Man: Then you're best bet would be a military installation.
That's the only thing I can think of that has any tech left.
There are a few, but no one is just going to hand over tech
willingly. These days, you see some people driving cars every
now and then, but that's usually rare and they only operate till
they run out of gas or hit the end of a road.

Man: Honestly... Any military bases that haven't been bombed to
hell are kept secret... But rumor is that a place in Nevada
called Area 51 has some secret base there for the government.
