Once they arrive, they would see black tailed mongooses all over
the area. Akule and Millia jump up to a tree nearby. The area
was pretty open, so the group would have a clear view. Millia:
Do what you need to do, we'll be here. She says as her and Akule
sit on a large tree branch.
Dark Vin: No but seriously... A black tailed mongoose with a
white tail is just a white tailed mongoose! She says to V and
Vin.
Vin: I agree... But we need to do what they say. Apparently this
is an important ingredient... We can talk stuff later.
Goten notices V lost in thought and goes over to her. Goten: You
alright? If you want to sit out for a while, we can start
looking if you have something else you want to do for a bit. I
don't think it matters if one of us finds multiple white tails.
He says to her. Though Goten didn't know it, it would give V her
chance to talk to Akule and Millia.

V snaps out of it when she notice Goten talking to her. Sighing
a bit, she nod her head lightly in agreement.
V: Yeah. If you guys don't mind, I want to talk to those shamans
a bit about my cousin. I can get Ragna to help you guys out if
that's okay. He probably want to stretch his legs a little.

Goten: It's up to you. I still have Waishu in the sky too, so he
can probably help us too. There are a lot of black mongooses
around, so having more people searching might help.

V: Happy hunting. And please make sure that those two don't find
a way to kill each other. Knowing them, they might find a way to
fight each other with the poor animals.
As she says this, she begin walking to the tree that Akule and
Millia are sitting in. This might be the perfect time to learn
about Kindron. He may have told her some stuff about his past
but these two seem to know him much more than almost anyone
else. Then there's Shamala. She's unsure how she can talk her
out of what she's doing or planning on doing but it doesn't hurt
to learn about her and this Panther Spirit. Once she got there,
she looks up at the two shamans with her fingers in her pockets.
V: You two got a minute? I have some questions to ask. And no,
it's not about the animals or anything relating to the damn
charms that we need.

join Vin and Dark Vin alongside Ranga.
Millia and Akule jump down from the tree.
Millia: Sure... Ask anything you like.
Akule: Indeed.

Akule: I trained Shamala to be a shaman after she was found by
Shamans long ago when she was young. She was raised by a spirit,
and found by shamans who went deep into the mountains on a
training quest... I taught her everything I could and taught her
to be a shaman. Shamala became a high level shamaness, and I
entrusted her to train Millia for a while... She used to be one
of us, but at some point, she got tired of humanity always
calling her a monster... When I first met her, she couldn't
communicate with humans, she could only communicate with
animals. Because of her strange transformation ability that she
used to change into animals, people thought she was an evil
witch for her abilities, and they called her an animal to make
fun of her because even after she learned human language, it was
hard for her not to use her animal talk. When she talked, she
would often growl or make some sort of animalistic sound because
she had trouble with human speech. Over time, she lost that
problem though, partially thanks to Kindron and Millia who
brought her out of her shell.
Millia: I met Kindron and Shamala when Shamala was supposed to
train me. A group called the Cessair murdered my mother and
father and I was left with my uncle, who asked Shamala at the
time to train me. Shamala was supposed to train me, then she
disappeared when she got captured by one of their leaders,
Ruairi... That was when I met Kindron, who appeared after
Shamala disappeared. Eventually, Kindron met my uncle and he
worked with us to stop the group who was responsible for killing
my mother and father. The first time we all worked together was
against the Cessair, and taking down Ruairi and Tarlach, the
ones behind the group, who were trying to seal our world off
from the gods. Kindron helped me avenge my mother and father.
She smiles a bit, which was somewhat unlike her as she
remembered when she met Kindron. Kindron agreed to help me only
after I agreed to fight on his terms, on the condition that I
wasn't allowed to kill anyone. I could go with him, but he
refused to let me kill anyone. He refused to let me kill anyone
and killed them himself. I found out later that he ordered that
one condition because he didn't want me to become a killer, so
he chose to kill in my place and kill the people I wanted to
kill. After I got captured by the Cessair, I don't remember much
of what happened, but apparently Kindron defeated the group who
tried to use me for their plans.

V listen to the two shamans carefully. Her face almost went pale
when Millia mentioned Ruairi and Tarlach. Those two didn't sound
like the alternate ones that came with her alternate brothers,
Father Hei and Raiden Kindron. Probably a good thing that those
two didn't interact with Shamala. Hopefully. V decide to put
that thought aside and begin her next question.
V: ...What was Kindron like when he was training here with
Shamala?
