It was another day at Special Forces. King was slowly getting
situated with Russian Special Forces, and slowly getting to know
the members of Special Forces.
It was during a day when V and King were sparring, and they were
testing out some new techniques on each other. King had pretty
much shown that he was pretty strong, even stronger than Viktor
who was considered the strongest member of Special Forces
(physically). With King's ki abilities and the strange ability
people called the King Engine, he was able to keep up with V in
combat fairly easily.
During an attack by King, who was trying to hit V, V's
teleportation technique using her Rinnegan was used, and using
divinity chakra to try and defend herself caused adverse
reaction when reacting to King's immense energy and strength, as
V trying to change places with King appeared to everyone else to
teleport the two away in a burst of ki and divinity chakra
exploding and reacting to V's spacial shift ability.
To everyone else, V and King appeared to disappear in the
explosion of power, but to King and V, they only saw a little of
the explosion before King and V suddenly found themselves in a
different time/space. When they came out of the explosion,
they'd find themselves in the middle of a destroyed city. The
sky was dark, and very little light was passing through the
clouds. It was obvious the sun was up, but the clouds mostly
pushed out the sunlight except for the small circle where the
sun could be seen. Due to how much sunlight was being blocked
out, it was far colder than it should have been, as it was
obvious that the weather had been affected by the lack of
sunlight.
King was trying to figure out what was going on, but suddenly
jumps off the ground and looks to V. King: The ground here is
got radioactive energy all around us, we need to move somewhere.
He says to V as he noticed the radioactive energy. Despite the
situation, he was fairly calm as he warned V. It was faint, and
not as powerful as it could have been, but it was still enough
that it would be dangerous to stay.

A lot of things were running through her mind when the situation
happened that lead to the solemn atmosphere. V manage to snap
after it when King told her about the radioactive ground which
made V quickly jump from the ground and stand above it, as if
the air she's standing on is solid. Really, again? But this
doesn't seem like a mind transport thing like before. But this
smells like someone is screwing with her again. She looked to
the sky and yell at the Heavens, assuming that it's the same
ascended beings that pulled this crap again.
V: Really? AGAIN?! I thought I was useless to your little plans
you arrogant sons of b*tches!
((Is it just the two of them or is Ragna in her shadow?))

King: I don't who you're talking to... But I think we should
figure out the details after we find a safe place to think. It's
not much, but this radiation will poison us if we linger too
long. He says.
(Just for some extra lols, sure, let's say Ranga is in her
shadow.)

something on my way down. She says as she starts walking, trying
to get out of the radioactive area

King flies alongside V since they were in the air, and reaches
into a ki-based pocket dimension where he pulls out a few
special concoctions. King: Lucky my mom and dad grew up during
the Cold War and were paranoid about this sort of thing. He
gives one to V. Take it and it should help fix any radiation
poisoning. It probably won't taste good, but it will make sure
we don't get radiation poisoning. He says before drinking his,
and then wincing at how terrible it tasted.

V took what King gave her and drank it. She grimace at the taste
but sucked it up. I... had worse.

King: Ma's special recipe. Kinda glad she made me keep these
with me when I went into the military... She'll be happy to know
they came in handy.

King: We need to get out of the city definitely. I think there
should be a safe place north, that's the shortest way I can tell
out of the city. I can't be sure due to the destruction, but I
think we're still in Russia. I think we're in Volvograd right
now.
