.
User can not be influenced by the powers of Heaven or Hell and
is immune to the effects of Soul Manipulation, Necromancy, Soul
Absorption, Soul Removal, Contract Bestowal or Penance Stare.

Possession Resistance: Illias has a very high resistance to
spiritual possession. This is because of Toranoraos having a
special hand in Illias’ conception. Only those who recognize the
Mark of Toranoraos would see it in Illias’ birthmark on his
upper chest near the left shoulder. This resistance is so strong
that it would take demons as powerful as King Satan in order to
have a chance of possession with a 50% chance of rejection +5%
every two rounds after possession. Fallen like Lucifer and
Azazel get a chance of possession with a 40% chance of rejection
+5 every two rounds after possession. The resistance does work
against angels as well. The Mark of Toranoraos is what protects
Illias and exorcises the successful possessing spirits.
[i]Genetic Manipulation Unlocked Abilities:
Release Forms: Through Dr. Essex’s/Mister Sinister’s genetic
manipulations of Illias’ DNA, Illias has obtained two release
forms which are the only way for Illias to access Demonic
Lightning Manipulation and Divine Lightning Manipulation as well
as the attributes of a demonic form and a god form. The DNA
samples used to unlock these abilities in Illias were from
Takahashi and Furfur, a lightning demon earl of Hell. The
Release Forms were a fluke in the genetic manipulation that not
only keeps Illias from using the demonic and divine abilities
that were unlocked. There is also no way that Illias can combine
the use of demonic and divine powers.
Release Forms:
Lightning Demon Form: Furfur (other spelling: Furtur, Ferthur)
is a powerful Great Earl of Hell, being the ruler of twenty-six
legions of demons. He is a liar unless compelled to enter a
magic triangle where he gives true answers to every question,
speaking with a rough voice. Furfur causes love between a man
and a woman, creates storms, tempests, thunder, lightning, and
blasts, and teaches on secret and divine things. Sinister
managed to get a sample of Furfur’s DNA during an encounter in
1989 with the demon. Sinister has since used the DNA sample on
three different mutant test subjects: one died once the powers
manifested and the other two survived. Illias being one of the
two survivors developed a full demonic form that can only be
used through a Release words (Dark Storm) and overpowering with
Dark Lightning. The result is a burst of demonic electricity
that damages and throws back all within a 20’ radius. Illias’
normally black eyes with yellow irises turn white with red
irises, small horns pop up from his head, black necroplasma
covers his body, and small eyes (which can release demonic
lightning when commanded) appear on his hands and random places
on his body. This release form comes with the following
abilities.
[I]~Demonic Electricity Manipulation:[/I] The user can create,
shape and manipulate lightning derived from the deepest pits of
Hell, sporting the capability to destroy nearly anything it
strikes with absolute malevolent intent. In addition, demonic
lightning is capable of inflicting excruciating pain; both
physically and spiritually tormenting the victim, has the
potential to corrupt one's soul, and is very effective against
the holiest of supernaturals, such as angels. More powerful
users can even ultimately summon/resurrect/create evil spirits,
elemental entities and/or demons from Hell, as well as conjure
and control hellish thunderstorms.

Lightning God Form: Sinister was able to observe many new
arrivals to the London universe as the chaos of events began.
Takahashi and Blademaster Raven were two such transdimensional
travelers to land on Sinister’s radar. He had used his special
drones to obtain a DNA sample from both individuals. Finding
Takahashi’s genetics were more compatible with Illias, Sinister
used the sample of Takahashi combined with Furfur’s DNA sample
and pumped it into Illias in a painful genetic experiment. This
created Illias’ divine Release Form in a fluke with experiment.
Just like the demonic release, Illias developed a full
divine/angelic form that can only be used through a Release
words (Holy Light) and overpowering with Pure/White Lightning.
Illias’ body is then surrounded in a powerful divine/holy aura,
his eyes glow white with divine power, and his hair turns mostly

[I]~Divine Lightning Manipulation:[/I] The user can create,
shape and manipulate lightning/electricity that's highly
effective against the supernatural, such as demons and/or angels
or, in special cases, a form of control over the element
especially used from deities associated with sky/storm/thunder
to fulfill various feats. The effectiveness can range from
trapping and/or immobilizing to outright banishing or killing
supernatural threats, even powerful enough that it can also be
used to harm even a deity. Furthermore, divine lightning may
have other properties and abilities, such as healing,
Resurrection, summoning angels and/or spirits of the deceased
from Heaven to the material plane.

[I]Special Techniques:[/I]
Stun Grenade Blast: A simple electrical attack that blasts
electricity that’s just strong enough to render opponents within
a 40’ radius unconscious for two to four rounds depending on
character stamina. Resistances reduce effects by half.
Dark Lightning Wave: This is a forward blast of dark lightning
that does double damage to all good aligned and divine
opponents. It causes dark electrical damage plus stuns all
opponents for 1 round and reduces movements (including attacks
and defense) by 25% for 2 rounds as the nervous system recovers
from the shock. Opposite is Pure/White Lightning Wave.
Devil’s Twister: This is a special attack of Illias’ Lightning
Demon release form. This attack creates a powerful F1 tornado of
demonic lightning. The twisters main purpose is straight
destruction like any tornado and can easily incinerate wood,
paper, and plastics while melting metal and rock with a single
zap. The tornado lasts for 4 rounds unless dissipated or
countered with divine powers. This is typically a last resort
attack or for large forces. Illias has full control over
movement of the twister.
Lightning Healing: A simple healing that uses either Pure/White
Lightning or Divine Lightning that allows Illias to fully heal
the wounds of others. It can also cure all forms of
poisons/toxins. Divine Lightning Healing can also remove curses
and magical/supernatural paralysis.
[i]Weaknesses: Being soulless doesn't mean being mindless, so
Illias is affected by a mind based abilities. Currently without
a soul, Illias has a harder time using his White/Pure Lightning
ability and his Lightning God Release because of their
connection to life force energies. Illias has a very rare
weakness to Green Witch magic of Hybrazil and Avalon. Illias is
still mortal mutant even though he can regenerate by using
electricity. That means he can be killed with enough damage or
an instant kill shoot. Lightning Demon Release Form is weak to
all divine based attacks and powers, taking 50% more damage than
normal. Lightning God Release Form is weak to all demonic based
attacks and powers, taking 50% more than normal damage.
Electricity may be redirected by certain materials. Electrical
powers are useless if confronted with electrical resistant
material, such as rubber, silicate, etc. although a strong
enough electrical charge can overload any insulator and force it
to become conductive. Weak against Electricity Negation. With
Dark Lightning, what the user gains in sheer power, they lose in
versatility, such as hacking and controlling electrical devices.
Countered by Pure/White Lightning Manipulation. Pure/White
Lightning is countered by Dark Lightning Manipulation and Dark
Earth Manipulation. All electrical powers are weak to Electrical
Immunity.
Skills & Training:
Knowledge: Language and Literacy: The ability to speak and read
one or more languages.
Language & Literacy known by Illias:
American English: 100% chance of successful understanding
Research: Training in the use of methods, techniques, and means
of finding information, including public records, libraries,
interviews, surveys, demographics, trade journals, the computer
network, and legal searches. This skill is helpful in locating
information about people, places, and things. The G.M. should
ultimately the availability of accessible, known information
regarding a particular subject. Any character can do research
and ask questions, but the research skill will reduce the amount
of time by half and the character is trained to notice relevant
information that an untrained character is liable to overlook.
Thus, for truly secret or difficult information, you must have
the character with the research skill try to uncover it.
Radio: Basic:[/I] The rudimentary knowledge of the operation and
maintenance of all sorts of radio equipment, including military
radio systems, field radios and walkie-talkies, audio recording
devices, wire laying, installation, radio procedure,
communication security, and Morse code. It does not include the
ability to make repairs nor operate video equipment.
Mathematics: [I]Basic:[/I] Knowledge of basic math, including
the ability to count, addition, subtraction, multiplication,
division, and fractions.
Hand to Hand Combat: [I]Basic:[/I] This skill provides
elementary fighting techniques and methods of attack and
self-defense as taught in military basic training or in
self-defense classes.
Tactical Analysis: The ability to be an extremely skilled
strategic genius and apply this skill for several objectives.
The user can create strategies and plans several steps ahead of
the opponent, seeming like the user can see into the future. The
user is able to elaborate complex plans and strategies and apply
them in, not just battle, but any other activity that involves
cunning intellect, e.g. strategic games. Most of the users of
this ability are very analytical and can understand or
anticipate the enemies' moves.
One-Man Army: The ability to be as deadly as a vastly superior
force. The user is able to fight against seemingly, overwhelming
odds with ease. They are a capable warrior on the battlefield,
decimating the enemy single-handedly and with near supernatural
finesse that pars with the skill of more experienced fighters.
This ability can manifest into various ways but is usually the
result of extreme martial skill. Users of this ability are as
deadly at long-range combat as they are in close quarter.
[i]Training Regimen: The circumstance in which one develops
incredible abilities through extensive training. The user has
developed abilities near to or actually superhuman simply
by/through an extensive/excessive training regimen.
Special Ops Mastery: The ability to innately or through inhuman
and advanced training have special operations skills and
maintain them without the need of further training. User is
almost super-humanly skilled in all forms of special operations
including but not limited to Mercenary Works,
Counterintelligence, Black Propaganda, Counter-Terrorism,
Guerrilla Warfare, Direct Action, Counterinsurgency,
Assassination, Close Target Reconnaissance, Unconventional
warfare, etc.
The ability may be from advanced training, mental programming or
even supernatural/superhuman powers. Combined with high
intellect and a high level of physical ability, they can create
completely new possibly unbeatable methods of special
operations. Important that comes from special operations are
such as Reconnaissance and surveillance in hostile environments,
Training and development of other states' military and security
forces, Offensive action, Sabotage and demolition and Hostage
rescue.
Stealth Tactics: The ability to possess extraordinarily
expertise in stealth. The user possesses incredibly extensive
knowledge and skill in many types and ways of stealth tactics,

Their abilities in all manners of stealth are so refined they
appear as mere illusions to those who have been lucky to spot
the user. The users of this ability can move throughout even the
most guarded of areas and act in true discretion.
Stealth Combat: The ability to use advanced stealth in direct
combat. User can use extraordinary fighting skills in
combination with superior stealth abilities for particularly
lethal effects. It allows them to land flurries of critical
blows while easily escaping their targets' clueless
counterattacks, devastating opposing forces they couldn't hope
to face in normal combat.
Enhanced Marksmanship: The ability to achieve complete and utter
accuracy on distant targets. User can achieve complete and utter
accuracy on distant targets, with the activity in their brain
center for aim, accuracy and precision is drastically improved.
They need only to aim for an instant before they can precisely
hit a target with a projectile.
User can judge extremely long distances amazingly accurately,
gauging the strength needed to launch a projectile, in order to
hit a target accurately. If a target is moving the user can
calculate the best method to hit the target. Visual obstructions
like smoke and vegetation do not hinder their ability to get an
accurate bead on their target, and their intense focus on
whatever they're shooting at allows them to shut out outside
distractions. They can compensate for environmental factors that
would normally throw off their aim like wind, air resistance,
gravity, and radiant heat (which distorts the image of the
target).
Dual wield: The ability to use two weapons simultaneously. The
user is capable of wielding two different weapons with ease in
combat. The weapons in question are normally bladed weaponry
and/or firearms, but it can be virtually any melee and/or ranged
weapon. Because of this, the user is able to deal twice the
damage to their opponent quickly, swiftly, and effectively.
They're also able to hold their own against multiple enemies at
multiple angles, allowing them to fight and take advantage of
wide openings.
However, due to possessing two weapons at the same time, the
user often bears poor defense skills, so this ability requires
speed, power, accuracy, and fast reaction time in order to
maneuver through and counter their enemies' attacks in order to
make up for the lack of defense.
Enhanced Assassination: The power to possess the skills to
locate and slay targets like an assassin. User can perform the
art of assassination better than the average killer, they are
able to dispatch their victims without as so much as a struggle.
The ways to do this range from something complex and
high-finesse like mastery in stealth, strategically planned
scenarios and highly disciplined martial arts to something
simple-yet-effective like brute strength and raw speed to
overwhelm the targets.
Combat Specialist: The ability to be a hand-to-hand combat
genius. The user has an encyclopedic knowledge in hand-to-hand
fighting styles; therefore understanding and analyzing opponents
style of combat and flaws in the opponent's attack and defense.
He can also use attacks that can automatically knock down the
opponent or use the strength of the opponent to his favor.
The user has a vast knowledge of the opponent's body and their
limitations, have an incredible perception of opponents and the
users surrounding areas using it to his or her advantage, and
can copy or mix several types of martial arts and movements and
understand how a special attack works in matter of minutes. This
power can be enhanced by the users experience and improvement of
skill. Masters of this abilities can counter or detect flaws on
opponents Special Attacks.
Weapon Proficiency: The ability to understand and use any and
all weapons with the proficiency of a master. User with this
ability need only to pick up a weapon before they instantly
become proficient in it. The first time they pick up a sword,
they can spar with masters, the first time they use a bow, they
can hit bulls-eyes. Even alien, magical, or other weaponry that
they should not understand comes naturally to them.
Personality: Illias really doesn’t have a personality because he
really doesn’t have any emotions. He understands what emotions
are though and understands how being emotionless can unnerve
people so he does occasionally try.
