During a fight with a fallen angel working for Nightshade, a
fallen angel tries to attack Danae with a fallen light spear.
Danae manage to catch a fallen light spear with her hand with no
effort at all which surprised the fallen angel.
Fallen Angel: I-Impossible! You caught it with your bare hands
like it was nothing! Last time I checked, you were some chick
with stupid voodoo powers!
Danae: Then let me spit it out for you. I'm the child of
Lucifer... as in the motherf*cker who invented the damn power.
If you think all I got in store is some basic voodoo, then
you're a professional kind of idiot.
During a mission where Kendrix Darkfire was helping Danae track
down a Salem witch member and learns in their fight with the
Salem witches that Danae is a fallen light user which she use to
defend and counter attack a fallen angel's fallen light.
Kendrix: Finally! Someone with light powers that doesn't want to
kill me! Wait, how come you got that bullshit light power?!
Danae: Got it from my old man.
Kendrix: And the darkness?
Danae: That was something I learned from an old mentor (Ring
Master) long ago.

used to it. But here's the thing that I've also told Marie years
ago: I don't give a rat's ass about titles or power like y'all
do. I ain't one of those Anti-Christ or half demon wannabe brats
who wants to get some demon's attention who walked out on them
and yet still want to do their bidding. So relax, alright? It'll
be like I was never even here. I keep to myself but I don't mind
company every now and then. I just need a heads up. gets serious
But here's the thing, you think you're slick. And sometimes you
are and it has helped you out. But don't think for a second that
I don't know what you're planning because I do. I get it, you
want to protect your coven. In your position, I would've done

with spirits that help guide them in life and keep them from
dangers, there are people who deal with spirits that help do

to watch out for. It doesn't matter who you are or how much

Danae is a tall, slender woman with an ample chest, medium brown
skin, grey eyes and long dark brown hair reaching her waist. She
is the typical flashy woman who is very proud of her body. As a
child of a demon prince, there are some characteristics that
Danae can alter depending on her mood such as her eyes turning
black with scarlet red pupils or her teeth sharpening somewhat
close to a vampire along with her nails changing to talons. She
has a seal in disguise of a crow tattoo on her left shoulder.
Powers:
Fallen Nephilim Physiology:
~The user is a fallen nephilim; beings that are the creation of
humans and angels who are corrupted by evil, wickedness,
darkness, etc. Having powerful angelic abilities of fallen
nature.
They were originally the first generation of cambion creatures
of angelic origins, said to be great giants that were mistaken
for actual gods, destroying all the works that man had created
before being wiped out.
As fallen angels, they still have angelic abilities even if it's
minimum.
Danae is a fallen nephilim child of Lucifer and a human woman.
No one knows how or why Danae became like this while her
siblings have demonic power.
Aura of the Fallen:
~Among fallen angels, just like angels, they have their own aura
that is generated from their bodies. Just like the light that
comes from an angel that powers their being generated by their
spirits, fallen angels have a more corrupted light that comes
from their being due to them falling from grace, and this shows
in their abilities. Their aura becomes a type of corrupted holy
energy that is generated from the corrupted light of their
being, and acts like the main power source for their abilities,
with their power being the same as an angel being powered by
holy energy. This aura is a fallen angel's main power, and not
only powers their abilities, but also acts similarly to other
auras as a defense that dampens attacks used on them. This aura,
as one might expect, does still operate like other aura in that
it can be used to enhance certain skills like regeneration and
other abilities using the aura as a power source. This aura,
like many others, can also be more easily pierced by aura
breakers, which can break through this aura instantly. In
addition, typically neutral powers tend to work better on
breaking this aura, though certain holy and demonic skills can
counter this aura as well with the right strategies.
Fallen Light/Fallen Twilight:
~For fallen angels, their light is often referred to as "fallen
light". This corrupted light is generated from their aura of the
fallen, in which they have learned to weaponize the light as
well to battle opponents. Typically, they are able to use this
light to do things like create light attacks, fire light beams,
and some can even create specific corrupted light types.
However, the main thing to note about this power is that it is a
type of corrupted light that does damage to light and dark users
alike. This power is a basic power that runs on their aura,
which generates this light. The second power is when a fallen
angel has mastered darkness manipulation alongside their fallen
light. Once a fallen angel has reached a certain level at the
level between angel and demon, they might actually gain a
darkness power as well as light, which they fuse to their fallen
light to create fallen twilight. Their fallen twilight is their
response to powers like celestial force and demon aura, which
they use their fallen twilight to battle opponents with higher
level demon and angel powers. Their twilight is very strong, and
only usable by those that have mastered their fallen angel
power. Both powers can even be used to create explosions of
fallen light or fallen twilight as well, doing even more damage
to opponents. While their twilight is more powerful though, it
is also uses more power than normal fallen light, while fallen
light is weaker but uses less power. Typically, while their
light and twilight are corrupted powers, they are still
counterable as normal as long as light or dark users don't try
to absorb them.
Demon-Killer/Angel-Killer Spears of Fallen Light/Twilight:
~This is a power that was used by fallen angels specifically to
fight angels and demons, since they would often find themselves
enemies of both angels and demons. This power is one where a
fallen angel would weaponize their fallen light into a spear or
weapon, and then either make the weapon explode when thrown, or
use it to stab someone. These weapons of fallen light and fallen
twilight (if the fallen angel can use fallen twilight) are
designed specifically to burn the very natures of angels and
demons, in which the corrupted nature does damage to both their
physical body and their spiritual one. For example, if a demon
possessing a human is struck by one of these spears of fallen
light, it will do damage to both the demon and the human, even
if the demon is not in direct control at the time. This power
can actually kill an angel or demon if their heart is struck
with it, since this power can actually destroy an angel's nature
with enough power. Typically, it takes more than one strike to
kill an archangel or more powerful angel, but can still do
pretty good damage. This power can help them against higher
level angels and demons, and hurts angels and demons quite a lot
if it hits them. This power also does intense damage to light
and dark users, even if they aren't angels or demons, though the
ability to kill a being with the corrupted light or twilight is
only specific to angels and demons since that's what this power
was designed for. This power can also counter things like demon
hellfire and angelic divine lightning (which is more a holy
energy variant that they use), as it's designed to counter these
powers. Usually, the best way to counter this is with other
darkness and light abilities, or counter with other energies
that can counter their fallen light. As long as the angel or
demon doesn't get hit, this won't affect them.
Corrupted Earthly Element Manipulation:
~Unlike those who use heavenly or demonic elements, fallen
angels learn earthly elemental manipulation mixed with their
corrupted power. They are able to use up to three corrupted
elements, which are used instead of things like divine lightning
or hellfire since the fallen angels have different affinities
than they did as angels. The corrupted elements operate just
like their typical elemental counterparts, and the fallen angel
can have affinities for different elements depending on who they
are and what powers they have. For some, this power works great
for countering some demonic and angelic power, since most angels
and demons have a predictable use of things like divine
lightning and hellfire, with certain exceptions. These elements
work just like their typical counter parts in both strengths and
weaknesses, with each element being counterable by another. The
ability to use the element also would depend on the fallen
angel's knowledge of elements and how creative they can be with
their elements. Each fallen angel can learn up to three
elements, with some having unique abilities using elements
depending on how they use their elemental abilities. Of course,
as stated, the counters to these elemental powers remains the
same as countering normal elemental powers. These elemental
powers can be stronger or weaker depending on the fallen angel's
knowledge of earthly elements.
Corrupted Smite:
~With fallen angel power, all fallen angels still have enhanced
smiting abilities which are changed slightly when they become
fallen angels. The first is when they put their hands on others,
and purify unholy presences, being able to destroy things like
demons possessing a body. This ability is set up so that an
angel can attack presences in people through physical contact.
Some refer to this as "purification" but the angels usually
refer to it as "smiting" as their purification is actually
different. This is an attack skill designed to destroy a
presence inside of others, usually to cast demons or angels out
of humans. When used through physical contact, the fallen angel
is able to exorcise a presence or burn the presence completely
out of someone. Exorcising takes less time, but doesn't hurt the
presence in the body which is usually the safer option for most
angels so they don't kill the host. However, the second option
can burn the presence usually by overpowering it with their own
nature, and burn the presence out of them. Not only does this
take longer to do, but this also is a big danger to the host, as
the host can actually be killed with this ability. This ability
is typically better to use for exorcisms, since it takes less
time unless the fallen angel is seeking to destroy a presence
rather than just exorcise it. This time it takes to destroy a
presence or exorcise it also depends on the creature, it's
strength and the type of fallen angel. Certain creatures take
much longer or some creatures like leviathans can't be cast out
by normal angels. It's also important to note that angels take
longer to cast out presences than archangels do, who can do this
a bit faster than normal angels can. The last thing to note is
that fallen angels, like angels, cannot exorcise presences as
strong or stronger than them, and can only exorcise presences
weaker than them. The only real difference between this and an
angel's smiting ability is the fact a fallen angel can cast out
demons and angels, and uses fallen light instead of normal holy
power.
Fallen Angel Shape-shift:
~Some angels (or in this case fallen angels) who are more
physical beings don't actually need to possess people, in which
some angels are able to simply shapeshift into creatures that
they want to take the forms of, even being able to take unique
forms based on what they want to do. They can not only change
their shape, but disguise their presence as well, often
appearing as whatever creature they're trying to imitate.
Usually, most angels appear completely human when using this, in
which they choose this method to blend in with others to not
stand out. This is very useful since it means the angel is able
to just take the form they want rather than trying to find a
vessel like more spiritual angels. This allows them to take any
race's form they desire, with some of them even gaining physical
properties of the race they're taking, such as imitating a
werewolf and gaining a wolf-like appearance with claws and
teeth. However, this only replicates physical traits, and
doesn't allow for gaining new supernatural abilities. However,
there are some angels that do have specific shapeshift
abilities, such as Erena having a form copy power to copy
powers, or some angels gaining power from certain
transformations, but theses are usually unique depending on the
angel. Most angels who use this only use this to change form,
with some using this to manipulate their physical bodies and
giving themselves more attack options such as taking a form with
claws to allow the angel to attack using the claws. However,
overall, they are still angel, and can still be attacked the
same way as normal angels, unless it is a special transformation
ability they possess.
Danae's signature animal form is a crow or a flock of them,
since the animal symbolize her in more ways than one.
Angel Healing, Purification, and Restoration:
~All angels have healing powers, as well as restoration
abilities they can use on others, which also applies to fallen
angels as they continue to have this ability even after falling.
The main ability is being able to heal others, being able to
heal things like injuries, and heal things like afflictions
caused by supernatural abilities (like unholy energy poisoning).
Angels are able to use this to also purify the presences from
others, being able to purify things like unwanted presences in
the body, and being able to remove afflictions from the user as
needed. Usually, their powers of healing and purification are
pretty useful for allies, and can even be used on themselves to
a degree since they are able to purify and heal themselves if
they find themselves in a place where they can't heal as easily.
Their last power is that of restoration, where they can restore
people and objects. Angels are able to restore not only people,
but broken objects as well depending on the object. This
typically helps with things like trying to restore objects they
need, or restoring broken weapons and armors. These abilities
typically come from an angel's nature, in which they have a
natural restorative power they are able to use that is powered
by their holy energy. This is an ability designed mostly for
healing and restoration, and this has no real attack ability in
battle, other than an angel healing themselves. Archangels also
have much more powerful healing abilities and can heal/restore
much faster than normal angels due to their enhanced holy power
and them being much more powerful than normal angels.
Fallen Angel Human Servant Resurrection:
~This power is used by higher level fallen angels, where they
take certain human souls and make them servants of the fallen
angel. After bringing them back to life after death, they turn
the human into a servant of the fallen angel, even turning some
certain souls into fallen angels if they chose to want to create
a new fallen angel (But this is limited, as fallen angels are
picky about who they choose to become fallen angels). This power
is designed to be used on humans who have died, and to get
powerful humans to become servants for them. Typically, the
person bond to the fallen angel that turns them into a servant
becomes their new master, and the fallen angel make them do
whatever they desire. While some human servants mostly just
become errand runners, some have more useful purposes such as
finding new servants, or some might act as body guards to fallen
angels if they manage to turn powerful warriors to their side.
The person bound to the angel can resist this binding, but the
fallen angel can use this bond to torture the bound human with
their corrupted nature, using it as a feedback to keep their
servants in line. In addition, the servants bound to the fallen
angel can only be freed if the fallen angel freely lets them go,
or the fallen angel dies. This does have to be used on someone
not only dead, but someone the fallen angel can bring back,
though some fallen angels might bring back bodies without souls
so the person isn't emotionally attached to their old life.
Typically, those bound to fallen angels can earn their way to
becoming fallen angels depending on the fallen angel they serve
and their desires to promote them, though this is very rare to
actually happen since most fallen angels try to avoid this as
souls being twisted into fallen angels could attract unwanted
attention from heaven and hell. Usually, humans are the best
choice, since fallen angels can get their souls pretty easily
from the Veil, though supernaturals are harder due to their
souls going straight to Purgatory or the Empty depending on
where certain people go after death.
Fallen Angel Servant Empowerment:
~Instead of an angel empowering humans, fallen angels have their
own unique methods of empowerment. For the most part, this is
used after they use special binding to bring back someone as
their servant, in which fallen angels empower their servants.
Usually this involves things like teaching certain skills to
their servants, or even giving them special weapons made from
their fallen light so they can fight angels and demons.
Depending on the angel and their abilities, the fallen angels
have a variety of ways to empower their servants, which they use
their power to make their servants strong enough to fight most
of their battles for them. This empowerment can also increase
their physical abilities, amping up their servants to be able to
take on higher level supernaturals. This is partially why they
choose strong humans to turn into servants, since this
amplification can turn them into even more dangerous opponents
once bound to the fallen angel. To an extent, this can be done
to humans and supernaturals, though supernaturals being bound to
fallen angels is rare. This empowerment only works on those that
are brought back and bound as their servants, and can only be
used on those that aren't angels, fallen angels, or demons
unless they were turned by the fallen angel. Usually, the most
common thing besides physical amplification is dark arts
amplification, or fallen light empowerment to grant their
followers stronger abilities. Usually this will depend not only
on the fallen angel, but the servant as well.
Fallen Angelic Enochian Warding:
~Since fallen angels find threats against demons and angels,
they have their own special warding skills similar to angels,
but are designed to be used in two different capacities. The
first is that they are able to ward against angels, and the
second is warding against demons. Unlike angels, fallen angels
have enemies in both heaven and hell, so they have to prepare
appropriately. As such, they have similar warding abilities to
angels, except that they are able to choose wards against angels
or demons, having their own warding style that is used. Their
style is a mix of Enochian and biblical Hebrew, using special
wards that are designed to allow them to do the same wards as
angels. Due to this unique ward setup, normal angels are
affected by angel wards, and demons are affected by demon wards.
These wards can not only be burned on items and places, but can
also be burned into people as well, allowing them extra defense
against angels or demons depending on the fallen angel and
person they're warding. Usually, they will ward their servants
so that they are able to more easily fight angels and/or demons,
depending on what wards they burn into their human servants. For
the most part, these wards are slightly different from angels,
but overall work the same way. Usually, fallen angels can do
this by either burning the ward/sigil onto a person's skin, or
they can burn these into someone's bones outside of physical
view. These wards are pretty useful, and only those that know
Enochian and biblical Hebrew (which is different from modern
Hebrew) can use counter sigils to remove these, and
angels/demons that can remove these have to know they're there
and where they are on the body. Typically, this is much more
advanced types of warding than typical warding, and use special
Enochian and biblical Hebrew sigils to create powerful wards
against a multitude of threats. However, strong enough counters
can counter these, like a powerful enough demon or demon group
could break a demon warding on an area, or warding against
possession might not work in certain circumstances if the
opponent is stronger than the ward.
Enochian/Biblical Hebrew Exorcisms:
~Unlike angels who use pure Enochian exorcisms, fallen angels
have their own brand of exorcism chants and spells, in which
they use a blend of Enochian and Biblical Hebrew to create a
unique type of exorcism. Unlike normal writing, Hebrew is
written right to left instead of left to right like typical
writing, so this reflects in their spells, at least the ones
that are written. Fallen angels use these exorcisms to cast
demons to hell, but also can use these to cast angels back to
heaven, in which they can use either chants or sigils to banish
beings. Most fallen angels don't care about a vessel's life, so
they mostly use these as a means to power the presence out of
the being more quickly than normal exorcisms, even if it damages
the vessel. This mostly works just like normal exorcisms, but
work much faster than normal exorcisms and are more powerful.
When used, these wards can also keep angels and demons in their
respective places of origin longer, up to a month. Depending on
the presence, they have exorcisms for other creatures too, like
banishing certain things back to their origin places like
sending death wraiths back to the Shadow Realm, or soul reapers
back to the Soul Society. For the most part, they are usually
pretty prepared, since they tend to deal more with creatures
like reapers than angels and demons due to them constantly
seeking human souls to turn into servants.
Angelic Sleeping Touch:
~This lets an angel (or in this case, fallen angel) put someone
to sleep by touching their forehead. Through physical contact,
an angel can shut down a being's conscious mind, which renders
them unconscious. This particular skill is very useful for
knocking out others that they don't want to fight, as it
typically lets them avoid combat with people that they'd rather
not fight. This ability also bypasses psychic protection, as it
uses the angelic presence to overwhelm the conscious mind.
Advanced users of this ability can even wipe short term
memories, with archangels even being able to wipe long-term
memories from the mind for those that they don't want to know
certain things. Usually wiping the mind is only used for those
they don't want to know Heaven is protecting them, so they use
this to wipe the mind if the person they are protecting sees
them or makes it so they don't remember anything bad happening
to them. However, this doesn't work on all races, as the angel
must be more powerful than the person they're trying to put to
sleep, since this power requires overwhelming the presence of
someone else to use. For this reason, typically angels are only
able to use this on normal humans or weaker supernaturals, and
this doesn't work on anyone as strong or stronger than them in
terms of presence. This power also requires physical touch for
at least one round to put into effect, so if the opponent breaks
contact during that round, they can avoid being put to sleep.
Typically tough, this is only used on innocent bystanders or
those that aren't a part of a battle, in order to keep them out
of the fight. For fallen angels, they don't use this as much,
and mostly just use it to knock out bothersome underlings to
their main enemies rather than fighting someone they see as
weak.
Fallen Angel Teleportation/Space and Time Travel:
~This ability is one that most angels share and fallen angels
share as well, in that almost all angels and fallen angels can
teleport. Not only can they teleport around, but they are able
to teleport to other realms as well, such as going back and
forth from heaven, earth and even going to the Veil where dead
spirits reside. They are even able to travel to hell, though
traveling to hell is typically dangerous to angels as they will
often be attacked by demons there if they do teleport there.
Some angels are even skilled enough that they can bend time and
travel through time either by themselves or with others. Due to
this, most angels are able to travel in some way through time
and space fairly easily. While traveling to certain places, like
traveling time, takes a lot of energy, most angels can use basic
teleportation to travel around as they desire. Some angels even
teleport differently, such as some might disappear in a burst of
light (or fallen light for fallen angels), or some might vanish,
or some even leave flurries of angelic feathers from their wings
(Angels typically leave behind white feathers, while fallen
angels leave behind black feathers) behind as they teleport
away. When used, the angel does have to know where they are
going, or else they might end up somewhere randomly. This is
especially important when traveling between realms like going
from heaven to earth, where they might get lost in between if
they don't know where they're going. However, most fallen angels
usually only travel earth and the Veil, and aside from sometimes
not knowing where specific places are, they typically have no
problem traveling there if they know where they are going.
Angelic Astral Projection/Dream-walking:
~Ever since ancient times, angels have been able to use their
spiritual like being to go back and forth from manifesting as
spirits, something that even fallen angels can do as well. The
main use of this was to be able to appear in dreams, a power
that angels have used to convey messages to people chosen by
heaven in the past, and some fallen angels have also done this,
disguised as angels, to misguide humans. Unlike most beings who
separate their spirit, an angel is able to turn into a spiritual
being, in which they can enter the astral plane and react with
not only dreams, but can also interact with dead spirits, and
some intelligent spirits that are not dead spirits. Angels are
able to go to the Veil where dead spirits are usually found, or
the angel can attempt to go to the Spirit Realm, which is a
realm where natural spirits reside, if they are able to perceive
the spirits (Though this is usually a dangerous trip requiring
special training to get into the spirit realm due to it's unique
spirit perception required). This lets users commune with the
dead, and with spirits that can be perceived. Of course, the
biggest use for this is to interact with spirits, but also if
one is trying to interact with a dead spirit, it is much easier
to do so in astral projection than in physical form. The other
main use of this is going back and forth from dreams, in which
angels can also enter the dream realm, though usually in a
limited fashion where they can only interact in dreams and
cannot access the full dream realm or create dreams like many
dream demons can.
Demon Prince of Pride Abilities:
Dark Light Manipulation:
~User can create, shape and manipulate the light of a darker,
detrimental nature; that which damages, destroys, and consumes
anything/everything they come across, representing the hazardous
destructive side of light, which in turn ignores most of the
limitations and weaknesses of the normal light. In essence, this
is about solely controlling the negative powers of light.
Demonic Light Manipulation:
~The users can generate and manipulate the mystical light of
hell, which can completely destroy anything. The color of the
light varies but may be black, blue, white, or the normal shades
of light, etc. Sometimes, the light isn't generated but instead
is summoned from the planes of hell itself.
Demon Light can cause excruciating pain upon contact, or cause
instant death, but can possibly be used for relatively
beneficial purposes, such as summoning spirits of the deceased
temporarily back to the world of living from Hell. Some users
can even use Reanimation or Resurrection via Summoning the
damned and/or Demons.
Demonic Light Generation:
~The user is able to generate and project demonic light.
Fallen Angel Dark Arts:
Dark Arts Experts/Fallen Angel Arts:
~Instead of summoning powers from heaven or hell, many fallen
angels have developed their own methods of dark arts, in which
they developed special arts that were designed to kill angels
and demons alike. This power runs on the fallen angels corrupted
natures, and uses their aura of the fallen as a power that runs
these special dark arts. Being experts, there are many dark arts
they are skilled in, and have made many different types of
spells and abilities. For the most part, their spells fall into
specific categories, with each fallen angel usually being able
to learn up to four dark arts types. These dark arts are all
unique, and designed by fallen angels to defeat and/or kill
fallen angels, using the same concepts as their spears of light
in which they focus their corrupted power to do damage to an
angel or demon's being. These arts range from simple attack or
defense arts to even things like necromancy and forbidden arts
that they can use if they are skilled enough. Fallen angels that
learn this first have to learn to use dark power, and use this
instead of certain heaven and hell summoning (though they can
learn to do heaven or hell summoning if they are able to use
certain special dark arts. Most of these dark arts are based in
dark power, and can be countered by the right demonic or holy
arts that act as their counters, such as using holy arts to
counter dark attack arts. Creative enough opponents can also use
other energy powers to block these arts as well.
Dark Arts Activation Types:
~With any magic, dark magic or holy magic, it's always important
to know the types of magic and activations that magic uses.
There are many types of activations, and depending on the type a
fallen angel chooses, their dark arts could change completely
depending on the arts used and the activation types used. The
most common are usually instant activation spells. These use
more power, but don't require any preparation and can be used in
an instant. While not as powerful as other spells, instant
activation spells are easy to use and are usually very fast to
pull off compared to other spells. The second is incantations,
in which physical incantations are used to trigger more powerful
spells. For the most part, this usually takes slightly longer,
as incantations require a phrase or word to be spoken before the
user can activate their magic. However, some have come up with
their own ways of activating magic, with the most common being
shortening phrases to only a word or two through special phrase
training. Once done, usually some of the power is sacrificed to
essentially shorten the phrase so that users can fire the spell
off more easily. There are others as well, such as enchanting
objects with spells ahead of time which can allow use of
powerful spells, but usually only having limited casts before
having to be recharged, or there are also other activation types
that require different ways to activate. This depends mostly on
the user, but each user must have one activation type in order
to use dark arts, since this activates the spells. Some can even
learn multiple types, which can open up options for many
different types of spells.
Dark Arts Darkness/Corrupted Darkness Manipulation:
~Once a fallen angel dives into the dark arts, they must learn
to use darkness as their main power, drawing shadows using their
aura of the fallen to generate the darkness that is the main
manifestation of their dark arts. By using their fallen light to
generate darkness with their light, they take control of the
darkness and use it for their dark arts. Similar to other dark
arts users, fallen angels use this darkness manipulation not
just to power dark arts, but can also use it to attack
opponents. Using darkness, they can control shadows and use the
shadows to attack opponents to do things like create shadow
attacks, create liquid-like shadows to consume opponents, or
some advanced darkness users can even use darkness to bend
gravity to a degree. In addition, fallen angels that gain this
art also can create corrupted darkness, where they corrupt the
darkness they create with their fallen light to create a
powerful corrupted darkness that can also be used the same way,
but still be used to fight other darkness users (specifically
corrupted darkness works great on demons with darkness power and
beings that use shadows like death wraiths). Overall this
darkness can be used on it's own just like one might expect, and
it's strengths and weaknesses are just like that of normal
darkness users. For the most part, light is the usual counter,
or certain other energy users can also find other creative ways
to counter a fallen angel's darkness or corrupted darkness.
Dark Arts Shape-Shifting/Physical Amplification Arts:
~This art is based around the dark art of physical change and
physical amplification. This art allows different physical arts
to be used using dark arts, which are more powerful than typical
physical amplification skills. This art has many different
applications, such as amping one's blood manipulation with
shadows to create black blood, shape-shifting the body into
different forms, or even just higher powered physical
amplification. This depends on the fallen angel's affinities,
and how they use this since there are many different options for
arts. Even when it comes to shape-shifting, some can do things
like give them animal characteristics, or might change their
bodies into weapons, or even shapeshift damage they take so that
it isn't as damaging. Usually, physical amplification through
dark arts is much stronger than normal physical amplification,
usually using dark arts to push the body beyond it's limits.
While more powerful than normal amplification arts, this can
also eventually do damage to the body if overused, though fallen
angels can get around this with fallen angel regeneration, but
it does still do damage the more that it is used. These arts are
also typically physical amplification or change, and can usually
be countered with other physical arts, or just outlasting the
amplification since this can't be overused by users.
Danae is well known for this ability, especially for
shapeshifting into a crow or a murder of crows.
Dark Arts Shadow Attack Arts:
~These arts are fairly simple, in which this mostly focuses on
dark attack arts, usually ones that are powered by darkness or
corrupted darkness. These arts can range from simple darkness
spears, to creating constructs to attack opponents with, or even
creating darkness that has special effects like draining life
from their opponents. These attack arts are usually fairly known
by dark arts user, being one of the most common dark arts types.
There are many ways to use dark attack arts, and one can even
combine certain elemental arts with dark attack arts that can
create unique dark attack arts depending on the fallen angel's
skill level with their dark arts. This art is fairly simple, and
mostly focuses purely on attack skills, usually ones that can
hurt enemies. There aren't a lot of defensive skills in this
art, but those that master it can usually attack opponents more
than they typical defend anyway. This is usually best used
alongside defensive arts so that a user can balance defense and
offense, though certain creative users can find other ways to
defend themselves if they are creative enough. These arts can be
usually be defended against since most are projectile type
attacks. This can be defended against with defense arts, holy or
dark depending on the defense if it is powerful enough.
Sub Power: Animated Shadow:
~The user can transform their or others shadows into living
beings. As the rule of anything happening to the real body
happens to the shadow, this ability may allow the user to
manipulate the shadow and cause damage in reality by using it to
attack. This means anything that happens to the shadow will be
reflected in the true body; in short, a form of "reverse" shadow
puppetry.
Danae's shadow has a mind of it's own and can move when it wants
to. The shadow can aid Danae in combat or fuse with Danae for a
boost in power both magical and physical. The shadow has a
pretty childlike curiosity and is pretty passive when relaxed.
Though in dangerous situations, it acts hostile toward enemies
and protective around Danae and those close to her.
Dark Arts Defensive Arts:
~These arts are based around support arts, and defensive
abilities. Those that are familiar with defensive dark arts know
how dangerous some of the skills that are used, such as using
dark enchantments to prepare spells ahead of time, or using dark
arts healing on themselves or others. This art not only includes
defensive arts, but also has many different kinds of support
arts as well. Among these arts are things like healing,
enchantment of items, and even a few forbidden arts. These arts,
of course, do also include a few different kinds of defense
arts, in which they allow things like dark walls to be used to
block attacks, or using using barriers of darkness. Among
certain defensive arts are also powerful gravity arts that bend
space and time, allowing for teleportation, and allowing for
things like curving space away from the user, though this
requires a lot of power to use. These arts are also usually
customizable, allowing for many different kinds of ideas and
adaptions. Most of these attacks are defensive or support in
nature though, and usually most of these attacks cannot damage
opponents save ones that are specifically attack or turn an
attack back on an opponent. These arts are usually best handled
by opponents with strong enough attack spells to break these
arts, or opponents just using their combat abilities more
carefully so the user doesn't have time to use these arts.
Dark Arts Binding/Paralysis Arts:
~These arts are based solely around binding people or paralyzing
people. As one might guess, this art is all about subduing
others, and very rarely is actually hurtful to opponents. This
art is useful against opponents that have high combat stats,
since this is more powerful binding than many other binding
arts. Instead of using things like light though, this uses dark
arts to restrain others. This art uses techniques like shadow
chains that come from the shadows to restrain and weaken
opponents, or uses dark lightning to strike an opponent and
instead of doing damage, the dark lightning paralyzes them
instead. There are many arts, and much room for customizing
arts. These arts are always about restraining opponents, so the
arts act appropriately. The arts usually depend on the user,
like many arts do and how they use their arts. These arts are
usually the dark arts versions of other restraining arts, like
the soul reaper bakudo kido arts. These arts are usually about
avoiding some sort of projectile that restrains an opponent in
some way, and if the spell is avoided, then the opponent can
avoid the restraint, and certain skills can be broken with
enough force, as well as some users being able to counter spells
with defensive arts.
Voodoo/Hoodoo Arts:
Neutral Magic:
~The user can utilize neutral magic: Also known as gray magic, a
type of magic that allows the user not for beneficial purposes
or malefic reasons but a mixture of both. This magic fits Danae
greatly since she knows both dark and light magic and can find a
way to balance both of them thanks to the powers she inherited
from both of her parents.
Bokor:
~The character is a fictional Bokor, a type of Vodou (voodoo)
priest who dedicates themselves to both good and evil magic, as
well as several esoteric/occult methods.
Bokors are similar to medicine-men or witch-doctors but tend to
hire themselves out to others and as such, are said to serve the
loa with "both hands".
Bokors in fiction tend to be seen as more malicious, but this is
due to a long-running misconception in many media surrounding
voodoo itself; while Bokors are not completely malicious, they
are (as mentioned above) not confined by traditional "good and
evil" morality, thus can engage in activities that are
frightening to others. The most infamous of which is the
practice of creating zombies, either via true magic or via the
use of esoteric drugs.
They are often seen as the opposite of a Houngan, who is also a
practitioner of Vodou but tends to be less mercenary in nature
and may be called upon to undo the curses certain Bokors may
inflict on others.
Despite her fallen nephilim status and her title as a
Blackstaff, Danae is seen at times as a houngan like her mother
once was. She uses it as a form of pouin or white magic and is
in close contact with the dead. The books of Vishanti had him
listed as the greatest practitioner of Voodoo "White Magic". She
has been stated as one of the most powerful mystic practitioners
on the planet and the most powerful and skilled of Voodoo Magic
practitioners on Earth.
Voodoo:
~Users can utilize voodoo, ie. various practices from Haitian
Vodou and or Louisiana Voodoo. Users have access to various
practices that involve rituals, prayers, sacrifices, herbalism,
& communing with Iwas & Loas to achieve various affects. Some of
the most common applications involve necromancy, being
possessed, and creating Voodoo dolls.
Voodoo Doll Creation:
~The user can create voodoo dolls (also known as Poppets) of
other beings to utilize in whatever way the user deems
necessary. In order to create the voodoo dolls, the user must
have a form of genetic material/DNA or some sort of physical
essence that can be used to create the doll of their opponent.
Once made, the doll can be used by the maker to inflict damage
on the opponent or those around the opponent. The doll can be
deactivated, but it is up to the user's will whether they still
want a doll to be effective or not to free a victim from their
power.
Despite what the media says, voodoo dolls are originally used
for beneficial nature, which Danae does. Danae secretly keeps a
small set of dolls of those close to her. If they are in pain,
she use needles and stick them to relieve pain. She does have to
ask permission first before she does this.
Necromancy:
~Danae has demonstrated the power to contact, commune with and
manipulate the Loa, the spirits and the dead, being particularly
skilled in this term. She has summoned a fire spirit to destroy
a bunch of flesh eating locusts attacking her and a spirit of
war to frighten someone. She has also proven to be able to call
upon elemental air spirits to enable an ally to breathe. Her
well known trait when it comes to necromancy is to raise many
skeletons and summoned the spirits of the dead to do her
bidding. She also has displayed the ability to manipulate
zombies, heard the voices of the dead and communicated with
them, and detected the presence of undead near her.
Biological Manipulation:
~Danae's allows her to manipulate the aspects of a living
creature's biological function, including animals and plants.
She was able to remove an assailant's and heal several people
from injuries. She can even use body substitution spell, command
and controlling animal's behavior at her will, and even use a
tree to impale a vampire.
Hoodoo Skill 1: Grand Illusion:
~This special Hoodoo spell allows the user to create an illusion
so real that the illusion is real to all senses. The illusion
lasts as long as the user wishes, is alive, or the illusion
isn't destroyed or dispelled. This Hoodoo spell is typically
used to make rooms and food more to the vampire and his "guests"
liking and tastes. Grand Illusion can be used to make
controllable monsters that the user can have fight for them as
well. Grand Illusion monsters are half the strength of the user
that conjures them. Danae mainly use this hoodoo for stealth
reasons or as a last resort.
Hoodoo Skill 2: Summon Wraiths of the Savanna:
~This special Hoodoo spell conjures up the wrathful spirits of
the user's enemies or fearsome creatures once faced. The user
has a leather pouch that contains the bones of those violent
spirits as the source of being able to call them at will. These
spirits can cause both physical and aura damage and take damage
from physical attacks and abilities not geared towards harming
spirits. Weapons and powers designed to harm or banish spirits
will work on the wrathful spirits conjured.
Hoodoo Skill 3: Plague Spear:
~This Hoodoo spell allows the user to summon a large tribal
spear of African design that can cause festering wounds filled
with disease and rot. The token to summon this spear at will is
a piece of wood the size of a coin with a carving of a spear on
both sides. The carving is then stained with blood and bile from
the contents of either a vulture's or hyena's stomach. The
user rubs the wood token in his off hand to summon the Hoodoo
mystical Plague Spear in his strong hand. This spear does
piercing damage, rot/decay damage (every round until healed),
and darkness damage. Those of Christian faith, especially Palo
Cristiano, take unholy damage as well.
Hoodoo Skill 4: Summon the Dark Laughing Pack:
~This Hoodoo spell allows the user to summon a pack of darkness
enhanced spotted hyenas (aka laughing hyenas) from the shadows.
These hyenas are three times larger than their more mundane
counterparts and have supernatural condition. Their main weapons
are teeth (with saber-tooth fangs) and claws that slice like
razors through flesh. Every third successful strike causes
corruption damage to the soul. These supernatural hyenas can
also cause physical damage to a target by striking the target's
shadow. These hyenas are weak to light weapons and powers and to
Palo Cristiano attacks and abilities. These hyenas explode in a
burst of dark energy to cause dark explosion and concussion
damage. The user carries a small token hyena figure carved out
of bone from a spotted hyena and can summon four supernatural
hyenas at one time.
Hoodoo Skill 6: Spear of Maher:
~Maher was the ancient deity of war in Nubian kingdom and highly
praised before battle. This Hoodoo spell is used by both good
mystics and dark sorcerers. The spell allows the user to summon
a powerful African tribal spear similar to the Plague Spear. The
Spear of Maher has 50% better chance of landing attacks. It
gives the user 75% better accuracy when thrown at a target. The
Spear of Maher also deals double the damage of a normal large
spear. The Spear of Maher also has a 50% better chance of
landing a critical strike. In the hands of a priest or a white
Hoodoo mystic, this spear deals heavy holy damage especially
against creatures of the night. In the hands of a dark Hoodoo
sorcerer, the spear deals heavy dark/unholy damage especially
against divine and holy creatures and beings. The Spear of Maher
also increases the moral and mental strength of all allies of
the user. The user summons this spear by holding a golden or
onyx coin that has a spear embossed/carved on both sides.
Hoodoo Skill 7: Summon Hunters of the Night:
~This Hoodoo spell allows the user to summon up several
werehyenas from the shadows around him. These werehyenas are in
full beast mode when summoned and have a bite that causes
mystical rot and darkness corruption instead of spreading
werehyena infection. These werehyenas have freewill but will
still follow the orders of the user. The user summons the
werehyenas with a hyena tooth token and can summon up to 10
werehyenas at one time. The werehyenas are weak to light and
holy weapons and powers especially those of Palo Cristiano.
Hoodoo Skill 8: Summon Swarm of Flying Pests:
~This may not sound like much of a Hoodoo spell, but a large,
cloud-like swarm of biting flies and mosquitoes can be dangerous
and even deadly with a large enough number. This Hoodoo spell
allows the user to summon a swarm of biting flies and mosquitoes
that is large enough to engulf and kill the average man. This is
done through a combination of suffocating numbers that can cut
off a victim's oxygen and through massive blood lost of the
biting insects feasting on the victim's blood. Stronger
opponents, such as supernaturals, can fight off the swarm and
even disperse it but will find themselves slowed down by the
annoyance. All it takes to summon the swarm is the dead body of
a fly or mosquito.
Hoodoo Skill 9: Desert Scorching Blast:
~This Hoodoo spell allows the user to create a semisolid blast
of fiery hot air at a selected target. This blast can cause
severe burns, set flammables on fire, and instantly evaporate
water within a 30 foot radius of the target. The user must have
a vulture's feather to cast.
Hoodoo Skill 10: Nile Flood:
~This Hoodoo spell allows the user to summon forth a giant wave
of water to crash down on a target. This massive tsunami like
wave causes severe crushing damage and drown the average person.
The user needs a river rock to clutch and strike the ground with
a staff, stick, or other wood item.
Hoodoo Skill 11: Unseen Warrior's Shield:
~This Hoodoo spell allows the user to create an invisible force
field around them. Though not as durable as more advanced Hoodoo
shield spells, this one is faster to throw up and can be used to
counter physical attacks. The force field can hold off energy
and magic/mana attacks but only for five rounds plus the user
can only move to a 10 ft radius as that is the circumstances of
the shield and is unmovable. The force field can hold off
physical attacks for 10 rounds before shattering and
dissipating. The user can make other attacks and use other
Hoodoo spells. The user needs a stick, staff, spear, or cane to
strike the ground and a user selected phrase.
Danae's Phrase: "Défendre!"
Hoodoo Skill 11: Warrior of the Elements:
~This Hoodoo spell allows the user to temporarily manipulate one
of the five primal elements like a natural or trained
elementalist such as the Darkfires. The user needs a gemstone
that represents their chosen element. Sapphire for water. Jade
for earth. Yellow topaz for air. Hematite for electricity. Blood
diamond for fire. The user must have the gemstone on his person
in order to use this spell. Once the initial spell on the
gemstone is set, then all the user has to do is say an
activation phrase. Because the gemstone has to be on the user,
many choose to turn these gemstones into jewelry and some even
become stones of power.
Spell Duration: 15 rounds. Cool Down: 5 rounds
Hoodoo Skill 12: Dark Curse of Siafu Wounds:
~This Hoodoo curse allows the user to place a painful curse that
causes small, bleeding slice-like bite wounds to randomly appear
on random places of the body. Siafu, or by their scientific
name: Dorylus, is a large genus of army ants found primarily in
central and east Africa, although the range also extends to
southern Africa and tropical Asia. The term siafu is a loanword
from Swahili, and is one of numerous similar words from regional
Bantu languages used by indigenous peoples to describe various
species of these ants. Unlike the New World members of the
former subfamily Ecitoninae (now Dorylinae), members of this
genus do form temporary anthills lasting from a few days up to
three months. Each colony can contain over 20 million
individuals. As with their New World counterparts, there is a
soldier class among the workers, which is larger, with a very
large head and pincer-like mandibles. They are capable of
stinging, but very rarely do so, relying instead on their
powerful shearing jaws. The first Hoodoo witch doctor to create
this spell made it to slowly torture victims with later
practitioners finding combat uses. This user takes a dead ant
carcass in one hand while concentrating on a target. This
dissolves the ingredient while the user silently calls to the
Dark Gods to create invisible siafu-like spirits that bite the
victim every three rounds in different random places of the body
with a total of 10 bites during the biting round. These wounds
will bleed for two rounds before clotting without regeneration.
The pain is intense and distracting during the "Biting Round"
which hinders the target's movements. The curse lasts for 6 days
unless a Remove Curse/Cure Curse like or Banishment abilities
are used.
Hoodoo Skill 13: Curse of Weakened Body:
~This Hoodoo curse allows the user to curse a target(s) with a
weakened physical condition. This curse weakens the target's
physical condition by 50%. This makes the target(s) slower,
clumsier, and physically weaker in all that they do. The curse
lasts for 6 days unless a Remove Curse/Cure Curse like ability
is used. This spell uses graveyard dust and can affect up to 5
people.
Hoodoo Skill 15: Forgetful Slumber:
~This Hoodoo spell allows the user to put a target(s) into a
deep, restful sleep that also causes the target to lose up to 48
hours of memory. The user blows a bit of sand into the face of
the target while chanting a release phrase. This causes the
target to fall asleep where the user then chooses how much time
of memory the target will lose by whispering it in the target's
ear. Sleep lasts for eight hours where the target awakens
feeling refreshed, healed, and rejuvenated but can't recall what
had happened between the last memory spot to when the target
wakes up. Target can dodge in order to prevent becoming
affected.
Advanced Nubian Vampire Hoodoo Skills:
Advanced Hoodoo Skill 1: Telekinesis:
~This powerful Hoodoo spell allows the user to temporarily use
the power of telekinesis, ability to manipulate matter with the
mind. This means that the user can move objects, choke or attack
beings, and even affect temperature all with his mind. The user
can even create powerful force fields that allow freedom of
movement. This spell takes quite a bit of energy and
concentration so the user can not use any other Hoodoo spells
until after 10 rounds unless the user drops the spell sooner.
There is a 5 round cool down after use and can only be used
twice per day plus one more use per 20 years of age. The only
thing needed to activate the spell after first learning it is a
finger snap.
Advanced Hoodoo Skill 2: Summon the Serpent of Set:
~This powerful Hoodoo spell allows the user to summon a giant
infernal cobra like serpent. This serpent will do as the user
commands with enough freewill to defend and attack. The
serpent's most powerful attack is it's venom which can kill an
average human instantly. Those beings with regeneration powers
will even have problems recouping from a successful bite attack
as the powerful venom slows down the body functions including
regeneration for 5 rounds. The serpent is weak to weapons of Ra
and Horus, the staff of Osiris, and light (especially solar)
powers and weapons which cause double damage.
Advanced Hoodoo Skill 3: Wrath of the Desert Storm:
~This powerful Hoodoo spell allows the user to create,
manipulate, and control a massive sand storm. This sand storm is
more powerful than a typical sand storm with enough power to
take down a passenger jet. The storm can cover an area of up to
2 mile radius, cause blinding conditions, cause problems with
breathing, and cause abrasion damage. The user can cause faces
to appear in the front of the storm to increase fear along with
allowing the user to see his target and choose what direction
the storm goes in. This spell lasts for 10 rounds (plus 5 rounds
per 20 years of age) or as long as the user maintains
concentration. The user needs a bit of sand and the mental image
of his target or Target area for this spell.
Advanced Hoodoo Skill 4: Drink from the Nile:
~This powerful Hoodoo spell may sound harmless, but it's
anything except harmless. "Drink from the Nile" has been found
as part of curses in noble tombs located near the Nile River.
Folklore states in those cases that the Nile River will
temporarily yet violently divert and flood the tomb that had
been disturbed by grave robbers and other authorized persons
thus drowning or even crushing the trespassers to death. The
curse is actually based on this ancient spell. With just a bit
of water, the user can create, manipulate, and control a massive
wall wave of water to crush and destroy a target or target area.
This spell is similar to the Wrath of the Desert Storm spell
except water is involved instead of sand.
Advanced Hoodoo Skill 5: Age of the Mummy:
~This powerful Hoodoo spell places a curse down upon a chosen
living target. With a small piece of medical bandage and grave
dust, the user says a prayer to Anubis to place the curse on a
chosen target that the user pictures in their mind. The curse
uses up the token ingredients when cast. Once in affect, the
target begins to thirst and starve as no matter how much they
eat and drink doesn't satisfy their needs. No matter how much is
eaten, the target loses weight rapidly and begins to dehydrate.
This will kill an average human within 24 hours without a Remove
Curse type ability is used. Once dead, the target's body
continues to go through rapid mummification until the body looks
like an ancient mummy dug up in Egypt area. Beings with
regeneration powers can slow the curse to give themselves at
least 2 months to find a curse removal. Those with Curse
Immunity are immune. Curse doesn't affect undead beings and
actually heals and/or increases regeneration abilities in them.
Combat Abilities:
Fighting Instinct:
~User possesses an innate aptitude for fighting in any combat by
overcoming limitations and adapt techniques or methods to ensure
victory. They adapt perfectly to all factors, achieving maximum
efficiency in an offense, defense, evasion, and countering,
ensuring optimal success as long as there is the slightest
chance. This enables a user to resist fear and pain, maximize
and surpass physical boundaries, utilize all of their skills in
the most efficient manner, and continuously fight while
unconscious. The user's instinct for battle allows them to pick
out strongest opponent, letting them know who exactly they need
to fight.
Voodoo Combat:
~Users are able to infuse voodoo with physical attacks.
Magic Combat:
~The user is able to infuse magic with physical attacks, using
magical energies to blast away, hex opponents, and strengthen
attacks.
They can infuse their attacks with magic, augment their physical
capabilities, use magic attacks, etc.
Machete Proficiency:
~The user, either innately or through training, is a master of
wielding a machete, a broad blade used either as an agricultural
implement similar to an axe, or in combat like a long-bladed
knife or sword.
Brazilian Jiu-Jutsu:
~The user, either innately or through training, is a master of
Brazilian jiu-jitsu, a combat art focused on getting an opponent
to the ground in order to neutralize possible strength or size
advantages through ground fighting techniques and submission
holds involving joint-locks and chokeholds. On the ground,
physical strength can be offset or enhanced through proper
grappling techniques.
Grand Priest Angel Fighting Style: Focused Strike:
~This is a special combat technique that grand priest angels
developed, and was originally developed by Abel as one of the
first angelic specific martial arts. Not only the grand priest
angels, but also many angels learned this style as well so that
they would have another combat style specifically designed for
angelic close combat, to which even fallen angels learned this
style after a few grand priest angels fell. Unlike some more
peaceful angels, most grand priest angels are not afraid to use
their physical strength to stop someone in a fight if they had
to. As such, they have learned to condense their strength into
small compact strikes to do more damage to opponents, as most
use this to make up for a lack of physical strength many don't
always have. This was designed for angels not as physically
strong as stronger supernaturals so that they can still damage
stronger supernaturals. This fighting style also uses influences
from Karate and Jujitsu, making it useful for defensive
movements and using opponent's momentum against them. This style
was created by Abel, who perfected it over a very long time when
he became an angel. This style is a fairly custom style, making
it hard to predict or know about in battle unless one is
familiar with it, and is typically taught to all grand priest
angels and angels willing to learn it. For the most part, this
style is also customizable as needed, with many users of this
style developing their own sub-styles and variations of this
style when combining it with other styles they might have.
Supernatural Hunter Training/Hunting Experience:
~Having been around since early creation and having fought many
battles over the years, most angels and fallen angels are
skilled supernatural hunters who know easily how to fight most
types of supernaturals in the world. Most angels know the
strengths and weaknesses of many kinds of supernaturals,
including some like time lords that are more rare depending on
the angel's individual experiences. Most fallen angels are
skilled opponents to face by any race, and knows how to take
down most supernaturals thanks to their experience which most
fallen angels have more of fighting on earth than normal angels.
Any supernaturals a fallen angel doesn't know about, they can
usually find information through the fallen angelic network as
needed since they can still talk to other angels still on earth.
Since most angels are typically very smart beings and have a lot
of experience to teach them how to handle many types of
situations, they are able to often come up with solutions to
most problems if they encounter a supernatural with an ability
they can't counter. Though angels don't know everything about
supernaturals, they usually know a lot about the supernaturals
they fight, even though there are plenty they don't know, just
like many other fighters since the universe is filled with many
unknown races and beings. While they can handle things like
demons and fallen angels more easily due to experience fighting
them, usually primordial creatures like the The'Galin are
typically outside of the knowledge of angels, usually requiring
someone else to give them information on these creatures.
Tracking and Hunting Expert:
~This is another thing that comes with experience in being a
supernatural hunter, in which many people trained as
supernatural hunters learn how to track and hunt supernaturals
who are threats, often learning the best ways to track down
their opponents as well as how supernatural hunters may track
them if they ever find themselves on the wrong end of a
supernatural hunter (in the case of supernaturals), or on the
wrong side of heaven or hell in the case of fallen angels. Those
trained in this learn very subtle things from their training,
like telling whether a foot print is their target or not by
things like the shape of the boot and how deep the boot-print
is, with some being advanced trackers that are able to identify
people by boot prints, as well as also being able to tell where
opponents go thanks to things like walking on plants, and
animals that are unusually silent in a direction. Some even have
a sense of when opponents are near, and can often gain a sense
of where their opponents are going while tracking them. Of
course, with a supernatural senses, this becomes even more
effective as those with enhanced senses can do things like find
traces of body heat, traces of presences, or even just telling
what's around them more easily with special senses.
Supernatural Exorcism, Weakness and Trap Training:
~Of course, every supernatural hunter has to learn how to do
things like exorcisms, and use traps for certain types of races.
From their training as well as their experience, angels were
trained heavily in how to trap and contain supernaturals mostly
through Enochian knowledge and spells/sigils. They are taught
things like how to draw demon traps, how to build traps for
other supernaturals, or how to lure out supernaturals if they
try to hide. They are also taught all manners of exorcisms, from
exorcising demons, to using Enochian sigils to cast out angels
and rival fallen angels. Of course, as many angels and fallen
angels have had plenty of practice and experience, they also
eventually developed experience with it over time, and can learn
new ways to take on supernaturals thanks to experimentation with
their abilities and knowing how to combine certain exorcisms and
abilities. Depending on what's available, some fallen angels can
come up with new ways to take on supernaturals, and this works
even better when paired with their smiting and purification
abilities, in which this usually determines how they use
exorcisms and purification since their knowledge typically
determines how effective their exorcism would be, as well as
their power also helping determine outcomes of exorcisms. For
fallen angels, they use a mix of Enochian wards and biblical
Hebrew wards, which are useful for warding demons and/or angels
depending on the wards and exorcisms. Since fallen angels fight
against both heaven and hell, they have to know how to exorcise
creatures, specifically angels and demons.
Passive Abilities:
Angelic Beauty:
~The users are angel/angelic beings who are known in their
human/winged forms to be extremely supernaturally beautiful in
every way as a part of their natural celestial divine
perfection. However, in their true forms their beauty is so
incredibility and intensely horrifying to mortal eyes, so much
so that no mortal being could truly gaze upon them without
causing great harm to themselves by the effect of simply looking
at them.
This always varies per fantasy, whereas in mythology most of the
Angels were said to be utterly terrifying and reflected holy
fear and love all around them.
Unlike supernatural beauty this type of beauty is only possessed
by angels, angelic-type entities and those with strong angelic
heritages, whereas supernatural beauty is accessible to many
beings (including those of alien, demonic or non-divine status).
While even in human form angels possess such inhuman perfection
beauty that don't even resemble any aspect of humanity like
comparing humans to tigers or any wildlife, but when Angels are
in their true divine forms, they are something truly
astonishing, magnificent, near infinite, incomprehensible and
incomparable to the highest level that human words or divine or
Eldritch words wouldn't come close to describing them.
This ability is a blessing and a curse that Danae inherited from
her father Lucifer.
Holy Blacklight:
~As a trait, the user/character is lit from behind by a blinding
supernatural light, usually making them indistinct from any
other being around them and giving them a dramatic effect. This
lighting can also cause easing and calming effects in those of
goodly natures and cause great fear and even pain in those
darkly/evil natures, and even causing varying effects on the
environment around the character.
Unlike divine auras, divine presences or good auras where the
entity in question gives off energies naturally from their inner
powers, the backlighting is an effect of those powers.
Just like her father, Danae possess both types of backgrounds
depending on how she wanted to be perceived, one of fallen light
which would be a default, and the other as an infernal
background as the Princess of Hell whenever she's enraged.
Fallen Angel Wings/Wing Suppression:
~All angels have angel wings to a degree, with some having more
unique wings than others, and this applies even to fallen
angels. These wings are usually a defining trait for angels, and
as one might expect, angels are able to fly using these wings.
Typically most wings look bird-like in nature, with fallen
angels typically having black wings instead of white like normal
angels due to their corrupted natures. These wings can be made
visible, but most fallen angels on earth have ways to suppress
their wings, with two main ways. The first is simple, in which
their wings are shape-shifted into their backs, usually
shape-shifted so they are out of sight. The second is the more
common method most angels and fallen angels use, where their
wings are left on the spiritual plane rather than on the
physical one, and their wings become intangible as a result.
While still there, their wings are not seen, and cannot be
attacked while they are in the spiritual plane. Usually when
this method is used, the only real way to see the angel's wings
is when they flare up their angelic power, and their wings
become visible on their shadows behind them as their bodies
generate a mass of light. However, there are angels that have
unique abilities with their wings, such as some who are able to
use special wing skills (like Amenadiel being able to shapeshift
his wings into spear-like projectiles).
Fallen Angel/Archangel Regeneration:
~Those that have seen angels or fallen angels often figure out
quickly that angels and fallen angels have powerful
regeneration, and much harder to kill than demons are
(typically). Aside from specific weapons like angel blades,
varanium weapons, and other weapons designed to kill any
creature, angels typically are very difficult to kill, and able
to regenerate their bodies even from a puddle of blood on the
ground. As long as there is something left of them, they are
able to regenerate, with angels having among the most powerful
supernatural regenerations alongside demons and fallen angels.
Typically, most angels have some form of regeneration, and some
angels don't have as strong regeneration due to having trained
other defensive abilities, but most angels do have some form of
regeneration. Typically, angelic regeneration isn't as strong as
archangel regeneration, as archangels are not vulnerable to all
the same things normal angels are weaker too. Archangels are
still killable, but they not only regenerate faster, but also
are able to withstand normal angel blades, and certain other
weapons that would kill angels. For the most part, their
regeneration is powerful, but things like varanium, death
scythes, other archangel blades, and even demon prince power can
still kill them, though many archangels take longer to kill than
normal angels. Depending on the injuries, more injuries might
take longer to regenerate, and depending on the angel and the
strength of their regeneration, some wounds will also be more
difficult to regenerate. As a result, typically doing something
like cutting an angel's head off can stop them even if it's
temporarily if one cannot kill an angel or archangel, as there
are still strategies that work since they do still take damage.
For the most part, this works the same for fallen angels as it
does for normal angels.
Fallen Angel/Archangel Hardskin Defense:
~Replicating their angelic hardskin defense, the fallen angels
are also able to use their aura of the fallen to use this art
instead of their normal angelic power. Typically this comes
alongside their regeneration, in which fallen angels can focus
some of their regenerative power into this to strengthen their
defense. The question mostly becomes which skill do the angels
want more, as some prefer regeneration, but some prefer not
taking the damage at all. Typically, this defense, at its
fullest, can defend against normal bullets, and some higher
level bullets, with those like Amenadiel showing that toughening
the body can be just as useful in a fight as regenerating
injuries. The main issue with this is that, in order to use it,
one must sacrifice some regenerative ability in order to
generate the power form this, since this power has to come from
a source. Typically angels have a choice of either one or the
other, or weakening both to get a little of both skills. This
depends on the angel, as some may prefer one over the other. At
full strength, some fallen angels/archangels have often been
seen as nearly indestructible by weaker opponents (even though
they are just harder to damage). Archangels have more power they
can put into this, but this does still require putting in some
of their regenerative power. When at full strength in this art,
angels and fallen angels are only able to regenerate basic
injuries and cannot regenerate fatal wounds easily (though they
still can). This can, however, be more easily pierced by demonic
or holy power, since this power runs on an the fallen angel's
corrupted presence. Certain weapons can even ignore this defense
entirely, such as angel blades being able to instantly break
this ability, and celestial weapons can more easily break this
skill as well. To an extent, even demonic weapons can be made
more effective against this.
Resistance to Holy/Demonic Effects:
~While most fallen angels are still strong, they don't have
completely immunity after falling to things like holy effects.
Due to their corrupted nature, they do still take damage from
holy and demonic effects, but thanks to special training and
fighting angels and demons, fallen angels have learned to resist
demonic and holy effects to a large degree, mostly so that
angels or demons won't be able to take them down under most
circumstances. Since most fallen angels are between demonic and
angelic, most develop this resistance for their own survival.
Fallen angels are not as affected by things like holy areas, or
demonic areas, which have unique effects based on the area. This
means that a fallen angel could walk into a church, or walk into
a demonically controlled area with almost no ill effects, barely
being affected. This also applies to granting them some
resistance to holy and demonic powers, in which they have
learned to resist these powers due to having to fight angels and
demons. However, while they don't take damage from area affects,
holy and demonic powers do still hurt them, and can still do
some damage to them based on the skill. While they do take
reduced effects, they are still able to be hurt by holy and
demonic powers, even if it's to a reduced degree. Instead of
immunity to one or the other, like angels being immune to holy
and demons being immune to demonic effects, fallen angels just
have slight resistance to both, but they are also more
vulnerable to certain human abilities since they live on earth
more and are affected by earthly powers more than angelic or
demonic abilities. As such, usually humans are the best person
to fight fallen angels.
Immune to Dark Arts Effects:
~While Danae is still vulnerable to the actual physical dark
arts attacks, Danae is completely immune to dark arts effects as
a whole, instead being empowered by it, and is immune to the
negative effects of dark arts (like soul absorption and other
darkness effects). Usually, any dark arts used on Danae just
leads to him copying the dark art and learning it rather than it
hurting her. She is completely immune to effects like death
energy effects, or darkness effects, or even dark voodoo arts
like voodoo doll creation. While she can still be hurt by
physical damage done by the attacks, such as a dark magic
explosive attack doing concussive impact damage to her, she
can't be hurt but special effects of these powers, like being
immune to the corrosive effects of death energy or the burning
effects of dark energy to some creatures. For the most part,
while she is immune to the dark arts, she is still able to be
hurt by other neutral powers, and with her resistance to holy
and demonic power, usually neutral powers are the best thing to
use on Danae. There are few dark arts stronger than her, but
there are still some out there, and those could also do damage
to Danae if one could overpower her dark arts, since Danae's
immunity to this is usually the result of her dark arts being
stronger than most dark arts users she fights.
Fallen Angel Dark Presence Empowerment:
~While angels have their holy empowerment and demons have their
sinful empowerment, fallen angels have more of a dark presence
empowerment. They don't feed on holy or demonic presences, but
instead, they gain power from areas with more darker presences.
Fallen angels typically stay in places where humans, angels and
demons avoid, and gain power from areas that are typically
considered "dangerous" by most people. Usually, this includes
places that are considered "haunted" or have some kind of dark
presence that usually chases people away. Fallen angels are able
to feed on the negative aura of an area like this, and use it to
replenish their power in the same way that an angel would use a
church's holy presence, or a demon would use the sinful desires
of humans to empower themselves. This lets them replenish their
power between battles more quickly, or could also give them a
home field advantage if they fight opponents in these areas. Due
to most fallen angels using this presence to their advantage,
they typically fight in these areas, with them often spreading
rumors about areas they live in, in order to generate a dark
atmosphere around the places they tend to live. Typically, they
tend to do the best in areas with a strong presence of dark
spirits, which give off the perfect atmosphere that empowers
them.
Fallen Angel Radio:
~Similar to angels, fallen angels have their own communication.
If angels communication were compared to a typical radio, a
fallen angel's communication would be on a different station or
channel than typical angel radio, but mostly works the same way
as normal angel radio with exception that they operate on their
own "network". As such, the fallen angels have their own
separate communication thanks to this. They are still able to
hear prayers, and can hear/zero in on specific prayers just like
typical angels, however they cannot hear prayers to heaven, but
those that call for other beings, like being able to hear dark
arts summoning rituals or being able to hear those that pray to
fallen angels specifically. For the most part, those who listen
in on this radio cannot operate on typical angel radio, and
angels cannot operate on fallen angel radio due to the
difference in their "tuning" that is a result of the change in
their natures. However, those with fallen angel power can hear
this and use it to commune with one another in the same way
angels use theirs to communicate with each other. For the most
part, this does work the same way, in that those who pray can be
found when praying, and can easily be zeroed in on if they are
praying to a certain angel. As one can expect, this is not a
battle power, but rather just a simple communication. Typically,
just like angel radio, fallen angels will often hunt down anyone
who operates on their communication if they find out someone is
in their communication. This can be used to do things like
sending battle information to other fallen angels, or used to
send distress signals to other fallen angels. However, since
most fallen angels are usually not as coordinated as angels,
they may or may not respond to calls like angels would. Children
of fallen angels can also hear this version of angel radio as
well, but children of normal angels cannot hear this
communication network, but an angel/fallen angel child (if one
existed), would be able to access both, which would be a big
problem for both angels and fallen angels.
Angelic Mimicry/Mortal Reading:
~Angels have a natural affinity for mimicking others, in which
they can do things like mimicking someone's actions exactly
which works even for fallen angels who can do this as well.
Their mimicry is so complete that they are even able to copy the
voices of others, such as mimicking the voice of someone to lure
an enemy into a trap, or mimicking someone's actions to each
muscle movement. This typically goes along with their ability to
read mortals, in which angels are able to read a mortal's body
language usually fairly easily. The biggest use for this is that
most angels can tell when someone is lying, in which they can
tell by reading the person's body whether or not the person
believes they are telling the truth. While this doesn't help
against those that can suppress their unconscious minds signs at
lying (like the Darkfires and Hazeldines can), it does help
angels more easily read almost anyone that they can read. When
combining these two abilities together, it shows that the angels
have a high ability to read someone, as well as mimic their
movements and can even copy certain combat styles by watching
people fight. Typically, this can help in a fight, since they
can more easily learn how certain combat styles work. However,
some beings might not be as easy to mimic, specifically those
that have specific powers that prevent themselves from being
mimicked, and some have abilities that prevent them from being
read by other beings. This works the same way for fallen angels
that it does for normal angels.
Fallen Angelic Cosmic Awareness/Darker Realms Knowledge:
~Like angels, most fallen angels have a great knowledge of the
universe, in which they have an understanding that most beings
lack. Unlike angels though, fallen angels are not only aware on
a cosmic scale of the forces of the universe, but fallen angels
are also highly tuned into worlds and darker side of worlds than
angels or even demons are. Fallen angels' knowledge usually
comes in their immensely knowledge of the Shadow Realm, the
things that come of it, and things like dark spirits and how
they operate. Unlike angels who have a general knowledge, fallen
angels also have this knowledge, but a much more involved
knowledge of the living world, since they specifically live in
the living worlds rather than in heaven or hell like angels or
demons do. As such, while they are usually out of tune with
updated events in heaven or hell, they know almost everything
that goes on in the living worlds, and usually have a great
awareness of the worlds they live in. Of course, also like
angels, they don't have as much knowledge of the primordial
beings, such as the The'Galin. Their knowledge is also more
based in dark creatures and spirits than angels, in which they
use this usually find ways to use dark spirits to their
advantage, and learn to use this as a type of network of
knowledge once they learn dark arts and learn to commune with
these dark spirits.
Multi-Linguist/Language Learning:
~Most angels and fallen angels have been around a long time, and
know a great many languages used by people on earth. Typically,
most angels know almost every language on earth, including
ancient and forgotten languages. The most common one to hear
from an angel is Enochian, in which Enochian is the language
used by angels, and is usually the default language they have
that is used in Heaven by angels. However, angels are also able
to speak other languages, with their second specialty being
Hebrew, Biblical Hebrew and other ancient languages that were
used to write the bible, which many angels know about. However,
they are not limited to these languages, as they can speak
almost any modern language, such as English, French, Spanish,
and many other languages. Because angels have been around since
the creation of humanity, they have mostly seen every language
that has developed thanks to man, and know almost every language
there is to know since they also knew each language before the
languages all split off and eventually became different
languages. Due to this, they have no need to learn new
languages, as they automatically gain this through interacting
with humans and can learn other languages after hearing enough
of the language. Fallen angels specialize in a mix of Enochian
and Biblical Hebrew, and even have their own language based
around the variation of the languages to combine them into one
language.
Angelic Supernatural Life Span:
~Angels and archangels, being angelic beings, have an indefinite
lifespan. Thanks in part to their supernatural regeneration, and
their design in being a type of creature that doesn't get old,
angels don't age, and no known angel has died of old age that
hadn't given up their grace to become mortal. While an angel can
still be killed in battle, or killed in a few different ways,
they cannot die of old age, because their angelic regeneration
and their design has been set up so that they do not grow old.
Most angels stay in the same form they were since the dawn of
creation (as they are created in their prime form), in which
their angelic self typically takes the form of the form they
take when they were created. For the most part, it's not known
if angels will eventually die of old age and just haven't yet,
since it's not known if older angel's regeneration can break
down over time, which often causes many regenerative types to
age once they get old enough they start losing their
regenerative abilities. Since no angel has reached that point,
it is believed that they have an indefinite life span, and since
it's believed angels were designed this way, the angels are
believed to never have to worry about dying of old age unless
they choose to by giving up their grace and living a human life
(which some have done). Since the life span is indefinite, no
one knows if angels or archangels can die of old age. It's not
said by those like God, so it's believed that they have an
indefinite life span unless something in them is changed by
those like God. However, this doesn't mean they can't be killed
in battle, as they can still be killed by things like angel
blades (normal angels can be killed by angel blades), or things
like death scythes (which can also kill archangels). This works
for fallen angels the same as it does for normal angels and
demons, most thanks to regeneration and their beings also not
being designed to age, even after falling. The biggest worry
among fallen angels is possibly becoming demon if they are
corrupted enough over time.
Supernatural Telepathy:
~This ability lets an angel or a fallen angel communicate
telepathically with anyone they can connect to. Typically this
power uses their angel radio (depending on whether it's an angel
or fallen angel), in which they use it to tune to a person if
they know where they are in order to communicate with them. This
lets them communicate with other people without having to speak,
with them being able to share thoughts directly with others.
However, usually the angel or fallen angel has to know where the
person is to use this since they have to know where to send
their thoughts. However, this doesn't apply to those who
establish permanent connections, such as connecting to other
family members or allies. This lets angels and fallen angels not
only communicate with those they have a permanent connect with,
but can also tell them where they are at any time should they
require to find them or need to be summoned to them (which they
typically do with their angel radio). Those who are set up with
permanent connections have to accept the connection, and even
then, they can sever it if they choose to.
Weapon Intangible Storing/Summoning:
~While most angels and fallen angels don't use a lot of weapons
other than angel blades, they are able to summon their weapons
if they know where they are. Similar to their teleportation
power, they can typically call their weapons to them at any
time, as well as some even being able to store their weapon
intangibly on their person where it stays with them, but made
intangible in a manner similar to their art of making their
wings intangible. As such, this makes a good way to store
weapons that won't cause problems, as they can use this to store
weapons on them, but being intangible, they don't slow the angel
down to keep with them. Usually, most angels keep their angel
blades in their sleeves, where their blades are summoned and
called out of their sleeves when they need them. Some angels and
fallen angels have their own unique arts for this, but this is a
good way to store weapons in a way that doesn't require them to
carry them, but also doesn't bog down their spirits with weapons
like those that use the attach items to self power. They are
able to store any weapon on them they desire, however, unlike
the attach item to self power, they cannot summon the weapon
back to them if they are separated from it, and they typically
have to go and get the weapon before they can de-summon it. Some
have unique arts for this, but typically this is the best way to
store weapons for an angel.
Fallen Angel Enhanced Senses:
~Similar to angels, most fallen angels have highly enhanced
senses. Most are able to do things like seeing things from very
far away, or hearing a conversation going on a block away. They
also have a strong enough sense of smell that they can tell who
people are just by the scent they give off, and can even smell
someone's DNA through scent alone. Thanks to this, angels have
very strong senses, and are on par with almost any
supernatural's senses. Each angel has their own balance of
senses, with some having lesser senses and other stronger
senses, usually depending on the angel and what their
specialties are. Typically, most fallen angels do have very
strong senses, which can also be a weakness to a degree, since
enhanced senses can be taken advantage of, such as taking
advantage of a strong sense of smell by using a strong smell to
overwhelm them. This does depend on the angel, as some don't
have as enhanced senses, but those that do can be very difficult
to avoid. Some can even gain unique senses, such as fire users
gaining a thermal sense, or a lightning user being able to sense
electrical signals around them, mostly depending on the skills
and how the angel uses them. Fallen angels typically have more
specific senses, depending on the fallen angel and their
skill-set since some gain specific abilities that reflect in
their senses.
Fallen Angel Sixth Sense:
~Much like vampires and other supernaturals, fallen angels can
sense the presence of other beings, and sensing who and what
they are. This can sense not only one's presence, but their
levels of energy and how tough they are, allowing the user to
gauge how they stand against them, as well as often being able
to tell what they are by their presence if the user recognizes
what kind of presence it is. However, this can be deceived by
skilled opponents, sometimes not appearing correctly if the user
can't sense the opponent's full power or use powers that fool
this sense. There are also skills that hide one's presence so
those with this sense can't sense them, or some opponents can
suppress their presence so they're not fully able to be sensed.
While this isn't always the best judge of someone's abilities,
it can provide a slight insight to help the user as to what they
face or what's around them.
Angelic Mind Resistance:
~All angels and fallen angels have a resistance to mind
alterations and other powers that influence the mind thanks to
their design. When the angels were created, they weren't granted
minds like those of mortal beings, but rather, they had unique
minds that were "programmed" by their creator (like God
programming the angels he created) which also applies to fallen
angels. As such, they have resistance to powers that might
interfere with this, as they all have a base "programming" that
essentially cannot be altered by most creatures. As a result,
most abilities that affect the mind don't work well on angels,
though some stronger abilities do still work but to a reduced
effect. The only real exception to this is those that have
figured out how this "programming" works, like those like
Crowley have researched angels enough and even managed to use
rods that were drilled into an angel's mind to "rewrite" their
minds to a small degree. While this is not possible to do on a
large scale, those that know how this works can actually reduce
this defense by actually damaging their heads, such as stabbing
certain parts of their brain. However, the specifics of how to
do this are not known, and no one besides a select few even know
that Crowley was able to do it in the past.
Enhanced Fallen Nephilim and Combat Trained Physical Stats:
~As a voodoo queen who is the child of Lucifer, Danae is one of
the strongest nephilims in the world despite her being a magic
user. Her physical attributes makes her capable of defeating
most monsters, especially angels and demons. She can even go up
against demon princes and archangels. Although there are certain
creatures she can't obviously defeat, she can even keep up with
creatures such as werepires and nephalems. As someone who
represents a crow, Danae is a pretty agile in the air, making
her one of the best air combatants. Like many avian like
creatures, she has an internal compass which can gauge distance,
wind currents, and magnetic direction.
Transformation:
Fallen Nephilim of Light/Dark Arts Enhanced Forms:
~This form isn't much too different on her appearance other than
her gaining six fallen angel wings and her eyes remain black
with scarlet red pupils. This form is mostly just a physical
manifestation of her fallen nephilim form, where her magic and
fallen nephilim powers are amplified. However, she mostly only
use this on beings that prove to be a problem in her normal
human form. This form also feeds on the arrogance of others
around her and herself.

Necklace:
~A silver skull necklace with a red jewel on it that was a gift
from her deceased sister. This usually keep those like demons
and angels enter her mind and can create a powerful barrier
around her.
Weaknesses:
Fallen angels have a corrupted nature, compared to angels, and
this shows in their abilities like their aura of the fallen and
their fallen light. Like how angels have to worry about sin,
fallen angels usually have to worry about their corrupted
natures, in which typically they become more corrupted the
longer they are on earth. Once they are corrupted enough, they
will become demons, and eventually join the ranks of hell. Due
to this, most fallen angels that stick to their fallen angel
power typically try to avoid corrupting themselves further. As
such, most of them have to avoid using certain dark arts like
corrupted darkness, because it can corrupt them more over time
unless they are skilled enough with it to avoid it. Fallen
angels typically enjoy staying on earth, and some don't even
rebel angels or demons. Depending on the fallen angel, they
might not even be against humanity, as some act like guardians,
though there are some that will try to misguide humanity or even
try to start their own rebellions against the forces of heaven
and hell. Overall, the corruption that makes their being is
usually more dangerous to peaceful fallen angels than fallen
angels who want to use their power for dangerous purposes, but
they still use their power to do what they need to do. To an
extent, some fallen angels have egos that also act as weaknesses
to them, since some actually fall for good reason. Depending on
the fallen angel, some are so egotistical that they see even
other fallen angels as inferior to them. This unfortunately
affects Theodore despite being half fallen angel, since the more
his use his fallen nephilim form, the more corrupted he becomes,
which changes him into something that he hates.
Another major weakness among fallen angels is that they are
nowhere near as organized as angels and demons are. Because most
fallen angels usually stick to themselves and have their own
goals, most don't work together, and some even will fight each
other if their goals conflict. This makes cooperation among
fallen angels difficult, and is partially why each fallen angel
uses their arts to create new servants from dead humans since
they don't typically trust each other. Most fallen angels avoid
the forces of heaven and hell, since they are usually not on
good terms, and most fallen angels will usually try to actively
avoid threats to their own existence. The only time fallen
angels typically work together is if there is a bigger issue, or
they have similar interests in removing a certain obstacle,
though this is typically rare. Even among the The'Galin
conflict, most fallen angels are still doing their own thing
rather than getting involved with heaven and hell's battles in
the conflict as some are still killing angels and demons outside
of the conflicts. Some have such a hatred for angels and demons
that they are willing to risk the universe being unmade to get
their revenge on angels and/or demons. Of course, the lack of
organization is also a big weakness to them if they were ever to
be hunted down, since they would be easier to take down by a
group since they don't have an organized group like angels have
in heaven or demons have in hell. And like angels, most demons
can also be killed by other powerful beings, like Death,
Toranoraos, God, and even Galian.
Interrupting a fallen angel's regeneration and killing them
typically requires special weapons in order to kill them just
like normal angels. Fallen angels can be killed by normal angel
blades (which they keep when they fall, so even fallen angels
use angel blades), archangel blades, and by certain weapons
designed to kill angels. Fallen archangels cannot be killed by
normal angel blades, but they can still be hurt by them, and can
be killed by archangel blades. For the most part, things like
death scythes, weapons that can kill most creatures (like the
Colt), or other things designed to kill any creature like the
First Blade can also be used to kill fallen angels and
archangels alike. Varanium is also a good way to interrupt
fallen angel regeneration, as fallen angel regeneration is a
type of supernatural regeneration that can be interrupted. This
means that they are vulnerable to regeneration negation
abilities as well, which do work just as well as they do against
other supernaturals. Angels can also still be hurt like normal
beings can, so they are able to be damaged (even if it's reduced
thanks to abilities like their hardened skin), and this is
something that can be used against them. For example, cutting an
angel's head off and getting it from the head can typically buy
time for someone to get away if they cannot kill an angel. There
are plenty of strategies that still work on angels even if they
don't die. Aside from their angelic regeneration, they are just
as vulnerable to damage as most supernaturals are. Although
Theodore can't be killed by an angel blade due to his parental
heritage, he can still be harmed by an archangel blade to the
point of it killing him along with other weapons such as a death
scythe, varanium, stilled silver, and other weapons that can
take down hybrids like him.
Much like angels, there are also other abilities and items that
also do more damage to fallen angels. One such weapon are
special brass knuckles carved with Enochian sigils, that can be
used to temporarily interrupt a fallen angel's power if they are
hit with it just like that of a normal angel. Specifically, this
weapon was designed by the British Men of Letters to fight
angels and fallen angels. Heavenly weapons can also be used to
kill angels to a degree, in which heavenly weapons can kill
angels as fairly easily as they kill fallen angels and/or
demons. This doesn't just apply to angel blades, but can also
use certain other weapons to fight angels. Another thing very
useful against angels is magic and psychic power. Magic that is
not holy based can actually do fair amounts of damage to an
angel, with dark/black magic or demonic magic being able to
actually kill them. It has even been suggested that angels could
even be killed reading books with the right magic worked into
them. Certain magic spells can also restrain angels, such as
certain paralysis spells, something that angels can be damaged
by. Psychics are also powerful enough that they can hurt, and
even kill an angel depending on their ability and power. For the
most part, these powers depend on the user, and whether or not
they can overpower an angel. However, archangels are harder to
kill with these methods and take highly reduced damage from
these kinds of weapons and items thanks to being much tougher
beings. Fallen nephilims/stronger nephilims are able to tough
out most of these weapons, they still need to be careful since
it can still harm them depending on the weapon and how it's
used.
Holy oil won't exactly cast away a nephilim or instantly kill
them (depending on the nephilim), though it can still hurt like
hell to the point that they can get severe burns if they're
unlucky. A nephilim's grace can be taken away from them, no
matter how powerful they are, which have some very bad results.
Although a nephilim's grace can slowly recharge, a nephilim's
grace is what holds their human and angel halves in balance and,
if they lose it, their two halves come in conflict with each
other, causing the body to shut down progressively. The only way
to revert that is for the nephilim to recharge their grace. They
also cannot take someone else's grace in order to recharge it
since the body will immediately reject it and make the situation
worse. Although angel wardings have no effect on nephilims in
general, very heavy/powerful ones can severely weaken them to
the point that they can't even use their most simple ability
which will do nothing. This will also leave a nephilim
vulnerable of any attack or them being simply captured or
knocked out by their assailants.
As a magic user, her magic can be negated by anti magic users or
weaponry such as Hell Gate pieces, though one may have to be
careful since they can amplify her dark powers. Very few people
know about this except for those involved in sealing the afrait
jinn lord Baisem, Seeker of Darkness. Danae was cursed to have
her shadow infuse with her and making her go feral. Danae manage
to find a temporary solution by forming a seal on her body and
has better control of her shadow but if the seal is broken, then
her shadow will go feral, which is bad since her shadow is
connected to Danae.
Weapons:
Blackstaff of New Orleans:
~The Blackstaff is a magical staff wielded by the wizard
occupying the position of Blackstaff of the White Council. The
Blackstaff is literally a black wooden staff. It is similar in
most ways to a normal wizard's implement, only where a normal
focus would be carved with runes to focus the powers channeled
through it, the Blackstaff is devoid of any markings. A wizard
name Harry Dresden claims to have a distinct feeling that the
Blackstaff appears to have a kind of consciousness all its own
which is aware of its purpose (primarily, killing), and to want
nothing less than to carry it out as swiftly as possible.
Dresden also notes that it appears to attempt to exert some kind
of control over its wielder, as black tendrils seem to crawl up
the arm of the wielder and hurt him, before fading over time. As
for Danae, some people say that Danae manage to tame the staff
though Danae mange to have some kind of "bond" with the staff by
making sure that it doesn't get any idea controlling her.
Otherwise, this staff is a very powerful staff, being able to
cast even the most powerful of spells along with protecting
Danae from the backlash of certain dark spells.
Kukri:
~A large iron blade with blessed sea salt that she use against
spirits.
Spell Book:
~Danae has a very powerful spell book full of magic like
necromancy, rituals and curses. It use to belong to her mother.
The Akriloth Blade:
~A sword with two dragon heads on it that devour demon and
dragon blood and learn new abilities. It has basic, light, dark,
angelic, demonic and twilight elemental powers. It can be either
a sword, a short sword or a staff. It can even fire blasts of
energy from the mouths of the dragons. In staff form, the heads
are on opposite sides of the staff and it can bite opponents.
Personality:
Danae is a sarcastic and pretty bold hybrid who isn't afraid to
get in someone's face and tell them off. Like many of her kind,
she wants nothing to do with Heaven and/or Hell and wants to be
left alone to live her own life. Despite her tough and abrasive
personality, Danae has shown many times that she has a heart of
gold, especially for those close to her like her older half
sisters Alice, who she has a close relationship with next to
Acillia. Danae can make plans and is more down to earth than she
will ever show. She'll do anything to reach her objectives.
Stubbornly she won't let go until she finally gets what she
wants and is a little selfish but compassionate. She is caring,
in her own strange way; but she is kind to those she loves and
she trusts them with all her heart. She is also known for
keeping secrets from her loved ones, not wanting them to worry
about her in fear of losing someone close to her again.
