Nigel gives Melanie and Alicia their sandwiches before grabbing
his own. If Jack is able to pay attention, he'll notice Nigel
being a demi-titan but has soul reaper energy that he's
suppressing. As for Liz, she's a standard demigod like Melanie
but her aura would resemble something similar to a desert. It
also show that Liz and Nigel are the only ones who are Americans
due to them not having an accent (Alicia has a British accent
which I forgot to mention earlier) and Ethan being German due to
last name despite him not speaking
Nigel: Seems like Alicia got a bike buddy, which is awesome.

Jack takes not of everyone, mostly just to identify and remember
who everyone is. He didn't want to ask about anything that might
make people uncomfortable, so for a moment he eats his sandwich.
Of course, the group would not only be able to sense Jack's
angelic power, but also his ability as a Shinto deity (though he
should technically be more of a demi-god, he actually feels more
like a full Shinto deity rather than a hybrid even though he has
angelic and human power). The other main difference was that
Jack was partially Japanese due to his mother being Japanese.
Jack: Hey... This sandwich is pretty good. He says as he eats
the sandwich.

Just like the others, Liz and Nigel notice how unique Jack is
but chose not to say anything for now.

Melanie: Yes. Liz and I met each other as roommates in our old
apartment a few years back.
Nigel: Meanwhile, I met Alicia and Ethan when they were being
harassed by a few monsters. After I helped them out, we became
buddies to the point that we helped Ethan look for his mom. It
went better than expected for him.
Alicia: As for how we met the demigods, well we bonded together
over a group project with Melanie... which led to a quest when a
dream demon kidnapped Melanie and Ethan's dad for some messed up
plan to aid the titans.
Nigel: But we manage to get our sunshine and Ethan's old man
back and we got stuck together ever since.

Jack: Huh... Never fought dream demons before. I hear some of
the nastier ones can be pretty difficult to deal with.

Nigel: Yeah, learned that the hard way. A nephilim dream warrior
actually saved my bacon couple of months back from one of them
that took the form of a centipede. takes a few bites of his
sandwich

Jack: Huh. Never been to the dream realm. My dad was guardian of
the Far Shore though... Or I guess what humans call The Veil. I
sort of inherited that from him, and started fighting hollows
and dark spirits that make it into that world.

Nigel: Really? Ethan's old man is knowledgeable of places such
as different planes like the dream world or the death realm. My
mother on the other hand, was a substitute soul reaper so I'm
very familiar with stuff like hollows. Though I'm a bit more on
the "special" side due to me having time powers.

Jack: My mother was priestess. Met my dad after she got
possessed by a demon or something and my dad exorcised the demon
from her. No idea how that would end up translating to me
becoming the reincarnation of a Shinto god of calamity, but
apparently the universe has had it in for me since the day I was
born. He says the last part jokingly.
