Akule: Stopping Balor will due for now, but we also have to work
to stop Malice... If we don't, then he may try to help groups
like Hyperion take over this world.
Millia: Yeah... And I suspect Malice was behind Kindron's turn
into a monster that led to his death. But that's just my
personal theory.
Akule: We don't know that, Millia... Everything pointed to the
demon princes being the ones who orchestrated that.
Millia: That's crap and we all know it. She says to Akule.
Kindron had never even interacted with them and they considered
him a threat to them? They had no reason to attack him, I don't
care what their plan with bringing Lucifer back entailed.
Kindron didn't even care about the Christian pantheon. Malice
was the guy who had beef with Kindron, not those guys.

V: We can have this conversation another time. For now, let's
just focus on making sure that we don't turn into those demon
things and helping this place.
V sounds a bit more stern and bitter than she wanted to but she
REALLY doesn't want to go through talking about what happened to
her cousin. Especially since his death had some really negative
effects on those close to him.

Akule: Right well... He says, noticing V trying to change the
subject and decides to drop the subject. As long as you're with
us... We can prevent you from turning into demons. But we will
need to make you some charms that will prevent you from being
able to be turned into demons when we aren't around.
Millia: The only thing is... This is gonna require certain items
that aren't easy to come by. So we're gonna have to go out and
get these items into the mountains. Once we have the items,
we'll make the charms and that way you'll have some protection
against these people using the Eye of Death spell. What we're
doing is also going to help you in your battles to come when you
inevitably encounter Malice... Because I doubt he's going to let
you keep operating as opponents to his plans.
Vin: I'm sorry... Kind of a dumb question... But, who's Malice?
He's come up a few times, but I've not heard of him and Balor
made it sound like an important name. She says, somewhat
confused.
Millia: He's a god of evil on a multiversal scale. He was
created by Xeles, and he's basically the god of the Void between
dimensions. We know he's returned, and he seems to be helping
Hyperion.
Goten sighs as a realization comes to mind. Goten: Dammit... He
must be the god of the evil arts that I found info on when
scouting Hyperion. I guess that answers who the heck they were
talking about, and who this god of Hyperion is...

Vin: Huh? She says, somewhat confused.
Millia: What do you think we're going to do it for you? No, you
guys are going to gather the ingredients for the charms, and
then we'll make the charms once you get the ingredients. She
says to them, crossing her arms.
Dark Vin: Sighs. I hate this already...

Okay. V try not to make a face but she does make a soft exhale
through her nose. Gods know what the other Shamans are like.
V: Can we at least know what kind of ingredients we need to grab
for our charms?

Akule: The first ingredient we're going to need is a white tail
from a black tailed mongoose. He says to the group.
Vin: Wait... I don't mean to sound like a broken record but...
What?
Millia sighs. Millia: There's a rare occurrence of a black
tailed mongoose with a white tail instead of a black tail. You
have to find a white tailed black tailed mongoose and take its
tail. Don't worry... We'll take you where you need to go. You'll
just hunt the mongooses till you find one with a white tail.
It's near a town that lives near the base of the mountain.
Dark Vin: I'm sorry... I know I'm not the sharpest tool in the
shed, but... If a black tailed mongoose has a white tail,
doesn't that make it a white tailed mongoose? She says, starting
to get annoyed already.

teleports them using divine shadows in a Darkfire style
teleportation.

V wasn't 100% percent ready for the teleportation but since she
was familiar to the Darkfire teleportation, she was still fine.
Sooner or later, she's going to have to talk to these people
about Kindron and Shamala.
