Goten: Actually my Oniwaban training left me with a number of
unique abilities I developed, and I've had a few ideas for
silver chakra arts that I've developed. But honestly, I consider
the Shin'Wan genjutsu one of my better unique abilities.

Goten: Okay... Well. Here's my first one then. Vin says I used
something akin to this in future timeline she and V went to, but
so far it's not as advanced as the skill I used in the future.
He does a few hand signs. Silver Art: Wind Blade. He says as he
forms a chakra blade around his hand, forming what appears to be
a silver colored air around his hand that formed a blade.
Trouble is that this uses wind chakra nature, and I haven't made
a version of it that uses other chakra natures. Each chakra
nature would probably have different effects. This one uses two
different wind chakra's grinding together to essentially create
a sharp edge that can slice through almost anything... At least,
that's the idea.

Goten: Well... This is made for piercing, so I don't want to
break your sword. So far, my chakra's increased potency has been
making my attacks stronger. If this is stronger too, I don't
want to accidentally stab through the blade and hit you or
something. He says as he gets ready.

Itachi: Hold on... since I have your silver abilities now, this
should mean that I'm able to activate it as well. Though I
honestly not sure how.

Goten: Well... I use a wind style change in chakra nature when I
make the blade. So unless you have a wind style, or can find a
way to make the blade as potent with another chakra, I don't
know that it will be the same. But let's start with the basics
on silver chakra. He says as he defuses his silver chakra. We'll
have to start with some meditation. In order to use this chakra,
you have to utilize a peaceful mind. He thinks for a moment.
Let's see... I don't know how to explain this effectively...
It's not necessarily clearing your mind completely, but it's
more about keeping fear, anger and other negative emotions out
of your mind. If you can bring your mind into a tranquil state
without any negative emotions, you should be able to call the
chakra to the surface by drawing deep into your chakra reserve.

Itachi put his sword away and begin to put his mind to a
meditative state. Thanks to his draconic heritage (clone or
not), he is able to keep negative emotions from flooding his
mind.

Goten watches as Itachi focuses.
Since Itachi would already have access to it thanks to the
plasmite, bringing his mind into a meditative state would allow
Itachi to not only sense his chakra in his body, but he would
also see another source of chakra deep in his spirit. Deep in
his spirit, the chakra seemed like it would be behind something
akin to a gate in the soul in order to protect it. Since the
plasmite used Goten's already awakened and opened this gate, the
gate was open, with the only thing holding the chakra back being
Itachi not being in the right state. However, once he had calmed
his mind, he'd likely be able to sense the chakra no longer
being held back, but more waiting for it's initial release into
Itachi. However, it wasn't silver chakra like Goten's, but
instead was a divine state chakra that would be more akin to
dragon force in a chakra form. The chakra had properties of
Itachi's fire dragon power, but would also have dragon force
properties. All Itachi would have to do at this point was start
calling the chakra to start flowing through his body.

Realizing what's going on, Itachi held his hand out and begin to
call the chakra to start flowing through him.
