him was broken.*
Richter: I will make you pay for what you did to me! You'll
never belong in this world!
Kindron Blackfire: You stupid people need a ruler. Humans and
supernaturals will never truly get along. They need someone to
force them to understand the consequences of their hatred.
Groups like Hellsing will never last as long as they allow
humans to keep up with their constant negative opinions. We have
to show them we are the rightful ones to rule.
Richter: You're mad! You think you're above them?!
Kindron Blackfire: Of course we are. We hold all the power. The
worlds under my control live peaceful coexistances with
supernaturals because WE discourage their... natural tendencies
towards hatred.
Richter: You're wrong! Humanity and supernaturals may fight, but
we can live in peace if we choose to understand each other!
*Right after the Hellsing Organization managed to free Richter
from being controlled by Kindron Blackfire.*
Richter: *Falls to his knees after the spell was destroyed, and
hesitates a moment.* What have I done...
Alternate Alucard: There's no time for that now. *He says as he
looks over to the alternate Sakuya Izayoi.* She's the one who
made sure you would remain under control, correct?
Richter: Yes, that's right... *He gets up and grabs his whip.* I
shall fight by your side if you're taking on the Order. It's the
least I can do after all the trouble I've caused.
*After Richter was freed by Hellsing and taken back to Hellsing,
being met by Kindron Darkfire and the alternate Alucard.*
Richter: I'm sorry... 'Tis my fault our world... was conquered
by that madman!
Alternate Alucard: Fear not... He would have conquered our world
regardless.
Kindron: Yeah... From what Alucard said, there's no way you'd
have stood a chance against the Wraith...
Richter: But still... I turned Dracula's forces on our world...
And Kindron Blackfire... He seemed interested in our world's
Dracula... He planted something in our world... Something evil.
Alternate Alucard: Then after we defeat them, we'll find out
what it is and defeat it.
Richter: *Looks down.* Should I even be here? I've caused so
much trouble...
Alternate Alucard: Indeed... But you must always remember, that
all that is needed for evil to triumph is for good men to do
nothing.
Richter: I understand...
*Akiba Hellsing walks in.*
Akiba: You know more about the Order than anyone of us. If we're
going to conquer them, we need someone who was close to Kindron
Blackfire, and knows their ranks better than we do.
Richter: You have my word that I will fight them to the very
end. You saved my life, and now I will fight to try and right
the wrongs I've commited while under their influence.
*During a fight, an enemy tried to bring out his worst fear.*
*The opponent sneaks up behind Richter, trying to use her
power.*
Richter: *Turns and hits the opponent, knocking them out.*
Yeah... I've been manipulated once... Not a fan of letting it
happen again.

- Hellsing (Main group he belongs to)

Weapons:
- Heart of Fire (Whip): This whip is a replica of the Belmont
family's whip, known as the Vampire Killer. After Richter gave
the Vampire Killer to Alucard to take back to his world to pass
on to the Belmont family, Richter gained a new weapon that was
made by Kindron Darkfire and Lily Shiraishi. This weapon is a
much more adaptive weapon, more suited to hunting supernaturals
in general. This whip is just like his old one, where it is a
holy weapon that does holy damage to opponents. Richter is still
able to slice through opponents with the whip as well as hitting
multiple points when Richter uses it, thanks to his skill with
the whip, but the whip has other abilities as well. The whip's
supernatural killer properties let the whip adapt to whatever it
is fighting, adapting it's holy energy to damage other unholy
creatures. The whip could, for example, adapt to fighting a
dragon, and become a dragon hunter weapon, or fighting a demon
could allow the weapon to attack as a demon-killing weapon. This
weapon also has a mode for fighting holy users where it is able
to attack with corrupted holy energy, and a mode for taking on
angels where it attacks similar to an angel blade. However, the
mode it takes is dependant solely on Richter, as he has to know
what he's fighting and change the whip to take on that creature.
Though it's normal holy power is still useful against all
manners of unholy creatures, he has to change it if he's
fighting a group, changing the power to attack whatever opponent
he is going to attack. This requires Richter to not only know
what he's fighting, but also to know what will work against
whatever type of creature he's fighting so he can control the
output of the holy power of the whip. This also can be broken if
one destroys the runes that empower the whip, which is the
biggest weakness of the whip.
- Boomerang Crosses: These are weapons designed solely by the
Belmont family (At least this version of them), which were
originally designed to fight vampires and demonic creatures.
These are sharpened boomerang crosses that act like throwing
stars or ninja shuriken that are designed to be thrown at
opponents. The crosses have a special holy enchantment, which
can do holy damage to opponents. When thrown, these crosses spin
and are able to slice through almost anything due to their
enchantment and how sharp they are. These weapons are designed
to be thrown at opponents, and designed to slice through them.
And because of the enchantment, the boomerang crosses also
return when thrown, allowing them to be used multiple times.
These are also made of metal, designed to be holy weapons.
- Blessed Silver Knives: Richter also has a collection of silver
throwing knives, which he has for attacking unholy opponents.
For Richter, these knives are mostly just throwing knives,
though he can use these up close when fighting opponents. These
knives are very useful in supernatural hunting, as Richter can
not only use his knives on opponents, but can create more using
his weapon construct ability he learned. These knives are made
of blessed silver, being great for taking on any manner of
unholy creature, as the silver in the knives works on more than
just vampires and werewolves. Richter is able to use these
knives to do holy damage to opponents, and using his item crash,
he can actually throw a massive flurry of knives at once.
- Bottles of Holy Water: This isn't holy water that is only holy
in name alone. This is a water purified and empowered with
Richter's own holy energy, in which which he learned to develop
from his time as a vampire hunter in his world, but refined by
Father Hei who taught Richter his method of making holy water.
This water shines when he pulls it out, and does heavy damage to
creatures of darkness with no resistance to holy energy. These
even explode when used, spreading holy water all over it's
target. Not only can holy vampires use these like grenades
against anything unholy, but most holy vampires can actually
recover power from drinking holy water, thanks to their holy
vampire passive ability to gain power from holy energy. For
Richter, he is not only able to use this effectively, but can
also use his item crash skill to create a holy rain.
- Bottles of Holy Oil: This is a supernatural hunting weapon
that Richter got from Father Hei, as Father Hei taught him how
to make holy oil. This is meant to deal more with angels and
fallen angels, as it's designed to take on rogue angels and
fallen angels who become a threat to humanity. The bottle is
lined in the glass with flame dust, so that when the bottle is
thrown and the glass broken, the holy oil ignites with flames.
This is solely useful against angels, and if they are hit with
it, it does damage to them/their vessel. While it doesn't
usually kill them, it does cause them immense pain, and can cast
them to a random location in the world for a while as it works
similar to an exorcism. And just like his holy water, Richter
can use his item crash ability to create a burning holy oil
rain, doing damage against angels and fallen angels.
- Throwing Axes: Richter uses these to attack airborne enemies
mostly, with them being useful for attacking an opponent's
wings, usually knocking them out of the air if the attack hits.
These are simply tossed in the air at opponents. These axes are
blessed weapons as well, with Richter not only being able to use
his axes, but being able to create weapon constructs as well.
These weapons have a special property, in which they are able to
home in on opponents, usually homing in on whatever opponent is
closest. Though the weapons can only home in for 1 combat round
as they don't have a lot of power to keep up their homing
ability, as they're just simple weapons designed to drop
opponents to the ground.
- Holy Agunea Ring: After he lost his old weapon, he had a new
ring made by Hellsing, which was made using some holy lightning
from Kindron and Hei's holy lightning power. This ring is a holy
weapon which fires small bolts of lightning at opponents. After
the modification, Richter's new ring was made so he has far more
attack ability. While he isn't an elemental user, he can control
his lightning using the ring, and can create attacks using it.
He can create normal lightning bolts, create concentrated
piercing attacks, and he can electrocute people with physical
touch. This ring also has a special item crash technique which
uses one of Kindron's lightning spells. This ring's lightning is
holy lightning, and while powerful, it can still be countered
like normal lightning. If this ring is destroyed, Richter does
have to use his weapon construct power to summon another one, or
get another ring. He can also combine this with certain weapons
to grant the weapons special lightning abilities.
- Bible Pages and Paper Wards: These are weapons that Richter
got from Father Hei, which are some special wards Father Hei
made and gave to Richter to use in battle. These bible pages and
paper wards do the same as their holy vampire power equivalents,
and essentially can use a flurry of bible pages to attack unholy
opponents, or use wards to attack opponents. Richter can also
use this defensively, where he can use the flurry of bible pages
or the wards to defend himself, using the bible pages to create
a shield around himself, or use the wards to increase his
defense against certain types of creatures. Richter is able to
manipulate either of these after they are activated, such as
controlling the power output of wards, or controlling the flurry
of bible pages as they attack their opponents. And just like one
would expect, Richter has item crashes for both of these
abilities as well, with both having their own item crash
technique.
Supernatural Hunter Abilities:
- Supernatural Hunter Training: After being freed from the
Order, Richter Belmont became a supernatural hunter for
Hellsing, and eventually trained with other supernatural hunters
not just in London, but over the years has trained around the
world and learned supernatural hunter skills. Not only has he
learned new skills though, but he has heavily refined his own
skills, concentrating on building his own supernatural hunting
style he could use to fight others. Though he has special
training in his own right, he furthered his training heavily in
this world, combining martial arts, special supernatural hunter
abilities, and his own family's supernatural hunter abilities
into a new supernatural hunter style he developed himself. After
training in this world for so long and working with Hellsing,
he's had plenty of time to perfect a specific set of skills to
take on opponents.
- Fighting Spirit: This is the source of Richter's supernatural
hunter abilities, which is a variation of spirit energy users
that focuses his fighter's spirit in combat techniques. This is
a combat based ability, designed to be used by anyone with a
fighting spirit, rather than being based in supernatural
abilities. This powers Richter's supernatural hunter abilities,
letting him use this to use special techniques he developed or
learned in order to fight supernatural beings. As such, Richter
is able to use this in a variety of ways, such as using it's
force to concentrate the force of his hits, or concentrating his
fighting spirit into attacks and weapons constructs that he uses
in fights. Richter tends to stick to combat based abilities, not
wanting to dive too deep into supernatural abilities, since he
tries to remain human, as it's what he was taught on how to
fight and how he believes a supernatural hunter should fight.
This, however, does mean that there are a lot of abilities he
could have that he choses not to.
- Weapon Construct Ability: This is an ability he learned from
training with the ghost of Eric Lecarde, learning to use the
weapon construct ability to create weapons when he doesn't have
weapons. This lets him copy weapons and their abilities,
creating weaker versions of weapons when he needs to use them.
He can copy almost any weapon, even special/intelligent weapons.
However, intelligent weapons copied don't also copy their souls,
just their power and weapon form. Richter has the ability to use
this, having certain weapons he's obtained over the years,
mostly just subweapons he has used, which he can form when he
has no weapons. Since he's not really comfortable with swords or
guns, he often uses his weapons like his whip, cross boomerangs
and throwing knives in fights, being a pretty classic fighter.
These weapons have one fatal weakness though, in that they are
weaker than the originals, so they don't do quite as much
damage, though this mostly applies to stronger weapons copied.
For the most part, smaller weapons that don't do as much damage
don't really have much power loss.
- Fighting Spirit: Item Crash: This ability was an ability used
by supernatural hunters in his world, which Richter adapted
through training with Hellsing. This power lets him empower
items with his fighting spirit, in which he can use special
awakenings and draw out the power of an item. This is a skill he
originally developed with his weapons and items, which is
designed to create more powerful attacks out of his weapons. For
example, his whip can become empowered and covered in flames,
which can power the whip so that it can hit much harder than
normal. And his most powerful attack, grand cross, is an ability
that he uses his blessed boomerang crosses to create a large
cross attack designed to damage enemies. He can also do this
with normal weapons, such as a wind sword gaining an enhanced
tornado blast ability, or a normal sword gaining enhanced
cutting abilities. Each weapon has a different effect, depending
on the weapon or item, with even shields and weapons having
their own specific effects. Though when used, this still has the
item keeping the same strengths and weaknesses, such as his
blessed boomerang crosses being weaker to demonic powers.
- Fighting Spirit: Aura/Energy Breaker: When using his weapons,
Richter can focus his force into his weapons and sub weapons in
order to break through tough auras. This was designed for those
with strong supernatural auras, in which Richter can focus his
fighting spirit to essentially create a force similar to an aura
breaker weapon. This lets Richter easily pierce defenses while
using this, in which he can attack those that would normally be
much harder to attack. When Richter uses this, he is able to
break through any kind of aura, whether it's an energy aura or
an elemental aura. After testing this on the Darkfires in combat
training, Richter perfected this skill and made it one of his
better techniques for fighting supernaturals. This technique is
designed for breaking aura and energies, and can break through
almost any kind of energy type attack or aura thanks to it's
nature. This technique can only be countered by a combat
technique, as any energy projectile or aura can be dispelled
with this ability.
- Fighting Spirit: Regeneration/Power Negation: This power uses
Richter's fighting spirit to create a ward on the person, which
temporarily negates their abilities. When warded by this power,
opponents lose their ability to regenerate or their ability to
use supernatural abilities for up to 3-5 rounds depending on
their resistances to these powers. Richter designed this to
overcome supernaturals with powerful regenerations and powers
greater than his, and can use this to even playing fields
against tougher enemies he would normally not be able to
permanently kill. This concentrates Richter's fighting spirit,
where he is able to focus his energy on an opponent, and prevent
them from being able to concentrate their power, as well as
keeping them from being able to regenerate wounds temporarily.
This is a very useful attack against higher level supernaturals,
which doesn't affect Richter since his abilities are all combat
abilities and not really supernatural in nature. However, this
doesn't affect those with artificial abilities or artificial
regeneration, and doesn't affect those that are immune
completely to power negation or regeneration negation
completely. This essentially works like stilled silver or
varanium would, except that he focuses the same kind of negation
using his fighting spirit.
- Fighting Spirit: Power of Faith: This ability came through
training with angels like Clair, who taught Richter how to draw
power from holy energy and holy items similar to how holy
vampires like Father Hei do. After Richter learned how to do
this, he learned how to draw holy energy, using it to empower
himself. This can be as simple as drinking holy water, or he can
do things like fighting in churches or on sacred ground. Thanks
to this, holy energy gives Richter an amp, and makes him tougher
to beat in a fight, also amping his combat abilities. This amps
Richter's abilities, making his combat abilities more effective.
This power is driven by his faith and religious views, in which
he gains power from it through holy energy. Richter is able to
use this to absorb power, but he cannot absorb other people's
holy energy, with him only being able to absorb holy energy not
controlled by someone else. So he cannot absorb the holy energy
from opponents, like say absorbing such from an angel or holy
vampire.
- Fighting Spirit: Trap/Ward Creation: One of the other
abilities Richter developed was creating traps and wards for
certain kind of creatures using his fighting spirit. This
ability lets Richter trap and ward away supernaturals by placing
spirtual marks that are only visible to those that are able to
sense spirit energy or those that he allows to see these marks.
Among them, he learned how to put anti-possession marks,
angel/demon ward marks to keep one from being tracked by them,
and being able to create invisible angel and demon traps. When
activated, these wards and traps do exactly as they are meant
to, and trap or ward out the person or people they are meant to.
For the most part, Richter uses this against werewolves and
vampires, in which he can use special wards to reject vampire
and werewolves, or make traps that can contain them (at least
temporarily). This ability is adaptable to whatever Richter
wants, but must create wards or traps based on the specific type
of creature he wants to trap or ward against. This requires not
only knowing the wards or traps he needs to use, but also
knowing how to get said opponents to fall into traps or not
break wards. For the most part, these traps and wards are holy
in nature, and if one finds themselves trapped or warded
against, they can eventually overcome these wards by overcoming
the holy power with other powers.
- Fighting Spirit: Blast Wave: This technique focuses fighting
spirit into concussive blast waves that can be fired from
physical attacks, allowing Richter to fight from a distance with
the right techniques. He can focus this into his physical
attacks or into his weapons, usually using this with his whip so
that he can transfer the force of his whip over distances with
this technique. This is designed to transfer physical force, and
is not supernatural in nature, being a fighting spirit move
designed to emulate those strong enough to transfer their
physical force into shockwaves. This technique is a projectile
attack mostly effective at medium range, as the technique isn't
really designed for long distances, since the force of the waves
diminish over distance. However, if used effectively, this power
can be used to hit opponents from midrange with attacks similar
to if they were close range. Another advantage is that these
waves are invisible and have no sense to them due to the nature
of the attacks, so detecting them is very difficult. Since this
is not a supernatural ability, it does basic concussive damage,
which hits just like a physical attack. However, this also means
it can be defended against as such, like using a shield or armor
to take hits. The hits also do the same damage that the main
attack would do, such as a whip wave doing the same damage the
whip attack would have done.
- Fighting Spirit: Exorcism Blast: This technique was designed
for opponents in possession of other bodies, where instead of
blasting an opponent, Richter concentrates his fighting spirit
using wards to create a concussive blast that doesn't do
physical damage, but can create a blast that can blast unwanted
presences possessing others. This was made mostly for fallen
angels and demons who possess humans, designed to blast them
from their vessels without hurting the vessel. When used, the
possessing force is exorcised to a random location in the world,
in which the force must find their way back to wherever Richter
is. This is designed to free people from possessing forces long
enough for Richter to ward them so that they can't be possessed
again. This only works on supernatural forces though, usually
spiritual in nature, and doesn't work on things like aliens that
take over the mind in a physical form.
- Fighting Spirit: Slashing Piercer: This attack is designed
blast opponents with a slashing fighting spirit wave, where
Richter fires this, usually from a slashing motion or from his
whip. This is designed as a concentrated attack ability that is
designed to pierce defenses like armors and shields with a
slashing wave. This wave is pretty adaptable, and is fired in a
manner similar to blast waves except this attack is meant to
slash opponents rather than just hit them with an attack. This
attack works against stronger opponents despite being a basic
attack, as this is able to pierce stronger opponents and break
through their defenses. This attack can pierce through metal
armors and shields, and has to be dodged by opponents rather
than blocked, though certain opponents can block it with strong
enough shield attacks.
- Fighting Spirit: Repelling Wave: This attack focuses Richter's
fighting spirit to a specific part of his body, where Richter is
able to focus it in order to defend against attacks. This is
similar tot he holy art Seki, in which the attack's purposes is
to repel an attack. However, Richter focuses this combat ability
not into a ball of energy, but into his body, in which he uses
the point of impact to send an outward force to blast an
opponent back when the opponent hits, designed to reverse the
incoming force with his own fighting spirit's force. This is a
good defensive move, in which Richter can repel almost any
combat attack if he's strong enough to overcome the force and
reverse it. This was designed to be used against stronger
supernaturals with immense physical strength, since this power
is designed to turn an opponent's great power against them. The
stronger the opponent, the stronger this repelling wave hits,
which makes it very useful against those with immense strength.
However, Richter has to overcome the force at the point of
impact, and if he uses too little power, he may not be able to
fully reverse the force, or may take damage even though he does
reverse it.
- Fighting Spirit: Focus Point: This is the opposite of the
repelling wave, in which this is designed to focus Richter's
fighting spirit into the point of impact of his attacks, in
order to do more damage on impact. When hit by this, instead of
reversing the force, Richter's fighting spirit propels the
attack force considerably, not only hitting the opponent much
harder, but creating a reverberation effect at the point of
impact. When used against weaker supernaturals, this can shatter
bones and easily damage stronger supernaturals. This was
designed for stronger opponents, specifically to be used against
those with concentrated mass or enhanced bodies that wouldn't
normally take a lot of damage from physical attacks. And thanks
to this being a physical focus power, it's not supernatural in
nature and cannot be negated by supernatural abilities, though
it can be defended against if an opponent can account for it's
effects. If an opponent wants to avoid this, the best way is
dodging, or using some sort of concentrated energy to block the
force of the blow.
- Fighting Spirit: Energy Flow Point: This is a combat specialty
that is designed to be used to hit opponents at points where
their energy flows through their bodies. This fighting technique
hits an opponent in a vital energy spot, and then the force of
the blow interrupts their ability to focus energy through that
spot, creating interruptions in the flow of energy of the
opponent. When used, this can be weaken opponents, and interrupt
supernatural abilities to a degree when Richter uses this to hit
vital points. Depending on the point, one energy might be
affected, or multiple depending on what vital point is struck.
For example, one point might interrupt mana flow, or another
might interrupt chi and mana flow. When struck enough times,
opponents can eventually lose the ability to generate energy for
up to an hour, and can be weakened using this combat ability.
However, this requires constantly striking points that can
interrupt the flow, as hitting any random points isn't enough to
cause this effect. In order to use this, Richter has to know how
his opponent's energy flows for their race, requiring
supernatural knowledge in order to use this.
- Fighting Spirit: Non-Lethal Force: This attack hits an
opponent with a high level of intense physical force, in which
the design is not to kill the opponent, but disable their
movement. When struck by this enhanced physical attack, Richter
is able to focus his attack into the point of impact, disabling
the use of whatever part of the body he strikes for movement.
For example, if he were to strike someone in the shoulder, he
could disable their arm's ability to move, or striking someone
in the leg with a low kick using this technique could result in
the leg being disabled. This is similar to focus point, except
the focus is on interrupting the nerve flow of movement,
temporarily making it so the nerves don't communicate properly.
This attack doesn't do a lot of physical damage, but instead,
attacks the nervous system more than the actual body through the
focused fighting spirit. When used, this can be used to disable
opponents. and depending on how it's used, can disable an
opponent completely if they are struck in the head. This lasts
up to 3 combat rounds if the opponent remains conscious, since
most are rendered unconscious when enough of their nervous
system has been affected, usually most common if hit in the head
with this attack.
- Fighting Spirit: Ground Crush: This is a more powerful attack
wave, which is designed to be fired at opponents from the
ground. When using this, Richter punches the ground and then
sends the force of the wave directly in front of him along the
ground. The wave uses fighting spirit, which is fired at an
opponent in a wave. This is mostly evident by the fact the wave
travels along the ground and skids along the ground, using the
ground as a way to build up friction and increase the blow of
the hit. When hit, this wave does heavy concussive damage,
designed for ground based opponents. This attack can also be
sent into the ground and then forced to come up at the
opponent's location, coming out of the ground if Richter wants
to use it that way. This ability is designed blast an opponent
with concussive force and hit them with a much stronger wave
than the blast wave, as the attack does more damage. At max
power, this attack can split a large boulder in half, or break
through a brick wall, making it quite an effective technique.
However, this is most effective when used at close range.
- Fighting Spirit: Shockwave: Another powerful attack using
fighting spirit, where Richter concentrates his power and
creates a blast of fighting spirit around him to blast back
opponents. This is similar to certain blast attacks that are
designed to blast the area around the user, such as telekinetic
blast waves. This creates a 360 blast wave around Richter,
knocking anyone within a 15 foot radius of him back with immense
force. This wave is designed for fighting groups, usually most
useful if Richter finds himself surrounded by enemies. This
technique is also useful against fast opponents, since the wave
hits opponents anywhere within a 15 foot radius of him so
Richter doesn't need to know where his opponent is. However,
this technique can be stressful, as it takes a toll to use, and
cannot be used over and over again. If an opponent wants to
dodge this, they can either move fast enough to avoid it, or try
to block the wave if they are strong enough to handle it.
- Fighting Spirit: Super Dragon Fist: This technique was
designed to focus all of Richter's fighting spirit into a single
punch, which is usually designed to punch through an opponent as
a last resort. This usually focuses all of Richter's remaining
energy in battle, and can be used to attack an opponent in one
last all out attack. When used properly, this attack punches
through an opponent, defenses and all with immense physical
strength and focused power. Usually, this is designed to be used
against larger opponents (like those like Alnnar or Grave), as
it's designed to finish opponents rather than disable them. As
such, this attack is a last resort in battle, partially due to
the fact that this is designed to kill an opponent. The other
reason is that this takes a huge toll, requiring all the power
Richter has in order to use it, and can only be used once per
battle, usually needing to be used after the opponent's weakened
or Richter is out of options. As such, this power focuses all of
Richter's strength into one blow. If the blow misses, there are
no second chances with this skill, as depending on how much
power Richter had before, he will often lose consciousness after
using this.
Item Crashes and Weapons Copied:
- Copied Weapon: Vampire Killer: Before Alucard was given the
Vampire Killer, Richter used his weapon construct ability to
copy this weapon. This let Richter be able to create his own
construct of his original weapon when needed. Just like his
original weapon, this construct is a holy weapon designed
specifically for killing vampires. This weapon is used just like
his current weapon, except that it doesn't adapt to other
opponent's races. This weapon is just a standard holy weapon
that can be used to hunt down many types of supernatural
creatures.
- Copied Weapon: His Subweapons: Richter also copied his other
weapons, like his boomerang crosses, knives, and axes, being
able to create constructs of them when he has none available to
use in battle. This lets him use his weapon copy ability to
create constructs of any of his weapons he's copied, and use
them in battle just like he normally would be able to if he had
them. The weapons don't really lose any power, due to not being
overly powerful weapons, since they are just typical weapons
that are holy weapons in nature.
- Copied Weapon: Integra's Mana Rapier: Another weapon which
Richter copied. Though not a swordsman, he learned how to use a
rapier style thanks to training with Integra, and copied this
weapon so he could use it. This weapon focuses mana and uses it
to attack opponents similar to the real weapon, but unlike
Integra, Richter can only use mana through the weapon's power,
not able to fire mana blasts himself, so he cannot use this to
use mana user abilities. However, he can fire blasts of mana
that can be adapted to his target, in which his own current whip
was designed originally after Integra's main weapon in it's
adaptability.
- Copied Weapon: Shinso: The next weapon copied by Richter, this
weapon is Kindron's holy sword which Richter copied so he could
use it's power. Not too much of a swordsman, Richter mostly
copied this so that he could use his weapons special abilities.
Like the original, Shinso is a lightning katana, designed to use
holy lightning to attack opponents. In addition, the weapon's
blade can also extend and snake, being used to attack opponents.
Richter learned to use this like a whip, using the snake-like
ability of Shinso to make the form more like a whip and uses his
own variation of Shinso's extension ability, which he can still
control and have it extend and get shorter as needed. Though
this weapon also acts as a bladed whip, thanks to it still being
a sword with an extended blade.
- Copied Weapon: Alucard Spear: This was Eric Lecarde's weapon,
which Richter was allowed to copy as well. This weapon is a
supernatural hunting spear, designed to kill supernaturals in a
manner similar to the Vampire Killer, as Eric came from a
similar world to Richter's. This weapon is a blessed iron weapon
designed to be very useful against spirits, with the blessed
effect making it a holy weapon designed to take on supernatural
creatures. This weapon is designed to spear opponents, being
used at mid-range. The weapon doesn't have a lot too special
about it, as it's a fairly simple weapon, but still very
effective at supernatural hunting.
- Item Crash: Flame Whip: This item crash is designed to be used
against opponents using his whip, where his whip is super heated
by holy energy until it lights up with flames. When used, this
attack amps the whips holy abilities, granting it a fire element
in combination with it's holy power. This makes the weapon able
to do both fire and holy damage when active, amping it's ability
to damage opponents and doing far more damage than the normal
whip. This flame can damage opponents, but is useless against
opponents with immunity to flames.
- Item Crash: Lightning Whip: This is a special item crash
developed by Richter using a combination of his whip and his
agunea ring. By slipping the ring onto the whip, or a construct
of the whip, Richter is able to use his item crash to empower
his whip with enhanced holy lightning, making his whip able to
shock opponents while also doing amped holy damage. And thanks
to the ring, Richter is able to make the whip hit with amped
damage, and absorb some of the holy lightning to amp his own
physical abilities as well.
- Item Crash: Mana Wave: This item crash uses his construct of
Integra's mana blade, where the blade is able to fire a large
mana wave, adaptable to whatever opponent it hits. This power is
designed to blast an opponent or group of opponents, making it
useful for fighting stronger enemies or groups. With the mana
wave's adaptability, it adapts to whatever it hits, being able
to adapt on it's own to opponents and doing a weakness damage to
them regardless of what they are. This is the only skill with
the blade that doesn't require input from Richter, where the
wave is able to automatically adapt to multiple enemies at once
if they are caught in the wave. However, while powerful, this is
a more powerful technique that can't be used as much.
- Item Crash: Bao Zakeruga: This attack is released from Shinso,
which is a replica of one of Kindron's spells, a powerful one
that fires a lightning dragon from the sword as it's item crash
attack. When used, this fires the lightning dragon to try and
engulf and consume an opponent, doing heavy holy lightning
damage. The damage on this can be amped with the agunea ring,
where it is able to focus more lightning through the blade to
amp the lightning dragon. This is a very powerful lightning
attack, but as it's a much more powerful attack, it cannot be
used as often as other item crashes.
- Item Crash: Barrage Spear: This item crash move is one where
Richter holds the spear up, and small spears rain from above him
to try and spear opponents. When used, this is designed to
attack anyone in front of Richter, and able to fire the spears
down towards opponents. This is good for attacking groups of
enemies, as it can hit either more enemies or hit a larger enemy
more times. This attack does amped holy damage, with the small
spears mostly just being designed to spear opponents.
- Item Crash: Lightning Spear: This item crash is another unique
item crash skill, this time combining the Alucard spear with the
agunea ring to amp the spear's lightning damage. When used,
Richter throws the spear at opponents, which is engulfed in holy
lightning to try and spear opponents. When the spear is thrown,
it is charged with lightning which amps it's thrown speed to be
able to pierce through opponents it is thrown at, making it able
to pierce armors and shields. When it hits, the spear explodes
in a burst of lightning, electrocuting anyone nearby the
explosion of lightning with holy damage and lightning damage.
- Item Crash: Grand Cross: This is Richter's item crash using
his boomerang crosses. This power creates a large holy cross
construct, which blasts the area around Richter with immense
holy power. This attack hits anything around Richter, designed
to blast anyone around him with holy energy. In addition to holy
damage, this also does concussive damage to opponents to knock
them back. When used, this attack affects anyone within 10-15
feet of Richter, and blasts them back, allies and foes alike.
This is his most powerful attack, and cannot be used too many
times due to how much energy it uses.
- Item Crash: Knife Barrage: This item crash uses his knives,
designed to create constructs of his knives and throws a barrage
of knives at an opponent using this skill. These knives are able
to spear opponents when they hit, and if the main knife is
empowered with the agunea ring, the knive can also do lightning
damage to opponents. The knives are designed to barrage single
opponents, being thrown fast enough that they are harder to
dodge with their enhanced speed and strength. This skill can be
extended if Richter wants to throw more constructs, but uses
more power to keep this going.
- Item Crash: Hydro Storm: This is perhaps Richter's most useful
attack, where he sacrifices a holy water bottle to create a holy
water rain that rains down from above them. This technique is
designed to rain all around Richter within a 30 foot radius,
making it much harder to avoid than some of his other attacks.
When used, opponents hit by this take holy water damage, making
this effective against those weak to holy water. Of course,
opponents can avoid the effect if they have cover to or use
something over their heads to protect them from the rain of holy
water.
- Item Crash: Holy Fire Ring: This attack uses Richter's holy
oil vials, in which he throws them at an opponent, and then
explodes into a ring of holy oil fire to try and cut through
opponents with intense holy fire amping it's ability to pierce
with intense heat. This skill fires the single ring, which can
do intense holy oil fire damage to an opponent if it hits, as
well as the attack being able to explode on command if it cannot
pierce the opponent. Thanks to this skill, the skill can be used
a few ways, with the first just being a piercing wave to pierce
through opponents with extreme heat, and the second being a way
to create an explosive holy oil attack that can be exploded on
enemies.
- Item Crash: Axe Launch: This item crash uses the axes, but
fires a wave of construct axes from Richter, usually in a circle
around him, fired outward towards opponents. This is designed to
hit opponents farther away, and do damage to opponents in the
air, as these axes are normally meant to hit airborne opponents.
When used, the axes are fired in a circular wave and then
blasted outward, being useful for attacking multiple enemies or
opponents usually fast enough to dodge airborne attacks, since
this attack is harder to dodge. Essentially, this just creates a
wave of axes rather than something more fancy, designed mostly
to destroy opponent's wings or interrupt their flight.
- Item Crash: Zakeruga: Using the agunea ring, this item crash
is usable when using the ring by itself, and fires a spell
empowered within it by Kindron Darkfire. This spell fires
Kindron's Zakeruga spell as it's item crash, which fires a beam
of lightning designed specifically for piercing opponents. The
beam is a medium sized beam, designed to pierce through
someone's chest and works on strong enemies. This attack pierces
an opponent, armor and shields with it's concentrated lightning
attack. This attack is fired in a straight-forward beam of
lightning, and can be dodged as such. This can be used more than
some of his other attacks, since this power doesn't cost much
energy to use.
- Item Crash: Bible Blast: This creates a bible which is fired
at opponents. When the bible hits an object or person, it blasts
apart in a wave of bible pages, which stick to the first thing
they touch when the bible explodes, and then the bible pages
explode once stuck to an object or person in bursts of holy
energy. This is a basic attack designed to use a bible to make
the pages explode as close to opponents as possible so they
don't have as much time to get away from the pages before they
stick to the opponent. This also works on groups of opponents as
well.
Combat and Passive Abilities:
- Belmont Clan Combat Style: This is a unique style used by the
Belmonts of his universe. Richter uses his own specific weapon
style for using his whip, which is focused around controlling a
battlefield and using his whip to hit opponents from a distance.
He was taught a few different ways to fight with his whip, such
as using his whip to strike with enough force to slice open
opponents, or changing the trajectory of his whip by moving the
whip and using his hand to pull or change the whip's movement.
Richter's own use of this style is focused on mobility and
speed, letting Richter move around and fight with far more
agility than most opponents.
- Jujitsu/Judo Master: This is a combination of his physical
fighting styles when he fights hand to hand. Since Richter is a
skilled martial artist, he learned how to fight hand to hand so
that he could fight at close range without his whip. This mixed
style is focused around throws, grapples and locks, allowing
Richter to fight by disabling opponents. Richter's jujitsu style
is defensive in nature, in which he uses a more defensive stance
in the style so that he can turn opponents momentum against
them, which takes advantage of his incredibly agility and speed
in battle. Richter is a master of this style, mastering a more
defensive style mix of judo and jujitsu.
- Dash: This is a speed up move that increases Richter's
movement speed, letting him move much faster than a normal
human. Due to him being a much higher level opponent than most
think, this move lets him keep up with fast opponents, even
leaving afterimages when Richter uses it to confuse opponents.
This is a variation of his Belmont family combat style, and uses
his fighting spirit to boost his body's movement so he can fight
fast opponents. This was designed for fast supernaturals who use
things like vampire celerity and stepping methods like Sonido or
Flashstep. Of course, it doesn't do much other than faster
movement enhancement and allow for somewhat stronger striking
ability through the increased speed.
- Blade Attack: This move lets Richter dash forward in a burst
of speed, using his fighting spirit to amp his body and send
outward waves to blast opponents back away from him if he hits
them. This attack is technically a dash attack, another
variation of the Belmont combat style. When using this Richter
can use this to boost his movement, or use this to attack
enemies in a fight. He can even use this in mid-air to boost
himself forward, making it a good mid-air move to attack or
evade opponents. This combat trick uses fighting spirit to use,
but not a lot that it becomes an issue as this is more a combat
technique than a supernatural hunter technique.
- Evasive Backflip: This move is purely evasive, where Richter
uses a bit of power to do a jump backwards while in the air,
allowing him to essentially do a jump that lets him technically
jump while in the air. Another variation move he developed in
the Belmont style, where Richter is able to use this to evade
attacks. Since most opponents are not able to change direction
easily in midair, this technique often comes as a surprise to
opponents. This technique is purely evasive and can't really be
used for offensive purposes, since it is just used for letting
Richter backflip away from dangerous attacks.
- Slide and Slide Jump: This move is a two stage move. The first
stage is a simple slide, which uses Richter's movement to lower
friction when he slides, allowing him to move faster. This is a
technique that can be used defensively, or be used as a movement
object. When used, Richter simply propels himself forward in a
slide, being able to slide when using it. The second stage of
this is the slide jump, where he can use his arm to boost
himself off the ground and into a kick he can use offensively to
attack an opponent. When in motion in the first stage, Richter
simply uses this second stage to jump, boosting his speed more,
and allowing him to kick an opponent with force, or just use it
to jump over things instead of sliding into them.
- High Jump: This combat move is a very powerful one requiring
focus from Richter to use. Using this, he has to focus his
physical strength into his legs, and do a powerful jump. When he
jumps, he is able to jump extremely high, and does an uppercut
when he does the motion for the jump. If used on a flying enemy,
he can use this as an uppercut to attack the enemy with a
powerful uppercut, or just use it to jump higher than a normal
human could. This can also be used while in the air, as Richter
can ricochet off the air in order to do a move he saw called
"air walking". This move requires immense physical strength, and
not many people have the leg strength to do it without special
items to boost their leg strength.
- Natural Combat Talent and Fighting Experience: Richter was a
prodigy even as a simple Belmont back his world, and eventually
became one of the best supernatural hunters in his world's
history before he even came to the London world. And not only is
Richter far stronger now with his current abilities, but Richter
now also has more than just his natural talent. Richter also has
a high level of combat experience, having been fighting for
hundreds of years (counting the years working alongside the
Order). As such, the natural combat talent and experience make
Richter much harder to fight, as his natural talent for combat
means he grows much faster than normal fighters, and his
experience lets him more easily predict opponents as well as
more easily overcome tougher opponents. Due to his talent and
experience, Richter is a pretty tough opponent, and tries to be
the peak of what a human can do in a world that favors
supernatural abilities.
- Murderous Intent/Fighting Spirit Sense: This technique lets
Richter sense the fighting spirit of others, similar to a
supernatural with a presence sense. In doing this, Richter is
able to sense the presences of others, and can use this to read
someone's fighting spirit, being able to predict their attacks
before the opponent can make them. As a result, this makes
sneaking up on Richter very difficult, and allows him to sense
those who try to hide their presences. This includes those
supernaturals and supernatural hunters who hide their presences
from their opponents. Being able to read one's spirit to predict
their movement isn't as impressive as it sounds, mostly just
giving Richter slightly more reaction time to attacks than most
people would get so he can dodge more easily.
- Attach Item To Self/Weapon Telekinesis: Thanks to a spell by
Kindron Darkfire, Kindron was able to bond Richter to his whip,
which he can summon to him from anywhere if it is not on him.
Not only does this make his whip only wieldable by Richter, but
also makes it so that Richter always knows where his whip is,
and makes it able to be summoned to Richter even if stolen by an
opponent. When in use, this can also be used on his sub weapons
that he carries, in which he can control his weapons and summon
these back to him thanks to Kindron's spell.
- Anti-Aging Spell: This spell was used by the Blackfires to
prevent Richter from aging, allowing him to remain in his prime
age forever. Since Richter was originally recruited as a warrior
for the Order, Kindron Blackfire had this spell made so that
Richter wouldn't grow old and die before they finished taking
over the universes, and used it to keep Richter young so he
could continue to fight. Of course, this isn't an immortality
spell, or one that completely prevents Richter from dying of
things like illness, but just keeps him from aging and dying of
old age. After he was fried from the Order, he never opted to
remove this spell so he could keep fighting alongside Hellsing
as long as he could.
- Resistance to Power/Regeneration Negation: Thanks to the fact
that all of Richter's abilities are technically combat abilities
and not supernatural in nature with exception of his weapon
constructs, power and regeneration negation abilities don't
affect Richter with exception to negating his weapon construct
abilities and relevant item crash abilities. Because of this,
Richter is not completely immune, but most of his abilities
aren't affected by negations due to the fact that Richter is
still using combat abilities (for the most part) to fight
supernaturals. And without supernatural regeneration (his
accelerated healing doesn't count as such), things like varanium
and regeneration negation don't effect him since he doesn't use
that kind of regeneration. This means that things like stilled
silver can effect his ability to create constructs, but not his
supernatural hunter abilities. And things like varanium have
little effect on Richter.
- Combat Trained Accelerated Healing/Durability: Thanks to
Richter's combat training and his enhanced fighting spirit,
Richter heals slightly faster than most normal humans and is far
more durable than most humans. Thanks to his training, he has
trained himself to be very durable, and this means that killing
him is extremely hard, due to the fact that Richter can survive
far more than typical human when it comes to taking attacks. And
thanks to his fighting spirit and supernatural hunter skills, he
also heals slightly faster, with his normal human healing being
accelerated. This doesn't let him regenerate limbs or regenerate
organs, but lets him heal from things like bruises and cuts very
quickly, granted they are properly treated.
- Fighting Spirit Meditation: This is something he uses to focus
his power, in which he meditates and concentrates his fighting
spirit. This was originally modeled after a werewolf's fighting
spirit meditation that Richter saw once and learned from
Kindron. This helps focus Richter's body, mind and spirit alike,
making his combat more effective and helping focus inward so
that Richter can grow stronger more easily and tap into his full
potential. Doing this regularly helps keep Richter focused and
from being overwhelmed by emotions, using a calm to unify his
mind, body and spirit by focusing this fighting spirit to keep
his body focused on getting stronger.
- Spirit/Body/Mind Immunity: After being controlled by the
Order, Richter developed an immunity to mind control after he
was freed, in which he is able to keep control of himself under
things like psychic influence. After being under the influence
of a spell for so long, he is now able to fight any attempt to
take control of his body, mind and spirit through his willpower.
He is able to overcome almost any attempt through supernatural
means to control him, and makes him pretty much immune to
abilities like any type of emotional manipulation.
- Combat and Supernatural Hunter Enhanced Physical Stats: Thanks
to his training and supernatural hunter skills, Richter is a
very tough force to fight by any supernatural, as Richter
developed his skills solely to fight supernaturals. Richter is
at the highest level a human can be at, being able to keep up
with higher level supernaturals thanks to his combat and
fighting spirit skills. Richter is a very focused opponent, and
his most dangerous attributes are his mobility, speed and
durability. While not the toughest human ever, he is still a
very dangerous opponent to supernaturals, and proves why he's
perhaps one of the toughest Belmonts in his family to exist.
Even supernaturals have a hard time with him, as Richter is
often above most supernaturals base forms, often requiring
supernaturals to fight in their advanced forms to take on
Richter. However, since Richter doesn't have transformations,
this still means that supernaturals can match him, it just means
that he's more prepared for supernatural fights and heavily
trained to handle them.
Transformations:
- None
Weaknesses:
- Richter is still human, so normal fatal blows can still kill
him. Even with his enhanced durability and enhanced natural
healing, he can still be killed like any human. While he is far
more durable than most humans, that wouldn't save him if he was
killed or fatally wounded. While he would bleed out slower and
possibly heal more quickly if healed, he is still as able to be
killed like any other human.
- For the most part, when Richter wears out, his fighting spirit
does as well. This means that the longer the fight goes on and
the more worn out Richter gets, the less power he will have to
use his supernatural hunter skills. And relying on certain
skills can wear him out much more quickly as well. Richter can
fight for a long time, but he is able to be worn out just like
any human.
- Since Richter tends to use holy weapons in nature, and his
item crashes do holy damage, immunity to holy damage can negate
some of the damage of Richter's attacks, or opponents with
demonic abilities might be able to counter with equivalent
demonic energy or demonic abilities. This mostly applies to his
item crashes, and his weapon constructs, as most of his other
attacks are completely combat based.
- For the most part, Richter is mostly close combat based. If
one can account for his long range attack abilities and can
fight from a distance, they can more easily overcome Richter.
Also, more advanced combat supernaturals who are tougher than
Richter can still beat him in a fight if Richter is not careful.
Just because Richter is experienced and naturally talented,
doesn't mean he will win every fight. For the most part, he has
to remain focused, and keep his head in his fights. He also has
to know when to retreat from certain battles.
Personality: Richter is an experienced supernatural hunter, and
a friend to the Hellsing organization. After being freed from
the Order of the Dragon, Richter went back to his old self,
which was a person who was only out to protect the people he
cared about. Richter is also consumed with grief for the
destruction he caused during the Order of the Dragon conflicts,
and still feels responsible for falling under evil control,
despite people saying it wasn't his fault. Richter is a pretty
easy person to get along with when interacting with him, as he
is pretty friendly. After the battles against the Order, Richter
became sort of a smart-ass, and will not hesitate to joke around
with people after he joined Hellsing and became part of the
group. However, Richter is the kind of person that would
sacrifice his own life if it meant protecting others, and would
protect his friends at any cost. In battle, Richter is careful
and calculated, usually powering through any situation with
blunt force and pure fighting spirit. Though he is a mostly
straight forward fighter, he is also able to fight strategically
when he needs to even if he prefers a straightforward approach.
Bio: Richter Belmont was a Belmont clan member who battled the
Dracula of his world long ago. However, after the battle, the
dark priest Shaft placed a spell to control Richter when Richter
came back to the castle after hearing rumors of Dracula being
resurrected. Richter was made lord of Dracula's castle, and was
going to be the one defending it until Dracula was revived.
However, Richter ended up losing to Alucard, who came to stop
the resurrection and destroy Dracula's castle. In this universe,
Richter and Alucard fought in the final battle in the castle
until Richter was nearly killed by Shaft, who was killed by
Alucard during the fight without realizing Shaft was even
present. Richter would go on to continue being under the
influence of the control spell, which would keep him under mind
alteration. However, not too long later, the Order of the Dragon
came to his world and took over, which wasn't too hard due to
the Wraith ships and the fact the world was a midevil universe.
The Blackfires eventually found Richter, and Kindron Blackfire
took control of the spell that controlled Richter after figuring
out what happened and found traces of the spell. He has been
working for the Order ever since, continuing his battle to
continue fighting supernaturals. Richter would become one of
their most prized fighters, as he was strong enough that he
almost beat Hei and Integra Hellsing-Darkfire in a battle at
their best. However, he was never given a high ranking in the
Order since Richter was being controlled by Kindron Blackfire.
During the war of London, Richter fought with Hellsing and
worked for the Order trying to get rid of Hellsing, as Kindron
Blackfire used a supernatural hunter to fight another
supernatural hunter. However, after his universe's Alucard
worked with Hellsing to free Richter from Kindron Blackfire's
control, Richter aligned himself with Hellsing and fought to
help defeat the Order once and for all. Once the
Interdimensional Order was defeated, Richter trained with
Hellsing, and joined the organization, handing his vampire
killer to Alucard when Alucard left so that he could pass it on
to another Belmont. Since Richter was still wanted as a criminal
after his "alliance" with the Order, Richter was not welcome
back in his world, so he opted not to return, staying in the
London universe. Over the years, Richter trained and developed
his own set of supernatural hunting skills. Richter went on to
become one of Hellsing's best hunters and helped the group,
working closely and being trained by Akiba, as well as by
Integra. After Dr. Oliver was called to London, Richter offered
to come as well, in order to help out Akiba and Dr. Oliver with
the threats in DC City with the current peace in London making
it where they don't really need to do much. Though mostly he
came after hearing that the Order of the Dragon had reappeared
and Kindron Blackfire had returned.
