Akiba: I know... Honestly, if I sat here though and told you
about every haunting thing in my past, I could spend the next
two weeks telling you about my Foxhound days alone, and that's
not counting enemies I made when I was with Hellsing and the Men
of Letters. Slade Wilson is only one of those enemies. I didn't
even tell you about Big Boss and the whole Outer Heaven
incident... I've had so many people come back to haunt me, even
Slade said it was becoming a recurring theme with me. He says
with a sigh.
Flynn: But I'll be here... Just point me at a target, and I'll
take them out. If Slade shows up, I'll take his head off. Put it
in a jar so he can't regrow himself. He says, doing a sword
slash motion (though he wasn't holding his sword).

Integra: Hopefully not everything will come out to haunt you.
Today, we can look at the positives... which helps since we get
only one or two miracles a week. More than three if we're lucky.

Akiba: Agreed... It's not every day an ally comes back from the
dead. Usually it's enemies. He says sarcastically.
Flynn: Is this the part where we all hug?
Kindron looks to Flynn and Akiba. Kindron: While we're on the
subjects of good things... Flynn's swords... What are they made
of. It's not varanium is it? I don't think we have this metal in
our world.
Flynn: My swords? Pure Carbonadium. Murdering all your pesky
regenerators since... He stops for a moment and leans to Akiba.
When was carbonadium invented? He whispers, asking Akiba.
Akiba: Heck if I know... He says to Flynn. You were using it
before I joined Foxhound.
Flynn: Oh... Right... He turns back to Integra and Kindron and
clears his throat. Murdering all your pesky regenerators since
whatever year carbonadium was invented. He says doing a thumbs
up.

Integra: Interesting. I don't believe that we have those kinds
of metal in this world so they'll definitely come in handy.

Flynn: Good luck trying to recreate it... No one has been able
to. And we had pretty good scientists on the job.
Akiba: Even Dufort couldn't seem to figure out the formula when
we tried to recreate it, or else Raven and Takahashi would have
had it recreated for our people to use.
Kindron: If I can use my alchemy to figure out what it's made
of, then I might be able to figure out how to make it.

Integra: Doesn't hurt to try.
As the adults talk, a text comes up to Akiba from Chelsea.
Chelsea: in a text: "Hey. Am I needed by the Mercenaries this
weekend? I got invited to one of those extreme sports party this
weekend. It starts at 10 but they want me to come a bit earlier
to help set up. The school project my friends and I are doing is
almost done so we'll be able to finish it before the weekend
starts. Don't worry, I won't be alone. My friends are coming
with me. One of them plans to have a older relative with us
since we're minors."

Akiba: Yeah. If we can recreate it, it's a very strong metal,
and would make some great weapons if we could recreate it. The
difference between carbonadium and varanium is that carbonadium
is almost as tough as adamantium or vibranium. But Carbonadium
doesn't have the same electromagnetic field varanium has.
When Akiba sees the text message, he pulls up a screen on his
hand-held device on his wrist and types a message back. The
message reads: We shouldn't need you here specifically. But keep
an eye open, due to the fact Nightshade could be watching your
group after the incident at Stormstar. I would like you to take
the T-800 with you if possible since he should still be
protecting you guys. Other than that, things should be good here
for now. Go ahead and have fun. Don't do anything stupid, and
call me, Integra or Kindron if you need anything at any time.
[b]Flynn, who was reading over his shoulder, looks to Akiba.
Flynn: So... Not gonna tell her about me? Are you embarrassed of
me? He says the last part jokingly.
Akiba: No... I'll tell her when she gets back. Along with
probably telling the other Mercenaries. Raven and Takahashi will
be glad to see Flynn.
Flynn: Oh my god... They're here too? I haven't seen those kids
in years. He says.

Akiba: We knew this wasn't going to be an easy transition. But
it was a necessary one. He says. It pains me we couldn't save
our world, but as long as we can help avoid this one suffering
the fate ours did, hopefully that will be enough.

doesn't help that this world is trying to turn itself inside
