Vin: Yeah... Even with charms, apparently Malice's voice is
still strong and can bring out the dark side of someone's
personality. So we're going to have to get stronger mentally in
order to resist his presence.
Ramiris: Indeed... I know you've been told this already by the
shaman, but when you face Malice, his ability to speak to one's
inner self can bring out all manners of hidden sides. According
to the shaman, even someone as controlled as Kindron Darkfire
was vulnerable to that power. It will require not only mental
training, but mastering your own selves. So don't underestimate
that power... She turns to V and Vin. But also do not believe
that you cannot reach that level of control just because your
cousin was at that level. I know how you two are. You hear that
Kindron can do something and immediately think you'll never
reach that level, but the truth is that you're still young, and
haven't developed your full power. She says to V and Vin
specifically.

V turn her gaze to the side and shove her hands into her
pockets, almost looking like a delinquent. The truth is that
Ramiris is right, even when V doesn't want to admit it. Then
again, a lot of people keep forgetting that V is still in her
actual early 20s and it doesn't help when the world itself
expects her to grow up and be as strong as her cousins yet still
fear her for what she is. It has been infuriating ever since she
found out what she truly was.
V: ...We only got a week to do this anyway, correct? If so, then
I'm ready when everyone else is.

Ramiris: You don't have to worry about that... It's unlikely
Malice will go through with the attack after what he said. Even
Malice is afraid of what a war with that other world might mean,
so he's not going to risk starting a war that even he cannot
control.
Akule: But we will still prepare just in case. It's obvious that
we cannot assume anything anymore.
Vobu waddles over to V and Vin, now back in his normal tiny
little rabbit form. Vobu: Listen... If or when Malice comes
back. Feel free to call me. I want Malice gone as much as you,
and with me, I can counter the dark arts he uses because I was
the one that taught him dark arts. I know we're on different
sides and all, but I'm still rooting for you to win. He says
with a cheerful smile. He then gets serious and lowers his head.
After all... It's my fault that Malice got as strong as he is.
Evil eye guy tricked me and told me the person was someone else.
I'm sorry. If I had been smart enough to realize I was being
manipulated, Malice wouldn't have my dark arts, and maybe you'd
stand more of a chance.

V: Damn, so he got you as well. Damn it, the brothers are right.
Calling that thing a bastard is such an understatement at this
point.
V didn't want to mention Crayak's name due to the bad omen he
placed on the Olympus Darkfire brothers which screwed up their
lives in more ways than one. Just the thought of that dark
entity makes her grimace along with what happened between R.
Kindron and Father Hei.

Vobu: Just remember... Malice isn't the only one that remembers
the previous timelines. I remember them too, and I remember
exactly how we kill the Ellimist and that evil eye guy.
Vin: Thanks Vobu.
Vin goes over and kneels down, petting Vobu on the head, not
caring about how bad an idea it might be. Vobu seems to enjoy it
as he smiles. Vobu doesn't seem to take any action against Vin,
as most would know he would take souls and blood if people tried
to get close to him. However, in this case, Vobu just lets Vin
pet his head. Vobu: I really missed this. He says to himself,
remembering the timeline where he spent future timelines.

Vobu: Anyway. Next time Malice shows up, just give me a call. He
says after Vin gets up and steps back. I'm also working on a way
to reach that place in between timelines. And I think the
crybaby is too. I think we're both close to finding a way there.

Vobu: Actually... I was going to send you and Vin there when I
figure out how to do it. From what I was told, the Kindron that
is there might respond better to you showing up than me. I have
a suspicion there's a reason why they keep seem to only care
about Zeus kids. Plus... They need to be told that they really
screwed up our timeline by not considering how Malice could
effect it. I'm one thing, but Malice is not someone they should
have left an unknown... At least in the last few timelines I
turn good and help you guys.
