Itachi's attack is able to land and destroy Kazuma's Susanoo,
and Kazuma has to teleport a short distance away to avoid being
attacked directly by the Itachi and Goten.
Kazuma: Hmm... I guess I am at a disadvantage against 3 of
you... But don't think this is over, not by a long shot. He says
before teleporting himself away.

Itachi sighs softly as he deactivates his susanoo and sheathe
his blade once the flames are extinguished. He then turn and
walk toward Goten and Tsukio to check on them.
Itachi: Are you two okay? Any injuries?

Tsukio: Nothing for me. He says as he was still on guard
wondering of Kazuma would come back.
Goten: Just my pride... He says with a sigh. He deactivates his
Susanoo, and his Mangekyo. However, he falls to his knees as he
starts coughing violently, a result of pushing his body too far
as he coughs hard enough that he starts coughing up some blood.
Once he does, he looks at his hand, realizing he was coughing up
blood. Oh... Well. That's unfortunate... He says somewhat
weakly.

Itachi immediately begin to help Goten up.
Itachi: Come on, I'm taking you to Dr. Xeno. She might help out.

Goten takes out an inhaler as Itachi helps him up and starts
using it to take his medicine. Goten: Well... The good news is
that my sickness will kill me before my doctor does. He says
jokingly. She would not take it well that I'm pushing my body so
hard.
Tsukio comes over and sighs. Tsukio: You didn't tell me it this
bad. How did you survive your last few fights? He says to Goten.
Goten: Luck mostly...

Itachi: Well, I'm not 100 percent on this but it seems that the
enemy we fought has some sort of knowledge of it. sighs a bit
It's a bit sooner but this is more important. When you two are
ready, I'll transport you two to Dr. Xeno's office.

Goten: Kazuma's seen that I can't push myself in our last few
fights. My body has been getting weaker with every time I fight
him, and he seems to get stronger. He responds as he puts his
inhaler away. Go ahead and teleport. We'll be fine.
Tsukio: Yeah, the sooner we get him some help, the better. I'd
rather not lose one of my best friends. He looks at Goten with a
glare. If you die and leave me here with Zack alone, I'm going
to kick your teeth in before you go to the afterlife. You may go
to heaven or something, but I'm gonna send you there with a
broken jaw. He says sarcastically. Despite the joking, Tsukio
didn't really have a problem with Zack as a person, but just
found his cheerful personality a little annoying.

Itachi frowns a little but teleport himself and the boys to Dr.
Xeno's office. Due to the anti-teleportation system she set up
due to incidents of ambushes from Hyperion, Itachi couldn't
teleport in. A few American SF members notice the three, more
importantly Goten. Without a word, they rush over to the boys to
aid them.
Soldier: Good to see you all alive.
Soldier 2: What the hell happened?!
Itachi: Long story. Just help Goten.
Soldier: On it. Take him to Dr. Xeno fast. She shouldn't be
busy.
The second and third soldier said yes sir in unison and begin to
take Goten in as fast as they can while trying not to make his
sickness worse.
Soldier: Sorry if you couldn't get inside like you wanted. We
put up the anti-teleportation defenses due to good reasons. Too
many assh*les barging in and wrecking the place like drunk frat
boys.
Itachi: I understand.

Tsukio: Well, this meeting turned into a real fun mess didn't
it? He says jokingly to Itachi. Goten was actually sort of
looking forward to meeting a good Uchiha after all the crap he's
been through lately. He says to Itachi.
Goten was slowly getting better as he was able to stand on his
own, but lets the other soldiers help him to Amy's office.

Itachi: I can agree on that as well. Forgive me, I never got
your name.
The soldiers continue to help Goten to the office. It didn't
take long for them to get there. To their luck, Amy noticed the
three coming towards her way and immediately open her door.
Amy: Place him on the rest bed.
