Lucia nod and walks off in a hurry. Chelsea and Shade plays it
cool for now. Shade was using his demonic technology skills to
go incognito when trying to text Dufort. Believing that the dark
spirits might screw with it, Shade sigh and use his demonic
telepathy to talk to Dufort and Vivian. Once Lucia is in the
bathroom, she goes into a bathroom stall and softly recite a
clairvoyance spell to help her try to find anything suspicious
about the company but tries to make it quick so it won't cause
any suspicion. She also place a concealing spell on her in case
something not mortal sense her doing some magic.
Shade: F*ck, that's on me. It's a force of habit of using my
demonic and tech skills to hide myself in the cloud and junk.
Besides, I just text got anything. It could mean anything like
some weed or booze. Ugh, anyway we're in this dumb tour and the
witch girl went off to take a dump or something.
Vivian was listening to Shade as she enters the room and goes on
watch in case someone is coming in.
Vivian: That means Lucia is trying the magic route. Every bit
counts.

Dufort goes into the system, pulling up information. Dufort:
Figures... There's nothing in here that incriminates them. I do
have access to the security here though. There's also something
else... He says as he pulls up more information. There's dark
spirits in the security system... They seem to be able to move
freely through the place. Which means that angel kid's power is
gonna light you guys up like a beacon. But they haven't moved
yet... Which is strange.
The spell would likely be able able to sense an unnatural
darkness around the office where the CEO resides, but other than
that, there wasn't much else to note about the place other than
the spell would see shadows that surround the building that
prevent teleportation, which they already knew.

Shade: Well hopefully, I'm far away from him when that happens.
My shadows are strong but they can only do so much against that
eldritch shadow mess. Not to mention them keeping my ass out
from trying to go into anything. So not only do I have to
conceal my aura but I sure as hell ain't gonna go into that
room.
Lucia: I tried to use my magic to try to find anything
suspicious. So far, it's what Dufort and Shade were talking
about. I didn't want to send Queenie in since she might get
caught or worse. We need to think of something fast. I don't
think I can keep this up for long.

Dufort: That's what concerns me... The angel kid should have
been an immediate red flag to them, but they just don't care.
And me being part celestian should also have been a red flag.
It's true I avoided the security camera, but they should have
sensed me by now. This is starting to feel like a trap.
Jack: So... Should we just blow the place up and call it a day
then? He says somewhat jokingly.
Dufort: If it were that easy to find what they're hiding, they
wouldn't have a literal shadow realm wall around the building.
There's definitely something in this building.

Chelsea: Yeah, if they're not bothered about a nephilim, a white
witch and a half celestian in this building, then that should be
a crimson flag for us.
Shade: I know one thing for sure, I'm not gonna get Evil Dead
violated by shadows that came from a fuckin' H.P. Lovecraft
book! Those things are far beyond any shadow I face or control
and this is coming from someone who is a spawn of a demonic
shadow prince from Hell. So if anyone got a good idea that won't
get us killed or worse, I'm all ears.
Vivian: The only thing that worries me is what exactly is in
this building. My gut says that we might encounter something
that we won't be prepared for.
Chelsea: ...You're the brains, Dufort. Got anything?
Lucia just sigh and step right out of the bathroom. There's no
point of being in the bathroom since she got nothing that can
help them. And she doesn't want to endanger a spirit either. She
walk up to the group and stand next to Jack.
Lucia: Sorry for keeping everyone waiting.

Dufort: I could hack security so that we can go straight to the
boss. Something about the guy doesn't sit right with me. Maybe
we can overpower security once we're there. At this point I feel
like the dark spirits have to know what we're up to so we should
just go straight there and do what we need to do.
Jack: I can purify the dark spirits if I know where they are. As
long as they're not super consumers like the last ones we
faced...

Shade: Might as well. Let me know if you need any help.
With that, Shade and the girls wait for the guy leading the tour
to continue since Lucia came back from the bathroom. Meanwhile,
V use her spirit powers and her false werewolf abilities to keep
an eye out for anything coming toward her and Dufort.
Vivian: I'll keep watch in case something happens. Not in the
mood to fight some freaky Lovecraftian monster from the shadowy
abyss or something.

Dufort: Honestly, the fact that there aren't more dark spirits
here is already concerning. This is going too well. It's like
the don't even care about security. He says as he hacks the
system. Once he does, he sends a message that seems to get
around fairly quickly.
As the assistant tries to continue the tour, security guards
seem to come up and talk to the assistant who turns back to
them. Assistant: It seems our boss is wanting to meet you guys
and show you around personally. We'll have to go to his office
though. He says as he has security take them to an elevator.
Dufort: There. It's done. Head there without me... I'm gonna go
to the roof and make a few calls. This is way too suspicious to
not be a trap.

The kids nod and follow the security to the elevator. Frowning a
little, Vivian gets ready to leave the room with her senses on
high alert. Dufort is right, this feels like everyone here is
heading straight into some trap.

The assistant takes them to the elevator, which is designed to
take them to the floor they need to go.
Meanwhile, Dufort heads out to the roof.
