Cayden: I'm glad to help. He says in response to Jane.
Reid: With this most recent update and the information we know
now, I'd say his profile right now seems more like that of a
hunter than a normal serial killer, and then counting in his
vendetta against meta humans. It seems like he's going where the
game is... London has some of the most powerful known meta
humans in the world. He might be looking to work his way up to
taking out some of the big name meta humans. If he can take out
the more powerful ones, the lesser ones will be easy in
comparison. He says in response to Ziva's comment.
Cayden: So he's done hunting rabbits, and he's going after the
wolves to work his way up to fighting lions and bears. He says,
using an analogy. He's confident, I'll give him that. The
supernaturals in this town are not to be underestimated though.
There is a chance that he might be getting in too far over his
       head.
Nate comes up to the group, and rejoins Jane, Mason and Ziva's
group. Nate looks to Cayden with a nod and then looks to the
group. Nate: I found something examining the other bodies. I
could actually use my psychic eye on them, so I can definitely
confirm that he's getting better at killing if this one was able
to block my psychic eye. But anyway... I think I figured out how
that weapon of his works. The bodies are all drained of
energy... Like completely. No mana, chi, spirit. For those that
don't know how it works, when you die, supernatural energies
don't just go away immediately, but they erode and slowly
release their energy into the air. You can't sense the energy in
the body after death, but some energy does remain. Supernaturals
usually keep energy in their bodies for up to 2 years from what
I've seen... But with these supernaturals, their bodies are
drained completely of energy. These supernaturals would have
been completely powerless having no energy to use any of their
abilities, and the energies in their bodies being so drained
would have left them no stronger than a normal human because
they'd lose all supernatural physical enhancement. So his weapon
isn't a power negation weapon, but it's a draining weapon that
drains enemies of their energy. He explains. I'll need to
confirm it with some scans if we can get the technology in here,
but I'm pretty sure that's why everything in that area shorted
out when he busted it out. It must absorb energy over a given
area, and once it does, it makes his enemies pretty easy to take
       down.
Amenadiel: I hope so... last thing we need is yet another serial
killer running around with a vendetta. Killers who's victims are
completely random are among the hardest to catch because their
patterns truly are random. Aside from this guy clearly targeting
meta-humans, there's nothing connecting these victims together,
and it makes tracking this guy that much harder when we can't
predict who he'll go after next.

Mason and Jane remain silent as Nate walks up and explains the
situation. Mason frown at Nate's analogy while Jane almost went
       pale.
Jane: Christ flakes, that's f*cking terrifying. And that kind of
weapon is in the hands of some guy with a lot of anger issues
       and a possible small di--?!
Mason: This is bad. Really bad. But normally there should be
some kind of counter if it is some kind of energy absorbing
weapon. Not to mention the weapon got have a limit on how much
it can absorb or how it affects the user.
Lorenzo: Well, if this pr*ck is one of those vengeful killers,
then the best I can do to narrow it a little is trying to go
after the bigger threats. Starting from criminals of organized
groups to the point of even going as far as going after the
Darkfires or this precinct. I'll admit, the killer gotta be a
huge jackass to do something like this but with this kind of
weapon he has, it'll make him dangerous or worse, the idiot
attract the wrong people and they manage to get his weapon for
       their own gain.

L: If it weakens super-naturals, the answer is simple. We send
humans after it that don't have any enhancements who are trained
to fight enhanced beings, if he's absorbing that energy himself.
A well placed team with high caliber guns not dependent on
technology should do the trick, shouldn't it? He thinks for a
moment. Unless the dagger gives him supernatural abilities... In
which case we'd need to destroy the dagger first.

Ziva: Whatever tech you need Nate, we’ll get it. If you spoke to
Ducky about it then I’m sure he’ll be quick to send in a
request. If not I’ll speak to Lorenzo. She steps back crossing
her arms. And if we want to try L’s approach…Tony and I can go.
Maybe Reid..though I don’t know how much training you have with
this sort of thing. We may of course need someone to lure him
out because based on his history, he isn’t interested in killing
normal civilians. We’ll probably also want back up in case it
       goes terribly wrong.

Nate: We don't know how the energy absorption works... We don't
know if he's absorbing it into himself, or if it's just being
released in the air or something. So we can't assume anything
right now. He says in response to Mason. He then responds to
Ziva's suggestion. He went after a group last time. So if you
want a group, and if you need someone to be bait...
Cayden: Don't say it... He says to Nate.
Nate: Cayden and I will volunteer.
Cayden: Godd*mnit... He says, sighing again.
Dr. Reid: I am trained to apprehend meta-humans... But then
again, I'm mostly support to our stronger members who can fight
meta-humans. We should definitely have a backup armed unit who
can come in and help us if we do need it.
Nate: All we need now is to figure out where he's targeting
victims so we can try and lure him in. I would recommend us
calling a few human people from Hellsing who specialize in
hunting supernaturals. Just so we have the extra backup. I hear
there's a few normal humans there.
Amendial: We don't know if this weapon is tied to him or not.
But I agree. Him drawing unwanted attention would be bad.
Especially now that the media has gotten a hold of the story.
