       Andrés walks up to the beaten man who’s bound in a chair with a
       look of rage. [I]“Your informing on my more nefarious business
       dealings to US narcotic agents costed several families their
       homes and loved ones. Your informing on me got an entire village
       of innocent people illegally raided by foreigners. People hurt
       or killed. Children traumatized. Homes and businesses
       destroyed.. and all for American government money.”[/I] Andrés
       then throws a vicious punch to the man’s face, breaking his left
       cheekbone and causing blood to drip. He then turns to walk away.
       [I]“I have no mercy for your kind who harm others through their
       actions.”[/I] Andrés then tells one of his men. [I]“Tell
       tlamacazqui that we have another sacrifice for the gods.”[/I]
       Andrés then walks away as the beaten man’s pleading cries fall
       upon deaf ears.
       1796, Andrés is in what is today called Texas where he had
       gotten himself in a spot of trouble. The sheriff and his men had
       already tried hanging, stabbing, and shooting Andrés in order to
       kill him. Now two men hold him down against a rock with his neck
       exposed. [I]Andrés: ”Come on, sheriff. You’ve tried everything,
       and I did die every time as well. How many more times must you
       try to kill me?’[/I] The sheriff gives Andrés a vicious snarl
       that shows the several teeth missing and spat while he spoke.
       [I]Sheriff: “Oh we haven’t tried everything yet, boy. We’ll
       teach ya notta touch our white women even if she’s a prostitute
       by givin’ ya really close shave, sudaca (pre-19th century Spain
       Spanish racial slur for Native peoples and mixed).”[/I] With
       those words, an axe wielding member of the deputies swings down
       at Andrés’ neck, partially decapitating him. Andrés let his body
       fall limp just to fool the deputies holding him down. They let
       him go and then join the others as they walk back to their
       horses. Andrés then stands up while laughing maniacally and
       putting his head back into place. The group of corrupt lawmen
       turned around in pure terror and disbelief. The deputies run
       screaming in terror about a demon after seeing what they just
       witnessed while the sheriff tries to draw his gun with shaky
       hands. Andrés then grabs the dropped axe as he walks towards
       sheriff while his neck heals. He uses his property manipulation
       on the axe making it harder and sharper as the sheriff fumbles
       with his gun, dropping it to the ground. Andrés raises the axe
       in position for a decapitation swing. [I]Sheriff: “Wha.. what
       are ya?” Andrés: “I am an avenger of el Diablo.”[/I] Andrés then
       swings the axe and severs the corrupt sheriff’s head from his
       body. Andrés then walks away, dropping the axe, and then
       grabbing the reins of his horse. [I]Andrés: “The pendejo isn’t
       even worth sacrificing to Quetzalcoatl.”[/I]

       Homo Superior Physiology: The user is a human that has developed
       powers and abilities from a variety of causes/circumstances,
       such as evolution, genetic experiments, enchantment, having
       powers bestowed upon them by other beings or sources, through
       unnatural birth causes, and training to obtain said powers
       classifying them into superhuman beings. Also, thanks to still
       being human, (if the powers are in any relation to genetics),
       they can use these abilities without becoming a monster (i.e.
       keeping their human physique, sanity, and humanity without it
       being altered from possible instability).
       Homo Superiors can also be divided into two categories:
       Rational:
       Metahumans of this category gain their powers by an unusual
       evolutionary process by chance in each individual, unnatural
       birth causes, genetic engineering, or exposed to radiation or
       biohazardous substances, like mutagens, or any other methods in
       relation to genetic experimentation in that regard.
       In one way or another, certain superhumans that are of this
       classification might have minor physical changes without their
       humanity being fully or almost slipped away, like their irises
       changing to any color like a fiery shade of red, yellow, purple,
       etc, retractable claws or spikes, fangs or sharp teeth, the
       color of the skin being changed, among others. In fact, these
       kinds of superhumans will be able to possess powers without
       their physiology being altered and lose their humanity as a
       result.
       Irrational:[/I]
       By this category, metahumans gain their powers by having their
       abilities bestowed upon them by supernatural beings,
       enchantment, certain serums, cybernetic enhancements/implants,
       training to self-bestow their powers like telekinesis for
       example, being blessed or granted wishes to obtain their powers,
       and among many other methods without any scientific
       modification. Most of these kinds of superhumans have the
       potential to become mystical class superhumans.
       Unlike the rational-based types, this category of superhumans
       wouldn't have to be able to suffer mutations and instability of
       their deoxyribonucleic acid, which can be caused in certain
       ways. Unlike the rational based category, these kinds of
       superhumans are more likely to maintain their humanity because
       they don't share the same genetic unpredictably that
       rational-based superhumans are more likely to have.

       Property Manipulation: The user can change the properties of
       matter, including density, color, shape, state of matter (solid,
       liquid, gas, plasma), hardness, ductility, elasticity, etc. They
       can make things harder/stronger or weaker/more brittle, turn gas
       into solid, make metal stretch and rubber break as glass. They
       can make things hotter than the sun, or "so cold that it burns".
       The user can make things as corrosive, to dissolve different
       matter, combustible, to make things explosive, or inert, which
       allows them to diffuse bombs by making the material inside no
       longer explosive even after mixing.

       Chemistry Manipulation: Users can manipulate Chemistry, a
       discipline in science that is involved with elements and
       compounds composed of atoms, molecules and ions: their
       composition, structure, properties, behavior and the changes
       they undergo during a reaction with other substances. Hence, the
       user can also manipulate things that chemistry is overarching,
       like chemical substances, which can create new elemental or
       chemical, toxic, combustible, or explosive substance. Users can
       also manipulate the reactions of the chemical substances as a
       result.

       Supernatural Regeneration: Users can regenerate completely so
       long as they are not instantly killed by an attack (i.e.
       Disintegration, Incineration, and One Hit Kill). For some users,
       this involves that as long as the "core" is undamaged, they can
       regenerate. Because the cells and telomere lengths are
       constantly regenerating and rejuvenating, they do not age,
       recover any damaged body parts, and sustenance intake required
       is drastically reduced, to the point user is close to true
       immortality. Even complex parts such as damaged brain cells and
       nerves can be repaired, effectively keeping the mind intact and
       making decapitation more difficult as the user can simply
       reattach their heads to the neck, sealing the cut.
       The user is practically immune to drugs, disease, and all
       harmful foreign substances, and will be forever in their optimal
       health and physical prime. They are immune, or at least highly
       resistant, to telepathic attacks, since the regenerative power
       restores brain cells to its unaltered state, blocking one's mind
       from any attacks or invasive attempts.

       Plant Manipulation: Users create, shape, move, control, interact
       and manipulate plants, mainly multicellular organisms,
       predominantly photosynthetic eukaryotes of the kingdom Plantae,
       including wood, vines, plants, moss, and parts of the plants,
       such as leaves, seeds, roots, fruits and flowers. The user can
       cause plants to grow, move/attack or even rise from the soil and
       "walk", mutate plants by rearranging DNA structure and revive
       withered or dead plants.
       They can use their power for defense and support, cause flowers
       and other plants to bloom instantaneously, manipulate tree
       branches to use them as whip-like weapons, control spores and
       pollen, bring plants back to life and make them sprout
       seeds/fruits/berries, use plant chemicals to heal
       people/objects, and/or manipulate their properties for a wide
       range of effects.
       Though less commonly activated by passive users, the ability may
       deal a series of offensive techniques on a target. Using the
       plants as weapons enables users to grasp and strike continuously
       with vines and roots, project thorns at a distance, and quickly
       regenerate the withering weapons at the user’s will. They can
       grow vines to entangle enemies climb around a target's neck,
       causing choking, or strike with plants. A more subtle technique
       is to release damaging toxins and pheromones, affecting targets
       in which conditions should be treated quickly with ailments.
       Users may also control plants in their altered forms, i.e.
       concentrated forms, such as cotton clothing/fabric, paper, etc

       Immortality: Users possesses immortality: an endless lifespan,
       as they can never die, never age, and can shrug off virtually
       any kind of physical damage. Some users are the defensive type,
       simply preventing all damages, to appear physically
       invulnerable, while others are the regenerative type, surviving
       and quickly recovering from anything you throw at them while at
       the same time they are capable of resurrecting themselves
       instantly after death and completely self-sustaining, free from
       all bodily necessities, or even the combination of the two.
       [i]Immortality Applications:[/I]
       Head Liberation: Survive decapitation. Andres head and body have
       a special connection so his body always knows exactly where his
       head is at.
       Immortal Aging: Be eternal and immune to the negative effects of
       aging.
       Retroactive Immortality: Cannot remain dead, always resurrecting
       oneself after being killed.

       Impossible Forging: User can craft/forge materials/objects that
       are able to do things that are normally impossible for them or
       the material they are made out of to do so. They can craft
       things, such a tiny dagger that's even sharper and more deadly
       than a full-size sword or a piece of armor that can defend
       against things that would normally shatter it or even use
       materials that are normally stressed/weakened by forging somehow
       become stronger than normal.
       Some users may even have enough skill to do all this with
       mundane/ordinary materials that definitely shouldn't be able to
       hold together, let alone perform these feats.

       Weaknesses: Weapons and objects created by Andres using his
       Impossible Forging ability are weakened by Object Negation. Both
       Property Manipulation and Chemistry Manipulation requires
       actually matter and materials in order to function. Even though
       Andres can’t stay dead, he still feels the pain of death before
       regenerating and resurrecting with the exception of decapitation
       which doesn’t kill but does **** him off because it hurts like a
       son of a gun and rather annoying to have to pick up his head
       again. His Plant Manipulation has the following weaknesses:
       powerless in areas without plants or at least the potential for
       plants to grow (infertile/barren soil). Attacks from Fire
       Manipulation and/or Ice Manipulation can pose an issue.
       Susceptible to lightning strikes. Short of complete
       disintegration, Andres has not found a way to stay dead with his
       immortality though the less of him that remains the longer takes
       for him to regenerate and resurrect.
       [I]Skills and Training:[/I]

       and read one or more languages.

       Tactical Analysis: The ability to be an extremely skilled
       strategic genius and apply this skill for several objectives.
       The user can create strategies and plans several steps ahead of
       the opponent, seeming like the user can see into the future. The
       user is able to elaborate complex plans and strategies and apply
       them in, not just battle, but any other activity that involves
       cunning intellect, e.g. strategic games. Most of the users of
       this ability are very analytical and can understand or
       anticipate the enemies' moves.
       Social Intuition aka Common Touch: User intuitively determines
       how to interact with subjects. One with this ability could tell
       exactly what to say to interact with certain people, or tell the
       rank of a person within a group. The user also gains a great
       voice, eloquence, and charisma.
       Artistic Intuition: The ability to possess knowledge and skill
       in one or more artistic ways. The user possess great knowledge
       and skill in art, such as painting a picture without any
       education.
       Gemology: This is the skill in identifying and appraising of
       precious metals and stones. This skill also enables the person
       to be able to identify fakes but at a penalty of -10%.
       Research: Training in the use of methods, techniques, and means
       of finding information, including public records, libraries,
       interviews, surveys, demographics, trade journals, the computer
       network, and legal searches. This skill is helpful in locating
       information about people, places, and things. The G.M. should
       ultimately the availability of accessible, known information
       regarding a particular subject. Any character can do research
       and ask questions, but the research skill will reduce the amount
       of time by half and the character is trained to notice relevant
       information that an untrained character is liable to overlook.
       Thus, for truly secret or difficult information, you must have
       the character with the research skill try to uncover it.
       Astronomy & Navigation: The study of the stars and other
       celestial bodies, their movements, positions, cycles,
       alignments, and interrelations with the planets and each other.
       This knowledge can also be used to determine direction,
       approximate distances, identify the seasons, and tell the time
       of day. Training includes reading maps and star charts, course
       computation, following landmarks, and use of navigational
       equipment. The skill includes land, air, and water navigation as
       well as piloting by the stars and instruments alone. This skill
       is ideal for sailors and those who can fly.
       Lore: [I]Demons & Monsters:[/I] This is the study of demonic
       creatures and supernatural monsters common to Earth throughout
       the ages and around the world. General knowledge includes
       legends of ancient and primitive cultures, Dark Ages tales, and
       the myths and legends of vampires and the most famous demons and
       monsters, including the dark gods they serve. Specific knowledge
       is limited to continent where the character lives/originates
       this includes names of demons and monsters common to that part
       of the world, appearances, reputed places of demonic habitation
       and attraction, and the creatures’ known powers, appearances,
       habits, weaknesses, strengths, powers, abilities, demonic
       possessions, desires, and goals. A master of this lore may be
       able to identify a particular type of monster by hearing its
       description or a description of its actions, seeing a drawing or
       a photograph, or even by footprints, how it behaved, killed, or
       exhibited certain abilities.
       Lore: [I]Aztec and Maya:[/I] This is a skill that allows the
       user to have all known knowledge of the Aztec and Mayan Empires.
       This person has read and studied texts, research studies,
       documentaries, artifacts, etc related to the Aztec and Mayan
       Empires. In some cases, the person has first hand knowledge
       either from encountering the Aztecs and Mayans and studying them
       or an Aztec or Mayan descendant themselves.
       Lore: [I]Magic:[/I] This area of study does NOT give the
       character any magic abilities, the ability to use techno-wizard
       devices, or the ability to read magic symbols.
       This area of study provides general knowledge, theories and
       historical reference on how magic works, common magical powers
       and spells, their effects, who possesses such magic, notable
       creatures of magic, various types of magic users, places of
       reputed magical significance and power, and myths and legends
       about magic, the most famous magic items, and notorious
       sorcerers. Although the character cannot read runes or mystic
       symbols, he is likely to be able to recognize whether the symbol
       is real magic ward, rune, warning, part of an inscription or
       spell, or a fake.
       Radio: [I]Basic:[/I] The rudimentary knowledge of the operation
       and maintenance of all sorts of radio equipment, including
       military radio systems, field radios and walkie-talkies, audio
       recording devices, wire laying, installation, radio procedure,
       communication security, and Morse code. It does not include the
       ability to make repairs nor operate video equipment.
       Mathematics: [I]Basic:[/I] Knowledge of basic math, including
       the ability to count, addition, subtraction, multiplication,
       division, and fractions.
       Mathematics: [I]Advance:[/I] Knowledge of all basic and advance
       mathematics including algebra, geometry, trigonometry, calculus,
       and techniques for using advance mathematical formulas.
       Blunt Weapon Proficiency: Training with all types of blunt
       weapons including maces, hammers, cudgels, steel or lead pipes,
       staves, and clubs.
       Handgun Weapon Proficiency: A familiarity with all types of
       projectile firing handguns including revolvers and pistols.
       Revolvers are the classic cylinder-based “six shooter”. Pistols
       are “automatic” weapons which means gun the keeps firing while
       the trigger is depressed and doesn’t stop until the trigger is
       released or the ammunition is spent
       Piloting: [I]Automobile:[/I] The skill and knowledge to operate
       manual and automatic transmission vehicles including dune
       buggies, jeeps, and small trucks.
       Jeweler: The skill and knowledge to design and make jewelry
       including necklaces, brooches, and rings. The skill allows the
       character to make jewelry using any material and precious or
       semiprecious stones of professional quality and with next to no
       or no flaws. This includes the skill of inlaying stones or other
       material into metal.
       Archeology: The user has innate knowledge of unearthing history
       through excavation or analyzing artifacts. This means they can
       discover lost secrets of the past. They are knowledgeable in
       past events. They seek to understand how people/extinct animals
       behaved and acted. They want to know their customs and method of
       survival.

       super powered setting, the user can analyze and understand

       humanity, the human behavior, and societies. This allows them to
       pick up on how different societies function. They also are able

       whether it be physical relics of the past or oral stories and
       music. They are able to study different language and how it
       formed. They study plays, mythology, and folklore to understand
       how people saw the world. They know a wide variety of
       mythological creatures and what their lore entails. They study
       the social order. This can also be used in the modern day to
       learn more about modern day tradition.

       Bureaucracy Intuition: The user has innate knowledge over
       administration, and intuitively understands the mechanics behind
       in administrative doctrine, policies, and procedures. They can
       administer all sorts of bureaucracies, organizations and
       resource as can run it in the most optimal manner. The user can
       also improve the efficiency of any bureaucratic body they are
       overseeing, and perform feats such as always making the right
       choice when it comes to utilizing all resources in the most
       beneficial manner.

       successfully running businesses and companies, as well as

       when it comes to advancing said business and predicting sources

       Natural Born Hunter: The user possesses extraordinary talent and
       instinct in/for hunting all things. They can track anything
       under any conditions, sense the weaknesses of their prey and
       exploit them and finally kill or capture their prey.
       Interrogation Intuition: The user is able to extract information
       from their opponents through various means, the use of the Bad
       Cop Technique involves the means of Intimidation, scaring
       them, inflicting pain, or psychically extracting the
       information.
       The user can even use a more subtle way of getting information
       from opponents called the Good Cop Techniques where it includes
       making them feel comfortable, being friendly with them, or using
       reverse psychology to get information.
       Intimidation Intuition: The user possesses an incredible and
       innate understanding/knowledge of intimidation and can use it to
       instill fear in their opponents and command respect from others.
       The user has an intuitive mastery of the associated body
       language and choice of words subtly sending all the signals to
       others, completely breaking their wills and causing them to
       fully yield to the user.
       Unlike Fear Inducement, intimidation is mostly about the action
       of intimidating someone rather induce fear via supernatural
       means.

       and morale. Users have an intuitive mastery of the associated

       of trust and devotion in whoever they exert these talents on.
       Using this ability, the user can develop an incredibly
