Kazuma tries to use his Kamui to teleport away, but doesn't
quite get away before Kazuma gets slashed in the back. He comes
out of his kamui teleportation and fires off a blast of
lightning at the group using his lightning nature.

Itachi tries to counter the lighting with his own version by
firing a stream of electric flames. His real goal is to give the
boys a chance for their own attack.

Goten tries to use his Kamui when Tsukio throws his kunai
straight up, and teleports it behind Kazuma where Tsukio
teleports behind and attacks with the knife as Goten tries to
attack him from the front. However, Kazuma wasn't about to fall
for the same trick twice as he moves out of the way and dodges
the two of them.
Kazuma quickly realizes that 3 against 1 was not going to go in
his favor, so he focuses on trying to take Goten out of the
fight first, this time using a Susanoo all around him while he
teleports to Goten and uses his Susanoo to try and attack,
forcing Goten to have to use his full Susanoo as well. While he
was focused on Goten, he had his Susanoo granting him defense,
which would make him much harder to attack.
(If you haven't figured it out yet, Tsukio's teleportation trick
with the kunai is basically based on the flying raijin technique
that the fourth Hokage uses in Naruto.)

Itachi grits his teeth as he start to form his own Susanoo. His
own version is a little different from the regular Itachi due to
it having draconic features such as dragon wings and scales.
Itachi: Help Goten. I'll try to distract him.

Tsukio: I can't get to them through their Susanoo's. He says to
Itachi. He has a thought as he tries to figure out how to get
his teleportation kunai through Kazuma's Susanoo. Hey, dragon
guy. If I throw a knife, can you teleport it with your
Sharingan's Kamui ability into that guy's Susanoo? If the knife
gets through his Susanoo, I can teleport to it past his
defenses. He says, somewhat quietly, hoping not to alert Kazuma
to their plan.
Kazuma's and Goten's Susanoo's both have a special life cutter
technique that cuts through energy, but both seem to counter
each other when used on each other. Kazuma uses his life drain
eye to force Goten to counter it, making Goten use his left
Mangekyo to counter Kazuma's. It becomes obvious quickly that
Kazuma knows that Goten can't handle as much strain as he can,
so he focuses on trying to strain Goten as much as possible.

Itachi nod his head to Tsukio in compliance as he readies his
sharingan eyes.
Itachi: Ready when you are.

Tsukio: Alright. Here goes. He throws the knife at Kazuma, who
was still concentrated on Goten, prepared to teleport once
Itachi had teleported the kunai.
Meanwhile, Kazuma was still trying to wear Goten down, who was
having trouble keeping his chakra up to block Kazuma's Susanoo.

Itachi doesn't hesitate to use his Kamui ability on the kunai
just as Tsukio planned.

Once inside the Susanoo, Kazuma turns and kicks the kunai away
as soon as it teleports in, almost predicting what they were
going to do. While Tsukio is still able to teleport inside and
attack Kazuma who uses his blade to defend himself, it did give
Itachi and Goten a moment that they were going to be able to
attack and break Kazuma's Susanoo while he was distracted. Goten
goes straight for the Susanoo's back as Kazuma's turns, using
his Susanoo's short energy blade to slice and weaken Kazuma's
Susanoo, which opened an attack window for Itachi to be able to
destroy the Susanoo if he used his Susanoo to attack it while it
was weakened.

Itachi took that opportunity to dash forward with his own dragon
like susanoo. Itachi formed bright dragon flames on his susanoo
formed blade to attacked to weakened opening of Kazuma's susanoo
by performing a forward slash attack.
