After clashing their weapons together, his gaze would take life
energy, which Itachi would sense almost immediately leaving his
body. While it wasn't enough that it would slow him down, it was
enough that Itachi would probably realize that Kazuma was
draining his energy somehow, even if it wasn't obvious it was
through his gaze. The longer he remained in Kazuma's gaze, the
more energy Kazuma would drain from him.

Itachi felt something off which made him step back from his
opponent in blinding speed. He doesn't know how but he feels
that he shouldn't be close to him just in case.

Kazuma tries to keep his gaze on Itachi, hoping that he could
take enough energy to weaken him, as he holds his sword and
focuses a chidori through his sword.
However, before Kazuma could steal anymore energy, he felt his
connection break, which he knew immediately what that meant as
he notices Goten and Tsukio both coming down from above, with
Goten already having activated his silver Mangekyo Sharingan.
Tsukio and Goten: Combination art: Spirit of the Silver Firecat.
They both use a combination art where Tsukio uses a Pai Zhua
style ability that used elemental ninjutsu to power up his
elemental spirit, which was the spirit of the cat to create the
spirit of the firecat, which was then empowered by Goten's
dragon flame jutsu which had silver flames due to using his
silver aura. Because Goten used his right eye of reversal when
Kazuma tried to absorb the energy with his right eye, the powers
cancelled each other and the attack knocked Kazuma through a
nearby tree as Goten and Tsukio land next to Itachi.
Tsukio: You know... You're pretty good at covering your tracks,
unlike this talentless lump here. He says to jokingly about
tracking Itachi. It was mostly a compliment to Itachi, and a
joking tease to Goten.
Goten: Whatever you do, don't meet Kazuma's gaze. He can drain
people's life energy with his left eye, and his right eye can
absorb energy. He says as he gets ready when he senses Kazuma
get up.

Itachi: When you have people hunting you down for what you are,
being discreet isn't an option.
It was Itachi's way of saying thanks to Tsukio as he turn his
gaze to Goten.
Itachi: No wonder I felt off a minute ago. And it seems that I
have to be careful with my dragon abilities as well. It's a
shame. I was really considering reducing his bones to cinders.

Goten: So he already drained some of your energy? Well, then I
can try and help a little. He says as he looks over, and uses
his left eye to restore some of Itachi's energy. Unlike Kazuma's
power which was draining life, this power was giving Itachi some
of Goten's life force, which had a restorative effect. While
Goten couldn't restore all of what he'd lost, he managed to
restore some of it back. For what it's worth, I'm sorry you had
to get involved in what should have been my fight. If I were
stronger, maybe I could handle this on my own.
It took a little while for Kazuma to come out of the woods, but
when he does, he comes out in his monkey sage form, now having
fur on his body and a monkey-like tail. Goten turns and looks to
him as he walks up, holding his sword. His sage chakra was a
strange green color now as he held his sword ready to fight
again.
Tsukio: Goten... Can this guy and I beat him on our own? He
says, wanting to keep Goten out of the fight.
Goten: Probably not. My Mangekyo can counter his, and you're
going to need that. Plus, if he's in sage mode now, we're going
to need some sage of our own. He says as he goes into his owl
sage mode. Don't worry. I'll be fine, Tsukio.

Itachi: Don't blame yourself. This is bound to happen sooner or
later.
Itachi readies his blade as Kazuma appears in his monkey sage
form.
Itachi: I do not have sage forms like you and Vendetta, but my
dragon abilities should be able to help.

Goten: Yeah, Tsukio doesn't either. But your dragon power should
hopefully work. I'll counter his Mangekyo abilities while you
two focus on attack.
Tsukio takes out a few special kunai, which had special seals
written on the handles, ready for the fight. Tsukio: Alright...
Goten should stay in the back, and we'll focus on trying to
catch him off guard. Your dragon power and my firecat should be
enough if Goten counters his Sharingan. He says to Itachi.

Itachi: Sounds like a plan. Not sure if having that insane mage
here will be beneficial or not, but I'm willing to put this
bastard in his place.

Goten takes out his Susanoo kodachi, ready to fight as he goes
to attack Kazuma, who counters with his own Susanoo sword as
both seem to activate the first stage of the Susanoo around
them.
Tsukio: I got an idea. Get ready to attack the instant we
appear. He grabs Itachi's arm, and then throws his special kunai
past Kazuma, and them teleports to it with Itachi so they appear
behind Kazuma.

The moment Itachi teleport behind Kazuma, he immediately grip
his sword and perform a downward slash infused with his dragon
flame power.
