       Cordelia Goode: To Dinah, Mallory, and Coco: We need all of you.
       Dinah Stevens: You're on your own with that sh*t. I made a
       billion dollars in TV, and all I ever did was straddle the
       fence. I'm sure as hell not dumping that strategy here, sisters.
       I haven't promised anything. I haven't signed anything. And I'm
       not here to defeat anyone.
       Madison Montgomery: Who cares? As if you could ever defeat
       anyone with that backwards voodoo sh*t.
       "Lord Naesala made you an offer and he only makes one. And you
       refused him. So that's it. You blew it. Now, not only will your
       boys die, but probably six billion other people will, too."

       save his organization and innocent lives.
       "You two are fools. You think this coven worship that sorry
       excuse of a demon prince? scoffs All seven of them pales to
       compare to the true king that the coven truly worship and
       follow. He is someone that no one smart enough wants to mess
       with. He is the prime definition of darkness. And if you see
       him, you better hope that Toranoraos or Death is with your sorry
       asses."

       Dinah Stevens is a beautiful woman in her forties. In the
       Outpost, she is dressed in purple Victorian era dresses with her
       black hair styled into a Victorian-pompadour. Before her death,
       Stevens wore her hair up in natural curls and favored bright
       colors and long earrings.
       Powers:
       Dark Voodoo Magic Arts:
       ~This magic is mostly based around using darkness and using
       powerful dark magics in the form of voodoo magic. For the most
       part, these arts are focused around different ways to use dark
       power, such as attacking with darkness spears, burning someone
       with darkness, or even a technique that can summon constructs of
       darkness to devour people. Among these skills, Dinah also has
       dark voodoo elemental magic, where she is able to use elementals
       in order to attack people as well and use special elemental
       techniques. Dinah is also able to use all manners of dark voodoo
       magic, including also being able to use buff/debuff/healing
       magic. This includes being able to use things like necromancy
       and dark spirit summoning. She also has a weapon summoning dark
       magic spell she can use to summon weapons to her. These arts are
       very similar to other dark magics, and work mostly the same way.
       The most obvious counter to this is holy magic, which can
       counter the darkness based part of the magic, or certain voodoo
       magics that can be used to counter this as well.
       Blood Voodoo Magic Arts:
       ~Dinah's second voodoo art is her blood manipulation magic,
       which allows her to absorb blood and manipulate blood. She is
       able to use her own blood or use blood that has been spilled,
       though using her own blood makes this power stronger. This power
       lets her do things like absorbing blood from people who are
       injured, or allowing her to use it for special attack arts that
       she can use to damage opponents. She has quite a number of
       techniques that she can use, such as using blood to create iron
       weapons, firing blood-based projectiles, creating weapons out of
       blood, and even using blood like acid. She also has a unique
       ability where she creates blood flames, which appear like
       crimson flames, but are actually boiling blood which looks like
       a flame and takes the form of a flame. The blood flames use an
       acid-like property to burn people in combination with the heat,
       and makes it a very dangerous type of power. For Dinah, she also
       has the ability to summon blood from hell, in which one circle
       of hell is literally filled with boiling blood, which can negate
       the need for her to have to use her own. However,she can weaken
       herself if she uses too much of her own blood.
       Dark Voodoo God Voodoo Doll/Voodoo Doll Weapon Magic Arts:
       ~Dinah has the classic voodoo doll magic that many voodoo magic
       people are known for. In this, they are able to create dolls
       connected to someone and use the dolls to cause pain to the
       person connected. It is worth noting that essence of the person
       being connected is required to do this, as well as special hexes
       that must be used on the victim. When properly connected, the
       dolls can be tortured in a number of ways, causing pain to the
       person connected. While they don't take the damage, they do feel
       the pain of anything done to the doll, making it a good way of
       torturing someone without killing them.
       Dark Voodoo Reflection Manifestation:
       ~This is a specific Voodoo god art that uses mirrors and
       reflections. Dinah is able to use this when he's physical
       manifested, where she turns to her reflection and forces it out
       of the mirror or reflection to manifest itself as a physical
       being. This essentially creates a clone of Dinah in that form
       she's reflected in, where it creates a copy that does Dinah's
       bidding. Normally, she only does this a few times, since it can
       take more power to maintain multiple reflections, but usually,
       this will be good to create phantoms of herself to fight
       opponents that are almost as strong as the original, a technique
       she developed for fighting people she doesn't really want to
       bother with. When manifested, the reflections are able to fight
       using most of the same powers of Dinah, with exception of not
       having any blood and she can use this to interact with people
       without being present. Dinah is connected to the clone, able to
       process what it sees, but Dinah doesn't die when the reflection
       is destroyed. While Dinah doesn't really use this against
       opponents she considers her equal, she does use it to interact
       with people at times if she is busy or doesn't have time to talk
       to someone, since she controls the clone, or uses it to fight
       opponents she doesn't want to fight herself.
       Demonic Dark Flux:
       ~This technique is a demonic darkness magic skill which summons
       a wave of demonic darkness magic from the ground below an
       opponent and does darkness damage as the magic explodes in small
       explosions of demonic darkness. This technique usually starts by
       Dinah firing demonic darkness magic into a portal on the ground,
       which then comes up under an opponent when the portal appears
       under them and the magic comes out. This technique is powerful,
       and the explosions of demonic darkness under the opponent are
       able to do heavy demonic darkness damage as well as dark magic
       damage to opponents. This skill is a higher level than the
       Hazeldine skill, since Dinah is able to do this attack faster
       than the Hazeldines can, and uses more powerful darkness.
       However, fast opponents can dodge this move, and blocking it is
       easy enough with strong enough light or holy skills. The attack
       coming from the ground is also obvious due to the black circle
       that appears under the opponent.
       Luna:
       ~This technique is a powerful demonic darkness magic spell which
       creates 8 darkness orbs around an opponent, and then closes them
       in on the opponent. This technique is best used when charged
       alongside a distraction, as this can take a few moments to
       charge, though Dinah is able to charge this much faster than the
       Hazeldines can when using this spell. When used, it can be very
       strong as the orbs all explode on the opponent, trying to hit
       them from all sides, but an opponent can dodge if they know
       where all the orbs are, as all it takes is jumping in the right
       direction and in the right way to avoid all the orbs as they
       close in as staying close to the ground or even going
       underground (as opponents like earth users could escape
       underground), they can simply roll out of the way since the orbs
       aren't too close to the ground for danger of them exploding on
       the ground.
       Nosferatu:
       ~This technique is a life drain spell, where Dinah drains the
       life force of an enemy to heal herself or be used to replenish
       her power. This demonic darkness magic uses demonic darkness to
       take some of the opponent's life force, and uses it to heal or
       restore Dinah's power based on how much the opponent takes. The
       longer they are in physical contact with the opponent, the more
       she takes, but she has to be careful, as taking too much can
       overwhelm her. As such, it's unlikely she'd be able to retain
       contact long enough to drain strong opponents completely, as
       they would have a lot of power to drain. Though weaker opponents
       wouldn't die, they would at least feel the effects of their life
       force draining more due to having less energy. However, this is
       a skill that can be used to heal Dinah when she's injured
       granted she doesn't get injured being so close to an opponent
       where the opponent can attack her easily.
       Protection Spell Breaking Ritual:
       ~Dinah has the knowledge and the power to break powerful spells,
       as seen when she was able to break through a protection spell
       that the Supreme herself had put on the Academy.
       Chameleon Physiology:
       ~User with this ability either is or can mimic/transform into
       chameleons.
       Camouflage:
       ~The user can visually blend into surroundings by blending in
       with the coloration and form of their background to avoid
       optical perception. Some users can affect their attire by means
       of "static camouflage". Dinah can easily blend in with her
       surroundings.
       Skills:
       Voodoo Combat:
       ~The user is able to infuse voodoo with physical attacks, use
       voodoo dolls to give them a supernatural advantage, use them
       against enemies, etc.
       Self Defense Combat:
       ~Dinah is not a combatant and focuses more on her magic than in
       physical combat. Though she has learned how to defend herself if
       she has no other choice. She learned how to overpower opponents
       bigger than her by performing throwing and grappling moves along
       with simple punch and kicks that focus on disabling opponents.
       Magic Intuition:
       ~Users possess uncanny intuition with magical phenomena all
       their myriad forms, allowing them to perceive and understand
       magic like no other, learn and master virtually any spell and
       school of magic with outstanding ease.
       Their ever-growing understanding of the workings of magic soon
       allows them to extensively modify any spell available to them,
       drastically increasing their potency and efficiency, merge them
       into even more powerful ones, and even create her own arsenal of
       magical trump card, while intuiting effective countermeasures to
       most any spell and entity they come in contact with.
       As their mystical prowess endlessly soars to ever-greater
       heights, they eventually reach a near-godlike level, triumphing
       of terrifyingly powerful entities and entire supernatural armies
       with little to no effort, often bounding them to service in the
       aftermath, forging unprecedented empires based on superior
       magical systems of their own design, and eventually ruling
       entire worlds of their own making, second only to genuine
       deities - and who knows for how long.
       Potion Creation:
       ~User can create potions: substances with magical properties
       such as enhancing physical and mental abilities, healing,
       granting powers, changing shape, or bewitching someone depending
       on the kind of potion that is made.
       Some potions come in different forms of liquid, such as jelly,
       stew, brew, or even soup. They can also be made into solid form,
       often pills, powder, candy, and possibly drugs.
       Immune to Dark Voodoo Magic/Dark or Demonic Magic/Death Power:
       ~While Dinah is still vulnerable to holy powers, Dinah is
       completely immune to dark voodoo magic, instead being empowered
       by it, and is immune to dark or demonic magic. Usually, any dark
       or demonic magic used on Dinah just leads to her copying the
       spell and learning it rather than it hurting her. She is
       completely immune to effects like death energy effects, darkness
       or demonic effects, or even dark voodoo arts like voodoo doll
       creation. While she can still be hurt by physical damage done by
       the attacks, such as a dark magic explosive attack doing
       concussive impact damage to her, she can't be hurt but special
       effects of these powers, like being immune to the corrosive
       effects of death energy. For the most part, while she is immune
       to the dark sides of power (mostly), she isn't immune to some
       neutral abilities and is definitely not immune to holy magic
       which does far more damage to her.
       Affinity for the Dark Arts and Demonic Magic:
       ~After Dinah committed a taboo and delved into dark voodoo
       magic, she gained an affinity for the dark arts, and after being
       empowered by dark arts, demonic power, and dark voodoo power,
       she has become a manifestation of dark arts and demonic magic,
       often combined into one. For the most part, Dinah is a very
       dangerous opponent, and with her affinity for the dark arts, can
       learn new dark arts and demonic magic abilities far more easily
       than most would be able to. When Dinah is faced with another
       dark arts user, she is often able to copy their abilities after
       seeing them just once, learning new dark arts in this manner, or
       getting ideas for new dark arts.
       Supernatural Strengths and Weaknesses Expert:
       ~Dinah has learned everything she can about other races and
       almost and has become experts in almost every kind of creature,
       even knowing a lot of creatures that have been forgotten and
       knowing most creatures in the world. Dinah mostly specializes in
       species in the voodoo religion along with the spirits there.
       Dinah knows the strengths and weaknesses of almost every race,
       including spells, exorcisms and traps used against almost all
       manners of supernaturals. Dinah is not a supernatural hunter in
       the traditional sense, but she isn't afraid to fight
       supernaturals who provokes her or stopping people who become a
       threat to her or her allies.
       Supernatural Hunting and Tracking:
       ~Though not a supernatural hunter, Dinah knows a lot of the
       tricks supernatural hunters use, and picked up a lot of tricks
       to track people down. This has left her with not only a great
       sense for hunting down opponents she needs to hunt down, but
       also left her with an innate ability to track opponents. She is
       able to do very subtle things, like tell whether a foot print is
       her target or not by things like the shape of the boot and how
       deep the boot-print is, as well as also being able to tell where
       her opponents go thanks to things like walks on plants, and
       animals that are unusually silent in one direction. She has a
       sense of when opponents are near, as well as usually knowing
       which way her opponent is going. And thanks to her supernatural
       senses and her spirits that are usually not far away, she has a
       great sense of where things are around her.
       Murderous Intent Sense:
       ~This lets those with this sense when an attack is coming. This
       technique lets the user read his environment as well as the
       spirits of people around them in order to see what attacks might
       be coming their way. This gives them a passive sense of reading
       people who might try to hurt them, as they can sense when
       someone is ready to attack by their murderous intent. This gives
       the user time to dodge or avoid an attack, and to some extent,
       helps the person predict what opponents will do in a fight.
       However, this sense is not perfect, and some opponents can't be
       read if they have similar skills or can disguise their murderous
       intent or they learn skills that can deceive this kind of sense.
       This sense is usually pretty reliable unless one can suppress
       their murderous intent, and can give away when someone who might
       want to kill her or is following her.
       Multilingual and Ancient Language Experts:
       ~As a voodooist along with spending time in Hell before being
       revived by Naesala, Dinah has learned many languages around the
       world. For the most part, depending on where the live and where
       they have lived, most of them speak a number of languages, and
       are experts on ancient languages, with most being able to speak
       and write in almost any ancient language of humans. Most are
       very fluent in Enochian, biblical Hebrew, normal Hebrew, and
       even most major languages spoken in major countries. They can
       even spoke mostly forgotten languages that most don't even know,
       like the original languages of the world that have been lost to
       time. Dinah's strongest languages are Creole, English, French,
       Swahili and Arabic.
       Enhanced Senses:
       ~Like many enhanced humans like magic users, conduits, etc,
       Dinah has enhanced senses. Due to obtaining chameleon like
       abilities, Dinah has sight that lets her see in multiple
       directions at once, even when she's using her magic. Although
       her other senses aren't much different as an average enhanced
       human, she does have incredible balance, being able to perfectly
       balance on any object, no matter how narrow or unstable it may
       be. She evn obtained a six sense, where she can sense the
       presence of other beings, and sensing who and what they are.
       This can sense not only one's presence, but their levels of
       energy and how tough they are, allowing the user to gauge how
       they stand against them, as well as often being able to tell
       what they are by their presence if the user recognizes what kind
       of presence it is.
       Dark Spirit's Mind:
       ~This lets Dinah take complete control of the world in her mind,
       shaping it to her own devices and letting her control her mind.
       This not only lets Dinah control her mind, but allows her to
       become immune to mind control or other attempts to influence her
       mind. And by controlling her mind, Dinah can do things like shut
       down certain parts of her mind should the need to arise, or
       manipulate her emotions at will. For the most part, shutting
       down parts of her mind only helps against opponents with psychic
       powers, such as shutting down her sense of pain when an opponent
       uses a psychic power to overwhelm her pain receptors. However,
       doing so could have negative consequences depending on what
       she's shutting down. Such as shutting down pain can lead to more
       damage if Dinah can't process pain.
       Enhanced Physical Stats:
       ~While Dinah is not much of a physical fighter, Dinah's
       abilities are highly enhanced like any magic user, where she is
       able to fight with these enhanced stats in a fight passively.
       Dinah is a pretty balanced fighter, not having any one stat that
       is higher than the others, with her being a pretty basic self
       defense fighter. Dinah doesn't specialize in combat, but knows
       that she needs to remain balanced in combat so she can be tough
       enough to handle opponents.
       Transformation(s):
       None
       Weaknesses:
       Despite all of that power, Dinah is still human so she can die
       by normal human means. Dinah is not a martial artist and is more
       of a magic user, even though she learned self defense combat. As
       a voodoo user, she can still be hurt by Hell and Heaven gate
       pieces and those with anti-magic abilities, though holy magic
       and neutral magic can also give Dinah a hard time as well.
       Whether she likes it or not, she is bonded and is a servant of
       Naesala despite her working in the Witches of Salem. This means
       if Dinah cross him, Naesala can either torture Dinah or simply
       kill her so she has to be careful.
       Weapon(s):
       None she carries on her
       Personality:
       Dinah constantly exudes an air of intelligence, dignity, and
       decency whilst also having the ability to calm those around her.
       Dinah is a very confident woman, directly facing those like
       Danae Levesque. Despite this, Dinah reveals herself as an
       intensely single-minded, cunning, rational and selfish woman,
       something she is criticized for. Dinah's selfishness is to such
       an extent that she even betrays The White Council and eventually
       aligns herself with the Witches of Salem.
       Dinah resembles a chameleon and she becomes whoever she needs to
       become for whoever her employer happens to be, whether it's a
       rich Beverly Hills socialite or the voodoo demon.
       Bio:
       During the 60s, Dinah had a popular television show. Dinah holds
       a passive attitude towards the witches and even has gone so far
       as to relocate from New Orleans to Los Angeles using her voodoo
       practice as a means to gain exorbitant wealth from L.A. elites.
       She is noted to have refused the same deal of immortality that
       Papa Legba offered to her predecessor Marie Laveau. Instead,
       Dinah looks out for herself. She one day stumbled upon the
       Witches of Salem. Wanting to become more powerful than Marie
       Laveau, Dinah joined. Unfortunately, she learned about Danae
       Levesque and couldn't believed that a filthy half breed couldn't
       hold the Voodoo Queen title. She did manage to confront Danae
       and challenged her when she head back to New Orleans. During the
       battle, Danae learned what atrocities Dinah has done, including
       reviving zombies which is a taboo for voodooists. Disgusted,
       Danae decided to kill Dinah with Marie's help.
       In late 2019, Dinah was revived by a fallen angel lord named
       Naesala Malphas. He made a deal with Dinah to help her become
       the dark voodoo queen and get rid of anyone who tries to oppose
       her in turn of her service, which Dinah agree without
       hesitation. She nows serves under the Witches of Salem which she
       is in charge in dark voodoo arts.
