Sabretooth kneels on the ground with both hands on the ground as
smoke rises from his body after Hei Darkfire stuck him with dark
lightning. Sabretooth groans a bit as the smell of burnt hair
and singed skin fills his nose as he tries to shake off the rest
of the affects of the strike. Hei: 'You're lucky this time.
Touch Raven in that way again and next time you won't be so
lucky." Sabretooth weakly chuckles to Hei. Sabretooth: "Sure
thing, Black Reaper. Ya taught me a good lesson this time, but
what about next time I touch her? And what if it's more than
playful?" His voice is vicious with innuendos but Hei doesn't
flinch. Hei: "Then next time I'll make sure that you don't get
up."
~ Sabretooth and Hei after an occasion where Sabretooth got too
handsy with Raven in front of Hei
"Do me a favor, kid. We ain't gonna make it out of here if we
don't take a desperate measure." Victor says as he watches a
mass of Taliban soldiers gathered in the main compound yard
around the building that he and a former teammate sat. "I'm
gonna go down there and pick a fight with the friendly
terrorists, but I need you to shoot me where it hurts a man the
most if we're gonna make it.. just remember to be cover fire and
hit me with the ultrasonic when it's over." Victor then gives
the young agent a vicious grin. "Wouldn't wantcha to become cat
chow 'cause you've got the info the Doc needs so don't forget
the ultrasonic." Victor then drops down to the ground below them
and gets in position. "Hmm.. haven't had Afghan food in awhile.
Hopefully it doesn't give me heartburn this time."
Raven: [I]”Why do you hate them so much, Victor?”[/i]
Victor: [I]”After what humans have done to people like you and
I, they have yet to prove that they deserve any respect from me.
They’ve treated me as nothing more than a monster, a freak, and
nothing more than property to be owned just like they’ve done
for centuries to their own kind who are different than
them.”[/I] He takes a drag of his cigar. Victor: [I]”Just like
they’ve done to you. So tell me. Why do humans deserve any
respect from you, Babydoll?”[/I]

Abilities:
Enhanced Mutant Physiology: Sabretooth is a mutant who had been
given artificial enhancements on multiple occasions by various
backers.[149] The O*N*E classified him as a Severe Threat.
~Regenerative Healing Factor: Sabretooth's primary mutant power
is an accelerated healing process that enables him to regenerate
most (if not all) damaged or destroyed areas of his anatomy with
far greater efficiency than an ordinary human. The rate of
regeneration is proportional to the damage caused. This process
is automatic and Sabretooth seems to have no control over it.
His healing factor, however, does not seem to stop Sabretooth
from feeling the pain of his wounds nor the pain of his body
regenerating itself.
~Contaminant Immunity: Sabretooth's natural healing also affords
him the virtual immunity to poisons, viruses, diseases, and most
drugs.
~Fatigue Resistance: Sabretooth is partially resistant to
fatigue poisons produced from physical activity.
~Decelerated Aging: In addition, Sabretooth's healing factor
provides him with an extended lifespan by slowing the effects of
the aging process; Sabretooth was born sometime during the late
19th Century. Although well over 100 years of age.
Superhuman Senses: Sabretooth possess superhuman senses
including sight, hearing, smell and taste but not known if his
sense of touch has also been heightened. These senses allow him
to track prey similar to dogs.
~Sight: Sabretooth has enhanced night vision due to containing
twice the average number of retina in his eyes. This also allows
to see in the infra-red as well as visible spectrum. However,
due to his more animalistic nature he is partially colorblind.
~Hearing: Sabretooth has extraordinarily accurate hearing as he
could hear light breathing from 200 ft away.
~Smell: Sabretooth has a highly developed olfactory sense and
memory allow him to detect and track a scent over 8 hours old
with a concentration of 20 parts per million.
~Taste: Sabretooth can detect 1 part in 10,000 with his sense of
taste.
Retractable Claws: Sabretooth has claws on each of his fingers
and toes, even before they were infused with Adamantium they
could penetrate most flesh and many natural materials. After
augmentation, his bones became indestructible and his claws are
capable of tearing through any material.
Fangs: Sabretooth posses’ animal like canine teeth which are
capable of chewing through substances as strong as bone.
Superhuman Strength: Sabretooth’s reinforced skeleton allowing
him to withstand high levels of physical pressure. His strength
is also boosted to enhanced levels, allowing him to briefly lift
over 800 lbs.
Superhuman Speed: Sabretooth has speed greater than a trained
human athlete. Easily able to dispatch gunman with relative ease
before they pull the trigger or get a proper shot in. Dodge
point blank gunfire from expert marksmen like Frank Castle aka
The Punisher.
Superhuman Stamina: Sabretooth's healing factor grants him
superhuman stamina and is partially immune to fatigue toxins
generated by physical exertion and thus has greater endurance
than actual humans. His stamina has been described as metahuman.
Superhuman Durability: Sabretooth has superhuman durability due
a combination of his healing factor and Adamantium skeleton.
Enhanced Reflexes and Agility: Sabretooth's reflexes and agility
are enhanced, being able to dodge enemy attacks. His reflexes
are three times as swift as a normal person.
Adamantium Laced Skeleton: Several times Sabretooth has had his
natural mutation boosted by having his bones and claws laced
with the indestructible synthetic metal known as adamantium.
Once he had been implanted by Apocalypse but soon forcefully
forfeited it back to him, who then transplanted it back into
Logan. The second time he had his bones bonded was when the DoD
Weapon X Program had been reinstated and captured him to
commence with said molecular lacing procedure as well as kick
his strength, speed and healing factor up a notch through
genetic manipulation.

Genetic Manipulation Unlocked Abilities:
Alpha Physiology: Users are vastly superior to any member of
their species, learning and achieving quickly and effortlessly
what takes years of hard work for others and growing
substantially stronger and better with each challenge. They
naturally arouse a strong admiration and desire among their
kind, as they personify the pinnacle of their species, and even
the most hostile are forced to acknowledge their towering
superiority and amazing prowess.
Applications:
Leadership Intuition
Limitation Transcendence to the weaknesses and vulnerabilities
of their own species. Creed's Weakness: Limitation Transcendence
only activates when Creed goes into Beast Rage Mode. Once
activated, weaknesses (except for kill shots) are temporarily
cancelled until Creed has calmed or been calmed. Limitation
Transcendence does not decrease/stop psychic, supernatural, or
magic abilities that can affect animals especially predators.
Apex Predator Physiology: The user is an apex predator, a vastly
superior predator in the known world, with a fearsome capacity
for hunting down practically any species in their ecosystem,
even other predators.
Predators of this category are at the top of a food chain and
are never preyed upon by any other predators, as they are the
most dangerous and fearsome creatures in their
environment/world, with qualities of a greater degree.
There are many variants of apex predators, many of them can come
from any particular species from foreign to common, others can
come from nature while others can come from different sources of
creation that can enhance any predators to their highest danger
in being, raising their predatory potential to its maximum
making them the most dangerous beings in the natural world or
even their own universe.

Heightened Charisma: The user has unnaturally high charisma, or
charm, enabling them to gain the trust and loyalty of others and
win them over to their cause. Charisma is a trait found in
certain personalities usually including extreme charm and
'magnetic' quality of personality and/or appearance along with
innate and powerfully sophisticated personal communicability and
persuasiveness. Though very difficult or even impossible to
define accurately, charisma is often used to describe an
(elusive, even undefinable) personality trait that often
includes the seemingly 'supernatural' or uncanny ability to
lead, charm, persuade, inspire, and/or influence people. The
user is special compared to other commonly charismatic figures
as their charisma is innately formed and effective for even the
most disagreeable entities and allows them to bring the whole
mobs of individuals to their aid.

Beast Rage Mode: This was more of a fluke than an intended
unlock ability which has proved nearly impossible for the Weapon
X Program to control Creed when activated, slaughtered five
separate teams he worked with. The user of this ability goes
into a berserker like rage that turns the user into a nearly
unstoppable force of animalistic predatory nature. The user
loses almost all weaknesses temporarily while all physical stats
(except for intelligence) and regeneration raise to supernatural
level temporarily. This also lowers the user's ability to tell
friend from foe and cause animal mentality and
instincts/intelligence to kick in making the user dangerous to
all around them. This power also temporarily deadens all pain
nerves to make pain more of an irritant than excruciating. It
also grants temporary minor regenerative healing abilities to
users without some kind of regenerative healing. Those users
with regenerative healing abilities have the ability boosted
temporarily to supernatural healing along with temporarily
boosting Contaminant Immunity to supernatural level in which
even materials and chemicals that can inhibit regeneration do
not affect the user during the duration of the rage with the
chemicals/material literally being pushed out of the body during
regeneration. This power is caused by an enlarged,
supernaturally charged adrenal gland that can be triggered to do
a major release when the user has been heavily damaged (nearly
dead), intense pain beyond normal tolerable levels (painful
groin shot for example), and anger trigger that causes intense
possibly violent response. The rage also makes the user
temporarily immune to all psychic and mental attacks and control
abilities except those that can affect the mood/emotions of
animals. This is due to the user's mental status being
temporarily reduced to that of a predatory animal. Beast Rage
Mode is temporary but still has lasting length with 10 round
duration but can be negated with weaknesses. Weaknesses: User of
Beast Rage Mode are weak to powers and abilities that can
calm/pacify animals. Beast Rage Mode users are hypersensitive to
ultrasonic frequencies and can be rendered immobile and pacified
with the use thus negating the Beast Rage Mode. Users of this
ability can not discern between friend and foe and can become
highly unpredictable if the main trigger(s) of the rage are gone
or destroyed before the rage has ended.
Land and Air Predatory Respect: The user of this power has an
aura and pheromone about them that makes non-aquatic predators
respect and respond to the command of the user. The user is such
an apex predator that other predators will bow and respond to
the users command regardless of species or who commands the
animal. This power works on all species of non-aquatic animals
including domesticated dogs and cats. In other words, if the
owner of an trained guard dog gives the command to attack the
user then the dog will stop the attack and go into submission
posture within feet of the user. Weaknesses: This power does not
override an animal's self-preservation instincts and does not
guarantee that animal will commit a suicide attack when
commanded. This power does not work on supernatural animals such
as manticores or dragonkin.
[I]Blood Brother Bound:[/I] Through a rather violent incident
between Raven Tepes and Victor in the mid 1990s had bound these
two in an usual way. It also has made Raven a major weakness for
him especially with his Beast Rage Mode as someone attacking her
in his sight will trigger him. He can’t fully hide his presence
from her and vice versa especially on a scent level as that
identifies them as family/pack mates. Sabretooth can’t stop from
himself from hearing Raven telepathically but can resist her
vampiric Summoning power. Raven always has a light knowledge of
Sabretooth’s location but not an exact location and vice versa.
Though he loves fighting Raven as she’s one of the few who can
keep up with him and as vicious as him, he can’t bring himself
to kill her because of this bond and vice versa.
Weaknesses: Muramasa Blade: Sabretooth was vulnerable to the
Muramasa Blade. The sword, which was constructed through some
means with the use of a piece of Wolverine's own soul, has the
ability to greatly nullify the efficiency of an accelerated
healing factor. Carbonadium Poisoning: Sabretooth's healing
factor can be dramatically slowed if Carbonadium is implanted
inside of him, such as swallowing something made of Carbonadium
or being wounded by a bullet composed of it. It causes his
healing factor to be reduced to a slow crawl, at least in
comparison to its normal speed, but doesn't fully suppress it.
Vulnerable Senses: Sabretooth's his heightened senses can be
taken advantage of. Memory Issues: Likely due to his healing
factor, Sabretooth has gone large periods of life without
memories of certain traumatic events. Drowning: Of the few ways
to kill Sabretooth, given drowning cuts the brain's oxygen
supply, as well as the addition of nearly 100 pounds of
Adamantium to his body reduced his buoyancy. Adamantium
Poisoning: Adamantium has proven to secrete poison which stunts
Sabretooth's healing factor and feral rage by a very small
degree. Even though he has it laced throughout his entire body
it has not made a significant change in his abilities. However,
the poisoning will endanger Sabretooth's life if his healing
factor fails on him, such as when an inhibitor field cancels out
his mutant powers. Decapitation/Severe Spinal Damage: Sabretooth
can be killed if his head becomes separated from his body,
causing his brain to be unable to send signals to the section(s)
of his body that needs healing. Criminal Reputation: Victor
"Sabretooth" Creed has a very long criminal reputation that
proceeds him in most hero and law enforcement circles around the
world. It also proceeds him in the criminal world as well. This
means that just hearing Victor say either his birth name or his
codename induces a response from others whether they've had
previous encounters with Victor or just heard of his reputation.
This can be both a blessing and a curse depending on the
response of those around him who know his reputation. [I]Blood

Skills and Training:
Hand-to-Hand Combat Expert: Sabretooth is an excellent hand to
hand combatant, having been trained by various organizations.
Creed was made into a highly skilled soldier and warrior with
expertise in various fighting forms, having been trained by the
CIA, Weapon X, Hydra and the Foreigner.
Master Tracker: He is also an expert hunter and tracker, even
without the use of his heightened senses. Due to his superhuman
sense, Sabretooth is an extraordinary tracker.
Cunning Intellect: Although his brutish nature coupled with
extreme arrogance gives him the appearance of stupidity, Creed
actually has quite the acumen being well above average level
intelligence. One credited to, in his own words, two centuries
worth of experience. Routinely hacking into government databases
to steal classified information and easily escaping from the
highest levels of incarceration. More than once he has proven
himself capable in the brain over brawn aspect, able to dupe the
likes of Logan into playing step by step into his ploys, or
besting super geniuses such as Sinister and his creations.
Expert Marksman: Being a skilled cloak & dagger specialist with
decades of spymaster practice under his belt,[159] Sabretooth is
an adept sharpshooter with just about any kind of firearm he can
get his hands on.
Avid Manipulator: Another note to his intelligence is that Creed
excels at scheming, planning and coaxing others into doing his
dirty work for him, or pushing them into doing things that they
don't realize are for his benefit.
Advanced Covert Ops Specialist: Having spent many centuries
working for secret societies and "officially unsanctioned"
government installations, Sabretooth has amassed an impressive
conglomerate of knowledge base on countless surreptitious
interested powers and their numerous tactics regarding
assassination techniques, weapons specialty, vehicles,
explosives, espionage, intelligence, black bag ops,
infiltration, the works.
Special Skills: He possesses a pronounced assault leap, which
few can sense, even those like Wolverine who have animal senses.
This leap is a combination of his great strength, speed,
reflexes and agility working in concert; flexing and un-flexing
his muscles much harder and quicker than a normal human, similar
to a tiger or lion's pounce. This allows for a devastatingly
powerful and fast leap onto the opponent, which few can recover
from.

one or more languages.

Tactical Analysis: The ability to be an extremely skilled
strategic genius and apply this skill for several objectives.
The user can create strategies and plans several steps ahead of
the opponent, seeming like the user can see into the future. The
user is able to elaborate complex plans and strategies and apply
them in, not just battle, but any other activity that involves
cunning intellect, e.g. strategic games. Most of the users of
this ability are very analytical and can understand or
anticipate the enemies' moves.
Social Intuition aka Common Touch: User intuitively determines
how to interact with subjects. One with this ability could tell
exactly what to say to interact with certain people, or tell the
rank of a person within a group. The user also gains a great
voice, eloquence, and charisma.
Fighting Instinct: User possesses an innate aptitude for
fighting in any combat by overcoming limitations and adapt
techniques or methods to ensure victory. They adapt perfectly to
all factors, achieving maximum efficiency in an offense,
defense, evasion, and countering, ensuring optimal success as
long as there is the slightest chance. This enables a user to
resist fear and pain, maximize and surpass physical boundaries,
utilize all of their skills in the most efficient manner, and
continuously fight while unconscious. The user's instinct for
battle allows them to pick out strongest opponent, letting them
know who exactly they need to fight.

sensing what will happen and how adapt to it, what move a target
will make, where they are headed, and effectively manipulate the
target, thus causing the target to inevitably play right into
the user's hands.

interviews, surveys, demographics, trade journals, the computer
network, and legal searches. This skill is helpful in locating
information about people, places, and things. The G.M. should
ultimately the availability of accessible, known information
regarding a particular subject. Any character can do research
and ask questions, but the research skill will reduce the amount
of time by half and the character is trained to notice relevant
information that an untrained character is liable to overlook.
Thus, for truly secret or difficult information, you must have
the character with the research skill try to uncover it.
Survival Intuition: The user has innate knowledge and intuitive
understanding in survival and all skills applicable to survival,
thus allowing them to easily survive in any and all
environments, actively prepare for emergencies, including
possible disruptions in social or political order, on scales
from local to international. Survivalists often acquire
emergency medical and self-defense training, stockpile food and
water, prepare to become self-sufficient, and build structures
(e.g., a survival retreat or an underground shelter) that may
help them survive a catastrophe.
This also includes clusters of natural disasters, patterns of
apocalyptic planetary crisis, or "Earth Changes", anthropogenic
disasters, general collapse of society, financial disruption or

Computer Operation A knowledge of how computers work along with
the skills to operate peripherals like keyboards, printers,
modems. The character can follow computer directions, enter and
retrieve information, install programs, games and software, use
the web/internet, and similar basic computer operations. Does
not include Repair, Programming, or Hacking.
Computer Programming: Advanced computer knowledge that includes
designing, programming, debugging, and testing computer programs
and software. Hacking is possible but at a -40% penalty unless
the character also has the Computer Hacking skill.
Computer Hacking: This is a computer skill similar to Computer
Programming skill, however, the emphasis of this skill is
breaking computer access codes to gain illegal access to other
computer systems and steal or corrupt the data. The character is
an expert in tracing computer data, bypassing defense systems,
and breaking (hacking) codes; +5% bonus to Cryptography,
Surveillance, and Locksmith (electronic and computer controlled
locks only) skills if the character is a hacker.
[I]Requirements:[/I] Literacy, Computer Operation, Computer
Programming, and at least Basic Math skills.
Mathematics: Basic:[/I] Knowledge of basic math, including the
ability to count, addition, subtraction, multiplication,
division, and fractions.
Radio: [i]Basic:[/I] The rudimentary knowledge of the operation
and maintenance of all sorts of radio equipment, including
military radio systems, field radios and walkie-talkies, audio
recording devices, wire laying, installation, radio procedure,
communication security, and Morse code. It does not include the

Interrogation Intuition: The user is able to extract information
from their opponents through various means, the use of the Bad
Cop Technique involves the means of Intimidation, scaring them,
inflicting pain, or psychically extracting the information.
The user can even use a more subtle way of getting information
from opponents called the Good Cop Techniques where it includes
making them feel comfortable, being friendly with them, or using
reverse psychology to get information.

Special Weapons and Equipment:
Adamantium-Laced Claws: This varies or depends on whose the
writer, Sabretooth's claws (hands and feet), along with his
skeleton, have been bonded with adamantium. As a result, his
claws were virtually indestructible. The adamantium further
enhanced the already razor sharp edge of Sabretooth's claws and
enabled him to slice through almost any surface.
Adamantium Laced Skeleton: Several times Sabretooth has had his
natural mutation boosted by having his bones and claws laced
with the indestructible synthetic metal known as adamantium.
Once he had been implanted by Apocalypse but soon forcefully
forfeited it back to him, who then transplanted it back into
Logan. The second time he had his bones bonded was when Weapon X
had been reinstated by the United States (after purchasing the
secret program from Canada) and captured him to commence with
said molecular lacing procedure as well as kick other abilities
up.

Personality: Creed has been stated to be a psychopath and a
sociopath. Since his time at the Hellfire Club Academy and
flashbacks to his childhood, this no longer appears to be the
case, though he's prone to relapse. He can be savvy and quite
business minded when needed thanks to his stint as overlord of
the Yakuza. He does have some kind of a decent side though he
rarely shows it to others except those he's warmed up to. Victor
has developed an anger trigger of harm coming to children unable
to handle themselves over the years since the flashbacks began.
So harm a helpless child in front of Victor and be prepared to
deal with a deadly beast who won't stop until you're dead.

Biography:
Origin
When Victor Creed's mutation first manifested, he accidentally
killed his brother over a piece of pie. His father confined him
to a cellar and would systematically pull out Victor's "devil
teeth" in an attempt to purge the boy of his "demons". Victor
was chained like an animal in the family cellar for years until
one day he chewed off his own hand in order to break free,
subsequently murdering his father. Although he would later claim
to have killed his mother as well, he actually spared her, and
made sure she lived a comfortable life, until she was diagnosed
with cancer and confined to a hospital, where she was killed by
a member of the Red Right Hand.
Freed from his parents, Victor was unleashed upon society. At
age thirteen, he reportedly rampaged across three Canadian
provinces and killed at least three police officers. According
to Creed, he remained in Canada and, at about fifteen, worked
for the railroad, laying down rail from Calgary up to the Yukon.
Among the workers on the line was a belligerent older man who
delighted in picking on the teenage Creed. Though the man "had a
hundred pounds on him", Creed gutted him from crotch to Adam's
apple with his claws.
Meeting Wolverine and the False Death of Silverfox
For years, Victor was beating and torturing his brother, Saul on
each one of his birthday until one day his sister, Clara, told
him that his brother died and was now free from him.
Victor quickly learned that his brother died at the hands of the
man named Logan, he then decided to get his revenge and went
after him. In 1909, he discovered that a serial killer killed
three people in as many months and after finding an unconscious
Logan in the middle of a crime scene, he believed that Logan was
the mysterious serial killer the police were after.
Before the police arrived, Victor snatched the unconscious Logan
from the crime scene and took him to the Ravencroft Institute in
Westchester County where he was working as Nathaniel Essex'
assistant. Essex lobotomized Logan which put him in a comatose
state, he then proceeded to cut Logan's left arm off while
Victor was enjoying seeing Logan suffer. One of the doctors,
Claudia Russell, was able to free Logan and tried to help him
escape, but on their way out the duo was confronted by Victor.
Victor threw Logan away and confronted Claudia, but Logan’s
healing factor kicked in and started to heal his brain,
awakening him from his comatose state. Logan thrust his claws
into Victor's head through his lower jaw, but Victor was able to
throw him away once again. Knowing that Logan had no chance
against Victor in his condition, Claudia begged him to escape
while Victor was injured. Despite still being in a feral state
because of his brain injury, Logan understood and agreed to
escape.
Before Victor could go after Logan, Claudia revealed to him that
Logan was not responsible for the murders, which had happened
during a full moon, and she was the killer but it was an
accident. She then transformed into a werewolf and attacked the
injured Victor, who was saved by Essex resulting in Claudia's
capture. Essex later experimented on Claudia and presumably
killed her which caused Victor to go off the deep end as he
thought Essex was trying to help Claudia.
In the following years, Victor - now known as Sabretooth -
supposedly joined the organization of the mysterious Romulus,
and moved to Tokyo, Japan, where he murdered several women. But
one night during one of his rampages, he once again faced Logan.
Logan had been extorted by the ninja sect known as the Hand into
fighting Sabretooth.
During their fight, Logan was able to cut off one of
Sabretooth's hand with his sword but Sabretooth was able to
reattach it thanks to his healing factor, to the surprise of
Logan. Sabretooth was then defeated by Logan who impaled him
with his sword. But before Logan could finish him, their fight
was stopped by Romulus who knocked Logan out.
Under Romulus' orders, Sabretooth then tracked Logan to a
frontier community in the Canadian Rockies. There he brutally
attacked Silver Fox, Logan's lover, raping her and leaving her
for dead, the first of many birthday "surprises" from him to
come. Enraged, Logan battled Sabretooth in a bar, only to be
defeated. Sabretooth then manipulated a feral, mindless Logan
into believing the people of a nearby town had ordered Silver
Fox's death, prompting Logan to slaughter the inhabitants of the
town, persuading him that "the townspeople are afraid of
you--they don't want you around. So, they got rid of the one
thing keeping you here."
When Sabretooth Met Raven[/I]
In 1975, Sabretooth was locked up in a special top secret
Siberian gulag for supernaturals, half-breeds, and mutants. The
gulag was (still is) set up to contained supernaturals,
extraterrestrials, half-breeds, mutants, and basically anyone
with powers beyond normal for humans. He didn’t know how, but
somehow the Russian government had developed power inhibitor
collars with titanium coverings. That made forcefully removing
the collar difficult at the time for Sabretooth as he didn’t
have his adamantium skeleton anymore after Apocalypse removed
the metal from his body. Instead, Sabretooth bide his time and
surveyed other inmates in between “medical testing” periods.
As he talked to others within the gulag, Sabretooth was quick to
find out who would be helpful for escape and who wouldn’t. There
was one thing that gathered his interest more than anyone or
thing else one day though. One afternoon, Sabretooth sat in the
yard across from a strange windowless building. He never paid
attention to it before this day as he thought it was nothing
more than a storage shed. The strong smells of urine, motor oil,
fuel, and rotting garbage had him convinced of that until this
day. This day two guards drug a weakly struggling human man in
death row clothes to the shed, opened the door, threw the man
in, and closed the door to locked position quicker than
Sabretooth would have thought. This sparked a huge curiosity in
Sabretooth because he recognized the look and smell of fear.
“I wonder what the Ruskis are so afraid of inside that shed.”
Sabretooth pondered softly to himself with a vicious grin as he
stood. He then moved quickly and quietly over to the shed door
and placed the right side of his face against the door. That was
when his nostrils flared with excitement at catching the scent
of another predator.. a dhampir. Sabretooth could hear the hiss
of a malnourished dhampir and the pleading voice of the man
through the door that was followed by the sounds of the hunger
driven attack. His nostrils flare again at the smell of fresh
blood and death. “Oh yeah. I’ve just found me the perfect escape
partner.” He said softly to himself. Once he heard the body hit
the ground, Sabretooth knocked on the shed door and spoke in a
low voice. “Hey, you. You inside. Are ya okay in there?”
Raven’s head had snapped towards the door of the shed as soon as
she heard the knock with the look of wary curiosity. She moved
closer as Sabretooth spoke. She placed the left side of her face
against the door and spoke as low as him. “Who wants to know?”
Her voice filled with distrust.
The familiar sound of distrust was like music to Sabretooth.
Mutual feelings and imprisonment can make the strangest of
bedfellows, and he knew it. Now what surprised him this time was
the smell of female dhampir mixed with fresh blood and the
slight British accent. The thought of sexual attraction did run
through his mind, but Sabretooth corrected his thoughts and
spoke. “A prisoner who wants to get the hell outta here like
you, girly. I can smell what you are, dhampir.”
Raven spoke with wariness still in her voice, “and how can I
tell that you’re not a guard trying to gain my trust?”
Sabretooth didn’t hide the laugh in his voice as he answered.
“Because I ain’t speakin’ with a Ruski accent and my voice
definitely ain’t shaking with fear either. Ya wanna get outta
here or what?”
After being ambushed and wound up in the gulag, Raven knew her
options for getting out were slim. She didn’t have time to call
for help when the Russian mafia kidnapped her and placed one the
power inhibitor collars on her. It made her sick to think about
how criminals sold her to the Soviet government. This was quite
possibly her only chance. “Yes, I do want to get.. outta here,”
she said as the American slang threw off her more proper tongue.
“Good. Rec time is about don…” His words trailed off into a roar
of pain as a guard shocked Sabretooth while yelling for back up.
Raven could hear everything through the door and flinched in
sympathetic pain as she heard the sound of a large man hit the
ground and then drug off by the frantic guards. She prayed that
they didn’t kill possibly the only person who could save her.
She then slumped down next to the door as dismay filled her
thoughts.
Sabretooth woke up in the grip of two strong Soviet guards and
eyes a set of keys, one of which goes to the inhibitor collars.
He knew that he couldn’t of gotten any luckier if he tried.
Sabretooth stood up quickly and gruffly enough to snatch the
keys off of the guard without him realizing it. “Hey, hey, hey..
I can walk myself. These damn rags you call clothes don’t get
washed often enough to be drug across the dirt.” The guards were
about to shock Sabretooth again but relaxed as he hadn’t really
given the guards trouble lately which is also why they didn’t
have handcuffs on him. Dumb move on their part. Sabretooth made
the guards’ deaths silent and quick then took off his collar.
Now the playing field felt much more even to Sabretooth as he
grabbed up the guards’ guns. He knew his new partner might need
them if she’s not strong enough to use her full powers.
After hearing nothing of hope, Raven stood up and began walking
over to lay down on the make shift bed in the corner. She
suddenly stopped though as the sounds of gun fire and screams of
pain and death began to permeate the inside of the shed. Hope
began to fill her as she turned and looked back at the door that
she had walked away from as the sounds got closer. Then she
heard Sabretooth shout, “Get back, girly! Door comin’ down!”
Then the body of a dead Soviet guard slams through the metal
door of the shed causing it to fall down. Sabretooth walked in
covered in blood with a sadistic grin on his face. “Oh, honey.
I’m home with a present,” he said as he tossed her one of the
guns and jingles a set of keys.
“Oh thank God,” said Raven as she catches the gun and walked
over to Sabretooth. More bullets flew through the thin metal
walls of the shed where one struck Raven in the leg just as she
got to Sabretooth. She growls in pain as he caught her and stood
her back up. Sabretooth was about to take Raven’s collar off as
a bullet struck him in the shoulder which made him growl as
well. “Better wait for that until after we get out of here,”
said Raven as she ripped a sleeve off the dead guard’s uniform
and wrapped it around her wound. Sabretooth didn’t disagree but
he didn't want to argue either.
The fight to get out was hell for the two of them, but they did
make it out. The fight did follow for a distance. At one point,
a very injured, malnourished Raven went into full feral fight
mode. The gun smoke cleared in the darkening woods near the
gulag as the last pursuing guard’s body dropped to the ground.
Raven had a nearly empty gun aimed point blank at Sabretooth’s
heart. Blood was rushing from multiple wounds on her body that
weren’t healing due to the power inhibitor collar and her body
was weakening fast. She finally collapsed and dropped the gun
while falling. Sabretooth was quick to catch her and removed the
collar from a now unconscious Raven’s neck. “Damn woman is as
much of an animal as I am when cornered,” he said as he removed
and toss the collar away. “Still wasn’t smart of her not to let
me take that damn thing off of her sooner. Now I’m gonna have to
carry her while nurse feedin’ her,” Sabretooth said to himself
with a kinder smile and chuckle as he picked up Raven over his
shoulder, cut his wrist just right, and placed it against her
lips so she could drink while he walked them both to safety.
“Now this will be a story and a half for the grandkids.. if I
ever have grandkids.”
[i]When Predators Collide:[/I]
After Sabretooth’s stint working with MI6 Darkstalkers, he fell
for Emma “White Queen” Frost and her telepathic manipulations.
That had helped bring him into Magneto’s Brotherhood of Evil
Mutants. This lead to multiple attacks by the Brotherhood across
the world during the mid 1990s. Things seemed like the
Brotherhood was getting the upper hand over the good guys with
the X-Men, Darkstalkers, and CIA’s X-Force all taking major
blows. Sabretooth didn’t expect his former boss at MI6 to call
in a team who could track him.. let one of the only people who
could track and hunt like him. Sir Canaan had sent Raven and her
team after the Brotherhood with a special focus on Sabretooth.
Raven and her team followed the trail of attacks and thefts with
each location bringing them closer to catching up with the
Brotherhood. The plan was to put a small tracking device on
Sabretooth so it could be traced back to the Brotherhood’s
hideout. Raven had laid out the plan. She would handle
Sabretooth and get him away from White Queen and Magneto while
the others distracted the rest of the villains. She knew that
she would be the only one who could handle Sabretooth even
though all the girls had worked with him.
Finally the team had their chance in north Japan at a chemical
production plant. The girls had managed to figure out the next
possible location of a Brotherhood attack and got it right
though the got there right when the attack began. Raven frowned
at the scene of violence being played out between the
Brotherhood and average human guards. She knew the girls had to
help save as many as possible.
“Watch out for the powers of the White Queen and Magneto and get
as many people safely out of here as possible,” she said to her
team as she scanned for Sabretooth with her senses. “And
remember that this is a tag and release mission so focus on
protect and rescue.” Her senses hit pay dirt as her nostrils
flare. “Let’s go,” she said as she jumped down from their perch.
The others went about rescuing people while Raven dashed
straight for Sabretooth.
The Brotherhood was having a more difficult time at acquiring
the chemicals that they had came for than in previous attacks.
The girls, on the other hand, were quickly getting workers and
the injured safely out of harms way. Raven was quick to find
Sabretooth within the factory as he and Magneto were almost to
the barrels.
“SABRETOOTH!” she shouted from behind the two mutants. “This has
to stop. Now!”
“And who is this pest that knows you, Sabretooth?” Magneto had
asked with amused curiosity.
“An ol’ friend and partner who’s a lot more powerful than you
know,” Sabretooth said with more amazement than he expected to
reveal and a hint of the respect he has for her. His eyes locked
onto Raven’s eyes as she strode towards him with the confidence
of an angry, territorial lioness. “You know that ain’t gonna
happen, Babydoll,” he called out to her.
“Oh? How so?” Magneto asked with even more curiosity as he
watched the stare down between what he could easily described as
two predatory cats squaring each other up.
“She’s a dhampir and a damn powerful one too,” Sabretooth said
as he began to move slowly towards Raven. “I’ll handle her. You
get what we came for since the barrels are metal, boss.”
“Very well, Sabretooth. Have fun but please try to convince her
that joining our cause would greatly benefit her as well. We
could use someone like her on our side,” Magneto said with a
smile as he turned around and proceeded to collect the barrels
of chemicals. “I’ll get you later if you need the space and time
to have your.. chat with your friend.”
A vicious grin formed across Sabretooth’s face at Magneto’s
words. As much as he’d love Raven to join, he knew that would
never happen. “Sure thing, boss. I’ll do my best to convince
her,” he said in a low predatory tone of voice with a hint of
sadistic joy. Magneto just gave permission to Sabretooth to take
as much time and take this as far as he needed to. That would
turn out to be the facility through the village. “Babydoll, ya
know how things go when I feel passionate about something which
means ya know how this is gonna go between us!”
Raven continued to stalk towards Sabretooth. Her body was tense
and ready for attack as Sabretooth spoke those words. “Please,
don’t do this, Sabretooth. You know this won’t go well for
either of us,” she said as she removed her guns from their
holsters and dropped them to the ground. Neither has any special
effects on mutants like Sabretooth anyways so would just serve
to **** him off if the strikes aren’t kill shots. That made
Sabretooth’s smile get wider with excitement as Raven was making
it a more fair fight. “You know that I’ll only hurt you in the
end, frère [I](French: brother)[/I].”
“You may be a dhampir and have some of me in you, but that
doesn’t mean that I’ll go easy on ya enough to hurt me, sœur
[I](French: sister)[/I],” Sabretooth said as he moves closer to
Raven with a quickening pace.
“So no holds barred then?” Raven increased her speed as she
asked. She absolutely knew what she was doing with Sabretooth.
She knew that he enjoyed a good fight and a challenge as much as
he enjoyed killing.
Sabretooth’s grin turned into a full out feral smile.
“Definitely no holds barred.” He then went into a full charge at
Raven. Both were roaring as they collided in battle, fighting
like animals while Magneto laughed and took the barrels.
The fight was vicious with punches, kicks, claw swipes, and
bites. Both were bloodying each other up as their fight spilled
from the warehouse portion of the facility to the yard outside.
Guards began to fire at both Sabretooth and Raven when they were
spotted which was stupid on their part. Sabretooth managed to
throw an empty barrel at one who managed to strike Raven,
knocking the man to the ground in pain. That wasn’t enough to
scare the other guards so Raven took a moment while several
bullets knocked Sabretooth back to harmlessly earthquake the men
to the ground. Sabretooth took that moment to bolt towards the
village. “Crap! Get back here, Sabretooth!” Raven shouted as she
chased him.
She had used her vampiric speed to tackle Sabretooth, but that
gained her being tossed against the outside of a house. As she
began to rise, he charged and slammed into her and through the
wall of the house. Their fight continued as the residents fled
the home and eventually spilled back out on to the main path
into the cliff side village. People screamed and most ran to
hide while some watched in complete frightened awe. Each blow
was vicious and full strength so regardless of their high
staminas both were starting to wear down from the injuries.
Sabretooth got desperate near as the fight began to leave the
village as he knew that he was wearing from continued injury
more than Raven. After one blow knocked him next to the hiding
spot of a family, he grabbed a young girl and growled at Raven.
“I think it’s time to call this conversation over. Neither of us
are going to convince the other to give up, Babydoll. Now you
stay there while this girl helps me get outta here,” he said as
he began to flee with the girl.
Raven gave chase as she heard the girl’s parents crying and
pleading. The chase went into the forest near the village. She
used her speed and sense of smell to keep up with Sabretooth.
The chase came to an end at a cliff’s edge where Sabretooth spun
around with the girl in hand and a claw on her throat. Raven
walked into the clearing all bloody and with a growl. She
assessed the situation and spoke. “Victor, don’t do this. Don’t
involve this little girl. You’re better than this.”
“I’m no better than her kind, Babydoll,” he called back.
“Yes, you are, Victor. Look at her. Think about your sister at
that age.” Even as Raven said it, she knew what that last phrase
would invoke. “This is between us, not her.”
Memories of Claudia flood Sabretooth’s mind after Raven spoke
those words. Suddenly he no longer saw his little hostage but
his own little sister. That caused him to let the girl go. “Go..
get outta here before I change my mind, kid,” he said softly.
The girl ran and Sabretooth focused on Raven once again. This
time he charged without warning, pouncing on Raven like a tiger,
and locked his jaws down on her right shoulder. She screamed in
pain as his bite began to break bones while they go to the
ground. She bit into the left side of his throat and began to
drink in a desperate attempt to weaken his grip on her while
weakly, successfully sneaking the special skin tracking device
on Sabretooth. Neither let go in their cat like scuffling, the
blood of the other running down their throats. Though Sabretooth
is immune to being turned, Raven’s blood still had an odd affect
on him while his had an odd affect on her. The affect was like a
Native American blood brother ceremony, linking the two on a
familia level. That side affect combined with pure exhaustion
from injuries that are healing finally caused them to let go and
roll apart from each other.
They laid there on the ground panting while injuries healed.
Sabretooth knew that Magneto would come for him soon and began
to sit up. “Ya know that this changes nothing, Raven,” he said
softly to as he came to a full sitting position. He didn’t use
her real name often, but this was one time she wished he had
used her nickname instead. “I’m still gonna go with Magneto and
the Brotherhood. We’re still gonna continue with our plans,” he
said as he began to get to his feet. “And we’re gonna put humans
in their rightful place below beings like us.”
Raven began sitting up and tried to speak, “Victor, it really
doesn’t ha…”
“Stop. Just stop, sœur. I’m not gonna go back to bein’ their
battle boy soldier,” he said as he got himself fully on his
feet. He began walking over to the cliff edge as he pulled out a
signal device to let the Brotherhood know where he is. “Now just
lay back down and pretend to be dead. Boss man will be here to
get me soon.”
She did what he told her to but wasn’t happy about it. Raven had
hoped to convince Sabretooth to flip sides, but she also knew
that was only hope and not the reality she knew would happen.
“Why do you hate them so much, Victor?”
Sabretooth took out a cigar and lit it as Raven asked her
question. He didn’t look back at her when he answered. ”After
what humans have done to people like you and I, they have yet to
proven that they deserve any respect from me. They’ve treated me
as nothing more than a monster, a freak, and nothing more than
property to be owned just like they’ve done for centuries to
their own kind who are different than them.” He took a drag of
his cigar. ”Just like they’ve done to you. So tell me. Why do
humans deserve any respect from you, Babydoll?”
His words cut her like a knife as she knew what he had been
through. She went to answer him as she laid there, but Magneto
had showed up quicker than she had expected. Raven played dead
and tried to hold back a tear as she now strangely felt like she
was losing a brother. Sabretooth stepped onto the metal platform
that Magneto had showed up on and called back, “Just know that
I’m doing this so our kind can be free and take their rightful
place in the world. Too bad you can’t see the light of my
reasoning and join us. Now stay out of this and let your frère
make the world a better place for us.”
Magneto took off as Sabretooth spoke his last few words. It
wasn’t long after their escape that Raven’s team found her, now
sitting up and weeping softly. She couldn’t fully explain what
had happened during the fight nor why she now has a more intense
