Jeb straightens up and moves, yanking the door open and entering
the building.
Max has slowly settled back onto the pavement. She doesn’t tuck
her wings away in case she needs to bail as quickly as possible.
She clearly doesn’t trust these strangers yet, but she was
willing to give them a chance if Fang believed in them. Her gaze
flickers to the movement of Fang and Genzo walking away from the
building.
For Theo, he picks up on something. It’s very faint like where
ever they are is already quite far and based on the direction
they’re definitely headed out of the city.

As Genzo and Fang runs out to meet the others, Theo perked up
and sent a mental message to the group and Max.
Theo: Guys! I think I found the kid! She's moving out of the
city fast! It's faint but I think I can track her!
Elias: Hm, it might not be too late. We're all fast but the
fastest ones are Hana and Fang with Genzo close behind.
Hana: I'm not comfortable with leaving a kid with these
sociopaths. Not again, Eli.

Max: They’re taking her to an airfield. They’ll leave by plane
if we don’t get there in time. She rolls her shoulders before
she pushes off back into the sky Stay close together. I don’t
know how much tall, dark, and handsome over there has mentioned,
but these people are insane. Actually worse than that. She takes
off towards the direction the airfield lies in really just
hauling *ss. Her and Fang’s top speed are the same so him and
Genzo might be the only ones to keep up with her.

Elias: Genzo and Hana, go with Fang and Max! We'll catch up in a
minute.
Hana: You got it, boss!
Fang was already heading toward where Max is going. Genzo and
Hana start running behind them using their supernatural speed.
Hana use her light abilities to catch up while Genzo use his
kitsune powers to do the same.

Max looks over her shoulder as Fang catches up. Max: Quite the
group you drag along with you. Good replacements for your
siblings?

Fang remain silent as he continues to track Angel with Theo's
psychic help. He's still unhappy with what Max did and the loss
of the flock. He also remember the deal he made with R. Kindron.
Which reminds him... he needs to talk to him once this is over.

Max: I know you’re angry with me, but I was doing what I thought
was best. At the time it seemed like I was back into a wall and
out of options. Besides we’re not fifteen anymore. The silent
treatment won’t help anything.

Max: ...Right. Later. She continues on silently till they touch
down on the airfield where a tiny woman is carrying a blanket
covered form towards a small aircraft.

It didn't take long for the other three who are the fastest to
catch up. Hana nudge Theo to see if that small woman has
anything to do with Angel. Theo turn his gaze to the woman and
use mind bleeder powers to see if she has anything to do with
Angel.
