Itachi: I can understand why. How much do you know about me,
exactly? Sorry if the question sounds strange..
Amy close her laptop and place her tablet on her desk. Knowing
what to do, she walks over to her work phone, punch in some
numbers and waits as it rings. Once she got something, she begin
speaking
Amy: Ah! Good afternoon, Corporal. I hope I didn't call you at a
bad time. Oh, really? Okay, I need you to do me a quick favor.
There's a young Uchiha on the base named Itachi. Can you get
someone to send him over to me, please? It's important. Thank
you, Corporal.
Amy hangs up the phone and gets ready to perform the genetic
code procedure by gathering her equipment for the job.
Amy: Alright, the sooner we do this, the better.

Tsukio: Not much other than what Goten told me. I know you're a
clone of the guy that wiped out the Uchiha clan, who was Goten's
cousin. I could tell you're part dragon, and more or less you
seem to have the same Uchiha powers that Itachi had from what
Goten told me about him.
Goten: Hey, doc... I got a favor. Could you also try to create a
plasmite from my silver chakra power using my blood and genetic
code? Not using the part that's apparently bad, but I was sorta
thinking that if the other Itachi is gonna do this for me, I
wanna do something in return for him. Also, I need some help
figuring out this power, and I think this other Itachi guy can
help me with that if he's willing to try and learn it, since I
think it could help him as well. I don't know if this power of
my silver chakra is genetic or if it's just a state I tapped
into by accident. I think trying to recreate it could help me
figure out more about it. I think this silver chakra could be
the key to a long-term goal of mine, and I want to know if
others can gain the power. He says to Amy.

Itachi: I was suppose to be some sort of weapon for those
scientists. Instead I turned on them and tried to survive on my
own. I would've been dead if it wasn't for Vendetta. She gave me
a reason to truly live. I owe her that much.
Amy: thinks for a minute I might be able to do it. You ever
thought of Itachi helping you out with your new clan?

Tsukio: Yeah... I don't know what it is with all the
experimentation and crap lately. It seems like a lot of the more
powerful people in the world are experiments gone wrong these
days. I mean, you have that new trio Hyperion created, the
SOLDIERS over at Ragnorok, and hell, even Black Sun is creating
powerful creatures from what I hear.
Goten: That's exactly what I was thinking. He may be a clone,
but I can tell he's got a good heart, and that's good enough for
me. I'm pretty sure I can't do this alone. It will help a lot to
have an alternate perspective to help figure out the best way to
make things work.

Itachi: I know. It's like people think that they can be God and
create their own little monsters of destruction. It's an
infuriating fad that's really getting old.
As he says this, a soldier walks over to Itachi and Tsukio.
Soldier: Mr. Uchiha, I've been sent here to take you to Dr.
Xeno's office immediately. She needs you right away. Your friend
here can come if he likes.
Amy: Then it's settled. Once he comes, we'll let him in on the
details and get started.

Tsukio: Yeah, but at least you guys got something good out of
it. You, that girl Vin, and her brother all seem like positives
that have come out of the whole experimenting thing. He says
before he gets ready to follow them to the lab.

Itachi: You have a point. We three were treated as people while
the others are mostly seen as weapons for their own gain.
He says as he follows the soldier to the doctor office.
Amy: picks up a syringe I'm gonna start by taking your blood.

Tsukio: It sounds like it's just about finding the right
audience... Some people will treat people better than others and
some are more willing to accept others than some are. It's sorta
strange though, you'd think these scientists creating all these
would care a little more about them after all the time they
spend on them, and the time they spend with them teaching them
what they're supposed to do. I mean, if I took the time to
create a new being, I'd want to make sure that being gets a good
chance at life, even if it's designed to be a weapon. I'd be
treating the person I make like my own flesh and blood. He says
as he follows the group.
Goten holds his arm out for Amy. Goten: Fire away. Despite being
young, he wasn't scared of needles or anything, and seemed more
comfortable talking to Amy than most other people, probably due
to the years he spent with Dr. Summers constantly treating his
illness.

Itachi: I agree. It also proves that there are those unfit to
take care of others.
Amy first swab Goten's arm with rubbing alcohol before carefully
putting the needle in Goten's arm and start to drain some blood.
The blood she takes goes into three small tubes. After she's
done, she remove the needle from his arm and dispose of it once
she got his blood collected.
Amy: I know many of you have regeneration abilities but I can't
shake the feeling of giving you a band-aid.
