Fujishiro stays silent as he comes in with V.
Vin, who comes in with V, looks to them, floating beside Dark
Vin. Vin: It does affect us, but aside from looking for this
other Hazeldine, I don't think there's much you can do here
right now. Probably the best thing you can do is start searching
for this Hazeldine we're supposed to find. She says to Sam.
Alternate Zoe just looks over V as she walks in. Alternate Zoe:
What snake? She asks curiously.

CO Sampson: We'll see what we can do, kid. We'll phone you guys
when we get a lead on something.
V: A voodoo snake god name Ebon. He also goes by the name Evan
in his human form. He warned us about this mess happening along
with other problems.
Voltan: She wants to kill that Darkfire, does she?
V: Voltan!
General Mumfre: Look, I made a deal with her. She only wants the
Hazeldine that Kindron pulled in this world. That's it. I got
her to lay off Kindron for now though it might not be for long.
Voltan: Great... So what, do we just take her to the limbless
reptile or do we just get started?

Alternate Zoe: Luckily, you've caught me in a good mood...
Mostly... As long as I bring Darkon back home, I'm willing to
overlook the fact that your friend empowered him. I'm more
concerned with getting Darkon back right now, and I do
understand your friend had no way of knowing what my family will
do to get Darkon to pay for what he's done to our family. But my
family won't be as forgiving as I am. If my Aunt V finds out
that people in this world is helping him, however minor the
group is, she won't hesitate to punish your world. And don't
think I won't hesitate to kill you if you get in my way. We find
Darkon, capture him, and I take him home. I've had too many
universes where people get big heads about ideals of "justice"
and think I shouldn't kill him. I would rather avoid that if we
can.

General Mumfre: We just want to avoid extinction or something
worse than that. At this point, "ideals" are out of the window
when there's an impending doom coming in forms of alternate
versions of ourselves because a family member decided to be a
brooding jackass. So whatever plan you guys have, just make it
happen.
CO Sampson: Yeah, how the hell are we gonna get this guy? R.
Kindron is getting crafty and we can't just wait until our
enemies kill each other.

Alternate Zoe: I tracked Darkon down by torturing Black Sun
members until they gave up his location. That seemed to work
pretty well. Though problem was that took me a while, and I
don't think they're going to be as talkative once Darkon warns
them that I'm here. I was hoping the element of surprise would
be enough that I could capture him, but now that he knows I'm
here and seems to have the power to resist my gravity aura, I
don't think things are going to be as easy to find and try to
capture him a second time. He may even decide to bail on this
universe like he usually does when I show up.

Voltan: Maybe not right away. If he's with that Darkfire, then
he ain't gonna let that Hazeldine wuss out like a b*tch until
the deed is done, which might take longer than you think. So we
still have a chance. Even if it's slim. Hell, my uncle hearing
about him might slow the guy down. All we need to do is make
sure that R. Kindron doesn't intervene and that little punk
doesn't try to run away.
V: Haru has been working on some potions and barriers that might
negate abilities such as teleportation and elemental abilities.
He might be able to help.

Alternate Zoe: His elemental powers aren't a problem. It's the
fact that mine don't work on him that's my main problem. He's
got Darkfire abilities now, and it seems like he's been
empowered by my father's abilities. Which I'm assuming your
friend is responsible for. But negating teleportation would be a
good idea so he can't escape. But you have to make sure it can
handle time/space distortions, because both of us can do that to
teleport against certain anti-teleportation fields. Some
teleportation tech I've seen in other universes can't negate
gravity distortion.
Fujishiro: We could get my family to help try to take him down.
I know our clan head, Dovelthain will be happy to take him on.
Alternate Zoe: Dovelthain Hazeldine? Darkon has murdered other
versions of him on multiple worlds. He even killed one version
of Dovelthain's master, Vobu. Even our world's Dovelthain didn't
stand a chance against Darkon when he took over the clan. Why do
you think he's King of Hell in my world? He earned that title by
being the strongest the Christian Pantheon has in Hell. If
Dovelthain is going after Darkon, he needs to take more people
with him than just himself.
Fujishiro: That's not the old man's style. The chance to fight
another universe version of a Hazeldine head that's stronger
than him? He'll love this. He's gonna wanna go alone if we tell
him about this.

Voltan: curses in Spanish Shark man's right. The old man's a
pain in the ass when he sees a challenge. Might be a bit better
if I bring in my old man instead.
V: We know people who can manipulate space and time. We can find
a way to negate it from them along with Haru's help. Although,
maybe your uncle's hubris might benefit us in a way.
Voltan: Like seeing his arrogant ass kicked? That would be a
sight to see... laughs a bit
V: Not if his entrails are strung up like Christmas lights.

Alternate Zoe: That actually does give me an idea... She says in
thought. We call your Dovelthain to challenge Darkon when we
"aren't around." And then we appear and capture him. That could
work. Darkon can't resist a challenge.

V: We gotta get the traps ready. Mudaki do love the old "escape
by teleportation route".
Voltan: Live Wire's right. We gotta do this smart. Hopefully
Russia and Haru got something good. But there's still that
Darkfire problem.
V: I... think I got an idea. I can distract him while this
happens. Try to talk him out of this madness. Meanwhile SF can
keep an eye out for R. Kindron's goons if they're up for it.
CO Sampson: Eh, what the f*ck. I encountered two of them.
