Ziva ducks back under the tape and walks to the car to head back
to the precinct to pull all the old case files that possible
match this case.
Ducky leads Nate back to the van after packing the rest of his
supplies away.

Nate follows Ducky to the van.
Meanwhile, Amenadiel and Reid get ready to head back to the
station to start their work.
As Mason sniffs around, there wouldn't be too much out of the
ordinary, and would probably be too many smells to distinguish
since the area had seen many people travelling through it. In
addition to the blood of the victims though, there was also
another strange smell, the smell of fiberglass particles around
a small part of the area, which would probably irritate Mason's
nose quite heavily.

The strange smell made Mason snort heavily to the point that it
sound like he sneeze, which might sound cute to some animal
lovers. After shaking his head a bit, he wonders if he can track
the smell without irritating his nose. As much as he hates the
smell, he knows that he has to follow it.

The drive to the station was decently short for both Ziva and
Ducky. Once Ziva arrives she checks in with Jane before she goes
to dig through the back room.
Ziva: Anything of interest? She says as she drops her badge and
gun onto her desk.
Meanwhile, Ducky pulls around the building to take the bodies
directly into the morgue to place them on the autopsy tables.
Afterwards, he walks to open a few of the freezer doors against
the back wall so Nate can slide the bodies out to look at them.
Ducky: If you need any of the files please don't hesitate to ask
me or Saori. She's the next best resource.

The smell seemed to head toward a main road, but since there was
a lot of people around, the smell would seem to fade into
obscurity. And since fiberglass was commonly used in a lot of
places, it would be difficult to track.
Meanwhile, Amenadiel goes to see Lorenzo, knocking on his door
once he got back to the station. Dr. Reid was with him, staying
silent since he was trying to be respectful.
Nate: Thanks. He says to Ducky as he pulls out the drawers and
gets ready to start examining the bodies. In order to not mess
up previous autopsies done, and possibly make things difficult,
Nate avoids touching the bodies, and instead just uses his
psychic eye on them.

Mason: You got to be f*cking kidding me...
With a sigh, Mason begin moving into an alleyway where there are
less people around so a dogcatcher doesn't try to nab him. Once
inside, he shape shift into a rat that also has a good smell and
tries tracking the smell the best he could while being as hidden
from the public eye as he could.
Meanwhile, Jane rubs her temples as she finish her coffee that
she had to order online. Jane: I'm trying to go through certain
CCTV footages that link from before and toward the incident with
the murders. Luckily, there weren't many dark hooded people that
late out in London but at the same time, I don't have super
vampire vision.
Lorenzo was on the phone with someone when Amenadiel knocked on
his door. After a few murmurs, Lorenzo hangs up the phone and
place it on his desk before turning to his door. Lorenzo: It's
open.

Ziva: We’re lucky that our killer decided not to dress like
every other person in this d*mn city. Nonetheless just give us
what you can Jane. We don’t expect you to use powers you don’t
have.
Ducky: If you’d like to examine the fresh bodies during the
autopsy let me know. I’ll pull a set of proper garments. As he
speaks he’s pulling out the samples he collected to send off to
Saori with the other evidence.

(Wait... I swear my last response in this RP is just gone. Am I
crazy or something?)
With Mason, a man walks up and looks down at him while he was in
rat form. Instead of talking, he takes out his ID and shows him
his badge as a PI, marked under the same PI agency as Nate. The
ID read: Detective Cayden Harrison, which was clearly the man.
He felt like a human form werewolf, but had a very calm and
subdued persona as he seemed the more silent and thoughtful
type. After he had shown his id and PI badge, he then starts
talking Cayden: I've already checked the area for that
fiberglass smell, if it saves you some time. There's nothing
here out of place that would leave a trace like that, so I've
concluded that whatever this stuff is, it came off our killer.
Something on him or his outfit had fiberglass in it. I have a
few theories, but nothing concrete yet. He explains to Mason.
As Ziva and Jane talk, Dr. Reid comes in, having come back with
Amenadiel. Reid: I'd be surprised if he was on the cameras.
We're talking about a guy who's probably watching his targets
and no one has noticed him yet. We might have better luck if we
track the victims and see if there was anyone following them. If
this killer was watching them, it's more we'll see him on camera
while he's stalking them. If our killer was planning out his
kills, then he would have to have been tracking them for some
time. He says in response to Jane.
Amenadiel walks into Lorenzo's office. Amenadiel: The press now
has a hold of the video of the killer... So we're in a tough
spot. We have some new information on the killer, but it's not
much. If it's okay with you, I'd like to bring that Dufort kid
from lockup to help with the case. He helped a few cases back,
and I think he can help us with this one.
Nate: Thanks... I'll let you know. He says as he was examining
the other bodies with his psychic eye. He then notices something
and turns to Ducky. You guys don't have a way to scan for energy
in the cells, do you? Like if the bodies have mana or any
supernatural energies running through them? Normally the bodies
have energy that decays after death and eventually is released
into the air as part of the decaying process. He says to Ducky.
With these bodies, they're unnaturally drained of energy. It's
like something absorbed all the energy out of their bodies
before they died. He turns to the new bodies. I couldn't see it
on them because of the whatever is negating my sight with them,
probably residue of his dagger if it's a power negation weapon.

((To be honest, I completely forgot about this until now. Welp.
cracks knuckles))
Mason stopped in his tracks when he noticed the PI man. After
listening to his explanation, a high pitched sigh came from
Mason as he rub his left ear in irritation which does look
pretty cute. He then use his angelic telepathy to communicate
with the werewolf who is in human form.
Mason: Damn. Well, it's better than nothing and it sure as hell
saved me from scurrying around here so I appreciate the heads
up. Might as well head back to the station.
Jane: Right. Jane remove her hands from her temples and listens
to Reid That could work. But it could also be messy since this
guy is going from attacking criminals to anyone who's not a
normal human being. Maybe someone should go undercover and try
to fish him out. We should also make sure that he doesn't have a
easy escape plan along with some restraints that can hold
superpowered psychos like him. Either that or borrow the doc's
bat. She says the last part jokingly. Those who are a part of
Blue Skulls know that Dr. Saori Sakajou is well known for having
a baseball bat as a weapon which she use for self defense.
Lorenzo mumbled something in Italian before speaking clearly to
Amenadial.
Lorenzo: Damn those leeches. All they're doing is creating more
harm than good even though they only care about making a couple
of bucks. Doesn't help that the higher ups are crawling up my
ass because of the situation. [/b]sighs a bit[/b] I was honestly
thinking on getting the kid to help us with this. I can even
pull some strings and get him out of here if things go so well.
Fingers crossed though. He said the last part bitterly

Ziva takes a few steps from the back room where she had been
working to find similar unsolved cases. She has a thoughtful
look as she thinks back to her initial conversation with Reid.
Ziva: Spencer, our theory earlier that he did this because he
felt powerless…something struck me about a previous case I
worked on that could apply here. What do you think the
possibility is that he feels powerless not because of something
that happened to him, but to someone in relation to him? An
action caused by a meta-human that he couldn’t stop and this is
his form of vigilante revenge to stop it in the future. It would
be a possibility that could explain his carelessness. Emotions
can make people get sloppy.
Ducky looks at Nate from the table where he’s prepping the
samples to be sent over to Saori. Ducky: We don’t have a way to
check for that after death…yet. I may have to ask for it. If
he’s draining every drop of energy within their bodies, he
really wants them to feel powerless even after death. So we have
a weapon that steals energy from others, negates multiple
abilities, and clearly based on the video in the news can mess
with technology if it was indeed responsible for the cameras
going out. If it was responsible for knocking the poor fellows
from today out then I’d say some kind of force generation as
well.
