Miriana then use one of her sword techniques and dash forward to
perform the sword attack. This attach has a delayed effect, in
which Miriana uses slashes that possesses a certain amount of
force and other mechanisms to create wounds that wouldn't open
until later on.

Scar only avoids the attacks enough that they wouldn't be fatal
to him, but lets the attacks hit him and do more damage to his
already damaged body.

Miriana frowns as she starts to notice something. She doesn't
know why it's bugging her but her instincts are telling her to
kill him immediately. Taking a deep breath, Miriana puts all the
cursed energy she has and use her Viking training, in which she
swing the sword with a powerful downward strike that it seems
like it split a shadow in two, trying to split Scar in half.

Seeing the power she put into the blade, Scar decides it best to
step back from the attack, but doesn't quite get all the way out
of range of the attack and takes a hit as he tries to avoid
being split in two. While it would be a fatal slash on anyone
else, Scar seems to be able to continue fighting, even though he
has to regenerate some of the damage that hindered his movement
(like healing his ribs and muscles).

Miriana: You got to be kidding me.
Miriana growled out as she takes a step back. Frowning, she
tries to manipulate the earth to try to bind Scar such as making
the trees come to life and trying to grab at Scar's limbs

Scar has no problem using his alchemy to try and destroy
anything coming at him, as he doesn't hesitate when it comes to
the trees trying to restrain him.

While the trees are distracting him, Miriana use her Life of
Gaia technique to absorb energy from the ground to replenish
herself. It only took a couple of seconds before she readies
herself and dash forward, trying to use her Black Flash attack
on Scar while using her blade again.

Scar was able to turn to Miriana after dealing with the trees,
but couldn't block Miriana's Black Flash attack in time which
hits him.

After hitting him with the Black Flash attack, Miriana throws a
kick at Scar's chest, hoping to send him flying backwards.

through the trees. It takes a moment, but he does get up after
he lands on the ground not too far away.[b]
