Kendrix vs the Leviathan Theme: BOX Security Robot Remix (

It was another day for Kendrix. As of late, Nightshade had been
making their presence known as a criminal organization, taking
small areas of other territories that other organizations
weren't too present in. However, Nightshade had made some heavy
progress when they started shoving people out of heavy
territories, with Nightshade having taken big parts of each
group in order to drive themselves into becoming as big as the
other three criminal organizations. Nightshade had made
themselves as big as Black Sun, Black Mask's organization and
Inferno, and had now become a criminal syndicate that many were
starting to associate with the black market. As Nightshade had
been seeking to capture people with regenerative abilities in
order to sell off their body parts as food, and trying to find
people of high value that they could sell to supernaturals who
were having trouble surviving. Unlike Black Sun, who was
extremely picky and only sold off criminals with death sentences
or criminals the government has allowed them to capture,
Nightshade was taking anyone of interest, and even capturing any
supernatural hunters they could get their hands on. What had
made matters worse, Nightshade was quickly buying up
organizations and businesses in London, creating even more
competition for the other criminal groups.
It was another day in the criminal wars that had gone on as of
late. However, Kendrix was out one night, having heard a rumor
that something big was happening in one the areas Nightshade had
taken from Black Sun. Rumor was that they were holding a
gladiator match in which they would have a Black Sun member
fight one of their strongest forces. Kendrix had been trying to
figure out where the match was taking place, so that he could
put a stop to it. Of course, it wasn't hard to find, as Kendrix
found a large open area where dark spirits were all over. When
he arrived, he saw a lot of dark spirits in broken buildings
watching him through the window, and some members of Nightshade
on the roof, looking down.
Kendrix realized he'd walked into a trap, noticing that he was
surrounded by dark spirits and Nightshade members. He looks
around, then notices Kuroshi appear on one of the roofs.
Kuroshi: Thanks for coming, kiddo! I was gonna capture one of
your people and lead you here myself, but you came willingly!
That takes some guts. He says cheerfully. He was smiling as he
watched Kendrix. Kendrix pulled out his pistol, firing a blast
of crimson energy at Kuroshi, who just jumps over it. Come on.
Don't you want to see what I had in store for ya? He says
jokingly.
Kendrix: So... Who do you want to die first? Cause I will kill
all of you, you realize this right? He says as he gets ready.
Kuroshi just laughs and then snaps his fingers. Kuroshi: I like
your spirit! But your opponent tonight is gonna be a little
different. He says as he snaps his fingers. Kendrix could hear
rumbling as the ground started to shake. Soon, a mech came into
view, that was walking up to Kendrix. The mech seemed to be
focused on him, having guns pointed at Kendrix.
Kendrix: You mother fucker. He says to Kuroshi, realizing
exactly what kind of guns were pointed at him on the arms of the
robot.
Kuroshi: Recognize the guns I take it? He says to Kendrix.
Kendrix: I designed those guns in my timeline to kill Alucard...
But they couldn't hit him.
Kuroshi: Well... Thanks to you, I've made modifications to the
guns. Your intelligence and knowledge of tech gave me an idea...
So here's my fun challenge to you, kiddo. Take down this robot.
I call him "The Leviathan."
Kendrix: Let me guess... Indestructible monster inspiration to
create a supernatural hunter robot? He says to Kuroshi.
Kuroshi: You know me too well. He says jokingly to Kendrix.
Kendrix: Yeah... I had similar inspirations lately. But in a
different way. He looks at the robot. You realize I have
celestian powers right? Like... Technokinesis! He says as he
tries to use his technokinesis power he got from Zeph's blood
and tried to control the robot. However, the attempt created a
feed back which blasted Kendrix back. Kendrix gets up and sighs.
Kendrix: Worth a shot... How cool would that shot have been if
it'd worked?
Kuroshi: Actually... That would have been really funny. He says
jokingly. But... That also would have been bad for me. Now...
Have fun buddy! He says cheerfully as he snaps his fingers,
signalling the robot to take out Kendrix. Oh... And just so you
know, it was designed to take out bigger supernaturals like that
Grave fellow, so have fun trying to get through it's armor. He
says the last part jokingly.
The Leviathan starts firing blasts of light at Kendrix, which
Kendrix dodges. Knowing the weapon that was being used, Kendrix
knew that the guns were going to be firing beams of light, based
on a weapon he designed in his time that was like a railgun that
fired piercing beams of light. However, he ended up giving up on
it because the weapon didn't kill Alucard, and wasn't something
that seemed like it could kill supernaturals. However, this was
different, as the light had a corrupted feel to it. Kendrix knew
immediately it was focusing the light through a lens, then
firing it through dark energy to create corrupted light once it
had been focused into beam form.
Kendrix dodges the robot, but takes a few shots to the leg. He
takes a knee while he removes the energy left in his leg that
was negating his regeneration, as Kendrix realized immediately
what changes Kuroshi made to his gun's design. The shot was
using varanium as the lens, making it able to negate
regeneration.
The Leviathan fires again, trying to hit Kendrix before he can
fully finish removing the energy from the wound. The beams of
light simply hit his jacket and scarf, which he had left behind
in a burst of Sonido. He appears in front of the robot, and
summons his death wraith swords, the cursed dragon blade and the
destiny dragon blade. Both were larger swords that were part of
the true form of his soul sword, the Midnight Dragon Blade. He
tries to attack the Leviathan, however, the Leviathan vanishes
into shadows, despite not being near shadows as it appears
behind Kendrix as he was attacking.
Kuroshi: So... You unlocked the full death wraith abilities huh?
I guess I shouldn't be surprised given how long you've had them.
He says as he watches in amusement.
Luckily, Kendrix manages to dodge as he ignores Kuroshi, jumping
back as he fires a slashing wave of demonic energy from his
cursed dragon sword. However, the robot jumps the side and then
runs at Kendrix, able to close the gap between them almost
instantly as it punches Kendrix in the chest and sends him
flying, since he was in the air and couldn't dodge easily.
Kendrix hits the wall hard and coughs up blood. He regenerates
in bursts of shadows, and goes in to attack again. This time,
the robot jumps to the side and moves to attack as it forms a
blade from it's gun made of corrupted light, and tries to slash
Kendrix.
Kendrix tries to dodge the blades, but the robot keeps
attacking, not giving even someone as fast as Kendrix enough
time to attack as Kendrix uses his swords demonic and holy
energy to block the blades. Kendrix was barely able to have time
to block as he tries to move into a better position to attack.
Despite it's bulky size, the Leviathan seemed to move unlike any
other robot, and it also seemed unusually flexible.
Kendrix: Holy sh*t this thing's fast! He says to himself as he
dodges, trying to find an opening to attack as he notes that
even he can't get off the defensive. He uses Sonido to try and
get behind it, but then the robot also seems to use Sonido, as
it appears behind him. The two use Sonido to try and get an
advantage, as both move extremely fast and try to take the other
down.
After a few moments of clashing, Kendrix combines his sword
together into his soul sword's true form, the Midnight Dragon
Blade. Kendrix: Time to try this... He tries to activate the
sword's awakened mode, but the sword doesn't awaken, so Kendrix
is focused to block with the sword in it's normal state.
Kendrix tries to awaken it while he's blocking the attacks.
Kendrix: HEY! SWORD! Wake the hell up! He says as he starts
slamming the sword against the blades of the robot to try and
make the sword work as he thought it was supposed to.
Kendrix starts to notice that the weapon had it's energy, but
wasn't awakening. Kendrix growls in anger as he tries to figure
out how to get the blade to awaken into it's true power.
Kendrix blocks the attacks, and manages to get a hit on the head
of the Leviathan, but realizes his attack barely scratched the
robot. Kendrix: I guess I shouldn't be surprised it's made of
vibranium... He says with a sigh.
The Leviathan attacks again, but this time, Kendrix disappears
into the shadow and tries to move to another location. However,
the Leviathan shines a light from it's head like a flashbang,
knocking Kendrix out of his shadow, making him swear as he tries
to blast the Leviathan with a blast of lightning. The lightning
is slightly effective, with Kendrix managing to momentarily stun
the Leviathan.
Kendrix: Finally... Some progress. He attacks the Leviathan
while it's stunned, and tries to slice into it with his sword.
He focuses crimson lightning into his sword, and then stabs the
robot with as much concentrated force as he can muster.
Thankfully, his crimson lightning damages the Leviathan's
internal systems as its upper half spins and knocks Kendrix
back.
Kendrix manages to catch himself and kicks off the building. He
then tries to attack again, and uses his crimson lightning to
create a concentrated lightning attack that he managed to slice
through the gun on the robot before it could dodge. The robot
manages to slice Kendrix's shoulder due to it's fast responses,
and the other arm seems to have a darkness blade that it uses
from the broken gun, catching Kendrix off guard as he takes a
slash to his other shoulder before he can dodge.
Kendrix jumps back. Luckily, his bone dragon bones weren't
broken, so the blades didn't pierce him completely, but the
attacks did slice open his shoulders as he has trouble moving
his arms. Since the darkness and corrupted light blades were
negating regeneration, Kendrix couldn't regenerate the wounds.
Kendrix to use his telekinesis to hold the Leviathan in place,
which doesn't seem to hold it as it tries to break free, and
uses it's immense strength and speed to quickly break Kendrix's
hold on it. Kendrix roles out of the way, now dodging the
Leviathan's attacks. Luckily the lightning had slowed the robot,
so it wasn't as fast as before.
Kendrix jumps onto the head of the robot, and blasts it with
crimson lightning again. However, this time, the darkness emited
from the now **** parts of the armor on it's chest and legs
revealed that dark energy was leaking out of the robot.
Kendrix jumps back and grabs his sword. Kendrix knew the
darkness immediately as he heard the darkness whisper as it
seemd to glow with a red glow.
Kendrix: Now I get it... The robot possesses the power of a dark
spirit, is that it? He says to Kuroshi.
Kuroshi claps jokingly. Kuroshi: You finally figured it out.
Good job kiddo. He says jokingly.
Kendrix: Then I know what I need to do. He says as he runs in to
attack it. The Leviathan starts blasting Kendrix with rays of
darkness from it's broken gun, using the whispering darkness.
Luckily, Kendrix knew from his grandfather Qrow, not to let
himself absorb the whispering darkness, as Kendrix didn't want
to risk going crazy from it as Qrow had mentioned not even the
Darkfire Disciplined Mind training Kendrix was so good at would
be enough. Despite Kendrix, Hei and Kindron being masters of the
Disciplined Mind more than any other Darkfire (at least
according to Qrow), Qrow as convinced that Kendrix couldn't
control it if he tried.
The robot starts firing beams of light from it's other undamaged
gun, blasting multiple rays of light at once. While Kendrix was
able to stay ahead of it, he did get hit with a few beams of
light in the leg, arm and shoulder before he stuck his blade
into one of the cracks of the armor, and blasted the inside with
crimson energy from his sword. Knowing that the dark spirits
could be killed by a death wraith sword, Kendrix keeps the sword
inside, trying to break it apart as he shifts the blade to try
and open up the robot's head more while blasting it with crimson
energy.
It doesn't take long before the robot falls and Kendrix jumps
off it and lands not far away. The dark spirits hiss at Kendrix,
and the Nightshade members watching jump down, ready to take on
Kendrix in his weakened state, since he still coudn't regenerate
his injuries.
Kuroshi also jumps down, and gets ready to fight. Kuroshi: Not
bad! You won! He says with a clap. He then moves to try and
attack with his dual edged scythe, but is blocked by the sudden
appearance of Kierran, who was blocking with his Assassin Zero
sword. Kierran knocks the attack back, and Kuroshi jumps back.
Kierran goes over to Kendrix and Kendrix looks to Kuroshi.
Kendrix: You didn't think I was stupid enough to come here alone
did you? I had a plan. He says with a smile.
Kuroshi: Why wait so long to have him appear? He says, confused.
However, he then attacks without saying anything, having a
sudden thought, but it was too late. Kierran had already used
his Deception skill, and when Kuroshi attacked, his attack
simple attacked two holograms. However, the holograms explode in
a blast of purifying darkness, using a new variation of the
Unforeseen skill that the Assassin Zero armor was designed with.
Kuroshi was blasted back by purifying darkness.
Kuroshi: Damn... Well played, kiddo... Well played. He says as
the purifying darkness burns his arm off that he used to try and
block the worse of the exploding image. He tears his burning arm
off and throws it to the side, as the arm is burned away in
purifying darkness. That kid's becoming more dangerous. He says
as he goes over to the Leviathan. He touches it and gets ready
to teleport away.
Kuroshi: I'd say this was a successful test. Now I just gotta
make a group of these and find the right dark spirits to possess
them. God I love this new body and it's knowledge. He says to
himself as he teleports away. The remaining dark spirits and
Nightshade members also vanish, since the fight was over.
Meanwhile, farther away, Kendrix and Kierran had teleported back
to the Black Dragon, Kendrix's helicarrier mobile fortress that
was acting as his base currently. Kierran takes him over to the
medical section and starts trying to use his purifying darkness
to purify the darkness and corrupted light damage so Kendrix
could heal from it.
Kendrix: Damn... Those things were tough... If he starts mass
producing those things, it's gonna be a problem. He says
partially to Kierran, but also to himself. Oh well... At least
we're doing something right... Maybe I'll get an advantage on
that copy of me yet. He says with a smile.
His smile then disappears when his Midnight Dragon sword
awakens, going into it's awakened form without warning. After he
was fully healed, he picks up the sword angrily.
Kendrix: Oh NOW you awaken! You didn't want to do that, like 10
minutes ago?! Screw you! He says, throwing the sword across the
room in anger. Somehow you pissed me off more than that copy of
me! He says to the sword. However, strangely, he got the
impression the sword was laughing at him, almost like it was
making fun of him, which made Kendrix angrier.
Kendrix goes over and picks up his soul sword. Kendrix:
Alright... You and I are gonna have a talk. I'm about to melt
you for scrap if you don't behave! He says angrily to the sword
as he looks at it.
Kierran: Problems with the sword? Sounds like you haven't
bonded... You must become one. He says in Haiku to Kendrix.
Kendrix: This sword is an a*shole. I'm gonna snap this sword in
half if it doesn't shape up. He says as he starts walking into
the training room. It's gonna be training for the next 9 hours
straight. I'm gonna test your durability and what you can or
can't cut. He says with a smile to the sword, to which the sword
responds by vanishing with a silent laugh, which makes Kendrix's
smile disappear again. He tries to call it out again, but the
sword just laughs silently from in Kendrix's soul. No one else
could hear or sense the sword other than Kendrix, which made
Kendrix annoyed since he was the only one that had to deal with
it.
Kendrix: I HATE THIS F*CKING SWORD! He says angrily when he
realizes the sword is messing with him.
Kierran: Perhaps you should rest... More battles will come
later... You must relax now. He says to Kendrix, trying to get
him to calm down.
Kendrix sighs and goes over to the bed. He falls on the bed
face-down, and just stays silent for a moment. Kendrix: I'm
gonna nap... I can't catch a **** break lately... He says as he
relaxes and tries to go to sleep.
It was another day gone, as Kendrix contemplates what to do next
and falls asleep not too long later.
